No full textThis manuscript, listed in the supplements to the Allerheiligen Abbey register of books from about 1100 (Min. 17, f. 306v), consists of two parts. The first part contains a careful copy of Gregory’s Dialogues in a single-column, which is also transmitted in Min. 47; it has a page with a decorative initial (f 1r) and a portrait of the author (f 1v). Especially remarkable are the life of Benedict in Book 2 (f 23r) and the beginnings of Book 3 (38r) and 4 (69r), which exhibit large initials with scroll ornamentation. The binding is Romanesque; it is not clear whether quire V between f 32v and f 33r was missing from the start or whether it was lost during a modern restoration. The second part (from f 104r, quires XV to XVIII) contains a mostly undecorated copy of the life of John Eleymon by Leontios of Neapolis.Online Since: 2016-10-1
Literature and imagination : Gregorius Vigilantius Samboritanus ‘Nenia’ on Paweł Chmielowski’s death
No full textThe aim of this paper is to show the genesis of the poem and the manner of the poetic imitation chosen by the poet. The text is divided into two main sections. The first is to be considered as a basic factographic introduction into the circumstances of death (1562) of Paweł Chmielowski, Archdeacon of Lublin, who was the King of Poland’s envoy in Sweden; he had been dead in the sea and his body was found as frozen to the hardness of a stone. The second part is devoted to the analysed poem (Gregorius’ Nenia). The author describes the topoi used by the poet and shows that the text contents some essential parts of the epicedium, but Gregorius takes his poetic lamentation in the large sense, as an adventurous narrative and exemplary monition. Describing the sea (which he never saw) the poet draws on the works of Virgil and Ovid but also on his own imagination. The author argues that a main idea organizing the whole poem is that of metamorphosis, which occurs at many levels in the text and in its imagery

No full textThis study is aimed to find the accurate and scientific answer about whether or not there is influence between compensation and motivation on the employee work satisfaction at PT Pelopor Avonturir Campindo.
This study focus on work satisfaction at PT Pelopor Avonturir Campindo, the population and sample is 33 people of employees at PT. Pelopor Avonturir Campindo. This study was conducted in June to July 2013 . This study used a correlation approach and a nomina method is used to take population as a sample.
To get data from all variables, researcher using Likert scale. Test requirements analysis in this study is to test the normality and homogeneity tests. Normality test is done with Liliefors that produces 1). variable Y normality test results obtained by the largest count 0,133 L, Ltable for n= 33 with a significance level of 0,05 is 1,150. 2). variable X1 normality test results obtained by the largest count 0,095 L, Ltable for n= 33 with a significance level of 0,05 is 1,200. 3). variable X2 normality test results obtained by the largest count 0,087 L, Ltable for n= 33 with a significance level of 0,05 is 1,200 Lcount < Ltable thus concluded the data were normally distributed.Homogeinity testing is done by using Bartett test, calculation results obtained in table X²count 3,958 < X2table = 5,99, so H0 received a significant level of α = 0,05. Thus it can be concluded that all three variables have homogeneous variance.Based on analysis of all variables obtained multiple regression equation as follows Y= -18,098 B + 0,795 X1 + 0,785 X2 + 19,595. The next test of the results obtained F, Fcount of 25,027 with a probability level of 0,000 (significant).
The coefficient determination in this study was Adjusted R is 0,600 (60%). This shows that the independent variable is able to explain the dependent variable by 60% while the remaining other variable described.

Perusahaan dagang itu sangat bergantung terdahap persediaan yang dimilikinya, maka dari itu persediaan yang dimiliki merupakan bagian penting dalam perusahaan dagang. Jika ditelusuri lebih dalam masalah yang dialami PT Griffith Anugerah adalah suka terjadi kehilangan persediaan di gudang, memang jumlah yang hilang tidak banyak akan tetapi hal terebut apabila di diamkan akan makin memburuk. Maka dari itu dilakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh sistem informasi akuntansi persediaan terhadap efektivitas pengendalian internal persediaan di PT Griffith Anugerah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Analisis Deskriptif, sedangkan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, obeservasi, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan. Program yang digunakan dalam menganalisisdata menggunakan statistical package for social sciences (SPSS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi akuntansi persediaan telah memadai, efektifitas pengendalian internal persediaan juga memadai, dan sistem informasi akuntansi persediaan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap efektivitas pengendalian internal persediaan pada PT Griffith Anugerah

No full text"Hartmann von Aue'nin "Gregorius" ve "Der arme Heinrich' isimli eserlerinde Hristiyanlık ve İslam perspektifinden motif ve sembol adlı araştırmamızda XII. yüzyıla ait iki edebi eserin motif ve sembol bağlamında bugüne dek Hıristiyanlık çerçevesinde yapılmış olan analizlerinin bir de İslami bakış açısıyla incelenmesi yapılmıştır. Her iki metin 'Gregorius' ve Türkçe tercümesiyle 'Zavallı Heinrich' birçok kültürel ve dini motif ve sembol barındırmaktadır. Eserlerin yazarı Hartmann von Aue, XII. yüzyıla özgü motif ve sembollerle, okuruna hedeflemiş olduğu bir takım mesajları bilinçli bir biçimde vermeye çalışmıştır. Kullanmış olduğu motif ve semboller bugüne dek hep batı ve Hıristiyanlık bakış açısıyla değerlendirilmiştir. Ancak eserde mevcut olan ve doğu kültürüyle İslam coğrafyasında da karşılıkları bilinen veya bilinmeyen birçok unsur bugüne kadar hiç bir incelemenin konusu olmamıştır. Oysa eserlerin günümüzde dahi güncelliğini koruyan konu, motif ve sembolleri bilimsel bir incelemeye elverişli bir zemin sunmaktadır. İncelenmiş olan motifler; günah, nedamet, ensest ve cüzam, Hz. Eyyüp ve Hz. Musa iken incelenen semboller; kan, kurban, kadın, tecrit, beden, balık, anne-baba, anahtar, ayna, kemer, yüzük ve sayıları kapsamaktadır. İnceleme edebiyat ve kültürlerarasılık bağlamında ele alınmıştır. Başlangıç hipotezimiz hem Hıristiyanlık hem de İslami perspektiften incelenecek olan eserlerin daha ziyade semavi dinlerin kesiştiği algı dünyası içerisinde ortak noktalar göstereceği yönündeydi. Ancak çalışmanın akışı içerisinde bazı motif ve sembollerin ortak bir kültür dünyasında kesişmemelerine rağmen bir birilerine paralellik gösterdiği görülmüştür. Elde edilen bu bulgular metnin kültürlerarasılık çerçevesinde Hıristiyanlık bakış açısıyla İslami bakış açının ortak paydalarda buluştuğunu göstermiştir.In this study with the title "Motive und Symbol in 'Gregorius' and 'Der arme Heinrich' of Hartmanns von Aue from the christian and islamic perspective" two narrations of the 12th century, which were so far always analyzed from the Christian perspective were hereby analyzed also from the Islamic perspective. Both narrations 'Gregorius' and 'Der arme Heinrich' contain a lot of cultural and religious motives and symbols. The author of these narrations Hartmann von Aue tried to give a lot of messages to his audiences, which were typically for the perception of the 12th century. All these motives and symbol where always analyzed from the Christian perspective. However a lot of these motives and symbols also exist in the Islamic world. These were never analyzed from this perspective although they contain a very comprehensive dimension. The motives which were analyzed in this studies were; sin, penance, incest and leprosy, Hijob and Moses. The analyzed symbols were; blood, sacrifice, woman, isolization, body, fish, parents, key, mirror, belt, ring and numbers. This study was prepared in regard of literature and intercultural. Our first hypothesis was to show similarities and differences between the Christian and Islamic perspectives. But throughout the study it was seen that there are al lot of common cultural overlaps between both perspectives. Therefore this study has shown that readers from both cultures, Christian as well as the Islamic, have a common understanding of the motives and symbols in the narration, in spite of a few distinctions

No full textBertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana upaya masyarakat dan penggiat seni yang
menjadi pelaku dalam membentuk kampung Polowijen menjadi kampung tematik untuk
menciptakan Kampung Budaya Polowijen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk
memaparkan peran dari actor dalam mengembangkan desa Polowijen dalam melakukan
upaya terbentuknya Polowijen dari desa biasa menjadi desa tematik yaitu dengan
mengusung tema wisata budaya dalam melakukan upaya perubahan desa sebagai
kampung tematik. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan etnografi dalam
metode penulisan dan pencarian data di lapangan. Menurut Spradley (2007), etnografi
merupakan upaya mendeskripsikan suatu kebudayaan yang mana tujuan utama dari
etnografi yaitu untuk memahami pandangan hidup atau fenomena sosial berdasarkan
presfektif masyarakat pemilik kebudayaan. Inti dari etnografi adalah fokus pada makna-
makna di balik tindakan dari masyarakat yang akan diteliti. Kampung Budaya Polowijen
merupakan kampung tematik yang terletak di kota Malang.
Kampung ini didirikan berdasarkan pemikiran masyarakat Poliwijen dan sebagai
bentuk pelestarian situs-situs budaya yang ditemukan di daerah ini. Kampung ini
memiliki icon topeng malangan karena ketika wisatawan mengunjungi tempat ini maka
dihadapkan dengan rumah dari anyaman bambu dan terdapat topeng-topeng yang
ditempel didinding rumah. Desa Polowijen mengandalkan partisipasi masyarakat desa
untuk mengembangkan desa dari wawancara yang dilakukan oleh peneliti, bahwa
memang campur tangan dari pihak aktor seni yaitu Ki Demang dan warga Desa
Polowijen sangat besar sedangkan peran Pemerintah daerah dan Disbudpar dalam
pengembangan desa wisata, hanya sebatas support atau dukungan dalam bentuk hal
pelatihan untuk pengembangan sumberdaya manusia yang ada di desa. Dengan
memanfaatkan kearifan lokal masyarakat setempat yaitu manusia, ekonomi dan sumber
daya alam yang dimiliki untuk digunakan dalam mengembangkan pariwisata di KBP.
Dan selama masa pandemi belum berakhir dimana KBP juga ikut terdampak sehingga
diperlukan langkah untuk berbenah yaitu melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan yang menambah
keahlian dan kreativitas warga agar ketika pariwisata dibuka lagi maka KBP telah siap
menerima wisatawan
