This study aims to determine the influence of Economic Value Added (EVA) and
Profitability to Stock Return on Property and Real Estate Companies Listed on
the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) Year 2014-2015. The Hypothesis of this study
is: “There in influence of Economic Value Added (EVA) and Profitability to Stock
Return on Property and Real Estate Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock
Exchange (BEI) year 2014-2015”. This research uses a quantitative approach
with associative analysis. This study uses secondary data from company financial
and annual report. The population in this study were 37 property and real estate
companies and the sample consist of 34 property and real estate companies. The

Kemampuan pemahaman konsep merupakan bagian yang sangat
penting dalam matematika. Berdasarkan pra penelitian menunjukkan
bahwa kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa SMP Gajah
Mada Bandar Lampung masih rendah. Hal ini disebabkan model
pembelajaran yang belum sesuai untuk mengembangkan potensi
kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu
untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran SiMaYang
berbantuan Aplikasi Kahoot dan minat belajar terhadap kemampuan
pehaman konsep matematis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian
kuantitatif jenis quasy eksperimen design. Populasi pada penelitian ini
adalah seluruh kelas VII SMP Gajah Mada Bandar Lampung. Sampel
dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas VII.A1 sebagai kelas kontrol
menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional dan kelas VII.A2
sebagai kelas eksperimen menggunakan model pembelajran
SiMaYang Berbantuan Aplikasi Kahoot.
Pada teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik
acak kelas. Pada pengumpulan data menggunakan tes kemampuan
pemahaman konsep matematis dan angket minat belajar. Pengujian
hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji anova dua jalan dengan
sel tak sama. Uji prasyarat yaitu dengan uji normalitas menggunakan
uji Liliefors dan uji homogenitas dengan uji Bartlett. Dari hasil
analisis diperoleh nilai P-value sehingga ditolak,

perhitungan analisis dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa: (1) Terdapat
perbedaan model pembelajaran SiMaYang berbantuan dengan
Aplikasi Kahoot terhadap pemahaman konsep. (2) Tidak terdapat
perbedaan minat belajar siswa terhadap kemampuan pemahaman
konsep (3) Tidak terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran
SiMaYang berbantuan Aplikasi Kahoot dan minat belajar terhadap
kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis.

CONCEPTS IN VIEW FROM STUDENT
LEARNING INTEREST
The ability to understand concepts is a very important part of
mathematics. Based on pre-research shows that the ability to
understand mathematical concepts of SMP Gajah Mada students in
Bandar Lampung is still low. This is due to the learning model that is
not suitable for developing the potential of students' conceptual
understanding abilities. The purpose of this study is to determine the
effect of the SiMaYang learning model assisted by the Kahoot
Application and learning interest on the ability to understand
mathematical concepts. This research is a quantitative research type of
quasy experimental design. The population in this study were all class
VII SMP Gajah Mada Bandar Lampung. The sample in this study was
class VII.A1 as the control class using the conventional learning
model and class VII.A2 as the experimental class using the Kahoot
Application Assisted SiMaYang learning model.
In this study, the sampling technique used a class random technique.
In collecting data using tests of ability to understand mathematical
concepts and interest in learning questionnaires. Hypothesis testing in
this study used a two-way ANOVA test with different cells. The
prerequisite test is the normality test using the Liliefors test and the
homogeneity test with the Bartlett test. From the analysis results
obtained a P-value of 0.000 <0.05 so that H_0A was rejected, P-value
= 0.525> 0.05 so that H_0Ab was accepted, P-value = 0.498> 0.05 so
that H_0Ab was accepted Based on theoretical studies and analytical
calculations it can be concluded that: (1) There are differences in the
SiMaYang learning model assisted with the Kahoot Application
towards understanding concepts. (2) There is no difference in students'

interest in understanding concept abilities (3) There is no interaction
between the SiMaYang learning model assisted by the Kahoot
Application and learning interest in understanding mathematical
concept abilities.

Perilaku konsumtif merupakan suatu fenomena yang banyak melanda kehidupan masyarakat terutama yang tinggal di perkotaan. Fenomena ini menarik untuk diteliti mengingat perilaku konsumtif juga banyak melanda kehidupan remaja kota-kota besar yang sebenarnya belum memiliki kemampuan financial untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya. Remaja memang sering dijadikan target pemasaran berbagai produk industri, antara lain karena karakteristik mereka yang labil, spesifik dan mudah dipengaruhi sehingga mendorong munculnya berbagai gejala dalam perilaku membeli yang tidak wajar. Membeli dalam hal ini tidak lagi dilakukan karena produk tersebut memang dibutuhkan, namun membeli dilakukan karena alasan-alasan lain seperti sekedar mengikuti arus mode, hanya ingin mencoba produk baru, ingin memperoleh pengakuan sosial dan sebagainya. Tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai perilaku konsumtif dan harga diri siswa SMA Negeri se-Kota Malang serta untuk menguji adakah hubungan perilaku konsumtif dengan harga diri siswa SMA Negeri se-Kota Malang. Dengan diketahuinya beberapa hal tersebut maka dapat dijadikan bahan evaluasi dan masukan bagi pihak sekolah. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah siswa SMA Negeri se-Kota Malang tahun ajaran 2010/2011. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah cluster sampling, diperoleh sampel penelitian dengan jumlah 167 orang. Instrumen penelitian ini berupa angket model skala Likert. Analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif (persentase) dan analisis korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) sangat sedikit (4,8%) siswa berperilaku sangat konsumtif, sangat banyak (89,2%) siswa berperilaku konsumtif dan sangat sedikit (6%) siswa berperilaku tidak konsumtif, (2) sangat sedikit (3,6%) siswa memiliki harga diri tinggi, sangat banyak (95,8%) siswa memiliki harga diri sedang dan sangat sedikit (0,6%) siswa memiliki harga diri rendah, (3) dari hasil pengujian hipotesis didapat rhitung (0,537) lebih besar dari rtabel (0,127) maka dinyatakan ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara perilaku konsumtif dengan harga diri siswa SMA Negeri se-Kota Malang. Berdasarkan simpulan hasil penelitian ini, disarankan pada konselor dan orang tua diharapkan lebih mengarahkan untuk berpikir dan bertindak rasional terhadap kegiatan yang menimbulkan perilaku konsumtif. Serta membimbing dan memberikan dukungan kepada putra-putrinya dalam bersosialisasi dengan teman sebaya yang sehat tanpa harus berperilaku konsumtif serta tidak membiasakan hidup bermewah-mewahan kepada putra-putrinya. Konselor memberikan layanan yang relevan kepada siswa agar mereka dapat menerima keadaan diri tanpa memaksakan merubah penampilan hingga menimbulkan perilaku konsumtif yang berlebihan. Dan memberikan pengertian bahwa segala yang dilakukan seseorang tidak harus sama dengan apa yang dilakukan orang lain.
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. We have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
