Aspectos históricos e psicanalíticos na Tetralogia Lusitana de Almeida Faria

No âmbito da "Tetralogia Lusitana" de Almeida Faria composta pelos romances A paixão (1965), Cortes (1978), Lusitânia (1980) e Cavaleiro Andante (1983) , investigamos como a História Portuguesa mais recente, marcada pelos processos pré e pós-Revolução dos Cravos, comparece nessas narrativas de modo a fomentar aquilo que Linda Hutcheon concebe como metaficção historiográfica. Neste sentido, analisamos as questões contidas em sua obra Poética do Pós-Modernismo (1991), que nos serviram de norte para pensar como Almeida Faria reinventa a História Portuguesa na economia ficcional dos seus romances. Para abordar a relação entre a Tetralogia Lusitana e a psicanálise, utilizamos o pensamento de Freud e de estudiosos envolvidos na crítica literária psicanalítica, para que pudéssemos refletir como o parricídio, o signo da morte, o luto, a melancolia e os sonhos das personagens podem ser lidos na esfera familiar do clã do Alentejo como uma alegoria dos acontecimentos políticos marcados pela queda de Salazar. Além disso, demonstramos que o evento da morte do pai é o ponto nevrálgico onde convergem os discursos da História e da Psicanálise, a partir da atuação de personagens dispersas que se comunicam, segundo a pesquisadora Lilian Jacoto (2005), por meio de uma poética das distâncias.This dissertation focuses on the study of interactions between Literature, History and Psychoanalysis in the context of contemporary portuguese novel. Under the "Tetralogia Lusitana" by Almeida Faria composed of the novels A Paixão (1965), Cortes (1978), Lusitânia (1980) e Cavaleiro Andante (1983) we investigate how the most recent Portuguese History, which was marked by the processes before and after the Carnation Revolution, appears in these narratives in order to foster what Linda Hutcheon sees as historiographic metafiction. In this sense, we analyzed the issues contained in his work Poetics of Postmodernism (1991), which orientated us to think as Almeida Faria reinvents the Portuguese History in economy fictional of his novels. To deal with the relationship between Psychoanalysis and Tetralogia Lusitana, we use the thinking of Freud and scholars involved in psychoanalytic literary criticism to reflect how the parricide, the sign of death, mourning, melancholia, and dreams of characters can be read at the family level of the clan of Alentejo as an allegory of political events marked by the fall of Salazar. Furthermore, we demonstrate that the event of death of the father is the critical point where all speeches of the History and Psychoanalysis converge, from the actions of the characters that are far apart but can communicate among themselves, according to esearcher Lilian Jacoto (2005), through some kind of poetic of distances

A caracterização Sui Generis do animal de estimação à luz da proteção oferecida pelo direito internacional
No full textA presente dissertação tem como objeto a análise do conceito do Direito Animal e sua
relação de dependência com o Direito Internacional, especificadamente quanto a
evolução e formação de um novo conceito que abarque o sentimento afetivo criado
em relação aos animais de estimação para sociedade contemporânea. Inicialmente,
o problema é como estabelecer uma categoria para o animal de estimação dentro de
um ordenamento jurídico em face dos próprios princípios e costumes estabelecidos
pelas sociedades internacionais. A hipótese estabelece que a criação de uma
categoria sui generis abarque novos conceitos do animal de estimação ao direito
familiar com a manutenção de elementos possessórios. Neste sentido, a dissertação
tem como primeiro objetivo abordar as principais passagens históricas no âmbito
internacional quanto a propagação embrionária do Direito Animal, de tal forma a criar
uma linha de raciocínio coesa até os reflexos atuais. Diante da crescente onda de
reanálise da tutela animal, o segundo objetivo aborda o tema em nível internacional,
eis que diversos países ao redor do mundo têm tratado sobre o assunto de
perspectivas diferentes, buscando a melhor alternativa que se adapta aos seus
costumes e opinião pública. A existência de uma Declaração Universal dos Direitos
dos Animais pela Assembleia da UNESCO torna o objeto de análise relevante por
sedimentar uma base sólida que aprofunda legislações internas voltadas para a
proteção animal. Contudo, pela característica genérica do documento e diante das
diversas formas que estes animais se relacionam com a sociedade (no âmbito da
natureza, por meio de domesticação, ou por laço afetivo), cria-se categorias
específicas dentro do Direito Animal, cuja forma de proteção diferem e
consequentemente, geram um efetivo conflito em como a regulamentação de um
Estado deve ser abordada. Nesta problemática, o animal de estimação demonstra ser
o mais afetado pela ausência de reconhecimento e regulamentação legal, ainda que
a criação do conceito de família multiespécie passe a ser adotada, diante da rápida
ascensão valorativa desta categoria para a sociedade global como um todo. Por fim,
o terceiro objetivo estabelece um impacto internacional com a progressiva demanda
de resposta pela sociedade que compõe cada nação, o que gera uma busca global
por uma legislação que vise equalizar os novos laços entre homem-animal com as
políticas públicas e formas de regulamentação dos Estados. Enquanto metodologia,
para a análise da presente problemática, encontramos tratados internacionais e
legislações específicas de determinados países, através de dados qualitativos, bem
como, doutrinadores e artigos científicos que buscam conceitos para o direito animal.The present dissertation aims to analyze the concept of Animal Law and its
dependency relationship with International Law, specifically regarding the evolution
and formation of a new concept that encompasses the affective feeling created in
relation to pets for the contemporary society. Initially, the problem is how to establish
a category for pets within a legal system in face of the very principles and customs
established by international societies. The hypothesis establishes that the creation of
a sui generis category encompasses new concepts of the pet to family law with the
maintenance of possessory elements. In this sense, the dissertation has as its first
objective to approach the main historical passages in the international scope regarding
the embryonic propagation of the Animal Law, in such a way to create a cohesive line
of reasoning until the current reflexes. Faced with the growing wave of reanalysis of
the animal guardianship, the second objective approaches the theme at an
international level, since several countries around the world have dealt with the subject
from different perspectives, seeking the best alternative that fits their customs and
public opinion. The existence of a Universal Declaration of Animal Rights by the
UNESCO Assembly makes the object of analysis relevant for sedimenting a solid base
that deepens internal legislations aimed at animal protection. However, due to the
generic characteristic of the document and the different ways that these animals relate
to society (in nature, through domestication, or through affective ties), specific
categories are created within Animal Law, whose forms of protection differ and,
consequently, generate an effective conflict in how a State's regulation should be
approached. In this problematic, the pet animal proves to be the most affected by the
lack of legal recognition and regulation, even if the creation of the multi-species family
concept is to be adopted, in face of the rapid rise in value of this category for the global
society as a whole. Finally, the third objective establishes an international impact with
the progressive demand for a response by the society that makes up each nation,
which generates a global search for legislation that aims to equalize the new humananimal
bonds with the public policies and forms of regulation of the States. As
methodology, for the analysis of the present problematic, we found international
treaties and specific legislations of certain countries, through qualitative data, as well
as doctrinaires and scientific articles that seek concepts for animal law

No full textCurrently, the idea of reducing dairy components as vehicles for probiotic agents has been promoted because of the high proportion of individuals who present lactose intolerance and allergy to milk protein components. Researchers suggest that lactose intolerance occurs in the sensitized intestinal mucosa, causing abdominal cramps, vomiting, intestinal constipation, fecal occult blood loss, and in more severe cases, intestinal obstruction and protein-losing enteropathy. Considering the pathologies related to food intolerance, new alternatives such as soy-based probiotic fermented beverages instead of dairy products have been emphasized in the diet, as they provide a beneficial modulation of the intestinal microbiota. The acidification kinetics was performed with the CINAC system of the different formulations at 42°C. The ternary co-culture composed of Lactococcus lactis (LL), Lactobacillus bulgaricus (LB), Streptococcus thermophilus (ST) was the highest acidification rate (Vmax 11.40 x 10-3 units pH / min) 10.12 hours to reach pH 4.5 (P <0.05), post acidification the Lactococcus lactis (LL) strain had the lowest significant acidification rate when compared to the others at 37oC p <0.05. And the ternary co-culture Lactobacillus plantarum Lactobacillus bulgaricus (LB) and Streptococcus thermophilus (ST) showed the highest acidification rate when compared to the other p <0.05, at 42oC, and the highest acidification rate was Lactococcus lactis (LL) with Lactobacillus plantarum (LP). In the microbiological count, all microorganisms at different temperatures and formulations maintained viability above 106 after 28 days of storage at 4oC. The thermodynamic parameters estimated for nisin irreversible thermal inactivation were energy, enthalpy and Gibbs free energy of activation of 155.1, 152.1-152.3 and 86.2-90.4 kJ/mol, respectively, and an activation entropy of 177.9-186.2 J mol-1 K-1
