ABSTRAK
Iklim etika memainkan peran kunci dalam mengembangkan konteks pekerjaan karyawan, sehingga pentingnya menciptakan iklim etika yang kondusif dalam menumbuhkan kepuasan kerja yang akhirnya dapat menciptakan komitmen perawat yang tinggi terhadap rumah sakit. Berdasarkan hasil survei awal diketahui bahwa perawat sering kali harus menghadapi komplain dari keluarga pasien dan diketahui masih ada pasien yang mengatakan kurang puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim etika terhadap komitmen perawat di ruang rawat inap RSU Mayjen H.A Thalib Kabupaten Kerinci.
Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian explanatory research dengan metode survey analitik cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh perawat di ruang rawat inap RSU Mayjen H.A Thalib Kabupaten Kerinci dengan total 170 orang. Berdasarkan perhitungan sampel maka sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 68 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara proportionate stratified sampling. Teknik analisa data secara univariat dan menggunakan diagram jalur persamaan struktural (smartPLS).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh signifikan iklim etika terhadap komitmen perawat (t-hitung 2,119), serta dari 5 dimensi iklim etika carring, law and code dan instrumental berpengaruh signinifikan terhadap komitmen perawat di ruang rawat inap RSU Mayjen H.A Thalib Kabuapten Kerinci, namun tidak dengan dimensi independent dan rules. Berdasarkan nilai r-square iklim etika hanya mampu mempengaruhi komitmen sebesar 6,4%, sedangkan 93,6% lagi komitmen dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya.
Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan iklim etika terhadap komitmen perawat di ruang rawat inap RSU Mayjen H.A Thalib Kabuapten Kerinci.

Dessy : desktop search and synchronization
No full textCurrent smartphones have a storage capacity of several gigabytes. More and more information is stored on mobile devices. To meet the challenge of information organization, we turn to desktop search. Users often possess multiple devices, and synchronize (subsets of) information between them. This makes file synchronization more important. This thesis presents Dessy, a desktop search and synchronization framework for mobile devices. Dessy uses desktop search techniques, such as indexing, query and index term stemming, and search relevance ranking. Dessy finds files by their content, metadata, and context information. For example, PDF files may be found by their author, subject, title, or text. EXIF data of JPEG files may be used in finding them. User–defined tags can be added to files to organize and retrieve them later. Retrieved files are ranked according to their relevance to the search query. The Dessy prototype uses the BM25 ranking function, used widely in information retrieval. Dessy provides an interface for locating files for both users and applications. Dessy is closely integrated with the Syxaw file synchronizer, which provides efficient file and metadata synchronization, optimizing network usage. Dessy supports synchronization of search results, individual files, and directory trees. It allows finding and synchronizing files that reside on remote computers, or the Internet. Dessy is designed to solve the problem of efficient mobile desktop search and synchronization, also supporting remote and Internet search. Remote searches may be carried out offline using a downloaded index, or while connected to the remote machine on a weak network. To secure user data, transmissions between the Dessy client and server are encrypted using symmetric encryption. Symmetric encryption keys are exchanged with RSA key exchange. Dessy emphasizes extensibility. Also the cryptography can be extended. Users may tag their files with context tags and control custom file metadata. Adding new indexed file types, metadata fields, ranking methods, and index types is easy. Finding files is done with virtual directories, which are views into the user's files, browseable by regular file managers. On mobile devices, the Dessy GUI provides easy access to the search and synchronization system. This thesis includes results of Dessy synchronization and search experiments, including power usage measurements. Finally, Dessy has been designed with mobility and device constraints in mind. It requires only MIDP 2.0 Mobile Java with FileConnection support, and Java 1.5 on desktop machines
Effect of Service Quality on Hospital Image at Baiturrahmah Dental and Oral Hospital
Full text linkHospitals as one of the services in the marketing world face a very tight competition dynamics, this requires the hospital management to improve itself and make efficiency, so the hospital is required to provide optimum quality for the performance given to the patient because the patient will provide subjective assessment or forming a direct perception of the image of the company or service provider concerned. Therefore, the study aims to determine the effect of service quality on the image of Dental and mouth Hospital Baiturrahmah. This study used analytic design with cross sectional approach. The sample was 96 respondents, which were chosen using consecutive sampling technique that was adjusted with inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results showed that the characteristics of respondents were aged between 21-40 years old (42.7%) with educational background of majority respondents with high school education (62.5%). The work of respondents is housewife (IRT) amount (41,7%). Of five service quality dimensions consisted of tangibility, reliablity, responsiveness assurance, and empathy, only responsiveness which has significant effect on RSGM image t-count value 3,915. Based on the r-square value of service quality is only capable of affecting image of 51%, while 49% more image is influenced by other variables. It can be concluded that there is influence responsiveness to RSGM Baiturrahmah image, but not with tangibility, reliablity, assurance, empaty

ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah untuk menghasilkan sebuah produk E-Modul keterampilan membaca-menulis BIPA 2 berancangan pendekatan integratif berbasis multikultural. Latar belakang dilaksanakannya penelitian pengembangan E-Modul BIPA 2 adalah karena bahan ajar BIPA 2 masih sangat terbatas jumlahnya. Sementara itu, pemelajar BIPA tersebar di seluruh dunia sehingga dibutuhkannya bahan ajar elektronik agar bisa diakses di mana saja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) oleh Branch dipilih penulis dalam mengembangkan produk. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen angket dan wawancara. Analisis kebutuhan produk dari para pengajar dan pemelajar menunjukkan bahwa dibutuhkannya sebuah bahan ajar elektronik BIPA 2 berbasis multikultural. Pada tahap desain, disusun sebuah peta materi pembelajaran sebagai dasar penyusunan E-Modul. Pada tahap pengembangan, dihasilkan sebuah produk E-Modul BIPA 2 yang memiliki delapan unit pembelajaran, enam tokoh E-Modul, dan muatan multikultural. Pada tahap ini juga mendapatkan validasi dari ahli media dengan nilai kelayakan 89% dan ahli materi 89%. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah E-Modul dengan 8 unit, 6 tokoh, dan berbasis multikulturalisme. Hasil dari proses implementasi yaitu kelayakan dari pemelajar serta pengajar BIPA 2 yang secara langsung menggunakan produk dengan hasil kelayakan dari pemelajar BIPA 2 sebesar 93% dan pengajar BIPA 2 sebesar 91,5%. Penilaian dari seluruh responden dapat disimpulkan bahwa E-Modul yang dikembangkan sangat layak untuk digunakan.

ABSTRACT
The aim of this research and development is to produce an E-Module product for BIPA 2 reading and writing skills designed with a multicultural-based integrative approach. The background of this study is that BIPA 2 teaching materials are still very limited in quantity. Meanwhile, BIPA students are spread throughout the world, so electronic teaching materials are needed to be accessed anywhere. This research uses the development of ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) by the Branch chosen by the author in developing the product. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and interviews. Analysis of product needs from teachers and students shows that there is a need for multicultural-based BIPA 2 electronic teaching materials. At the design stage, a learning material map is prepared as a basis for preparing the E-Module. At the development stage, a BIPA 2 E-Module product is produced which has eight learning units, six E-Module characters, and multicultural content. At this stage, this research receives validation from media experts with a feasibility score of 89% and material experts 89%. This research produced an E-Module with 8 units, 6 figures, and multiculturalism content. The results of the implementation process are the feasibility of BIPA 2 students and teachers with the feasibility results of BIPA 2 students being 93% and BIPA 2 teachers being 91.5%. The assessment of all respondents can be concluded that the E-Module developed is very suitable for use.

THE DESCRIPTION OF AVAILABILITY OF CLEAN WATER IN JORONG PALUPUAH PASIA LAWEH, WEST SUMATRA
No full textEra SDGs (sustainable development goals) is a continuation MDGs (MillenniumDevelopment Goals) have a common goal that is universal to maintain the balance of the three dimensions of sustainable development, one of its objectives is to ensure the availability of clean water and sustainable sanitation for everyone. The importance of the availability of clean water for people's lives can have an important influence on public health, so that the water used for daily needs must meet quality standards for environmental health quality and water health requirements. Based on information from Wali Nagari Palupuah, said that the source of water used by residents for their daily needs is physically colored, there are deposits in water reservoirs, and have never been tested for safety. This study aims to determine the description of the availability of clean water in Jorong Palupuah Nagari Pasia Laweh, Agam. This research is an observational survey research with research design cross sectional. The population in this study were all households in Jorong Palupuah Nagari Pasia Laweh Agam, West Sumatra. The sample of 74 KK was determined by proportionate stratified random sampling technique and data analysis was carried out by univariate. The results showed that the characteristics of respondents in jorong Palupuah Nagari Pasia Laweh Agam, West Sumatra the majority aged 25-45 years with the last level of education was graduated from high school. Based on the survey results, the average number of family members in Jorong Palupuah numbered 3 people (32.4%), and the majority of respondents worked as IRT with an average family income level of Rp. 1,500,000. There are five main sources of raw water that are used as a source of clean water by the jorong community and most of the water sources used come from springs (71.8%). In addition, there are still some people who complain that water supply is not smooth (35.1%). And there are still 41.9% who say it is not easy to get clean water. The quality of clean water supplied in Jorong Palupuah is included in the good category. However, most people do not use PDAM and the water sources used are not very supportive for consumptionEra SDGs (sustainable development goals) merupakan kelanjutan program MDGs (Millenium Development Goals) memiliki tujuan bersama yang universal untuk memelihara keseimbangan tiga dimensi pembangunan yang berkelanjutan, salah satu tujuannya adalah menjamin ketersediaan air bersih dan sanitasi yang berkelanjutan untuk semua orang. Pentingnya ketersediaan air bersih bagi kehidupan masyarakat dapat memberikan pengaruh penting terhadap kesehatan masyarakat,sehingga air yang digunakan untuk keperluan sehari-hari kualitasnya harus memenuhi standar baku mutu kesehatan lingkungan dan persyaratan kesehatan air. Berdasarkan informasi wali jorong palupuah mengatakan bahwa sumber air yang digunakan oleh warga untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari secara fisik berwarna, terdapat endapan pada penampungan air, dan belum pernah diuji keamananya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran ketersediaanair bersih di Jorong Palupuah Nagari Pasia Laweh KabupatenAgam.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional survey dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua rumah tangga yang berada di Jorong Palupuah Nagari Pasia Laweh Kabupaten Agam, Sumatera Barat. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 74 KK ditentukan dengan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling dan analisis data dilakukan dengan univariate. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik responden di jorong Palupuah Nagari Pasia Laweh Kabupaten Agam, Sumatera Barat mayoritas berusia 25-45 tahun dengan tingkat pendidikan terakhir adalah tamat SMA. Berdasarkan hasil survey rata-rata jumlah anggota keluarga di jorong Palupuah berjumlah 3 orang (32,4%), dan mayoritas responden bekerja sebagai IRT dengan tingkat penghasilan keluarga rata-rata Rp.1.500.000.Terdapat lima sumber air baku utama yang dijadikan sebagai sumber air bersih oleh masyarakat jorong dan sebagian besar sumber air yang digunakan berasal dari sumber mata air (71.8%). Selain itu, masih ada sebagian masyarakat yang mengeluhkan penyaluran air yang tidak lancar (35,1%). Serta masih ada 41.9% yang mengatakan tidak mudah mendapatkan air bersih. Kualitas air bersih yang disalurkan di Jorong Palupuah termasuk dalam kategori baik. Namun, sebagian besar masyarakat tidak menggunakan PDAM dan sumber air yang digunakan sangat tidak menunjang untuk dikonsumsi
Menguak Budaya Matrilineal dalam Cerpen “Gadis Terindah”
Full text linkMatrilineal kinship system is adopted by the Minangkabau society. In fact, the system that follows the maternal lineage turns out to cause inner conflict for the people. Through a short story titled “Gadis Terindah”), Gus tf Sakai as the author tried to express this inner conflict. In this matrilineal culture, there is a necessity for men to leave their hometown, known as migrating. After being successful as migrating people, they have to return to their hometown, take their wealth to accumulate the wealth of people there by marrying a Minang girl. Inner conflict that developed by the author through a fictional character in the short story is expressed by applying a pragmatic approach to the theory of semiotics. Signs given by the author are examined by using text content analysis method. Thus, it is found that in the tradition of matrilineal culture, migrating, inheritance systems and matchmaking have been arranged. However, in fact, the system that has been organized remains conflict for its people

Second, which agency is authorized to examine the decree of People’s Consultative? This research is a normative law with statute approach. The results of this study concludes that, first, even though the People’s Consultative Assembly no longer authorized to issue decree laws of the People’s Consultative Assembly, but there are still three provisions of the Assembly are declared valid. So that the provisions of the People’s Consultative Assembly still has a position in the hierarchy of legislation. Second, the body which has the right to test the decree of People’s Consultative Assembly is still not yet exist, although in practice the application is submitted to the Constitutional Court and was turned down by the Constitutional Court on the grounds that the Constitutional Court does not have the authority to test the People’s Consultative Assembly
An astrometric aplanatic telescope with a figurated flat secondary mirror

Judges should be able to know the elements of the accused insult the violated rights of free speech. Violation of the rights to freedom of opinion is not always a criminal contempt. For the press in providing information to readers also have a legal protection. For the press to do job properly and did not violate the code of ethics journalists press coverage does not violate the rights of freedom of speech. The purpose of this legal research is to research and find out the judges considerations accordance with the principles of free speech protections guaranteed by the law.
