    ABSTRAK Kepemimpinan merupakan aspek terpenting dalam suatu organisasi, baik itu organisasi konvensional maipun organisasi syariah. Tak terkecuali dengan organisasi syariah yang bergerak dalam bidang pendidikan, membutuhkan seorang pemimpin yang mampu menjadi dinamisator dari seluruh kegiatan yang ada pada organisasinya secara terarah. Hal tersebut bertujuan agar para bawahan dapat diatur, dibimbing, dan dipengaruhi untuk menjalankan tugas-tugas yang telah ditetapkan untuknya. Di antara banyaknya faktor-faktor yang perlu diperhatikan dalam suatu kepemimpinan, terdapat salah satu faktor yang menjadi fokus dalam penelitian ini, yakni mengenai gaya kepemimpinan. Gaya kepemimpinan merupakan ciri khas yang dimiliki oleh masing-masing pemimpin organisasi dalam menentukan kebijakan atau arah dari organisasi yang dipimpinnya dalam mencapai tujuan. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini akan membahas mengenai gaya kepemimpinan kiai Ali Qomaruddin dalam membentuk santri tahfidz Qur’an di pondok pesantren Roudlatul Qur’an Metro. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan penelitian berjenis penelitian lapangan (field research). Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan teknik wawancara dan teknik dokumentasi. Sumber data primernya adalah ustad, pengurus dan santri pondok pesantren Roudlatul Qur’an Metro. Sedangkan, sumber data sekundernya diperoleh dari literatur yang berkaitan dengan pondok pesantren Roudlatul Qur’an Metro. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan kiai Ali Qomaruddin di pondok pesantren Roudlatul Qur’an Metro menggunakan tiga gaya kepemimpinan. Ketiga gaya kepemimpinan tersebut, yakni gaya kepemimpinan kharismatik, gaya kepemimpinan demokratis, dan gaya kepemimpinan Islam. Untuk membentuk para santri tahfidznya yang ada di pondok pesantren Roudlatul Qur’an Metro, kiai Ali Qomaruddin lebih dominan menggunakan gaya kepemimpinan kharismatiknya dibandingkan dengan gaya kepemimpinan yang lain. Gaya kepemimpinan kharismatik tersebut dicirikan dengan sosok kiai Ali Qomaruddin yang memiliki iii kepercayaan diri yang tinggi, memiliki visi, mampu mengungkapkan visinya dengan jelas, keyakinan yang kuat terhadap visi tersebut, sebagai agen perubahan, dan memiliki kepekaan terhadap lingkungan. Pengaruh kharisma yang digunakan oleh kiai Ali Qomaruddin untuk membentuk para santri tahfidznya tersebut, yakni seperti dalam hal berkomunikasi, memotivasi, dan memerintahkan para santri.     In learning activities, teaching materials play a critical role. Teaching materials have appealing designs that encourage students to learn and use them as a study resource. The goal of this study was to figure out and develop what kind of teaching materials are used in academic reading classes. This study employs the research and development technique, as well as the Borg and Gall models. There are ten stages of Borg and Gall models, but The author generates teaching materials in the fourth stage of Borg and Gall model only because the author wants to do this research fast; they are the production of initial drafts of materials for teaching.  The type of materials of teaching from this research is handouts of academic reading, Academic reading was taught in the third semester of the English department of education faculty at the Qomaruddin University. So the subject of this research was students who are in semester three of the English Department of Qomaruddin University, some twenty-seven students consisting of twenty-two females and Five males. based on the findings of the development from teaching materials that have been already done. The Specific instructional objectives, instructional analysis, behavior analysis of learner, specific instructional objectives, and also syllabus are needed to create the handouts of teaching material

    Zakat yang dikelola dengan sistem dan pengaturan yang dapat dipercaya, professional dan integral bisa menjadi pemicu untuk pergerakan ekonomi di masyarakat. Selain pengelolaan ZIS dilakukan oleh LPZ dan BAZ pengelolaan lembaga zakat juga dapat dikelola oleh bank syariah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan mekanisme penggalangan dana ZIS di BPR Syariah Amanah Ummah dan mengetahui bagaimana mekanisme distribusi ZIS di BPR Syariah Amanah Ummah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan dana ZIS difokuskan pada pengumpulan dan distribusi. Dana ZIS yang terkumpul di BPR Syariah Amanah Ummah bersumber dari bank/perusahaan, dana zakat dari luar bank (termasuk pelanggan zakat), karyawan dan administrator. Pendistribusian zakat disalurkan melalui bank atau melalui lembaga lain yang menganut system produktif dan konsumtif. Kompensasi yaitu konsumtif kompensasi yang diterima langsung mustahik untuk kebutuhan mereka, sambil mendapatkan kompensasi dilakukan melalui program modal ventura.Kata kunci: Zakat, Infak, fungsi sosial ban

    Technology-based learning is learning that is widely implemented in the current era, but there are several gaps in its implementation, one of which is that technology is misused by students for mere entertainment, and there are also challenges that educational institutions must pay attention to in managing learning. To address obstacles and challenges in implementing technology-based learning, good preparation and management is needed by schools and teachers before implementing the learning process, so that in its implementation teachers have insight, anticipation and solutions if learning obstacles occur. There are six things that schools must prepare in managing technology-based learning, namely: qualified human resources, sufficient finances for learning needs, teachers must prepare effective learning theories and practices, supporting infrastructure, learning methods that are appropriate to students' conditions. Apart from that, technology-based learning management strategies that must also be prepared by teachers are: learning implementation plans, which must be created and displayed through technology, in implementing learning, teachers prepare learning activities by utilizing technology, such as learning media, learning materials and teaching materials, and in Teachers can also use technology to evaluate their learning.     Pyrolysis of Reclaimed Asphalt Aggregates in Mortar

    Asphalt pavement consists of aggregates resulting in a waste material at end of its life. The aggregates can be reused as basic material for asphalt or cementitious binding agents. In both scenarios, the recycled aggregates should provide a good bond with the binder to achieve strength. This study focuses on reusing recycled asphalt aggregates (RAA) in mortar. The major weakness of RAA is the thin oily film originating from the asphalt residue, weakening the bond with cement. The pyrolysis method is accessed in an attempt to overcome this weakness. Three scenarios were investigated; the use of virgin aggregates (VA), RAA, and pyrolysis recycled asphalt aggregate (PRAA) as constituent in mortar. All variables were set a constant except for the aggregate type, the VA mortar function as controlling element. This research is methodologically based on experimental data conducted in the laboratory, while aggregate samples were taken from the field. To analyze the influence of pyrolysis to the aggregate-to-cement bond behaviour, qualitative and quantitative data were collected. The quantitative data were the mechanical properties, the mortar tensile, and compression strength. The qualitative data were obtained from scanning electron microscope readings to visually observe the aggregate surface roughness and voids, including the aggregates cross-section and pre-existing micro-cracks in the aggregate-to-cement interface. Supporting data were the aggregates‘ abrasion rate and absorption. The RAA resulted in a significant mortar strength decrease. This conclusion was supported by the findings of pre-existing cracks in the interfacial transition zone. The pyrolysis method improved the compression strength but negligibly affected the tensile behavior. The compression and tensile strength increased as a function of time for both RAA and PRAA, and a strength convergence was reached at 28 days.     Relevancy of Research Evidence With The Success of Alquran Memorising: Young Hafiz Motivational Approach

    This article discusses the evidence for the successful study of memorizing the Qur'an, which is shown to gain an understanding of the motivational approach of young hafidz. The author believes that memorizing the Quran is closely related to experience and studies that have given parents and parents confidence. Our data is obtained from literature such as published journals, books, and website data. Before getting the findings to this study, we first examine the data with a phenomenological approach, exploring as much data as possible to understand that answer. This study entirely relies on secondary data from the findings of previous work, and we design it in a descriptive qualitative study—data coming soon young people.com. Based on our study and discussion, we conclude that there is a very close relevance between the evidence of scientific studies on the memorization of the Qur'an project and the success of students reading the Qur'an. Thus, this finding should be a helpful input in efforts to improve the quality of studies and scientific reading and Hafiz of the Qur'an for the younger generation
