Kata kunci: problem solving, kecemasan menghadapi ujian Pada dasarnya kecemasan menghadapi ujian yang dialami siswa dapat menimbulkan permasalahan dalam menjalani hidupnya apabila tidak terkondisikan dengan baik dan dapat mengganggu siswa dalam menjalani proses belajar di sekolah. Fenomena yang ditemukan peneliti dari hasil observasi yang dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 9 Malang terhadap siswa kelas VIII terlihat cukup banyak siswa yang mengalami masalah kecemasan, khususnya kecemasan ketika menghadapi ujian sekolah. Problem solving dipandang sebagai salahsatu teknik yang tepat dalam mereduksi kecemasan siswa menghadapi ujian karena dalam pelaksanaannya siswa diminta untuk berlatih menghadapi kecemasan secara real, memahami penyebab kecemasan, mengetahui dan menemukan kesulitan yang akan dihadapi sampai pada akhirnya siswa mampu menghadapi masalah yang sedang dialami ketika menghadapi ujian. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan menguji keefektifan penggunaan teknik problem solving dalam mereduksi kecemasan siswa menghadapi ujian. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian eksperimen pre-experimental bentuk one-group pretest-posttest design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini merupakan siswa yang menunjukkan skor tingkat kecemasan ujian cukup tinggi atas hasil pretest yang telah diberikan. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu inventori kecemasan siswa menghadapi ujian, pedoman eksperimen dan pedoman observasi. Uji validitas instrumen kecemasan siswa dalam menghadapi ujian menggunakan perhitungan statistik analisis korelasi person pada seluruh item pernyataan. Selanjutnya, item-item pernyataan diuji reliabilitasnya dan diperoleh nilai Cronbach’s Alpha yang menunjukkan instrumen kecemasan siswa menghadapi ujian memiliki reliabelitas yang baik. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian ini menggunakan uji beda Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test dengan membandingkan skor pretest dan posttest yang menunjukkan H0 ditolak, maka dapat disimpulkan ada perbedaan tingkat kecemasan siswa menghadapi ujian sekolah setelah melaksanakan latihan teknik problem solving. Saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu: (1) konselor sebaiknya menggunakan teknik problem solving dalam mereduksi kecemasan siswa menghadapi ujian dengan menggunakan contoh kasus sesuai dengan masalah kecemasan ujian yang dihadapi oleh siswa, (2) peneliti selanjutnya disarankan untuk menggunakan kelompok kontrol, sehingga dapat diperoleh hasil yang lebih akurat ABSTRACT Arib, Muhammad Naufal. 2017. The phenomenon found by researchers from the observations conducted in junior high school against the eighth grade students seen enough students who have anxiety problems, especially anxiety when faced with school exams. Problem solving is seen as one of the proper techniques in reducing the anxiety of students facing the exam because in the implementation of the students are asked to practice real anxiety, understand the causes of anxiety, knowing and finding difficulties that will be faced until finally students are able to face the problems that are being experienced when facing the exam. This study was conducted with the aim of testing the effectiveness of the use of problem solving techniques in reducing the anxiety of students facing the exam. This study used a pre-experimental experimental research design of onegroup pretest-posttest design. Subjects in this study were students who showed an exam's high anxiety level was high enough for the pretest result given. Instruments used in the study are students' anxiety inventory facing exams, experimental guidelines and observation guidelines. Test the validity of students' anxiety instruments in the face of the test using statistical calculation of correlation analysis of person on all items statement. Furthermore, the statement items tested reliability and obtained the value of Cronbach's Alpha which indicates the anxiety instrument students face the test has a good reliabel. Hypothesis testing of this study using different test Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test by comparing the pretest and posttest score that shows H0 rejected, it can be concluded there is difference in anxiety level students face school exams after implementing problem solving technique exercise. Suggestions that can be given are: (1) counselor should use problem solving technique in reducing anxiety of student facing exams by using case examples according to exam anxiety problem faced by student, (2) researcher further suggested to use control group

No full textThis research aims to identify the character education values contained in the book Washaya al-Aba' li al-Abna Muhammad Syakir and the role of his opinion on the richness of character education values. It is hoped that this research can be used as a source or reference in efforts to develop education and character as a whole, especially character education according to Islam. It can also be used as a reference to facilitate understanding of character education and as a reference for relevant research in the future. This research method is qualitative and uses a narrative biography method. By using a descriptive presentation approach, this autobiography of the character's thoughts combines the ideas of character education from his work. Library research, or library research, is a research method that involves books, articles, notes and electronic media. with primary sources from the book Washaya al Aba Li al-Abna and secondary sources from study books. In this research, data collection was carried out through the documentation method, which includes searching for data through variables such as notes, books, and articles, among others. The author used a content analysis study to analyze the data; they analyzed the data textually based on the contents of the book. The research results show that the book Washaya al Aba Li al-Abna contains 17 educational character values, divided into two categories: 10 character values fall into the moral category and 7 character values fall into the performance category. Faith and piety, love and obedience to the Messenger of Allah, respect for parents, respect for teachers, truth or honesty, nobility or self-respect, patience, sincerity and a simple life are moral characters. Performance characteristics also include trust, discipline, hard work, never giving up, love of the country, interest in reading or literacy knowledge, and concern for the environment

Poems of Sheikh Muhammad al-Ghaly Ba
No full textThis volume contains seven poems handwritten by Muhammad al-Ghāli Ba. According to the author's son, Mountaga Ba, the poems were probably composed in the mid-1970s a time when the author lived in Mauritania, while working at the country's national radio station and serving as a special counsel to then president Moktar Ould Daddah (1924–2003). The poems adress various issues. The first is a call to action addressed to the Mauritianian youth, urging them to join in the collective work for the development of the country. The second poem is a hagiography on Ceerno Ahmad Nene Ba of Kaedi (Mauritania). The poem eulogizes the virtues of the patron. The third describes the event of Sharif Muhammad al-Habib's visit to the region of Fuuta region (Senegal), namely the village of Pate Galo. The fourth poem contains greetings and expresions of love addressed to the author's friends in the town of Kaedi. The fifth poem is a remembrance about good times. The author reminisces and praises the qualities of a woman named Jaari.The sixth poem describes one afternoon journey of the author. Sufism, which is the sum-sum of Islam, is often the target of attacks on the wrong practices of Sufism that occur today or for ignorance of good and true Sufism. This article tries to describe the life of Sufism, practice, and the spiritual condition of the Prophet Muhammad. In the scientific field and religious side, this will be traced in terms of Sufism practices carried out by the prophet Muhammad found in the hadiths and books. This journal was analyzed using qualitative methods of literature study. Related primary and secondary sources will be categorized which will be presented in the form of research results. Various sources that the author can reveal that the life of the prophet Muhammad was filled with Sufistic instruments, and a lifestyle like this is an ideal lifestyle. It can be concluded that this pattern of life is at the same time a treasure and \u27ibrah for the Sufi life, so it can be said that the Messenger of Allah has laid the spiritual foundations for his followers throughout the ages
