Analisis Kecakapan Komunikasi Matematis Peserta Didik dalam Menyelesaikan Soal-Soal Relasi dan Fungsi
No full textAbstract: Education units at the junior high school level in the learning process need to hold an assessment. Through the assessment of a teacher can find out the quality of learning. Is the learning process carried out in class successful or not. One way to determine student success is by analyzing mathematical communication skills. It was found that at MTs Al Muhajirin many students got low scores in solving math problems. The high and low scores obtained depend on the ability of each student, there are students with high, medium and low abilities. The purpose of this study was to analyze mathematical communication skills in solving math problems on the topic of relationships and functions in class IIC MTs Al Muhajirin Tapung District in the 2022/2023 academic year. The type of research used is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The data collection technique is a test technique consisting of 3 questions. Data analysis used is data processing, data analysis and data analysis. From the data analysis, it was found that students with high abilities were 95%, moderate abilities were 55%, and low abilities were 38%. The average proportion of students' mathematical communication ability indicators at MTs Al Muhajirin for the writing indicator is 53.3%, the drawing indicator is 81.6%, and the writing indicator is 53.3%. So the proportion of students' communication skills at MTs Al Muahjirin Tapung is 62.7% in the low category.Abstrak: Satuan pendidikan ditingkat SMP pada proses pembelajaran perlu diadakannya asesmen. Melalui asesmen seorang pengajar bisa mengetahui kualitas pembelajaran. Apakah proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan dikelas berhasil atau tidak. Salah satu cara untuk menetukan keberhasilan peserta didik dengan cara menganalisis kecakapan komunikasi matematis. Ditemukan di MTs Al Muhajirin banyak peserta didik yang mendapatkan nilai rendah dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal matematika. Tinggi atau rendahnya nilai yang diperoleh tergantung dari kemampuan setiap peserta didik, ada peserta didik yang berkemampuan tinggi, sedang dan rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kecakapan komunikasi matematis dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal matematika topik relasi dan fungsi kelas VIIIC MTs Al Muhajirin Kecamatan Tapung pada tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitataif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah teknik tes yang terdiri dari 3 soal. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu pengolahan data, penganalisisan data dan penafsiran data. Dari analisis data didapat hasil bahwa peserta didik yang berkemampuan tinggi diperoleh 95%, kemampuan sedang 55%, dan kemampuan rendah 38%. Rata-rata persentase indikator kecakapan komunikasi matematis peserta didik di MTs Al Muhajirin pada indikator menulis sebesar 53,3%, indikator menggambar 81,6%, dan indikator menulis 53,3%. Jadi persentase kecakapan komunikasi matematis peserta didik di MTs Al Muahjirin Tapung sebesar 62,7% dengan kategori rendah

The goal is to help them build a strong foundation in literacy and numeracy through fun and interactive activities. The tool uses a modular design, making it adaptable for different learning situations, easy to store, and simple to transport. Its bright and engaging design helps capture children's attention, keeping them motivated to learn. By combining learning with play, the tool helps children improve their reading and counting skills while also developing creativity, social skills, and problem-solving abilities. This product is designed to address challenges faced by children in poverty, such as limited access to quality materials and under-resourced schools. It’s also made to be affordable, durable, and easy to use, ensuring it can reach underserved communities. MODEL PENINGKATAN KINERJA DOSEN MELALUI ISLAMIC WORK ETHIC, SOCIAL COMPETENCE DAN SELF-EFFICACY (Study Kasus pada Universitas Maritim AMNI Semarang)
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh islamic work ethic dan social competence terhadap self-efficacy dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja dosen Universitas Maritim AMNI Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah dosen Universitas Maritim AMNI Semarang sejumlah 139. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dimana pengambilan sampel berdasarkan kriteria. Adapun kriteria sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: dosen Universitas Maritim AMNI yang beragama Islam dan sudah bekerja minimal 3 tahun. Berdasarkan purposive sampling terpilih sampel sejumlah 112 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner (angket) dengan cara menyebar daftar pertanyaan kepada responden guna mendapatkan informasi.
Hasil penelitian adalah: islamic work ethic mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen dan self-efficacy, social competence mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap self-efficacy dan kinerja dosen, dan self- efficacy mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen,. Selanjutnya, self-efficacy dapat memediasi hubungan antara islamic work ethic dan social competence dengan kinerja dosen.

No full textThis project is called “Indoor Smart Vase of Self Watering Plant”. The idea of this project is to help people that live in a condominium to plant a tree in their houses. It is hard for them to plant any trees in their house because of the lack of space and soil. The objectives of this project are to design an indoor smart vase self-watering using waste materials such as plastic water bottles and used soils. On the other hand, this project is to analyze the recycled water flow along the tube channel to the plant and going down after it absorbs into the soil. Furthermore, this project covered the three main elements which are design, analysis, and fabrication. This project will be using “Solid work” to design the whole project with a motion for the presentation later. There will be some calculations in this project as well. Several thermodynamics’ equations will be used to calculate the water flow at every critical joint of the vase. Lastly, the expected result for this project is that everyone can plant any trees that they desire in their house, and it would only cost a small amount of money to run this projec
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan digitalisasi pelayanan akademik dengan kepuasan mahasiswa jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi pasca covid-19. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan bentuk teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu Proportional Random Sampling. Teknik Pengumpulan data berupa angket dan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan digitalisasi pelayanan akademik dengan kepuasan mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi di Fakultas Tarbiyah Dan Keguruan Pasca Pandemi Covid-19 yang terbukti dari rhitung (0,756)> rtabel(0,202) pada taraf signifikan 5% , Maupun pada rhitung (0,756)> rtabel(0,263) pada taraf signifikan 1%.
