Imagery in the Journals Written by the Writing I Students Of the English Department Of Widya Mandala Catholic University Surabaya
Many students think that writing is a daunting task and,
therefore, they cannot write a good composition and journal writing is
assigned for writing improvement. One of the aspects in writing a journal
is imagery. Imagery is the use of concrete words to replace the abstract
ones in order to enable the readers to imagine in everything experienced
by the author. This study explored the kinds of imagery which are found
in the journals written by the Writing I students of Widya Mandala
Catholic University Surabaya. The subjects were eleven students of
Writing I. Each student submitted 4 journals. A checklist was used to
organize the imagery in the journals. Not all writing journals that were
analyzed exposed imagery. Visual and auditory imagery were found.
There were forty seven examples of visual imagery and six examples of

Proses Kreatif Pengarang Antologi Cerpen Hujan Cahaya Karya Widya Al Falah dan Implikasinya pada Rancangan Pembelajaran Sastra Di SMP Kelas IX
The purpose of this study was to describe Widya Al Falah's creative process as the author of the short story Rain of Light and its implementation in the design of literature lessons in grade IX junior high school. This research was conducted to overcome problems in class IX junior high school regarding the design of short story anthologies. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that there was a series of creative processes that Widya Al Falah went through as the author of the short story anthology Rain of Light in writing his works. Widya's creative process starts from the urge to write, activities before writing, activities during writing, to activities after writing. All the activities that Widya went through were inseparable from his personal background. Starting from the reasons for writing, conducting interviews before writing, the repetitive activities that are carried out while writing, to the point where the work is finished being written, all reflect Widya's cultural, religious and educational background. All of Widya's creative processes are very appropriate to be used as inspiration in creating effective and interesting learning, can be used as learning material or implemented into RPP designs (Learning Implementation Plans)Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mendeskripsikan proses kreatif Widya Al Falah sebagai pengarang antologi cerpen Hujan Cahaya dan implementasinya pada rancangan pembelajaran sastra di SMP kelas IX. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terdapat di SMP kelas IX tentang perancangan antologi cerpen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya rangkaian proses kreatif yang dilalui oleh Widya Al Falah sebagai pengarang antologi cerpen Hujan Cahaya dalam menulis karya-karyanya. Proses kreatif Widya dimulai dari dorongan untuk menulis, kegitan sebelum menulis, kegiatan selama menulis, hingga kegiatan setelah menulis. Seluruh kegiatan yang dilalui Widya tidak lepas dari latar belakang pribadinya. Mulai dari alasan menulis, melakukan wawancara terlebih dahulu sebelum menulis, kegiatan berulang yang dilakukan saat menulis, hingga sampai pada tahap karya selesai ditulis semua sangat mencerminkan latar belakang budaya, agama, dan pendidikan Widya. Semua proses kreatif Widya ini sangat layak untuk dijadikan inspirasi dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang efektif dan menarik, dapat dijadikan sebagai materi pembelajaran maupun diimplementasikan ke dalam rancangan RPP (Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran)

This research aims to analyze higher education management using a case study at Widya Gama Mahakam University, Samarinda. In this research, the author used a literature review or literature study method. Literature review is reviewing scientific literature on a topic and critically analyzing, evaluating, and synthesizing research findings, theory, and practice. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a deeper understanding of higher education management and provide recommendations for further improvement and development
PENGARUH TUGAS PAI TERHADAP BERPERILAKU MENUTUP AURAT SISWA KELAS X SMK WIDYA PRAJA UNGARAN
The behavior to close aurat done by students is influenced by several aspects, from the family environment, the environment of peers or from school. The several aspects that affect these behavior, the author try to reseach the cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects by giving assignments, then the task consists of cognitive, affective and psychomotor tasks. From the results of preliminary observations the author found the low behavior of students to colse aurat because of lack of knowledge of aurat, lack of practice or getting used to closing aurat either in the home, school or when using social media. So that the alleged lack of cognitive, affective and psychomotor task about the concept of aurat according to Islamic religion is the cause of the low behavior closing aurat for students. Therefore this reseach aims to determine and examine the effect of cognitive, affective and psychomotor task to the student behavior Closing Aurat of class X Vocational high School Widya Praja Ungaran Semarang.
This study is quantitative research that describes a phenomenon through field research, using a correlational approach. Data collection methods were obtained through a writing tes, questionnaire, observation, interview and documentation. Then the data is selected according to systematic and accurate research interests.
The results of this study indicate that there is a significant contribution between cognitive, affective and psychomotor tasks to student behavior closing aurat of class X Vocational high School Widya Praja Ungaran with a joint contribution rate of 61.4%. The most powerful variable that influences the behavior to close aurat is affective task by 24,1%, while cognitive task variables by 21,1% and psychomotor variables by 16,2 %. This means that the better the cognitive, affective and psychomotor tasks, the better the student behavior closing aurat will be. The task has a positive and significant effect on the behavior to close aurat of class X Vocational high School Widya Praja Ungaran
MgTiO3 Thin Films Synthesis by Sol Gel Method
Telah dilakukan sintesa lapisan tipis MgTiO3 dengan menggunakan metode Sol Gel. Lapisan tipis MgTiO3 dibuat dengan mencampurkan TiO dan MgSO4 sebagai prekursor. Larutan ini kemudian diaduk selama 1 jam agar campuran menjadi homogen dengan menggunakan magnetic stirrer. Lapisan tipis MgTiO3 dipanaskan dengan variasi suhu mulai dari 300, 400, 500 dan 60oC selama 1 jam. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian XRD menunjukkan bahwa pada suhu 300 - 500oC nilai ukuran butir kristal semakin besar, sementara pada suhu 600oC ukuran butir kristal mengecil. Struktur kristal yang terbentuk dari lapisan tipis MgTiO3 adalah rutil. Hasil SEM menunjukkan lapisan MgTiO3 terdeposisi dengan baik yang ditunjukkan dengan tidak munculnya retakan pada permukaan lapisan serta terdapat adanya pori yang terbentuk dan ketebalan lapisan tipis MgTiO3 berkisar antara 1,67 – 1,79 µm. Hasil pengujian UV-Vis menunjukkan suhu pemanasan mempengaruhi turunnya nilai band gap. Semakin tinggi suhu pemanasan semakin kecil band gap yang dihasilkan, yaitu pada suhu 300oC bernilai 3,22 eV dan pada suhu 600oC bernilai 3,02 eV.
MgTiO3 thin films synthesis has been done using Sol Gel method. The MgTiO3 thin films is made by mixing TiO and MgSO4 as precursors. This solution is then stirred for 1 h to have homogeneous mixture by using a magnetic stirrer. The MgTiO3 thin films is heated with temperature variations range of 300, 400, 500 and 600°C for 1 h. Based on XRD test showed that at 300 - 500 oC value of crystalline grain size was increased, while at 600oC the size of crystal grains decreased. The crystalline structure formed from a thin films of MgTiO3 is rutile. The SEM results show a well-deposited MgTiO3 films which is indicated by the absence of cracks on the surface of the coating and there is a pore formed and the thickness of the MgTiO3 thin films range of 1.67 to 1.79 μm. UV-Vis test show that the heating temperature affects the decrease in band gap value. The higher the heating temperature give the smallerof band gap, ie at a temperature of 300oC worth 3.22 eV and at a temperature of 600oC worth 3.02 eV, respectively.

Peran Camat Dalam Mengkoordinasikan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Di Kantor Camat Bina Widya Kota Pekanbaru Tahun 2020 Menurut Undang-Undang
This study aims to determine the role of the head of sub-district as head of government at the sub-district level in coordinating community empowerment in the Bina Widya District based on Law no. 23 of 2014 . This research departs from some of the main tasks of the sub-district heads that they must carry out based on the laws that govern them. The author took a qualitative descriptive method in this study which was sourced from interviews that were spoken directly by the parties who were the sources of the research along with supporting documents which would certainly add references to this research. This study also uses Sociological Juridical Theory based on, which is a theory that emphasizes research that aims to obtain legal knowledge empirically by going directly to the object. This research also has the result that it is still found that the role of the sub-district head cannot be carried out efficiently due to the lack of cooperation between the community and the surrounding government in an effort to increase community empowerment, such as the lack of interest in community participation in attending counseling and training carried out by the sub-district head of Bina Widya so that it has an impact the uneven distribution of empowerment such as the distribution of social assistance to support the standard of living of the community around the Bina Widya District

An Analysis on Writing Exercises of Junior High School Book ”Communicative & Interactive English” for the year VIII of Junior High School Published by”Yrama Widya
This final project is conducted to analyze the relevancy of writing
exercises in Communicative & Interactive English for the Grade VIII of Junior
High School book published by Yrama Widya and 2006 curriculum in terms of
clear direction, presence of examples, and type of writing.
In conducting the research, I used descriptive analysis since the purpose of
the study is to analyze writing exercises of “Communicative & Interactive
English” for the grade VIII of Junior High School book published by Yrama
Widya. To conduct the study, I took some steps in collecting the data. The first
step is selecting the data by choosing all kinds of exercises in every unit of
“Communicative & Interactive English” for the grade VIII of Junior High School
book published by Yrama Widya. The second step is comparing writing exercises
in the textbook and writing skills demanded by the curriculum. The third step is
categorizing the data by preparing a table to classify writing exercises in terms of
clear direction, presence of example, and type of writing. Finally, interpreting by
giving such interpretation of writing exercises in the textbook whether they are
relevant to the curriculum or not.
The result of the analysis shows that there are only three basic
competences of writing skills demanded by 2006 curriculum presented in
“Communicative & Interactive English” for the grade VIII of Junior High School
book published by Yrama Widya. There are only 4 writing exercises relevant to
the curriculum. All of them have clear direction. They do not have examples.
They are guided writing.
From the result of this study, I conclude that writing exercises in
“Communicative & Interactive English” for the grade VIII of Junior High School
book published by Yrama Widya are not relevant to the 2006 curriculum. I
suggest to English teacher in order to choose the English textbook which present
writing exercises relevant to the existing curriculum. I also suggest to English
textbook author in order to present all writing skills materials with good exercises
that relevant to the existing curriculum
