It is the number two killer,after cardiovascular disease.The p53 tumor suppressor protein plays a central role in the cellular response to DNA damage by controlling genes involved in cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. The
mutation of p53 is one of the most common events found in human cancers. When p53 is lost of its function this may permit the cell to divide without control.
The purpose of the research is to produce recombinant protein from cancer cells harboring a specific mutation of the p53 gene. In the future, the recombinant protein can be use to prevent or to treat the cancer as a part of gene therapy

In the context of optimization revenue from tax restaurant, the efforts is do tax auditon restaurant business. The tax audit aimed to know and optimize the revenue from tax restaurant in West Jakarta Administration City. This research aims to evaluate the implementation of tax restaurant audit which do by Suku Dinas Pelayanan Pajak West Jakarta Administration City and know the impact from the audit of tax restaurant revenue. The results of this research shows that the procedure tax audit of tax restaurant has been done according to the standar precedure. The impact from tax audit of tax restaurant shows that the level of revenue from tax audit is very small if seen from specified target
GOVERNING HAJJ: Politics of Islamic Pilgrimage Services in Indonesia Prior to Reformasi Era
Full text linkThis article highlights that the hajj (Islamic pilgrimage to Mecca) involves not only religious devotion, but also religious tourism and its associated business, necessary to deal with massive parties of pilgrims, embracing trans-national relations, central and local governments, flight and other travel agencies, pilgrimage guidance units, catering agencies and hotels to the pilgrims themselves in its scope. The aim of this article is to analyse the politics of hajj services, which was carried out mainly through the placing of this pilgrimage under government control, leading to the assumption of its monopoly by the government during the New Order period. Although it will focus on Soeharto period, there will be some discussions on this subject during the colonial and early post-colonial periods to trace the genealogy of government control of hajj pilgrimage (and ‘umrah, known also as ‘small hajj’), especially during the New Order. The author argues that the complexities of hajj (and ‘umrah) services were not so much caused by religious aspect but rather by political and economic motives.</p

Full text linkThis article seeks to explain Islamic thought related to the relationship between Acehnese Islam and Turkish Islam both through political and religious sectors that the author adopted as more dominant. The relationship between the two was harmonious even though it was said that Aceh and Turkey had such a long distance, so the argument about the harmonious relationship was so evocative of the treasure of thought to be followed up. This study aims to find out how the history of Thought relates to the Islamic Relations of Aceh and Turkey in Islamic politics. The method used in the study is a literature review (library research). So in this study the authors found that in the political field when the Kingdom of Aceh was in the Dutch colonial hegemony barrier, the kingdom of Turkey helped Aceh both from helping logistics related to military weaponry and even participated in sending troops to Aceh. Then, on the other side of the relationship with religion, the author found related to the jihad of the Acehnese people as a spirited and very tempestuous spirit naya in the Aceh war which is often told through the saga of the sabil war

Full text linkThis study is motivated by the existence of the capital market into a reality and the latest phenomenon in the midst of the lives of Muslims in this modern century, even almost countries around the world have used the capital market as an important economic instrument to invest. In 2003, the Capital Market Supervisory Agency (Bapepam) launched the Islamic capital market. The presence of the Islamic capital market needs to be supported by stronger regulations in the form of a law. This article uses library data or library research with juridical-normative type. n this paper, the author states that the politics of law is a legal policy or official policy line regarding the law that will be enforced either in terms of making new laws or replacing old laws in the process of achieving state goals. The idea of supporting the existence of Islamic capital markets has at least four reasons behind it, namely: First, there is a belief that abundant wealth if not invested in the right place will be wasted. Second, fuqaha and Islamic economists have been able to create Islamic-based securities as an alternative to securities in circulation that are not in accordance with Islamic law. Third, it protects Muslim rulers and businessmen from speculators when investing or financing securities. Fourth, it provides a place for Islamic financial institutions and sciences related to trading techniques, while conducting sharia-compliant activities. SINTESIS TENTANG INTERAKSI HUKUM ISLAM DAN HUKUM ADAT PADA MASA KOLONIAL BELANDA
Full text linkThis article is motivated by the Dutch legal political policy, which is known as the bamboo splitting policy which brings together face to face between customary law, Islamic law and Western law. The Dutch East Indies policy received a response from Muslims, because the Muslim community was actually in direct contact with practices as religious activities in the implementation of their teachings. This article uses a qualitative descriptive approach which is more specifically on historical aspects and uses bibliographic data sources and the type of data is secondary data. In this paper the author results that the interaction of Islamic law with customary law is described in a variety of forms. First, customary law can substantially be accepted by Islamic law as a whole, so that in the future it becomes Islamic law. Second, Islamic law has completely changed customary law, so that the validity of customary law does not apply to the next. Third, Islamic law allows customary law to apply without any effort to inhale it, this is sometimes found in the field of muamalah.Keywords: Dutch East Indies, Islamic Law, Customary Law
Symbols in Robert frost’s poems

Poetry is one of the kinds of literature, rhyme and symbols on each poem. Symbol is the object looks or acts which indicate some further meaning in addition to her own. Symbol often contained in words that are not a common word to describe a meaning.
In this study the writer focuses to analysis the meaning of symbols in masterpieces of Robert Frost’s poems, which focus on symbol which taking by symbol in poem, The writer take the symbols which include in their poem, Three masterpiece of Robert Frost‘s poem are The Road not Taken, Fire and Ice, and Stopping by woods on a snowy evening. The writer use theory of Charles Sanders pierce semiotics theory, the most basic classes of signs in Peirce’s menagerie are icons, indices, and symbols that compatible with this thesis
This analysis found that symbol can be seen in the poem, as in the poem the road not taken, the writer found that this poem describes a person has two choices in life, and in the second poem Fire and Ice poem can be note that the poem implies the symbols that represent way of life in which the life has spirit or fire to struggle, the third poem of Robert frost, the author found that a Stopping by woods on a snowy evening implies symbols that represent what kinds of spirits we struggle.
In last, the writer can conclude that the masterpieces of Robert Frost's poem contains of different symbol and meaning that theories of Charles Sanders pierce can be used to determine the themes and symbols contained in the poetry of Robert Frost. After doing a discussion on poems in the Robert frost’s poems, the writer suggests for the next writers, especially who those are interested in analyzing symbol in poem, The next writer can compare the poems with other masterpieces, it is good to know what the symbol include in poems, and after that, writers can connect the symbol who includes in that poems.

Puisi adalah salah satu jenis sastra, sajak dan simbol pada setiap puisi. Simbol adalah penampilan objek atau tindakan yang menunjukkan makna lebih lanjut selain dirinya sendiri. Simbol sering terkandung dalam kata-kata yang bukan kata umum untuk menggambarkan arti.
Dalam penelitian ini penulis memfokuskan analisis makna simbol dalam karya puisi Robert Frost, yang berfokus pada simbol yang diambil oleh simbol dalam puisi, Penulis mengambil simbol yang termasuk dalam puisi mereka, Tiga karya puisi Robert Frost adalah The Road not Taken, Fire and Ice, dan Stopping by woods on a snowy evening. Teori penulis menggunakan Charles Sanders Pierce teori semiotika, kelas paling dasar dari tanda-tanda di kebun binatang Peirce adalah ikon, indeks, dan simbol-simbol yang kompatibel dengan tesis ini.
Analisis ini menemukan simbol yang dapat dilihat dalam puisi itu, seperti dalam puisi The Road not Taken,, penulis menemukan bahwa puisi ini menggambarkan seseorang memiliki dua pilihan dalam hidup, Fire and Ice puisi kedua dapat diketahui bahwa puisi menyiratkan simbol yang mewakili cara hidup di mana kehidupan memiliki semangat atau kebakaran berjuang, puisi ketiga Robert es, penulis menemukan bahwa Stopping by woods on a snowy evening menyiratkan simbol-simbol yang mewakili apa jenis roh kita berjuang.
Dalam terakhir, penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa karya puisi Robert Frost mengandung simbol yang berbeda dan makna bahwa teori Charles Sanders Pierce dapat digunakan untuk menentukan tema dan simbol yang terkandung dalam puisi Robert Frost. Setelah melakukan diskusi tentang puisi dalam puisi Robert es itu, penulis menyarankan untuk penulis berikutnya, terutama yang mereka tertarik untuk menganalisis simbol dalam puisi, Penulis selanjutnya dapat membandingkan puisi dengan karya lain, itu baik untuk mengetahui apa simbol termasuk dalam puisi, dan setelah itu, penulis dapat menghubungkan simbol yang mencakup dalam puisi itu
TARIK-MENARIK KEPENTINGAN DALAM LEGISLASI OMNIBUS LAW UNDANG-UNDANG CIPTA KERJA
No full textStudies in this study found that the government as policy makers make efforts to form regulations with the concept of omnibus law that is so many laws will be simplified with one law only. There are several laws that are considered to overlap, namely the licensing cluster, in the academic paper of the job creation law, there are eighteen regulations that are trying to be simplified. The method of research that the author tries to do in this study with a juridical-normative approach to political law. The results of this study indicate that the idea of omnibus law job creation law is a phenomenon of complexity related to investment in Indonesia, the complexity occurs on how to be able to bring investors to invest in Indonesia and finally the government issued a policy of omnibus law UU no. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation which aims to bring the investment climate in Indonesia in a healthy direction, so it needs to be supported by good and clear legal certainty.
Keywords: Omnibus Law, Policy, Investment.Kajian dalam penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pemerintah sebagai pemangku kebijakan membuat upaya untuk membentuk peraturan-peraturan dengan konsep omnibus law yaitu Undang-Undang yang begitu banyak akan disederhanakan dengan satu Undang-Undang saja. Ada beberapa undang-undang yang dinilai mengalami tumpang tindih yaitu klaster perizinan, dalam naskah akademik UU Cipta Kerja dilihat terdapat delapan belas peraturan yang coba disederhanakan. Metode penelitian yang coba penulis lakukan dalam penelitian ini dengan kajian yuridis-normatif dengan pendekatan politik hukum. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gagasan omnibus law UU Cipta Kerja merupakan fenomena dari rumitnya terkait investasi di Indonesia, kerumitan tersebut terjadi tentang bagaimana cara agar bisa menghadirkan para investor untuk berinvestasi di Indonesia dan akhirnya pemerintah menerbitkan kebijakan omnibus law UU No. 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja yang bertujuan untuk membawa iklim investasi di Indonesia ke arah yang sehat, sehingga perlu didukung oleh kepastian hukum yang baik dan jelas.
