The lack of interest of teenagers today to read a folk tale due to the times, they chose to play gadgets and games. Though there are so many lessons and values in life that can be obtained in folklore. After reading the book collection of the Riau Folklore Series by Maria Rosa Anggraini, S.S. The author discovers the existence of structures and moral values in these literary works. Literary works in this contain the structure of the story that is in the form of themes, flow, background, figure, character and mandate, as well as moral values related to responsibility, conscience and obligation. This is what makes the writer interested in researching the collection of Riau Folklore Series by Maria Rosa Anggraini, S.S. Problems in this study 1) What is the structure contained in the collection of Riau Folklore Series compiled by Maria Rosa Anggraini, S.S.? 2.) What is the moral value contained in the collection of the Riau Folk Story Series compiled by Maria Rosa Anggraini, S.S. the scope of the study of literature, especially literary criticism that examines structure and moral values. The theory used to analyze the problem of this study is Priyatni (2012). Nurgiantoro (2013) and supporting theories such as Suroto (1990). Hamidy (2012). The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The techniques used in this study are documentation techniques and hermeneutical techniques. The data analysis technique is the presentation technique referred to by Hamidy, uu (2003). The results of this study suggest the elements of inter-national and moral values contained in the Riau Folklore Series by Maria Rosa Anggraini, S.S. This study aims at finding out if The Influence of Economic Value Added (EVA)
and Market Value Added (MVA) to Stock Price in Companies that Listed on LQ
45 in term on February - August 2015. The hypothesis of this study is : There is
Influence of Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA) to
Stock Price in Companies that Listed on LQ 45 in term on February - August
2015. The method used is the author of the survey method with a quantitative
approach. This study population is the entire companies that listed on LQ 45 in
term on February – August 2015 this sampling technique is simple random
sampling as many 31 samples. Hypothesis states that either simultaneous or
partially independent variable affect the dependent variable of the study. Based
on the finding regression coefficient test simultaneous, the value of (4.338>3.34)
with a sig 0.023 it can be conclude that simultaneous EVA and MVA effect on
stock price. While the finding of the partial regression coefficient test, EVA 0.520
< Ttabel 2.04841and sig. 0.607 can be conclude that EVA no significant effect on
stock price, for MVA 2.910>2.04841 and sig. 0.007 it can be conclude that MVA
significant effect on stock price. Hypothesis states that either simultaneously or
partially one of the independent variable affect the dependent variable of the
study. While one independent variable do not affect dependent variable of the
study

In this writing thesis, the writer discussed ‘The Adverb Zehi and Zettai in Japanese Sentence’. The aim of these research are to describe the structure and the meaning of Japanese adverb such as zehi and zettai.
The writer obtained the data from anime and Japanese website. Those data were collected using note taking technique. Then, to analyze the structure and the meaning of adverb zehi and zettai, distributional methods applied. Whereas to explain the results of data analysis, the author uses informal methods.
Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that adverb zehi and zettai can explain nouns, adjectives, and verbs. But, adverb zehi cannot explain negative form words or sentences. Adverb Zehi has the meaning to show desire; strong intentions, requests, indicating definite meaning, and showing necessity. While zettai adverb has the meaning to show will, command; prohibition, denial, and show strong opinions.

Rendahnya self-esteem pada remaja perempuan menjadi
permasalahan penting pada masa perkembangan karena dapat
berdampak memunculkan perasaan merasa kurang percaya diri, merasa
tidak cukup baik, ketidakpuasan terhadap diri sendiri, dan keraguan
yang berkelanjutan. kondisi tersebut sering kali muncul akibat adanya
faktor yang mempengaruhi self-esteem salah satunya yaitu fatherless
dan social comparison. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui
apakah ada hubungan fatherless dan social comparison dengan self
esteem pada remaja perempuan.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik
purposive sampling yang melibatkan sampel sebanyak 100 remaja
perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Self
esteem(α = 0.822), skala Fatherless (α = 0.961), dan skala Social
Comparison (α = 0.856). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah
analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan software JASP versi 0.16.4.0
for windows.
Hasil analisis data menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi (r)
0.585 dengan F hitung 25.230 dan signifikansi 0.001 (p < 0.01), artinya
secara bersama-sama fatherless dan social comparison memiliki
hubungan terhadap self-esteem. Selain itu didapatkan nilai koefisien
korelasi (r) -0.120 dengan signifikansi 0.001 (p < 0.01) dan sumbangan
efektif 5,1%. Artinya terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara
fatherless dengan self-esteem. Nilai koesifien korelasi (r) -0.449 dengan
signifikansi 0.001 (p < 0.01) dan sumbangan efektif 29,1%. Artinya
terdapat hubungan negatif signifikan antara social comparison dengan
self-esteem.

The Relationship between Fatherless and Social Comparison with
Self Esteem in Adolescent Girls

Low self-esteem in adolescent girls is a significant issue during
this developmental stage because it can lead to feelings of self-doubt,
dissatisfaction with oneself, and persistent uncertainty. This condition
doesn't just appear out of nowhere, but is influenced by various factors,
including the absence of a father figure and the tendency to engage in
social comparison.This study aims to determine whether there is a
relationship between fatherlessness and social comparison with self
esteem in female adolescents.
This study is a quantitative study using purposive sampling
techniques, involving a sample of 100 female adolescent. Data
collection techniques used the Self-esteem scale (α = 0.822), the
Fatherless scale (α = 0.961), and the Social Comparison scale (α =
0.856). The data analysis technique used was multiple regression
analysis with the assistance of JASP software version 0.16.4.0 for
Windows.
The data analysis results showed a correlation coefficient (r)
value of 0.585 with an F-statistic of 25.230 and a significance of 0.001
(p < 0.01), meaning that fatherless and social comparison together
have a relationship with self-esteem. Additionally, the correlation
coefficient (r) value was -0.120 with a significance of 0.001 (p < 0.01)
and an effective contribution of 5.1%. This means there is a significant
negative relationship between fatherless and self-esteem. The
correlation coefficient (r) value was -0.449 with a significance of 0.001
(p < 0.01) and an effective contribution of 29.1%. This means there is
a significant negative relationship between social comparison and self
esteem.

Perilaku prososial merupakan sebuah tindakan sukarela yang
mengacu pada tindakan yang dimaksudkan untuk membantu atau
menguntungkan individu ataupun kelompok lain. Tujuan penelitian ini
adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penalaran moral dan
konformitas teman sebaya dengan perilaku prososial pada mahasiswa
yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Guru
Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (PGMI) yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi.
Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 153 mahasiswa yang dipilih
menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data
yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan
kuesioner. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tiga buah skala, yaitu
skala perilaku prososial dengan 26 aitem ω = 0,812, skala penalaran
moral dengan 31 aitem ω=0,912, dan skala konformitas teman sebaya
dengan 35 aitem ω= 0,942. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis
regresi berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan software JASP
0.19.1.0.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, terdapat
hubungan yang cukup signifikan antara penalaran moral dan
konformitas teman sebaya dengan perilaku prososial pada mahasiswa
yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi dengan nilai koefisien korelasi
sebesar 0,586 dengan taraf signifikan p<.001 dengan R2=0.344 atau
34,4% sedangkan 65,6% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Terdapat
hubungan positif signifikan dengan nilai korelasi R=0,224 antara
penalaran moral dengan perilaku prososial pada mahasiswa yang
sedang mengerjakan skripsi. Terdapat hubungan positif signifikan
dengan nilai korelasi R=0,592 antara konformitas teman sebaya dengan
perilaku prososial pada mahasiswa yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi.

Prosocial behavior is a voluntary action that refers to actions
intended to help or benefit other individuals or groups. The purpose of
this study is to determine the relationship between moral reasoning and
peer conformity with prosocial behavior in students who are working
on a thesis.
The population of this study were Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher
Education (PGMI) students who were working on their thesis. The
sample used was 153 students selected using purposive sampling
technique. The data collection method used in this study was to use a
questionnaire. The instruments used were three scales, namely the
prosocial behaviour scale with 26 items ω = 0.812, the moral reasoning
scale with 31 items ω = 0.912, and the peer conformity scale with 35
items ω = 0.942. The analysis method uses multiple regression analysis
with the help of JASP 0.19.1.0 software.
Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, there is
a significant relationship between moral reasoning and peer conformity
with prosocial behaviour in students who are working on their thesis
with a correlation coefficient value of 0.586 with a significant level of
p <.001 with R2 = 344 or 34.4% while the remaining 65.6% is
influenced by other factors. There is a significant positive relationship
with a correlation value of R = 0.224 between moral reasoning and
prosocial behaviour in students who are working on their thesis. There
is a significant positive relationship with a correlation value of
R=0.592 between peer conformity and prosocial behaviour in students
who are working on their thesis.

Pseudo-Reality from the Context of Reader-Author Relationship Through Wattpad Comments Section: A Simulation Theory from Jean Baudrillard
No full textThe development and issues within the Wattpad platform require research on the pseudo-reality in virtual communication between its readers and author. The pseudo-reality can help determine the communication type in the comments section: positive or negative. Therefore, this research can determine to what extent readers can accept the pseudo-reality that might occur during the interaction between them and the author. This research describes the pseudo-reality in the communication between the readers and author on the Wattpad platform by using the descriptive qualitative method based on a theory by Jean Baudrillard. The data source is the communication record between readers and author in BYBcool’s comments section of cyber fiction entitled Lost World, Zystrome: The Exordium Outsider, El Libro, dan Outsider by Rania Thahirah. Data collection is in the form of chat records between readers and authors that contain pseudo-reality. The steps taken in data collection include data selection, reading the data collection, documenting data collection, designing the research instrument, inserting data into the data capture table, and coding it. The data analysis step in this research comprises describing and interpreting data inductively, simultaneous data collection, and analyzing data using a particular content analysis technique before finally drawing a conclusion. The research result revealed the existence of pseudo-reality in the Wattpad comment section. The author’s responses were a manipulation attempt to create a good image, show concern over the readers and broad insight and incredible ideas, and get plenty of fans. Simultaneously, the author created pseudo-reality by choosing neutral words to avoid potential conflicts, responding to readers’ comments accordingly, and using appropriate emoticons and emojis with the most suitable expression. Good communication is essential for authors to build a close relationship with their readers

A program of zero accident is a sign awards work healthy and safety given by the government to the management who have succeeded in implementing the program prevent work accidents during 3 years so to achieve zero of work accident. PT. Indexim Coalindo is one of company that produces coal. This research focused on loading coal activity that has a chance occurrence of the risk of a work accident where labor not yet wearing personal protective equipment in order to provide protection self workers optimally. It means, all factors that causes the offense and the effort of PT. Indexim Coalindo in minimizing the illegal and accident in jetty so that can apply a program of zero accident.
In this case, author use descriptive qualitative method to describe the object that observed. The writer also search for data by observe and analyze the fact and characteristic object and subject that observed directly. This method intended to get a comprehensive and clear about the use of personal protective equipment for labor in jetty PT. Indexim Coalindo East Kalimantan. Collecting data that used in this research also primary data and secondary data. Otherwise, this research also use observation, interview, and literature study. The writer use observation directly and non directly.
From the observation result which the writer doing, that cause many offense in the use of a personal protective equipment between or among other are the human factor where lack of awareness of the workers on when doing work, lack of knowledge and information about personal protective equipment and environmental factors due to the weather that extremely hot is the most important factor. To solve this things needed an attempt by PT. Indexim Coalindo, namely prevention through controlling a danger in the workplace, do guidance and supervision by HSE division, prevention work accident through enterprise management system.

The method used in this research is descriptive analytical method. The analysis technique performed is dialectical technique, namely, prioritizing coherent meaning. Sources of data in this study used primary data sources in the form of a novel entitled Midah Simanis Bergigi Emas by Pramoedya Ananta Toer. the creation of the Midah Simanis Bergigi Emas novel was lifted from a social problem that affected it. Genetic elements of the work of Sasta are worldview, author\u27s relationship with historical reality, author\u27s biography, application of novel genetic structuralism. The world view on genetic structuralism in the Midah Simanis Bergigi Emas novel is lifted from a social problem that influences its views on God, the world, and humans. The world view that triggers the subject to identify world views is considered as one of the characteristics of the success of a literary work in genetic structuralism
