    Tren Pembelian di Transmart Carrefour Yogyakarta: Pengaruh Atmosphere Store dan PromosiPenjualan Terhadap Pilihan Pembelian Pelanggan

    This research aims to understand the store\u27s atmosphere and sales promotions influencing purchasing choices. This research involves a quantitative strategy. Multiple linear regression is used as a data analysis technique. Non-probability is used in research. This research relies on essential information collected through questionnaires. The research is expected to show that purchasing choices are influenced by store atmosphere and sales promotions. Based on this research\u27s findings, store atmosphere, and sales promotions significantly influence purchasing choices where f count is 31.885 > f table 3.09. The shop\u27s atmosphere influences purchasing choices. Namely, t count 5.202 > t table 1.988. Sales promotions influence purchasing choices, namely t count 3.182 > t table 1.988. The coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) shows that 38.4 purchasing choices are influenced by store atmosphere and sales promotions. Variables outside this research influence the remaining 61.6.   Keywords: Store, Promotions, Purchasing Options, Transmart   Abstrak Penelitian ini yakni memahami suasana toko dan promosi penjualan mempengaruhi pilihan pembelian. Penelitian ini melibatkan strategi kuantitatif. Regresi linier berganda digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data. Non-probability dipakai penelitian. Penelitian ini bergantung pada informasi penting yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Penelitian diharapkan bisa memperlihatkan pilihan pembelian dipengaruhi oleh suasana toko dan promosi penjualan. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini, hasil penelitian yakni suasana toko dan promosi penjualan sama-sama miliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pilihan pembelian dimana f hitung 31,885 > f tabel 3,09. Suasana toko memperlihatkan miliki pengaruh terhadap pilihan pembelian yakni t hitung 5,202 > t tabel 1,988. Promosi penjualan miliki pengaruh terhadap pilihan pembelian yakti t hitung 3,182 > t tabel 1,988. Koefisien determinasi (adjusted R2) memperlihatkan 38,4 pilihan pembelian dipengaruhi oleh suasana toko dan promosi penjualan.     Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed.     “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     Alfamart Jalan Diponegoro Bojonegoro is a retail business developing rapidly, selling daily necessities and offering convenience because its location is easy to reach and close to buyers. This organization is on Jalan Diponegoro, Bojonegoro Regency, East Java Region. Organizations today face increasingly fierce competition to increase consumer loyalty. So it is necessary to investigate which plans can determine the factors that influence service quality on consumer loyalty, determine the characteristics that fundamentally influence consumer loyalty and determine the degree of service quality provided by Alfamart Jalan Diponegoro Bojonegoro on consumer loyalty. Quantitative research is used in this type of research. The examination strategy uses fascinating investigations. The f-test results obtained a very large value of 0.000. This means there is a very large influence between physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, guarantee and empathy on customer satisfaction, with an impact level of 58.4% and more than 41.60% influenced by various factors not included in this research

    Service is the most important thing that customers need to be satisfied. If the customer is satisfied then the customer will give a positive response to the company, otherwise if the customer is not satisfied then the customer will give a negative response to the company. The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the effect of Distributive Justice, Procedural Justice, Interactional Justice and Value Perception on satisfaction and its effect on positive response by Superindo Bojonegoro customers. In this study, primary data were used with survey and questionnaire methods. In this study, 241 Superindo customers in Bojonegoro. This study used endogenous variables namely perceived value and fairness, and exogenous variables namely satisfaction, Customer Citizenship Behavior (CCB), and repeat purchase intent. The processed PLS 7.0 curve shows that value perception has a clear positive effect on CCB and customer satisfaction, and the fairness dimension has a clear positive effect on satisfaction, in addition satisfaction has a positive effect on   CCB and repeat purchase intent. These results explain that satisfaction is strongly influenced by the company's services, including corporate fairness and perceived value of customers

    Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

    We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more sophisticated methods

    Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di Indomaret Cabang Raya Lettu Suyitno Bojonegoro

    Indomaret cabang Raya Lettu Suyitno Bojonegoro yaitu bagian jenis usaha retail yang bertumbuh pesat. Jalan Raya Lettu Suyitno di Kabupaten Bojonegoro, Provinsi Jawa Timur, merupakan tempat usaha tersebut berada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui atribut yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan serta tingkat kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan Indomaret Raya cabang Lettu Suyitno Bojonegoro terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Bisnis saat ini menghadapi peningkatan persaingan yang ketat untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Jenis penelitian ini dikenal dengan penelitian korelasional karena bertujuan untuk menemukan atau menilai hubungan antarvariabel. Karena setiap tanggapan responden untuk penelitian ini dihitung melalui menggunakan skala Likert yang berguna bagi analisis data, maka diperlukan metode skoring. Metode penelitian kuantitatif digunakan untuk penelitian ini. Uji t mengembalikan hasil positif 0,000. Hipotesis bahwa kualitas pelayanan Indomaret cabang raya Lettu Suyitno Bojonegoro berhubungan dengan kepuasan pelanggan dapat diterima. Keterkaitan antara kualitas administrasi dan loyalitas konsumen sangat penting sebesar 53,80%, dengan elemen yang berbeda mempengaruhi sisanya sebesar 46,2%. Di Indomaret cabang raya Lettu Suyitno Bojonegoro pengaruh variabel penelitian dengan kepuasan pelanggan senilai 73,30%, serta koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar R = 0,733. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,538 memperlihatkan bahwa pelayanan di Indomaret cabang raya Lettu Suyitno Bojonegoro berpengaruh signifikan serta positif secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.
