Riski Darmawan, The Influence of Products, Prices, Promotions, and Location on Visiting Interest at the Ulin Arya Samarinda House (under the guidance of Mrs. Mardiana as the 1st Mentor and Mr. Sarwo Eddy Wibowo as the 2nd Mentor) This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Product, Price, Promotion, and Location on Visiting Interest at Rumah Ulin Arya Samarinda. The population in this study were all visitors who came to Rumah Ulin Arya Samarinda. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method, namely the sample selected with certain criteria in terms of the respondent at least having made 2 visits to the Ulin Arya Samarinda House. Hypothesis testing using descriptive analysis methods, statistical analysis methods consisting of multiple linear regression analysis, partial significance testing (t test), testing the coefficient of determination (R2), and simultaneous significance testing (F test). The results showed that partially (t test) the variables of product, price, promotion, and location each had a positive and significant effect on the interest in visiting the Ulin Arya Samarinda House. Based on the F test, it shows that the influence of the independent variables (product, price, promotion, and location) simultaneously or simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the interest in visiting the Ulin Arya Samarinda Hous

Jasa pada Arya Meika Trans. Riset ini punya tujuan untuk menemukan apakah
kualitas jasa, harga serta promosi ada pengaruh dengan partial serta simultan pada
penambahan pemasaran jasa pada Arya Meika Trans serta untuk menemukan di
antara kualitas produk jasa, harga serta promosi manakah yang pada penambahan
pemasaran pada Arya Meika Trans. Jenis riset yang dipakai oleh peneliti ialah
kuantitatif, dengan total sample 30 staff di industri yang memakai Jasa distributor
Arya Meika Trans. Teknik penghimpunan data yakni memakai angket, Pengujian
instrument riset yakni pengujian validitas serta reliability. Analisa data yang dipakai
ialah analisa regresi linear berganda, sementara pengujian hipotesis yakni Pengujian
partial (Pengujian t), pengujian dengan bersamaan (Pengujian F) serta koefisien
determinansi berganda (R2).
Hasil riset memakai pengujian t menampilkan adanya pengaruh dengan partial pada
variabel kualitas produk, harga serta promosi pada penambahan pemasaran jasa di
Arya Meika Trans. Berlandaskan hasil pengujian regresi linear berganda bisa
diketahui variabel cenderung dominan memengaruhi penambahan pemasaran di
Arya Meika Trans

Arya Meika Trans. This study aims to determine whether service quality, price and
promotion have a partial and simultaneous effect on increasing sales of services at
Arya Meika Trans and to find out which of the product quality services, prices and
promotions have on increasing sales at Arya Meika Trans. The type of research used
by researchers is quantitative, with a sample size of 30 employees in companies
that use Arya Meika Trans shipping services. The method of data
collection is using a questionnaire. Test the research instrument, namely testing the
validity and reliability. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression
analysis, while the hypothesis test is a partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test)
and multiple coefficients of determination (R2).\ud
The results of the study using the t test showed that there was a partial effect on the
product quality, price and promotion variables on the increase in sales of services
at Arya Meika Trans. Based on the results of multiple linear regression tests, it can
be seen that the most dominant variable influences the increase in sales at Arya
Meika Trans

Lifestyle modification and hypertension prevention
BACKGROUND: Hypertension, a clear risk factor for cardiovascular diseases, affects nearly one
billion people worldwide. Recent statistics have reported increasing mortality due to
hypertension which reveals the importance of prophylactic strategies in controlling blood
pressure. Lifestyle changes are one of the most effective ways to prevent and control
hypertension.
METHODS: This study was a comprehensive literature review performed through searches in
databases such as Medline, PubMed, Science Direct, Scopus, and Google Scholar using the
terms "lifestyle", "hypertension", "lifestyle modification", "risk factors for hypertension",
"nonpharmacologic treatment of hypertension", and "dietary and activity factors".
RESULTS: Lifestyle factors such as dietary behaviors and physical activity are associated with
hypertension. Several studies have indicated direct and indirect associations between
overweight and increased risk of hypertension. Increased consumption of grains, fruits,
vegetables, and milk and reduced consumption of sodium, fat, and alcohol are effective in
preventing and controlling hypertension. In addition, some studies have reported a 35%
reduction in risk of developing hypertension among individuals who engage in regular physical
activity compared to sedentary people.
CONCLUSION: Since lifestyle- and diet-related factors are often modifiable, perceptions of
their effects have specific importance in hypertension prevention and treatment
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

Arya Residences is the flagship project of ArthaLand Corporation, a fairly new developer in the industry. The company\u27s key success factors are the expertise of its management team in real estate and their thrust of making future proof developments. Future proof means being significant and adaptable to new situations and customers that the company serves. This includes the company\u27s goal for LEED® accreditation status and investing in green living projects. However, being new in the game proves to be a challenge in terms of penetrating the market.
The researchers conducted a UAI survey having 100 respondents, male and female, through convenience sampling due to the availability of the target market. Both primary and secondary target markets share the same characteristics all but their age. They are the ones deemed to be part of the country\u27s high society. The researchers further examined in detail the ins and outs of the company by studying the company\u27s marketing mix, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and its comparison with its competitors such as Ayala Land and Rockwell Land.
The marketing strategies recommended in this paper aim to increase sales as quickly and as efficiently as possible. This would be possible through increasing advertising efforts, fresh new ideas for events, and retraining of current sales managers. With this at hand, the strategies implied would yield a significant increase in pace of selling the condominium units and that the units of the Tower 2 of Arya Residences are expected to be sold out by the year 2014

PENGARUH PERILAKU RELIGIUSITAS, BONUS DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI CV. ARYA DUTA DEPOK JAWA BARAT
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Perilaku Religiusitas,
Bonus, Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di CV Arya Duta Depok
Jawa Barat . Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan penelitian
kuantitatif dengan menggunkan program SPSS
Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada alpha 5%, penulis menyimpulkan
bahwa Variabel religiusitas secara parsial, dengan melalui uji t-tabel, maka di
dapatkan hasil bahwa perilaku religiusitas tidak memilik pengaruh dengan kinerja
karyawan yang ada di CV. Arya Duta Depok Jawa Barat. Religius (X1) mempunyai
koefisien regresi sebesar 0,189, artinya bahwa setiap kenaikan variabel Religiusitas
sebesar 1% maka akan terjadi peningkatan kinerja sebesar 18,9%. Variabel Bonus
secara pasial dengan melalui uji t-tabel, maka di dapatkan hasil bahwa Bonus
memilik pengaruh yang signifikan dengan kinerja karyawan yang ada di CV. Arya
Duta Depok Jawa Barat. Bonus (X2) mempunyai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,204,
artinya bahwa setiap kenaikan variabel Bonus sebesar 1% maka akan terjadi
peningkatan kinerja sebesar 20,4%. Variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan dengan melalui uji
t-tabel, maka di dapatkan hasil bahwa gaya kepemimpinan memilik pengaruh dan
signifikan dengan kinerja karyawan yang ada di CV. Arya Duta Depok Jawa Barat.
Gaya Kepemimpinan (X3) mempunyai koefisien regresi sebesar -0,061, artinya
bahwa setiap kenaikan variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan sebesar 1% maka akan terjadi
peningkatan kinerja sebesar -6,1%. Hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukan
bahwa, variabel Perilaku Religiusitas, Bonus, dan Gaya Kepemimpinan memiliki
pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang ada di CV. Arya Duta
Depok Jawa Barat, hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari uji F. Sedangkan secara Konstanta
(α) mempunyai regresi sebesar 32,102, artinya jika variabel Religiusitas (X1), Bonus
(X2), dan Kepemimpinan (X3) dianggap nol, maka kinerja karyawan sebesar 32,102
