    Penjadwalan Job Shop Menggunakan Algoritma Bee Colony Optimization dan Tabu Search

    ABSTRAKSI: Job Shop merupakan permasalahan krusial pada industri manufaktur. Jadwal dengan waktu pengerjaan semua job yang paling minimum akan meringankan biaya produksi dan meningkatkan efisiensi. Namun, job shop permasalahan optimasi kombinatorial dengan ruang solusi yang sangat besar dan sulit diselesaikan. Karena itu, tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah mengimplementasikan algoritma Bee Colony Optimization yang cocok untuk permasalahan kombinatorial yang mampu menghasilkan solusi optimum dalam waktu yang dapat diterima. Solusi yang dihasilkan BCO secara acak akan diperbaiki oleh Tabu Search. Selain itu tabu list pada Tabu Search akan membantu lebah untuk menghindari solusi buruk yang pernah dibangkitkan. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan BCO yang telah dimodifikasi dari model BCO yang sudah ada memberikan akurasi rata-rata diatas 80% untuk semua dataset yang digunakan, sedangkan BCO yang digabungkan dengan TS mampu memberikan akurasi rata-rata diatas 90%. BCO dan TS memberikan solusi yang lebih baik dengan memberikan rata-rata akurasi sistem kurang lebih 1,05 kali lipat dari BCO saja untuk semua dataset yang digunakan.Kata Kunci : Job Shop, Bee Colony Optimization, Tabu Search, tabu listABSTRACT: Job Shop is one of crucial issues in manufacture industry. Schedule with the least process completion time will reduce the production cost and increase the efficiency. But, job shop is combinatorial optimization problem with a large solution space and difficult to solve. Therefore, the purpose of this final task is to implement the Bee Colony Optimization Algorithm that suitable for combinatorial problem that can give an optimum solution as the result in reasonable time. The solutions from BCO that generated randomly will be improved by Tabu Search. Beside that, tabu list on Tabu Search will help the bees to avoid bad solutions that have been generated. The result showed BCO that modified from the early BCO model give average accuracy above 80% for all dataset used, whereas BCO that combined with TS can give average accuracy above 90%. BCO and TS give better solution with average system accuracy more or less 1,05 times over better than BCO for all dataset used.Keyword: Job Shop, Bee Colony Optimization, Tabu Search, tabu lis

    The Effect of Growth Temperature and pH on Lipid Production of Mucor irregularis JR 1.1 for Potential Biodiesel Applications

    Mucor irregularis JR 1.1 is a filamentous fungus that can produce lipids. The lipids produced by M. irregularis JR 1.1 reach 40-60%, so they can be used as raw material for biodiesel. Temperature and pH are important factors that support M. irregularis JR 1.1 lipid production. Optimum temperature and pH enhance the activity of enzymes involved in lipid production.  Based on previous research, the optimization of temperature and pH in the lipid production of M. irregularis JR 1.1 has not been determined. Therefore, this study aims to determine the optimal temperature and pH for lipid production by M. irregularis JR 1.1. The study involved varying temperature and pH treatments using Response Surface Methodology (RSM). Subsequently, lipid production was performed at the optimum temperature and pH under different incubation times. Based on the research results, the highest biomass production was observed at 35°C and pH 4, the highest lipid production was at 35°C and pH 5.5, and the highest glucose consumption rate was at a temperature of 23°C and pH 5.5. The highest lipid yield percentage was 6.2%, and the highest production rate was 0.011g/L/hour at the 96th hour of incubation. Statistical analysis showed high significance, with R² values of 95.88% for lipid production and 89.98% for biomass yield. These findings suggest that M. irregularis JR 1.1 has promising potential as a microbial lipid source for sustainable biodiesel production, particularly under optimized culture conditions

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed.     “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

    We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more sophisticated methods

    We have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
