Analysis Of Health Service Use Of Hope Family Program Participants In Increasing The Work Effectiveness Of The Wanaraya Health Center, Kikim Barat District Lahat District
Get PDFThe author conducted research with the aim of finding out how the Health Services Utilization of Participants in the Family Hope Program in the Work Area of the Wanaraya Health Center, West Kikim District, Lahat Regency. The type of research used by the author is a form of field research which is qualitative research. Data processing and analysis techniques using Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Verification and Conclusion Drawing. The results of the study explain that the Family Hope Program (PKH) is very helpful for underprivileged people in utilizing and using health facilities through the Wanaraya Health Center, West Kikim District, Lahat Regency. For people in the category of elderly, pregnant women and toddlers, they are required to check themselves regularly every month in the context of eradicating malnutrition/stunting at health service facilities, both direct health centers and posyandu-posyandu which are spread across 7 (seven) villages under the working area of the Wanaraya Health Center. Many people who use or take advantage of health services through the Family Hope Program (PKH), are more dominant in utilizing health service facilities for childbirth, while the use of other health service facilities is not dominant

The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test the quality of the data by using the validity test, reliability test, normality test. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial test simultaneous test and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that service quality has a significant effect on community satisfaction at the Muara Enim District Office, Muara Enim Regency. Work ethic has a significant effect on community satisfaction at the Muara Enim District Office, Muara Enim Regency. Discipline has a significant effect on community satisfaction at the Muara Enim District Office, Muara Enim Regency. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test the quality of the data by using the validity test, reliability test. Analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formula, partial test simultaneous test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study showed that Work Skills had a significant effect on the performance appraisal of the Agriculture Office of the City of Pagar Alam. Work Commitment has no significant effect on the performance appraisal of the Pagar Alam City Agriculture Service employee. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada responden. Uji kualitas data dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas. Analisis dengan menggunakan perhitungan statistik dengan rumus regresi berganda, uji parsial uji simultan dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian didapat Keterampilan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penilaian prestasi kerja pegawai Dinas Pertanian Kota Pagar Alam. Komitmen Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penilaian prestasi kerja pegawai Dinas Pertanian Kota Pagar Alam. Budaya Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penilaian prestasi kerja pegawai Dinas Pertanian Kota Pagar Alam. Keterampilan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai Dinas Pertanian Kota Pagar Alam. Kontribusi Hasil Produksi Sektor Pertanian, Kehutanan & Perikanan Dan Ipm Dalam Menurunkan Tingkat Kemiskinan Di Sumatera Selatan
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kontribusi hasil produksi sektor Pertanian, Kehutanan & Perikanan dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) dalam menurunkan tingkat kemiskinan di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan tahun 2014-2018. Ruang lingkup penelitian mencakup 17 kabupaten dan kota di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder yang didapar dari publikasi BPS Kabupaten dan kota di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kemiskinan terendah terjadi di kota pagaralam dan tingkat kemiskinan tertinggi terjadi di kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara. Sedangkan, penurunan tingkat kemiskinan terbesar terjadi di kabupaten musi rawas. Hasil regresi didapati secara simultan, kontribusi sektor Pertanian, Kehutanan, Perikanan dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) mampu mempengaruhi tingkat kemiskinan di provinsi sumatera selatan. Secara parsial, kontribusi sektor Pertanian, Kehutanan, Perikanan dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di provinsi sumatera selatan tahun 2014-2018. Keterbatasan pada penelitian ini yaitu hanya terbatas pada variabel hasil produksi sektor pertanian, kehutanan & Perikanan dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) saja serta lingkup wilayah yang diteliti hanya terbatas di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan saja. Meskipun demikian, penelitian ini dapat berguna bagi pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan maupun pemerintah kota/kabupaten di Sumatera Selatan dalam rangka menurunkan tingkat kemiskinan di daerahnya

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDFPenelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui determinan efektivitas kerja pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan Dan Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Empat Lawang, dengan variabel independen yaitu kepemimpinan, karakter individu, kerjasama dan kemampuan kerja yang mempengaruhi efektivitas kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, sedangkan pengumpulan data dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 30 responden. Uji kualitas data dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji normalitas. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial dengan menggunakan SPSS Ver. 24.0 dengan rumus regresi berganda, uji parsial uji simultan dan koefisien determinasi.Hasil analisis didapat kepemimpinan, karakter individu, kerjasama dan kemampuan kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara sendiri-sendiri terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan Dan Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Empat Lawang. The Influence Of Commitment And Emotional Intelligence On The Turnover Intention Of Marriage Partners At The Sub-District Kua In Muara Enim District
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of commitment and emotional intelligence on the turnover intention of married couples at the District Office of Religous Affairs (KUA) in the Muara Enim Regency area. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique, with a descriptive approach. The data collection method uses questionnaires and interviews. The questionnaire uses a Likert scale. This study used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis technique, with the LISREL (Linear Structural Relation) tool verson 8.7. The result of the study concluded that commitment has a significant effect on the turnover intention of married couples at the District Office of Religous Affairs (KUA) in the Muara Enim Regency area with a regression coefficient of 1.00 and t-value = 7,34, and emotional intelligence has a significant effect on the turnover intention of married couples at the District Office of Religous Affairs (KUA) in the Muara Enim Regency area with a regression coefficient of 1.00 and t-value = 5,15

The sample in this study were all employees of the Office of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Muara Enim Regency, totaling 32 people. So the sampling technique used in this study using saturated sampling method. Sampling is saturated, namely the technique of determining the sample if all members of the population will be sampled in research or can also be called a census in a small scope. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Data analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, normality test. The analysis used was descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with a simple linear regression formula, coefficient of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises of Muara Enim Regency. The results of the analysis show that human resource development has a fairly strong contribution to the work effectiveness of the employees of the Office of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Muara Enim Regency

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
