    SANTO ALFONSIUS TINAMBUNAN : Nitrogen And Phosphorus Contaminants Assessment in Oil Palm Plantation Pabatu Area of PTP. Nusantara IV During Rainy Season. Supervised by SUMONO and NAZIF ICHWAN. The use of land within a Sub River Flow Area that is intended for oil palm plantations that has fertilization treatment and the effect of rainfall can cause erosion of some elements of soil nutrient, such as Nitrogen and Phosporus in the water body causing contamination. Nitrogen and Phosphorus Contaminants in the water body of the river will depend on the river water discharge. Therefore study is needed on total nitrogen and total phosphorus to determine the extent of nitrogen and phosphorus that come flowing into rivers and river discharge relationship with total nitrogen and phosphorus. The resulst showed the total amount of nitrogen in the Sei Kalemba Sub River Flow Area (Padang river Flow Area ) was 1,39 – 11,74 mg/litre and the total amount of phosphorus in the Sei Kalemba Sub River Flow Area (Padang river Flow Area ) was 2,01 – 7,96 mg/litre.     One of the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic is the sluggishness of the business and economic world. Therefore, marketers or business actors need to find alternative solutions to market goods or services to consumers. This research aims to examine the potential of digital marketing so that business people can use it to survive. The research method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The Covid-19 pandemic has required business actors to shift their marketing, promotion, and transaction strategies from traditional to digital.     Koki Sunda Medan has a 4.4 rating in Google Review, which means there are many dissatisfied customers, and most of them complain about unprofessional services from staff, food is served cold and undercooked, and customers are not having a good time. Hence, this research aims to analyze if service quality, food quality, and customer experience affect customer satisfaction at Koki Sunda Medan. Data sources are primary and secondary. The technique is convenience sampling and surveys 100 participants who have visited and purchased in Koki Sunda Medan. The model of this research is multiple linear regression. The research outcomes are that service quality has a partial effect on customer satisfaction, food quality has a partial effect on customer satisfaction, and customer experience partially affects customer satisfaction. Service quality, food quality, and customer experience simultaneously affect customer satisfaction at Koki Sunda Medan. This research recommends enhancing staff alertness, installing appliances and complimentary dishes, and holding activities for customers to create memorable experiences

It is a common thing for every company that start to grow prominent to measure the level of customer loyalty. Customer loyalty is believed to come along with brand image and service quality. The objective of this research is to find out whether brand image and service quality does influence customer loyalty or not. Brand Image has been defined as how the customer perception of a certain brand. Service quality is a comprehensive of customer evaluation of a certain service in the certain company. Meanwhile, customer loyalty is the tendency of the customers to buy and use the product again. The research is using quantitative approaches as the research design and using IBM SPSS-20 application where the sample size is 125 by using non-probability purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method of the research uses multiple linear regression to check on the hypothesis. The result of the final research paper finds out that brand image and service quality does have an influence in maintaining customer loyalty at Gojek customers in Medan

    People have been conducting business for centuries. The rivalry among businesses has risen over time, and each company has attempted to increase profits by finding new ways to enhance the business. The technological advancements have opened up new ways for marketing. Due to the evolving customer behavior, companies have attempted to adapt their marketing to the digital platform. One of the alternatives that has grown in popularity recently is online business. The purpose of this research is to know whether there is partial and simultaneous influence of content marketing, sales promotion, and advertising on purchase intention at PT Hilmasta Digital Indonesia. PT Hilmasta Digital Indonesia is a digital creative agency that creates creative content which can help small to medium business in Indonesia expand digitally. The sample for this research is 73 people, which was selected using the purposive sampling, also known as the judgmental sampling techniques. For data analysis in this study, quantitative descriptive and causal methods are used. Questionnaires are sent in order to collect the data. The data analysis method that is employed in this study is multiple linear regression. The F-test result demonstrates that Content Marketing, Sales Promotion, and Advertising have a simultaneous influence on the Purchase Intention at PT Hilmasta Digital Indonesia. The t-test result also reveals that Content Marketing has partial influence on Purchase Intention at PT Hilmasta Digital Indonesia, Sales Promotion has partial influence on Purchase Intention at PT Hilmasta Digital Indonesia, and Advertising has partial influence on Purchase Intention at PT Hilmasta Digital Indonesia. This research regression model demonstrates as Sales Promotion has a greater impact on Purchase Intention than Advertising and Content Marketing,

    In the current situation, certain retail businesses may have encountered difficulties in developing their businesses, particularly home appliance companies. This study aims to analyze the influence of sales promotion and service quality on customer repurchase intention at Ace Hardware Putri Hijau, Medan. Developing customer repurchase intention is crucial for business continuity nowadays. Improving sales promotion and service quality performances may be beneficial since sales promotion involves incentives to stimulate customer purchases and service quality emphasizes fulfilling customer needs, which can lead to achieving the company’s objectives. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 Ace Hardware Putri Hijau, Medan respondents using a purposive sampling method. The data is analyzed based on multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the findings, it is concluded that sales promotion significantly influences customer repurchase intention, and service quality significantly influences customer repurchase intention. Sales promotion and service quality simultaneously have a significant influence on customer repurchase intention.&nbsp
