Damage to a ship in general is common as mentioned above, but the wear
and tear or damage to the ship's structure can be minimized with an annual
survey, inspection and regular maintenance with the aim of ensuring the smooth,
safe and safe operation of a vessel. In Solas (Safety Of Life At Sea) 74/78 Chapter
1 Part B-Surveys and Certificates has been set the Survey and certification
implementation system for the implementation of such activities, all vessels must
pass inspection which includes inspection of the structure and construction of ship
building.
In this thesis the author uses qualitative methods. Data collection method
used is by interview, library research, and documentation study. Data analysis
methods used include data reduction, data presentation and draw conclusions.
Based on the above analysis that the application of Annual Survey system on gas
vessel PT. Pertamina Shipping occurs several obstacles. Thus to prevent, reduce
and eliminate some factors that can hinder the implementation of the Annual
Survey process it is necessary to hold efforts to overcome these obstacles. Efforts
are made to overcome the problem by requesting recommendations to the BKI
about the completion of the repair work, recalls to the employees and crew of the
ship in monitoring the validity of the certificate and also monitoring the position
of the ship by employees in the office.
Therefore, by conducting regular training, the implementation of the Annual
Survey can run smoothly and not found some problems that can hinder the
implementation of the Annual Survey. At the end of the section the authors present
their conclusions and suggestions

No full textSince the inception of the budgets in the 1920s, they have been deeply ingrained in the culture of business (Goode and Malik, 2011), and have historically played an essential role in the management control (Otley, 1994; Réka et al., 2014). However, recently they have become the subject of criticism and debate (Libby and Lindsay, 2010), some researchers thought that the budgeting could be improved (Horngren et al., 2004), while others argued the process of budgeting are fundamentally flawed (Neely et al., 2001; Hope and Fraser, 2003). In this paper, the author presents the study of the budgeting process in three enterprises in China, among which one is the private company and the others are two state-owned, to 1) update the literature on budgeting practice 2) collect empirical evidence to analyse the criticism about budgets. Overall, the author found that although problems exist with budgets, the budgeting system is still viewed as essential in the managerial control in these three companies, and these three enterprises do not need the Beyond Budgeting

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi artikel-artikel penelitian yang memaparkan pemberian terapi aktivitas range of motion terhadap status mobilitas fisik lansia dengan ostheoarthritis. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kajian literatur Penulis mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis hasil penelitian sebelumnya mengenai pengaruh pemberian terapi aktivitas range of motion terhadap status mobilitas fisik lansia dengan ostheoarthritis. Masalah mobilitas pada lansia dapat diatasi dengan memberikan intervensi latihan range of motion. dilihat dari efek terapi aktifitas range of motion yang mampu memberi efek dan perubahan yang signifikan ke berbagai faktor dari mobilitas fisik seperti mampu meningkatan kekuatan otot ekstremitas bawah, menurunkan derajat skala nyeri osteoarthritis, meningkatkan rentang gerak sendi lutut fleksi dan ekstensi, dan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan aktifitas fungsional.Kata kunci : Range of motion, mobilitas fisik, lansia dengan osteoartriti

No full textThis research is entitled Crimonological Juridical Review of Criminal Acts of Sexual Violence Perpetrated by Parents Against Stepchildren (Case Study in the Legal Area of Batu City) and will discuss 3 problem formulations, namely the factors that cause criminal acts of sexual violence committed by parents against stepchildren. in Batu City, the mode of criminal acts of sexual violence committed by parents against stepchildren in Batu City, and the efforts of the police in dealing with criminal acts of sexual violence committed by parents against stepchildren in Batu City. In this method the author uses a sociological juridical approach and conducts research located at the Batu City Resort Police. A child problem that is very frightening for parents is sexual violence. Some acts of violence can have a major impact on the soul and mental damage of children. East Java is one area that is not free from cases of sexual violence against children. The large number of cases that occur shows that there is still low public awareness in providing protection for children who are victims of sexual violence perpetrated by parents against stepchildren. The resulting impact can affect children who are victims of criminal acts of sexual violence, therefore the police must be more vigilant regarding sexual violence that occurs in society

regulated by the law, both criminal and civil aspects, as well as on the issue of
Mortgage Auction Right. Indonesian society today already know many of the
auction, so it do not be surprised if the auction is a way of solving a particular
problem which is used by our society nowadays. In Indonesia, the auction is
governed by Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia,
namely the Minister of Finance Regulation No. 93/Pmk.06/2010 on Instructions
of Auction Implementation. In this case the author managed to put together a
study in order to accomplish the components of final project. The author chose a
theme of Auction Mortgage Application Process through the Office of State
Property and Auction Yogyakarta by Law Firm of Garda Utama & Associates.
This study uses library research and field work that I did it for two months
at the Law Firm of Garda Utama & Associates. During the field work the writer
did help resolve the issue of auction of mortgage. In that case, there has been a
legal act, the debt receivable agreement, which the debtor has been in default,
meaning that the debtor does not pay its debts to creditors. Settlement of the case
was finally resolved by way of mortgage auction. Author consulted to the Office
of State Property and Auction Yogyakarta to register the application of auction
mortgage on a parcel of land which is used as dependents by the debtor at the
time

No full textThe application of universal jurisdiction by the International Criminal Court is a step that can combat the problem of impunity for perpetrators of serious crimes under the Rome Statute and the right to reparation for victims. The various obstacles faced by the International Criminal Court in the application of universal jurisdiction to solve the problem of impunity are quite complicated and diverse so that the application of universal jurisdiction by the International Criminal Court is quite important in order to strengthen the authority of the Court in prosecuting perpetrators of serious human rights crimes so as not to avoid punishment.
This research discusses international law regulating the principle of universal jurisdiction in solving the problem of impunity for gross human rights violations. Challenges and problems in the application of universal jurisdiction by the International Criminal Court in prosecuting perpetrators of gross human rights violations. This research also discusses the effect of reparation decisions by the International Criminal Court for people who are victims of a conflict. The author applies normative legal research method through library research.
The application of universal jurisdiction by the International Criminal Court can combat impunity for perpetrators of serious crimes with cooperative efforts from state parties and significant initiatives from the Court itself. Furthermore, reparation awards made by the International Criminal Court can provide tangible assistance to victims in the aftermath of conflicts in a region that has claimed many lives. The principle of universality is needed to encourage international cooperation in facilitating extradition and coordinating efforts by the International Criminal Court to prosecute perpetrators of gross human rights violations. A thorough evaluation of the needs of victims to ensure that compensation is targeted and meets the needs of victims, be it financial compensation, medical rehabilitation or psychosocial assistance.116 PagesSkripsi Sarjan
