CONTEXTUALIZATION OF DEMING AND CROSBY'S THEORIES IN IMPROVING EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS
This research is a figure thinking study focused on two quality thinkers, Deming and Crosby. Using the Library Reseach research method presented in the form of argumentative approaches and descriptive analysis. The 14 quality points expressed by Deming and Crosby are interesting for further investigation, Deming emphasizes the scope of the concept and the theory of quality management, while Crosbye focuses on the construction of the components of the quality management as well as the details of its implementation. In this article, the author offers the theoretical concepts and contextualization of quality management Deming and Crosby in improving the quality of education with the concept of "Circle of Three Layers". In this concept there is a continuous blend between theory and context. The working step of this concept is to emphasize the development of theory (theorytical improvement) and the contextualization of the theory in the educational institutions, so that after the process of the contextalization theory is carried out, then it is expected that the institutions of education can improve the quality (quality improving) and competitive quality (competitive quality). Penelitian mengenai implementasi Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan
dalam menjalankan kewenangan serta kewajibannya ini mejelaskan mengenai bagaimana Badan
Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan menjalankan kewenangannya dalam melakukan
kewajibannya, khususnya dalam pengawasan dan pemeriksaan terhadap kewajiban pemberi kerja
dan pekerjanya untuk mendaftarkan diri dalam program jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan sesuai
dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2011 Tentang Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial.
Hal ini karena adanya ketidakjelasan data yang ada di lapangan terkait jumlah keseluruhan pemberi
kerja yang telah mendaftarkan diri, maupun belum mendaftarkan diri dalam program jaminan
sosial ketenagakerjaan.
Berdasarkan hal diatas tersebut, penulis mengangkat rumusan masalah sebagai berikut:
1).Bagaimana implementasi Pasal 11 huruf c Undang-Undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2011 Tentang

Bojonegoro?
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis peran BPJS
Ketenagakerjaan dalam melakukan kewenangannya berdasarkan tugas dan kewajibannya untuk
melakukan pengawasan dan pemeriksaan terhadap pemenuhan kewajiban pemberi kerja,
khususnya dalam pendaftaran diri dan pekerjanya dalam program jaminan social ketenagakerjaan,
serta masalah atau hambatan yang timbul dalam pelaksanaan kewenangan BPJS tersebut.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara empiris dengan metode pendekatan yuridis sosiologis, dengan
menggunakan jenis data primer dan sekunder, serta Teknik memperoleh data dengan wawancara.xi
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa BPJS ketenagakerjaan telah menjalankan
kewajiban, serta kewenangannya untuk melakukan pengawasan dan pemeriksaan terhadap
kewajiban pemberi kerja dan pekerja dalam mendaftarkan diri dalam program jaminan sosial,
namun di dalam pelaksanaannya masih terdapat beberapa hambatan, diantaranya belum
mkasimalnya sistem pendataan yang dimiliki, kurangnya koordinasi dan kerjasama dengan
instansi terkait di Kabupaten Bojonegoro, dan hambatan dari pemberi kerja sendiri. Untuk itu,
pihak BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kabupaten Bojonegoro melakukan beberapa upaya agar masalah
pendataan peserta BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dapat lebih maksimal

Kata Kunci: Pengawasan, Pemeriksaan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Kewajiban, Pemberi Kerja Abstract This research studies how Social Security Administrative Body for Labour Affairs implements its authority to perform its responsibility, especially regarding monitoring and inspection of the responsibilities of employers and employees to register in a social security program as regulated in Law Number 24 of 2011 on Social Security Administrative Body (further stated as BPJS). This encouragement is triggered by unclear information related to the total number of employers registered or not registered in the social security program for labours. The research problems are presented as follows: 1) How is the implementation of Article 11 letter c of law Number 24 of 2011 on Social Security Administrative Body regarding the control and inspection of obedience of employers in meeting their responsibilities to register their employees as members of Social Security Administrative Body for Labour Affairs in the Regency of Bojonegoro? 2) What are the impeding factors of and solution for the implementation of Article 11 letter c of Law Number 24 of 2011 on Social Security Administrative Body regarding the monitoring and inspection of the obedience of employers in fulfilling their responsibility to register their employees as members of Social Security Administrative Body for Labour Affairs in the Regency of Bojonegoro? This research is aimed to describe and analyse the role of BPJS for labour affairs related to how the authority is performed according to tasks and responsibilities to monitor and inspect the fulfillment of responsibilities of the employers, especially regarding the registration for the employers and BPJS for workers, and problems impeding the performance of the authority of BPJS. The research was conducting based on empirical method with socio-juridical approach, where primary and secondary data was also involved in the research. The data was obtained by conducting interviews. The research result indicates that BPJS for workers have perform its responsibilities and authorities accordingly to monitor and inspect the responsibilities of employers and employees regarding the registration to social security program. However, there are some hindering factors in the implementation in which the database system has not been optimally run, it is lack of coordination, and lack of partnership with related bodies in the Regency of Bojonegoro, in addition to the obstacles caused by employers. As a consequence, BPJS for workers of the Regency of Bojonegoro has taken some measures to optimise collection of data of BPJS members for workers. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more

The advancement of marketing and the effectiveness of spokespersons as opinion leaders do leave a great impact on a certain brand. Plus, to gain customers’ trust is a great challenge to the business in order to change people’s perspective and behaviour and may induce intention towards certain product. The purpose of this research study is to identify the factors that may create an influence towards consumer’s purchase intention of in branded sporting goods specifically among student athlete. The factors that are being examined in this study consist of endorser’s expertise, endorser’s trustworthiness, and brand credibility. Throughout the research period, a quantitative survey has been carried out for the purpose of supporting the initial idea and thinking. These questionnaires were distributed to individuals that may or may not have purchase branded sporting goods. It can be concluded that those three factors which are, the endorser’s expertise, endorser’s trustworthiness, and brand credibility, have had such a significant relationship to consumer’s purchase intention of branded sporting goods
