Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Komitmen Organisasi pada karyawan PT. Fortuna Andre Lines Samarinda. Dengan menggunakan beberapa teori dari penelitian sebelumnnya terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, maka variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepuasan Kerja dan Kompensasi dengan hipotesis bahwa Kepuasan Kerja dan Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi pada PT. Fortuna Andre Lines.Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa, baik Kepuasan Kerja maupun Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa apabila terjadi peningkatan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Kompensasi maka akan meningkatkan Komitmen Organisasi
Studi Komparatif Terhadap Makna Itab Kepada Nabi Muhammad Dalam Perspektif Sayyid Quthub dan Buya Hamka
Itab is a term used to commemorate and reprimand the Prophet Muhammad when he made a mistake, but in the interpretation of Fiy Zhilalil Qur'an by Sayyid Al-Quthb and Tafsir Al-Azhar by Buya Hamka, they differ in interpreting the word itab contained in the verses. Al-Qur'an. The purpose of this study is to analyze the differences in interpreting the word itab contained in the Qur'an and in this study the author focuses on the verses that explain the sour face and turn away and forbid something that is lawful. This study uses a qualitative method with a library research model and compares the interpretations of Sayyid Qutb and Buya Hamka. From the results of this study which discusses Itab to the Prophet Muhammad SAW, that the two interpreters differ in explaining the meaning of Itab: in terms of language, Sayyid Qutb divides it into 2 types, namely Hard and Soft, while Buya Hamka only has 1 type, namely soft. In terms of terms, Sayyid Qutb uses 2 terms, namely itab and tazdkirah (warning), while buya Hamka uses the terms itab, warning and reprimand. In terms of his position, Sayyid Qutb said that this was a warning to the Prophet Muhammad because of his mistake in ijtihad, so that it had an impact on Islamic law, while according to Buya Hamka, the error of the Prophet Muhammad in ijtihad had no impact on Islamic law, because the Prophet SAW could not be separated from the side of the Prophet Muhammad. mistakes as ordinary people. Konsep Aul dan Radd : Studi Komparatif Imam Nawawi dan Muhammad Shahrur
ABSTRAK
Penjelasan waris antar para ulama seringkali terjadi perbedaan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh berbedanya budaya, latar belakang dan dasar pemikiran setiap individu para ulama. Salah satu permasalahan waris yang memiliki perbedaan pendapat dalam pelaksanaannya adalah aul dan radd, yaitu mengenai kebolehannya dalam melakukan pembagian waris ketika terjadi kelebihan atau kekurangan harta waris. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai bagaimana pendapat Imam Nawawi dan Muhammad Shahrur terhadap status aul dan radd, dan bagaimana perbandingan aul dan radd antara Imam Nawawi dan Muhammad Shahrur.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian normatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan. Penulis menggunakan studi komparatif sebagai metode untuk membandingkan pendapat antara Imam Nawawi dan Muhammad Shahrur. Kemudian data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari sumber-sumber primer yaitu kitab Minhaj Ath-Thalibin, Raudhah Ath-Thalibin, Nahwu Ushul jadidah fi Ilmi Fiqh, Fathul Wahab bi Syarhi Minhaj Ath-Thalibin.
Hasil kesimpulan pada pebelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaan mengenai status kebolehan menggunakan konsep aul dan radd dalam pembagian waris antara Imam Nawawi dan Muhammad Shahrur. Mengenai konsep aul, Imam Nawawi mewajibkan penggunaan konsep aul apabila terjadi kekurangan harta pada pembagian harta waris, sedangkan Muhammad Shahrur tidak memperbolehkan penggunaan konsep aul apabila terjadi kekurangan harta waris dan tetap berpegang teguh kepada pembagian waris yang sudah diatur dalam al-Qur'an. Adapun mengenai konsep radd, Imam Nawawi memberikan syarat kebolehan penggunaan konsep radd apabila baitul maal tidak terorganisir dengan baik atau tidak aktif, sedangkan Muhammad Shahrur mutlak menolak konsep radd sebagai metode ketika terjadi lebih dalam pembagian waris.
ABSTRACT
The explanation of inheritance between scholars often differs.This is due to the different cultures, backgrounds and the basis of thinking of each individual scholar. One of the inheritance problems that has a difference of opinion in its implementation is aul and radd, which is about their ability to distribute inheritance when there is an excess or shortage of inheritance. This study discusses what Imam Nawawi and Muhammad Shahrur think about the status of aul and radd, and how the aul and radd compare between Imam Nawawi and Muhammad Shahrur.
The author uses a comparative study as a method to compare opinions between Imam Nawawi and Muhammad Shahrur. Then the data in this study was obtained from primary sources, namely the book Minhaj Ath-Talibin, Raudhah Ath-Talibin, Nahwu Ushul jadidah fi Ilmi Fiqh, Fathul Wahab bi Syarhi Minhaj Ath-Talibin.This research is a normative research with a type of literature research.
The conclusion of this purchase is that there is a difference in the status of the ability to use the concepts of aul and radd in the distribution of inheritance between Imam Nawawi and Muhammad Shahrur. Regarding the concept of aul, Imam Nawawi requires the use of the concept of aul if there is a lack of property in the distribution of inheritance, while Muhammad Shahrur does not allow the use of the concept of aul if there is a lack of inheritance and still adheres to the distribution of inheritance that has been regulated in the Qur'an. As for the concept of radd, Imam Nawawi gave a condition for the ability to use the concept of radd if the baitul maal is not well organized or inactive, while Muhammad Shahrur absolutely rejected the concept of radd as a method when it occurs more deeply in the distribution of inheritance.

غالبا ما يختلف تفسير الميراث بين العلماء. ويرجع ذلك إلى اختلاف الثقافات والخلفيات وأساس تفكير كل باحث على حدة. واحدة من مشاكل الميراث التي لها اختلاف في الرأي في تنفيذها هي عول و رد ، والتي تتعلق بقدرتها على توزيع الميراث عندما يكون هناك فائض أو نقص في الميراث. تناقش هذه الدراسة ما يفكر فيه الإمام النووي ومحمد شحرور حول وضع العول والرد، وكيف يقارن الإمام النووي والرد.
هذا البحث هو بحث معياري مع نوع من البحوث الأدبية. يستخدم المؤلف دراسة مقارنة كطريقة لمقارنة الآراء بين الإمام النووي ومحمد شحرور. ثم تم الحصول على البيانات الواردة في هذه الدراسة من مصادر أولية ، وهي كتاب منهاج الطالبين ، وروضة الطالبين ، ونحنو أوشول جديدة في فقه علمي ، وفتح وهاب بصرحي منهاج طالبين.
وهذا يعني أن هناك اختلافا في مكانة القدرة على استخدام مفهومي الأول/الول والراد في توزيع الميراث بين الإمام النووي ومحمد شحرور. فيما يتعلق بمفهوم الولي ، يتطلب الإمام النووي استخدام مفهوم إذا كان هناك نقص في الملكية في توزيع الميراث ، بينما لا يسمح محمد شحرور باستخدام مفهوم عول إذا كان هناك نقص في الميراث ولا يزال متمسكا بتوزيع الميراث الذي تم تنظيمه في القرآن. أما بالنسبة لمفهوم الراد ، فقد أعطى الإمام النووي شرطا للقدرة على استخدام مفهوم الرد إذا لم يكن بيت المال منظما جيدا أو غير نشط ، بينما رفض محمد شحرور تماما مفهوم الراد كطريقة عندما يحدث بشكل أعمق في توزيع الميرا
PROPAGATING PURITAN ISLAM IN SURAKARTA: READING THE BIOGRAPHY OF ABDULLAH THUFAIL SAPUTRA
Abdullah Thufail Saputra, a Pakistani-Javanese descendant, was one of the most influential figures in the spread of puritan da'wah in Solo in the 1970s and 1990s. He founded the Majlis Tafsir Al-Qur'an, which is now the largest and most massive Islamic organization in Solo. This study uses a qualitative approach. This study is complemented by essential elements such as observations, as well as in-depth interviews with some of Thufail's closest people. This study also examines some of the necessary documents, especially Thufail era brochures, MTA study recordings, and other documents. This article tries to explore Abdullah Thufail's intellectual journey, starting from his traditional educational background, changing his outlook from a traditional person to later becoming a Salafi-puritan, his missionary struggle, and how he founded and developed the MTA. This paper also discusses the struggle of MTA in accepting the sole principle of Pancasila and how MTA subsequently changed orientation after joining the New Order circle in 1984. The author also argues that the doctrine of zakat and jihad, which Thufail interpreted, became the central pillar for further MTA da'wah
Teaching English to Young Learners in India: English Classes Pratham Education
There is now a growing tendency among Indonesian people to introduce English to children starting from the early age, through either formal or informal education. This can be seen from the mushrooming of bilingual and international schools where English is used as the language of instruction as well as the increasing number of English courses aimed especially for children. Sometimes people hold a misconception regarding teaching English for young learners, in which they believe that the earlier the kids learn a foreign language, the better it will be. As a matter of fact, this assumption is not completely true. Only when handled with care will the teaching of foreign language to young learners succeed as expected? Otherwise, this will not gain a significant effect on children’s language development. This paper will elaborate some principles on how young learners learn a foreign language, which should be the foundation of the way the teaching English to young learners is conducted. Some theories on how children learn will be drawn on, followed by a discussion on the pedagogical implications. This paper is expected to give insights to English teachers in general and teachers of English for young learners in particular, about the importance of taking into account the aspects related to the way young learners learn in designing their teaching learning process

ABSTRACT.Economic pressure, income instability, and high levels of poverty are believed to be triggers of tension in households, which can then lead to acts of violence. This research examines the impact of economic factors on the high rates of violence against women in Indonesia and the legal protection against violence towards women. This study employs normative research, which is also defined as library legal research using various literature as study materials and analytical resources. The influence of economic factors on the high levels of violence against women in Indonesia is complex and significant. Financial instability, women's economic dependence on partners, and economic inequality within households all contribute to the rising risk of violence against women. Legal protection for women who are victims of violence in Indonesia is regulated by laws, such as the Domestic Violence Law and Human Rights Law. By providing skills training, access to business credit, and other economic support, women can become more financially independent and have options to escape violent situations. CV. Mandiri Jaya Palembang adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penjualan atk dan percetakan. Perusahaan ini berlokasi di Jl. Sukabangun 2 Soak Simpur Kec.Sukarami Kota Palembang. Laporan ini membahas tentang permasalahan perencanaan penyusunan dan realisasi anggaran yang terjadi pada perusahaan dalam kegiatan penjualan. Laporan ini dibuat untuk menganalisis anggaran penjualan yang disusun oleh perusahaan apakah sudah sesuai atau terjadi penyimpangan dalam realisasinya. Penulis menggunakan data yang didapat dari perusahaan yaitu data anggaran dan realisasi tahun 2014, 2015 dan 2016. Dalam menyususun anggaran penjualan perusahaan menggunakan kenaikan 10% penaksiran sehingga metode yang dipilih belum tepat. Perusahaan belum melakukan analisis terhadap penyimpangan yang terjadi antara anggaran dan realisasi penjualan. Berdasarkan analisis, penulis memberi saran agar perusahaan melakukan teknik penaksiran seperti menggunakan metode Least square, Moment dan Kuadrat agar realisasi kerja dapat mencapai target anggaran penjualan yang telah ditetapkan. Serta agar lebih maksimal harus ada analisis lebih lanjut penyimpangan yang terjadi antara anggaran dan realisasi penjualannya, agar perusahaan dapat mengetahui penyebab penyimpangan dan sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk menyusun anggaran tahun berikutnya
THE RELATION BETWEEN VERBAL AND VISUAL EXPRESSIONS IN SANDERS AND DEMICCO’S “THE CROODS 1”
Communication is generally defined as having both a verbal and nonverbal component. Verbal communication often refers to the words we use in communication whereas nonverbal communication refers to communication that is produced by some means other than words (eye contact, body language, or vocal cues) (Knapp & Hall, 2009:5). This study describes the relation between verbal and visual expression in “The Croods 1”. The aims of this study are to describe how verbal relate to visual expression in “The Croods 1”. The face provides more than one kinds of signal to convey more than one kind of message. In trying to follow the emotion messages, you may look at the wrong signal. Or perhaps you do not clearly differentiate the emotion messages from the other messages conveyed by the face
There are six of facial expressions relate to visual, and language features relate to verbal expression. the facial blueprints of the major emotions-how surprise, fear, anger, disgust, sadness, and happiness are registered by changes in the forehead, eyebrows, eyelids, cheeks, nose, lips, and chin. This research used descriptive method with qualitative approach. The object of this research was “The Croods 1”. The source of the data is facial expression and the dialogs in the croods movie.
There are 30 data of facial expression were identified in the movie. They are 5 data in surprise expression, 6 data in fear expression, 3 data in disgust expression, 6 data in anger expression, 7 data in happiness expression and 3 data in sadness. They are surprise, fear, anger, disgust, sadness, and happiness, those of strategies related to visual expression. The verbal expression related to language features. So, there are relations between verbal and visual expression in “The Croods 1”. the researcher would like to give some suggestions about the analysis of dialogs in a film using semiotic approach such as used Ferdinand approach, Barthes approach, Eco approach and so on. And the last suggested that other researchers also pay intention in combining those semiotic study above with other issues, for example the analyze of poster or advertisement by used semiotic approach
Student Perceptions On The Use Of Youtube In Increasing Vocabulary
This research is entitled “Students' Perception On the Use of YouTube to Develop Their Vocabulary”. The objective of the research is to identify, classify and describe the ways English Students use YouTube to develop their Vocabulary. It is also to analyze and describe students' perception on using YouTube to develop their vocabulary. This research used descriptive quantitative method. The research collected the data using questionnaires and interviews. The sample was 30 students' from the 2022 batch of English Department Faculty of Humanities. Thirty students' responses were collected by online questionnaire with google-form and answers collected by online interview with Whatsapp. The collected data were quantitatively analyzed by percentage formula. Using theory Freeman and Anderson (2011: 250) and to analyze the university students' perception about the use of YouTube to develop their vocabulary base on the theory of Nelson-Smith (2008:32). The results showed that most of the respondents had positive responses about the use of YouTube to develop their vocabulary. Since YouTube can be used both as providing teaching resources and enhancing learning experience. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that University students have positive perceptions on the use of YouTube in the use of media YouTube is considered useful to students, English Department, Sam Ratulangi University Since YouTube can be used both as providing teaching resources and enhancing learning experience. STUDENTS VISUAL EXPRESSION TOWARD ONLINE LEARNING WHILE COVID-19 PANDEMIC
This study describes students' visual expression of online learning during Covid-19 pandemic. The aim of this study was to describe facial expression of the students during online learning by following Ekman (2003) theory of face: surprise, fear, anger, disgust, sadness, and happiness. The teacher must understand if students understand what he has been saying. There were interest, concentration, and perplexity produced by face (Ekman, 2003:3). This research is beneficial for teachers or lecturer to understand the facial expressions produced by students during the teaching process, to understand how students feel in the classroom. The descriptive method was used in this study, along with a qualitative approach. The focus of this study was on students' visual expression while online learning. There are 10 data of facial expression were identified in online learning. The data showed 20% of those with surprise expression, 10% of those with fear expression, 10% of those with disgust expression, 10% of those with anger expression, 30% of those with happiness expression and 10% with sadness expression. The data are presented in visual expression while online learning produced by the students. The findings of this study illustrate that online learning is not very effective in distance learning, which can be seen in the facial expressions of students during the teaching proces
