Bisnis sangat penting dalam kehidupan manusia, karena manusia memerlukan harta dan kekayaan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari. Bisnis dibidang obat pertanian merupakan bisnis yang cukup menjanjikan. Seperti halnya toko obat pertanian yang cukup besar didaerah kabupaten Pati yaitu CV Aliansyah. CV Aliansyah merupakan perusahaan swasta yang bergerak dibidang obat pertanian. Masyarakat kabupaten pati yang sebagian besar bekerja sebagai petani membuat bisnis obat pertanian sangat menjanjikan dan dapat memperoleh keuntungan yang cukup besar. Maka dari itu pebisnis menginginkan keuntungan yang banyak, berbagai strategi dan inovasi diterapkan sebagai langkah untuk mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan perusahaan. Dalam islam sangat diharamkan memproduksi atau menjual segala sesuatu yang merusak aqidah yang shalih dan akhlak yang menggocangkan nilai-nilai agama dan akhlak, menyibukkan pada hal-hal yang sia-sia dan menjauhkannya dari keseriusan, mendekatkan pada kebatilan dan menjauhkan dari kebenaran, mendekatkan dunia dan menjauhkan akhirat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana marketing mix yang ada di CV Aliansyah dan juga untuk mengetahu bagaimana marketing mix CV Aliansyah dalam perspektif etika bisnis islam. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian pendekatan kualitatif. Objek penelitiannya adalah CV Aliansyah. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui metode wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah marketing mix yang dilakukan oleh CV Aliansyah sudah sesuai dengan etika bisnis islam, hal ini dapat dilihat dari tidak adanya penyimpangan yang melanggar prinsip-prisip etika bisnis islam pada marketing mix yang dilakukan CV Aliansyah

Misunderstandings about Islam greatly increased in this era of globalization. This mistake in understanding Islam caused the Islamic ummah to be extreme left and extreme right. In the field of education there are many over-attitude problems that adversely affect the teacher and his students, such as the teacher joking excessively with his students, jokingly triggering the teacher to react and kick each other, the parents rage to the new student admission committee because they protested asking for justice for the acceptance of new students. Understanding Carok in Madura: Legal Reform from Criminal Law and Islamic Law Perspective
No full textThis article aimed to describe Carok nowadays from the perspective of criminal law and Islamic law. Carok is a traditional sort of vengeance or conflict seen in specific parts of Indonesia, particularly Madura, East Java. It usually consists of armed battles between groups or people, often resulting from long-standing feuds or disputes over land, honour, or revenge. Carok episodes can be violent and even fatal, and they are firmly ingrained in local cultural and social dynamics. A feeling of honour and pride frequently drives conflicts, and they can be difficult to resolve through normal legal processes. Carok was well-known for the Madurese killing (maybe similar to Hara-kiri in Japan, Sati in India, and so on), which moved on from the beginning as honour killing to nowadays as criminalization. This article intends to conduct legal research, similar to socio-legal research, due to the experience of the author(s) as Madurese, and involving several native Madurese people and figures in the research, such as religious leaders and law enforcers. As a result, this article found that Carok nowadays has identical meanings and punishment in Indonesian criminal law and Islamic law

No full textThe Business Judgment Rule is a doctrine that protects the board of directors against any business decisions that cause losses to the company. The Board of Directors as one of the components participating in the management of BUMN is responsible for managing BUMN for the interests and objectives of BUMN. This study examines criminal liability on the principles of the Business Judgment Rule for Directors of State-Owned Enterprises. The research method used by the author is descriptive research with a normative juridical approach. The results of research conducted by the author can be concluded that the principle of the Business Judgment Rule in Indonesia is a doctrine of protection for directors from accountability for their actions in managing the company. Furthermore, the criminal responsibility of the Directors of BUMN in criminal acts for the actions of the Business Judgment Rule can be applied if it is proven that they have abused their authority which is contrary to laws and regulations and the directors are personally responsible if in carrying out actions on behalf of the company, they are proven guilty or negligent in carrying out their duties management of the company and violating the company's articles of association.Business Judgment Rule merupakan doktrin yang melindungi direksi terhadap setiap keputusan bisnis yang menimbulkan kerugian bagi perseroan. Direksi sebagai salah satu komponen yang turut dalam kepengurusan BUMN bertanggungjawab atas pengurusan BUMN untuk kepentingan dan tujuan BUMN, serta mewakili BUMN baik di dalam maupun di luar Pengadilan. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pertanggungjawaban pidana atas prinsip Business Judgment Rule Bagi Direksi Badan Usaha Milik Negara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan penulis dapat disimpulkan bahwa prinsip Business Judgment Rule di Indonesia adalah sebagai doktrin perlindungan bagi direksi dari pertanggungjawaban atas tindakannya dalam pengurusan perseroan. Selanjutnya Pertanggungjawaban pidana Direksi BUMN dalam tindak pidana atas perbuatan Business Judgment Rule dapat diterapkan apabila terbukti menyalahgunakan wewenang yang ada padanya yang bertentangan dengan peraturan perundang-undangan dan direksi bertanggung jawab secara pribadi apabila dalam melakukan perbuatan atas nama perseroan, terbukti bersalah atau lalai menjalankan tugasnya melaksanakan pengurusan perseroan dan melanggar anggaran dasar perseroan

Pemdinding Desa Pangkoh Hulu. So far, the activities carried out by the OSIS as well as extracurricular activities at Pandih Batu 1 Public High School are still managed manually, such as in the election of new OSIS chair candidates at Pandih Batu 1 Public High School still using conventional methods, namely direct voting, do not take advantage of information technology. In overcoming these problems, the author intends to build an information system for the management of the Pandih Batu 1 State Senior High School student council called SI-OSIS. The title that will be raised by the author in this final project research is "Design and Build a Website Management of Student Council Information Systems and Extracurriculars at Pandih Batu 1 Public High School" with the hope that it will become a new tool and alternative that can facilitate the management of Pandih Batu 1 Public High School Student Council to become more sophisticated in the era of information technology that has been digitized so that students at SMA Negeri 1 Pandih Batu are not left behind with current information technology developments. The data collection methods used by the author are observation, interviews, and library research.

No full textObjective : This article objective is to describe cytology diagnosis difficulties of yolk sac tumors of the ovary.
Method : Case reports and literature review.
Case : The author reports the case of a 24 year old woman who complained of an enlarged stomach. Serum AFP increased to 16,519.7 U/mL. Ultrasound examination revealed solid and irregular mass of ovarian, so the conclusion was suspect ovarian carcinoma. Conclusion of CT scan examination was a solid ovarian tumor. The working diagnosis was suspect ovarian carcinoma. Optimal debulking was performed, accompanied by taking a sample from the peritoneal rinse fluid. Microscopic examination of peritoneal fluid showed the distribution and group of cells with pleomorphic nuclei, partly hyperchromatic, partly vesicular with coarse chromatin and prominent nucleoli. There were also cells with polygonal nuclei, small nuclei, basophilic and vacuole cytoplasm with a mucoid background. These cells formed a solid arrangement. Conclusion from these features was carcinoma metastases to the peritoneal fluid. Microscopic examination from tumor tissue sample showed an ovarian yolk sac tumor appearance.
Conclusion : Cytologic examination of peritoneal fluid in cases of ovarian yolk sac tumor is quite difficult to determine the diagnosis. This is due to the microscopic appearance of tumor cells which often looks like a carcinoma and limited literature about this tumors in the peritoneal fluid.
