PEMATAHAN DORMANSI BENIH KOPI LIBERIKA MENGGUNAKAN BERBAGAI KONSENTRASI DAN LAMA PERENDAMAN KNO3
Kopi merupakan salah satu komoditas unggulan dalam sub sektor perkebunan yang memiliki nilai pasar yang cukup tinggi baik di dalam ataupun di luar negeri dan juga memiliki kontribusi yang cukup nyata di dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Benih kopi memiliki masa dormansi yang relatif lama yaitu 5-8 minggu untuk muncul kecambah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan konsentrasi dan lama perendaman KNO3 yang terbaik terhadap pematahan dormansi benih kopi liberika. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kota Pontianak, sejak 8 Februari sampai 7 Mei 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap Faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor, yaitu konsentrasi dan lama perendaman, serta setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak 4 kali. Perlakuan yang dimaksud terdiri dari : konsentrasi KNO3 0% selama 12 jam, konsentrasi KNO3 0% selama 24 jam, konsentrasi KNO3 0,5% selama 12 jam, konsentrasi KNO3 0,5% selama 24 jam, konsentrasi KNO3 1% selama 12 jam, konsentrasi KNO3 1% selama 24 jam. Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas indeks vigor, keserempakan tumbuh, daya berkecambah, kecepatan tumbuh, panjang hipokotil, panjang akar, dan berat kering kecambah normal. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua interaksi perlakuan yang sama baiknya yaitu konsentrasi KNO3 0,5% dengan lama perendaman 24 jam dan konsentrasi KNO3 1% dengan lama perendaman 12 jam karena menghasilkan ratarata yang tinggi untuk variabel pengamatan indeks vigor, keserempakan tumbuh, daya berkecambah, kecepatan tumbuh, dan panjang hipokotil

Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan empat perlakuan dan enam ulangan dan masing – masing ulangan terdiri dari tiga sampel tanaman. Total dari seluruh sampel penelitian adalah 72 tanaman. Perlakuan yang dimaksud adalah komposisi pukan ayam dan tanah aluvial, p1 = 1:1, p2 = 1:2, p3 = 1:3, p4 = 1:4. Adapun variabel pengamatan yaitu jumlah daun, jumlah tunas, persentase setek hidup, volume akar, tinggi tanaman, dan berat kering tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komposisi pukan ayam dan tanah aluvial berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun, tinggi tanaman dan berat kering tanaman. Respon tidak nyata terhadap komposisi pukan ayam dan tanah aluvial ditunjukkan oleh variabel pengamatan jumlah tunas, pesentase setek hidup, dan volume akar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komposisi pukan ayam dan tanah aluvial berpengaruh baik terhadap pertumbuhan setek tebu telur. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four treatments and six replications and each replication consisted of 3 plant samples. Total of all samples were 72 plants. The treatments are chicken’s manure and alluvial soil compotition, p1 = 1:1, p2 = 1:2, p3 = 1:3, p4 = 1:4. The observed variables are number of leaves, number of shoots, percentage of live cuts, root volumes, plants heigth and dry weight of the plant. The results showed that does of chicken’s manure and alluvial soil compotition have significantly affect to the plants height, number of leaves and dry weight of the plants. There are non significantly effect of dose of chicken’s manure and alluvial soil compotition are, number of shoots, percentage of live cuts, and root volumes. The results of this study indicate that chicken’s manure and alluvial soil compotition the good effect to the growth of sugar cane eggs cutting. Penelitian ini berlangsung dari tanggal 13 april sampai 11 juni 2017, penelitian dilaksanakan di Jalan Tanjung Raya 1, Kecamatan Pontianak Timur. Metode yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) dengan taraf α = 5%. Perlakuan terdiri dari 6 taraf yaitu (A= 100% media arang sekam, B= 80% arang sekam : 20% cocopeat, C= 60% arang sekam : 40% cocopeat, D= 40% arang sekam : 60% cocopeat, E= 20% arang sekam : 80% cocopeat dan F= 100% media cocopeat) dan perlakuan ini diulang sebanyak 4 kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komposisi media memberikan pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang merah secara hidroponik, komposisi media 40% arang sekam : 60% cocopeat merupakan komposisi media yang terbaik untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang merah secara hidroponik. HUBUNGAN TINGKAT STRES DENGAN PELAKSANAAN MOBILISASI DINI PADA IBU POST PARTUM NORMAL
Mobilisasi dini merupakan suatu kebutuhan ibu paska persalinan yang bertujuan memperlancar peredaran darah dan pengeluaran lochea, serta mempercepat involusi alat kandungan. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi mobilisasi dini adalah stres. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat stres dengan pelaksanaan mobilisasi dini pada ibu post partum normal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif korelasi dengan desain cross sectional. Teknik sampling yang digunakan consecutive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 53 responden. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner Depression Anxiety Stress Scales 42 (DASS 42) spesifik pada skala stres dan lembar observasi mengenai mobilisasi dini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 62,3% ibu mengalami stres normal / tidak stres dan 64,2% ibu melakukan mobilisasi secara mandiri. Hasil uji korelasi Spearman Rho didapatkan nilai p value 0,001 (p<0,05) yang berarti terdapat hubungan tingkat stres dengan pelaksanaan mobilisasi dini pada ibu post partum normal

EFFECT OF LIME AND CHICKEN DUNG FERTILIZER ON THE GROWTH AND YIELD OF CORN ON ACID SULPHATE SOIL Lusiana(1), Dini Anggorowati(2), Elly Mustamir(2), Basuni,(2) (1)Student and (2)Lecturer of Agriculture Faculty Tanjungpura University Pontianak Email : [email protected] ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the best dosage of lime and chicken dung fertilizer on the growth and yield of corn on acid sulphate soil and to investigate the interaction between lime and chicken dung fertilizer. The research conducted at Parit Canggek Village District of Sungai Kakap Kubu Raya Regency using a split plot design with two factors. The first factor is lime with two levels of treatment (1 ton/ha and 2 ton/ha), the second factor is chicken dung with 3 levels of treatment (0 ton/ha, 7,5 ton/ha and 15 ton/ha). The observed variables in this study consist of plant height, leaf area, plant dry weight, root volume, cob length, cob diameter, cob weight and weight of 1000 seeds. The results showed that the lime adding is only significant on the root volume, while the chicken dung fertilizer significantly affected all the observed variables, but no interaction between the lime addition and chicken dung fertilizer. In this study, additoin of the dose of lime 1-2 ton/ha and chicken dung fertilizer 7,5-15 ton/ha can increase growth and yield of cord in acid sulphate soil. The addition of chicken dung 7,5 ton/ha dosage for root volume and plant height on fourth week. The addition of chicken dung 15 ton/ha for the dry weight, leaf area and plant height on second, third and fifth week, while the effective dosage results for cob length, cob diameter and weight of 1000 seeds is 15 ton/ha of chicken dung, but for the cob weight is 7,5 ton/ha. The addition of lime 1 ton/ha for plant height on second, third and fifth week, while on generative growth the effective dose for cob diameter is 2 ton/ha of lime dosage and for 1000 grain weight, cob length and cob weight per plot is 1 ton/ha of lime dosage. A refined CLNA model in fretting fatigue using asymptotic characterization of the contact stress fields
Using the Atzori-Lazzarin criterion, the first author has recently proposed a unified model for fretting fatigue (FF), called the crack-like notch analogue (CLNA) model. Two possible types of behaviour were suggested: either 'crack-like' or 'large blunt notch,' and these are immediately studied in the typical condition of constant normal load and in phase oscillating tangential and bulk loads. The former condition ('crack-like') was treated by approximating the geometry to the perfectly flat one of the crack analogue (CA), improved in some details, reducing all possible geometries to a single contact problem. The latter ('large blunt notch'), with a simple peak stress condition i.e. a simple notch analog-Lie model. In the present paper, the calculation of the 'crack-like' behaviour is unproved using the recent asymptotic characterisation developed by Dini, Hills and Sackfield, which extracts the asymptotic singular stress field of the fretting contact. A significant difference is found in the 'equivalent' geometric factor obtained for the Hertzian geometry, particularly near full sliding, where the new criterion is more conservative, but still not large enough to permit to find, for example in Nowell's FF experimental data, if the refinement is an improvement of predictive capabilities. In flatter geometries, the difference is expected to be even smaller than in the case of the Hertzian geometry, and in this case, the original CLNA model, for its simplicity, remains a very convenient simple closed form criterion

DINI is the Coalition of German Infrastructure- or Service-Institutions: libraries, computing centres, media centres, learned societies. A DINI certificate exists about document and publication repositories; it covers: policy, author support, legal aspects, authenticity and integrity, indexing, subject indexing, export of metadata, interfaces, logs and statistics, long-term availability. DINI certified repositories will become part of German Academic Publishers, the academic Open Access publishing framework.

Budidaya anggrek ini secara ex-situ dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan beberapa jenis media tumbuh yang sesuai dengan sifat hidup anggrek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari media tanam yang terbaik bagi pertumbuhan anggrek Paphiopedilum hookerae pada fase remaja. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Bengkayang selama 5 bulan mulai tanggal 15 Oktober 2017 sampai 20 Februari 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan pola Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), terdiri dari 5 taraf perlakuan, 5 ulangan dan setiap unit perlakuan terdiri dari 4 sampel, dengan jumlah total keseluruhan populasi adalah 100 tanaman. Perlakuan yang dimaksud adalah : A = Cacahan Pakis B = Lumut C = Sabut Kelapa D = Akar Kadaka E = Arang Kayu dan menggunakan media dasar serasah daun. Variabel pengamatan meliputi pertambahan jumlah daun, pertambahan lebar daun, pertambahan panjang daun, pertambahan jumlah akar dan pengamatan lingkungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan jenis media tanam untuk pertumbuhan anggrek Paphiopedilum hookerae berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertambahan jumlah daun, pertambahan lebar daun dan pertambahan panjang daun. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media lumut memberikan hasil terbaik pada pertambahan jumlah daun yaitu 1,70 helai dan pertambahan panjang daun yaitu 2,04 cm serta media sabut kelapa memberikan hasil terbaik pada pertambahan lebar daun yaitu 0,56 cm. The Semantic field of the expression “… اَ مًليلاَ/ق Qalīlan Mā” in the Qur’an and the problem of Its translation
“…اَ مًليلاَق” kalıbı “iman etmek”, “tezekkür etmek” ve “şükretmek” şeklinde üç farklı fiille birlikte Kur’an’da on âyette geçmektedir. Bu ifadenin gerek tefsirlerdeki gerekse meallerdeki anlamlandırmaları aynı tefsir veya mealde dahi farklılık arz etmektedir. Nitekim anlam, bu kalıp ile kullanılan fiilin niteliksel azlığını veya faillerin niceliksel azlığını veya ilgili fiilin yokluğunu işaret eder şekilde ifade edilmektedir. Bununla birlikte “…اَ مًليلاَق” kalıbının kullanıldığı ifadeler, her müellif tarafından hatta aynı müellif tarafından geçtiği diğer âyetlerde dahi farklı anlamlar ile ifade edilmektedir. Bu çalışmada “…اَ مًليلاَق” kalıbının kullanıldığı âyetlerde doğru anlamın ortaya çıkarılması amaçlanmaktadır. Bu minvalde “… اَ مًليلاَق” kalıbının dilsel/gramatik kullanımının yanı sıra, bu kalıbın geçtiği âyetin bağlamı ve hitap ettiği grupta doğru anlamın ortaya çıkarılmasında önemli bir role sahiptir. Nitekim ilgili ifade Arap dilinde gerçek anlamında (azlık) kullanıldığı gibi yokluk anlamında da kullanılmaktadır. Ancak -el-Bakara 2/88 hariç- diğerlerinin tamamında müşriklerden bahsedildiği ve dolayısıyla bu ifadelerin Mekkî sûrelerde yer aldığı açıktır. Bakara sûresi ise Medenî olup ilgili âyetteki hitap doğrudan Yahudileredir. Bu bağlamda bu ifadenin geçtiği âyetlerde muhatap kitlenin müşrikler/Yahudiler olması nedeniyle ilgili âyetlerde bu kişilerde iman, tezekkür ve şükrün azlığı değil, bu fiillerin yokluğu anlamı daha uygun olmaktadır.The pattern “… اَ مًليلاَ/ق qalīlan ma” takes place in ten verses in the Qur’ān with three different verbs: “to believe in”, “to contemplate” and “to be grateful”. The meaning of this expression in both the exegeses and the translations appear to be different even in the same exegesis or translation. In fact, the meaning is expressed in such a way as to indicate the qualitative insufficiency of the relevant act used with this pattern or the quantitative insufficiency of the agents or the absence of the act in the least. In addition to this, the expressions in which the pattern “… اَ مًليلاَق” is used are expressed by different authors with different meanings even in varied verses that are passed by the same author. In this study, it is aimed to reveal the accurate meaning in verses where “… اَ مًليلاَق” pattern is used. Within this direction, we will put emphasis on the linguistic/ grammatical use of the pattern “… اَ مًليلاَق” as well as the context of the verse in which this pattern is addressed as we believe that they have an important role in revealing the accurate meaning. As a matter of fact, the related expression is used in the meaning of absence in the Arabic language as well as in the real sense (rarity). It is clear that in all the other verses, except al-Baqara 2/88, the polytheists are mentioned and therefore these expressions take place in the Meccan chapters. Since the chapter al-Baqara is an Madanian one, the address in the relevant verse is directly to the Jews. Therefore, we argue that since the interlocutors are the polytheists and Jews in the verses in which the expression take place, it is more appropriate to understand it in the sense of the absence of the acts, believing-contemplating-being grateful, to which the expression denote
