Mindful Learning dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam: Strategi Meningkatkan Keterlibatan Emosional dan Psikomotorik Gen Z
Generation Z students show challenges in emotional and psychomotor engagement in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning due to high digital distractions and low reflection of spiritual values. Mindful learning, which emphasizes full awareness in the learning process, is offered as a pedagogical strategy to overcome these problems. This study aims to analyze the application of mindful learning in increasing the emotional and psychomotor engagement of Gen Z in PAI learning. The method used is a literature study based on descriptive qualitative analysis of the theory and practice of mindful learning in the context of PAI material. The results of the study show that in the material on Etiquette in Using Social Media, mindful learning is effective in fostering ethical awareness through reflection of students' digital experiences. Meanwhile, in the material on Marriage in Islam, simulation activities and creative projects are able to generate meaningful psychomotor engagement. In conclusion, mindful learning is able to unite the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor dimensions in an integrated manner in PAI learning. The implications of this study lead to the need for teacher training in mindfulness strategies, development of reflection-based curriculum, and creation of learning spaces that support psychological safety and contextual spiritual practices. This approach opens up opportunities for a more relevant and in-depth transformation of religious education for today's digital generation
STRATEGI ORANG TUA TERHADAP PENDIDIKAN SEKS UNTUK ANAK USIA 5-6 TAHUN DI RAUDHATUL ATHFAL RAHMAH EL YUNUSIYYAH PADANG PANJANG
Sex education for children is education to introduce private and closed parts of the body that must be maintained. This research began with the problem that researchers found at RA Rahmah El-Yunusiyyah Padang Panjang that many children's questions were related to sexuality. The purpose of this sex education is to understand sexual behaviors that appear according to the child's age. This sex education is also expected to minimize things that parents do not want related to the many cases of sexual violence that occur against early childhood.This study aims to describe and find out parents' strategies for sex education for 5-6 year old children in Raudhatul Athfal Rahmah El-Yunusiyyah Padang Panjang. This type of research is a qualitative and using approach and naturalistic phenomenology. The data collection method in this study uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, to test the validity of the data, the researcher uses the triangulation technique. Then to analyze the data, the researcher divided it into three components, including: data reduction, data display (data presentation) and conclusion drawing (data verification).Based on the results of the interviews conducted by the researcher, it can be concluded that parents do not know sex education for 5-6 year old children in RA REY, therefore of the 8 (eight) strategies written in the parental theory have not been maximized in applying to children, because parents are constrained by the lack of sex science for children so that parents often run away from questions and are not open in delivering sex education to children. Although parents know the great benefits for their children in the future so that they can keep their children away from sexual deviations in adolescence, parents have not yet provided sex education according to the child's age stages.Keywords: Parent Strategy, Sex Educatio
IMPLEMENTASI KEPEMIMPINAN PROFETIK DALAM MANAJEMEN DAKWAH (Studi Atas Fungsi Perencanaan Dalam Al-Qur’an)
This study analyzes the implementation of prophetic leadership in da’wah management, focusing on the planning function based on Qur’anic values. In the context of globalization and rapid social change, da’wah organizations require a leadership model that is not only managerially effective but also rooted in spirituality and prophetic ethics. This approach emphasizes four core prophetic values ṣidq (truthfulness), amanah (trustworthiness), fathonah (wisdom), and tablīgh (conveyance) as fundamental principles in decision-making and strategic planning. Through theoretical review and empirical insight, the study demonstrates that prophetic leadership enhances the quality of da’wah planning by strengthening spiritual vision, transparency, member participation, and the social relevance of programs. The proposed implementation model involves stages of vision formulation, strategic planning, value-based execution, and continuous moral evaluation. The findings affirm that prophetic values not only shape the leader’s integrity but also internalize an ethical and spiritually driven organizational culture. This study contributes to the advancement of Islamic management theory by integrating revelation, prophetic morality, and organizational strategy into a cohesive framework that reinforces the effectiveness and sustainability of contemporary da’wah initiatives.Keywords: Prophetic Leadership, Da’wah Management, Strategic Planning, Qur’anic Values[Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi kepemimpinan profetik dalam manajemen dakwah dengan fokus pada fungsi perencanaan berbasis nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an. Dalam konteks tantangan globalisasi dan perubahan sosial, organisasi dakwah membutuhkan model kepemimpinan yang tidak hanya efektif secara manajerial, tetapi juga berlandaskan spiritualitas dan etika profetik. Pendekatan ini menekankan empat nilai utama Nabi Muhammad SAW yakni ṣidq (kejujuran), amanah (tanggung jawab), fathonah (kebijaksanaan), dan tablīgh (penyampaian), sebagai prinsip dasar dalam pengambilan keputusan dan perencanaan strategis. Melalui kajian teoritis dan temuan empiris, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan profetik mampu meningkatkan kualitas perencanaan dakwah melalui penguatan visi spiritual, transparansi, partisipasi anggota, dan relevansi sosial program. Model implementasi yang ditawarkan meliputi tahapan perumusan visi, perencanaan strategis, pelaksanaan berbasis nilai, serta evaluasi moral yang berkelanjutan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan nilai profetik bukan hanya membentuk integritas pribadi pemimpin, tetapi juga menginternalisasi budaya organisasi yang beretika dan berorientasi spiritual. Centering the Bayan Youth of Lombok: Local-Based Religious Cultural Tourism Development in Indonesia
Tourism development strategies are an important aspect of tourism development. Bayan Mosque in Lombok is important to develop as religious cultural tourism using a local approach. Applying qualitative methods, case study approach and field research this study aims to uncover the problems faced by the local community in developing cultural tourism; the local community has done to overcome these problems; the impact these efforts have had on the development of Bayan cultural tourism. The study revealed that the problems faced by the local community in developing Bayan religious cultural tourism include a lack of awareness among the local community regarding the potential of Bayan Mosque as a tourist destination, the absence of any institution managing the potential of the tourist destination; insufficient government attention to designing integrated cultural tourism within the community, and the scope of development efforts remains limited. Some young people in Bayan have made efforts such as supporting the emergence of local identity; developing visits to traditional villages around the Bayan Mosque; hearings with the Tourism Office for possible assistance; forming a youth group that promotes tourism awareness; and involving the media in major events at the Bayan Mosque. The impact of these efforts has already led to a significant increase in tourist visits to the Bayan Mosque. These increasing visits are related to the efforts of the local community to involve the media in attracting tourists. It can be concluded that efforts to develop tourism must be comprehensive, including the media
PERAN TOKOH AGAMA DALAM MEMBENTUK RELIGIUSITAS JAMA’AH MAJELIS TA’LIM AZZAHIR KOTA PEKALONGAN
Menurut Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia (KBBI), peran adalah sejumlah tingkah laku yang dikehendaki dan sebagian orang mempunyai kedudukan dalam masyarakat. Menurut Hurlock, agama terbagi menjadi dua unsur, yaitu keyakinan terhadap agama dan pelaksanaan ajarannya. Tokoh agama adalah orang yang memimpin kegiatan keagamaan masyarakat. Sehingga para tokoh agama tersebut dijadikan teladan dalam setiap perbuatan, tingkah laku, perbuatan dan perkataannya. Religiusitas adalah perilaku keagamaan. Kata religi berasal dari kata religi yang berarti religure yang berarti mengikat. Di sini dapat diartikan bahwa agama (agama) juga mempunyai aturan-aturan yang bersifat mengikat dan wajib ditaati oleh pemeluknya. Majelis ta’lim merupakan lembaga pendidikan agama nonformal dan juga lembaga dakwah yang mempunyai peran dan strategi penting dalam membina kehidupan beragama, khususnya dalam mewujudkan masyarakat pembelajar, yaitu masyarakat yang mempunyai tradisi belajar tanpa dibatasi. berdasarkan usia (pendidikan seumur hidup), jenis kelamin. , tingkat pendidikan, dan status sosial serta dapat menjadi wahana pembelajaran pendidikan agama, persahabatan dan wahana efektif dalam menyampaikan pesan-pesan pendidikan agama. Observasi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mengetahui bagaimana Dai memberikan Mauidho Hasanah kepada Mad'u. Setiap tahunnya Majlis Az Zahir juga menyelenggarakan Maulid Akbar dan Haul Al Habib Seggaf bin Abu Bakar Seggaf yang dihadiri oleh para pecinta Nabi besar Muhamaad SAW. Dan sebagai lembaga keagamaan, Majelis Ta’lim merupakan suatu wadah dakwah dan tablig yang dilaksanakan menurut perintah agama secara berkala dan berkala. Berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara pada Kanzus Sholawat, Al Habib Luthfi bin Ali bin Hasyim bin Yahya dan juga Habib Ali Zaenal Abidin Assegaf mengacu pada unsur-unsur komunikasi yaitu komunikator, pesan, media, komunikan, efek, umpan balik dan lingkungan.
PENDEKATAN KOMUNIKASI KEPEMIMPINAN LEMBAGA DAKWAH: GAYA MANAJEMEN KONFLIK (INTEGRATING, OBLIGING, DOMINATING, AVOIDING, COMPROMISING)
The purpose of this study is to contribute ideas and introduce a communication approach to the leadership of da'wah institutions. This study departs from the root of the problem or individual conflicts that often occur in a group, especially groups of da'wah institutions, and basically every group needs a figure who can lead massively so that cooperation between groups can run according to goals. Through the identification of phenomena and literature studies that might be considered as a way to solve or manage conflicts in organizational groups using the concept of conflict management styles according to Rahim (2001) integrating, obliging, dominating, avoiding, and compromising. The results of his research show that conflict management in the leadership of da'wah institutions involves choosing the right style, such as collaborative, yielding, dominating, avoiding, and compromising, according to the situation at hand. An effective leader must be able to choose the appropriate style to maintain harmony and achieve organizational goals, taking into account the advantages and disadvantages of each style. Wise selection of styles will help resolve conflicts efficiently and ensure smooth communication within the da'wah institution.[Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memberikan sumbangsih ide dan memperkenalkannya sebuah pendekatan komunikasi kepemimpinan lembaga dakwah. Kajian ini berangkat dari akar problem atau konflik individu yang sering terjadi dalam suatu kelompok, khususnya kelompok lembaga dakwah, dan pada dasarnya setiap kelompok membutuhkan sosok yang dapat memimpin secara massive agar kerjasama antar kelompoknya dapat berjalan sesusai dengan tujuan. Melalui identifikasi fenomena dan studi literatur yang mungkin dapat dipertimbangkan sebagai suatu cara untuk memecahkan atau memanajemen konflik di dalam kelompok organisasi dengan menggunakan konsep gaya manajemen konflik menurut Rahim (2001) integrating, obliging, dominating, avoiding, and compromising. Hasil penelitiannya menunjukkan manajemen konflik dalam kepemimpinan lembaga dakwah melibatkan pemilihan gaya yang tepat, seperti kolaboratif, mengalah, mendominasi, menghindar, dan kompromi, sesuai dengan situasi yang dihadapi. Pemimpin yang efektif harus mampu memilih gaya yang sesuai untuk menjaga keharmonisan dan mencapai tujuan organisasi, dengan mempertimbangkan kelebihan dan kelemahan setiap gaya. Pemilihan gaya yang bijaksana akan membantu menyelesaikan konflik secara efisien dan memastikan kelancaran komunikasi dalam lembaga dakwah.
Lilen San Juan: The Light Of Social Cohesion and Religious Moderation
The rituals and the symbols embedded therein serve as markers of national identity and sources of inspiration for harmony within Indonesia’s multi-religious society. The researcher posits that the San Juan ritual and its accompanying symbols function as mediums for fostering social cohesion and hold significant implications for the promotion of religious moderation in Indonesia. This study seeks to explore the spiritual significance of the San Juan ritual as a contribution to the formation of a cohesive society grounded in the principles of religious moderation. The study adopts an anthropological and sociological approach. Data were obtained through field observations and structured interviews with 25 informants, including cultural leaders, religious leaders, government officials, educators, and youth. The data were analyzed in three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and data verification, utilizng two analytical techniques—descriptive analysis and content analysis. The analysis of the rituals, their symbols, and the behavior of ritual participants is key to understanding the social structures and processes, as well as the broader social phenomena at play. This study finds that, in light of Victor Turner’s theoretical framework, the San Juan ritual—especially the candle (lilen) as its central symbol—serves both to reinforce the identity of the San Juan community and to act as a conduit for fostering social cohesion that supports religious moderation in Indonesia. This implicational meaning also contributes to the scholarly discourse in the sociology and anthropology of religion
Jemaah Islamiyah’s Collective Memories in Poso: Negotiated Bodies and Shifted Social Spaces
This article traces the fragile and unfinished journeys of former Jemaah Islamiyah (JI) members as they attempt to re-enter the social fabric of Poso, Central Sulawesi. Through an anthropological lens, this study follows how their bodies bear the memory of conflict, how shifting social spaces reconfigure belonging, and how the disbandment of JI in 2024 unsettles older certainties while opening new dilemmas. Field observation from 2023 to 2025 was carried out through regular conversations, shared daily routines, and careful observation of how ex-militants negotiate presence and absence in communal life. The findings reveal that reintegration is not a straightforward passage from exclusion to acceptance, but a crossroads where ambiguities, fractures, and competing life orientations coexist. Rather than a linear process, it is lived as a series of negotiations—between stigma and recognition, faith and everyday survival, silence and speech. By situating these narratives within the anthropology of post-conflict regions, this article underscores the symbolic, interpretive, and relational dimensions of rebuilding social life, and calls attention to how the legacies of religious extremism are entangled with the embodied and spatial practices of return
THE TREND OF DIGITALIZATION IN RELIGIOUS COURTS: SOLUTIONS TO IMPROVE ACCESS TO JUSTICE FOR WOMEN IN DIVORCE CASES
The digitization of religious courts in Indonesia is a strategic solution to improve access to justice for women in divorce cases. This study aims to analyze digitization trends through the implementation of applications such as e-Court, which has successfully accelerated the case resolution process from an average of 6 months to 3 months, as well as empowering women by reducing bureaucratic barriers and dependence on intermediaries. However, the implementation of digitization still faces significant challenges, including disparities in information technology infrastructure, digital literacy gaps, and gender bias that has the potential to reinforce inequality in the judicial system. Using a qualitative research method based on a literature review, this study integrates socio-legal and maqasid syariah perspectives to evaluate the impact of digitization on women's access to justice. The results show that digital transformation has the potential to democratize access to justice if it is supported by inclusive application design, gender-responsive training for court officials, and legal education programs for the community. These findings emphasize the need to revise regulations related to e-Courts to ensure that the principles of substantive justice ('adl) and public interest (maslahah) can be achieved universally. DAKWAH PEMBERDAYAAN EKONOMI UMAT: STUDI PADA KELOMPOK TANI WANITA DALAM PENGELOLAAN BUDIDAYA KOPI DI DUSUN GOLAT, DESA HUTA TINGGI
AbstractThis study explores the practice of da‘wah through economic empowerment among women farmers who manage coffee plantations in Dusun Golat, Huta Tinggi Village, Parmonangan District, North Tapanuli. The main question addressed in this research is how the involvement of women in coffee cultivation can serve as a form of da‘wah bil hal an act of preaching through real actions while simultaneously improving community welfare. Traditionally, women in the area have been confined to domestic roles, yet they now participate actively in farming, sharing responsibilities with their husbands and contributing significantly to household income. However, limited knowledge and time management challenges have led to low productivity and poor maintenance of coffee plants. This study positions itself within the framework of Islamic community empowerment, emphasizing the integration of religious values into sustainable economic practices. The research employs the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PAR) approach combined with Free Prior Informed Consent (FPIC), as well as the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling) model, complemented by continuous monitoring and evaluation. The activities were carried out collaboratively with Green Justice Indonesia as a facilitating institution. The findings reveal that the implementation of structured coffee cultivation training and collective work ethics not only improved the quality and productivity of coffee but also strengthened the women’s sense of responsibility, cooperation, and spiritual awareness. Thus, this empowerment process reflects an effective model of da‘wah that integrates economic, social, and religious dimensions within a rural Muslim community.Keywords: women farmer groups, coffee cultivation, economic empowerment, da‘wah bil hal, rural development AbstrakPenelitian ini mengkaji praktik dakwah melalui pemberdayaan ekonomi umat yang dilakukan oleh kelompok tani wanita pengelola kebun kopi di Dusun Golat, Desa Huta Tinggi, Kecamatan Parmonangan, Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara. Pertanyaan utama yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana keterlibatan perempuan dalam pengelolaan budidaya kopi dapat menjadi bentuk dakwah bil hal yakni penyampaian ajaran Islam melalui tindakan nyata sekaligus meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Secara tradisional, perempuan di wilayah ini berperan sebagai ibu rumah tangga, namun kini mereka turut aktif mengelola kebun kopi bersama suami dan berkontribusi terhadap ekonomi keluarga. Keterbatasan pengetahuan dan waktu dalam perawatan kebun menyebabkan hasil panen yang kurang optimal. Penelitian ini memposisikan diri dalam kerangka pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis nilai-nilai Islam dengan menekankan integrasi antara aspek religius dan ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi Participatory Rural Appraisal (PAR) dan Free Prior Informed Consent (FPIC) atau persetujuan berdasarkan informasi di awal tanpa paksaan, serta pendekatan POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, dan Controlling), disertai kegiatan monitoring dan evaluasi secara berkelanjutan. Kegiatan pendampingan dilaksanakan bersama lembaga Green Justice Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan perawatan dan budidaya kopi secara terstruktur serta penerapan etos kerja kolektif mampu meningkatkan kualitas dan produktivitas kopi, menumbuhkan rasa tanggung jawab, kerjasama, serta kesadaran spiritual anggota kelompok tani wanita. Dengan demikian, proses pemberdayaan ini mencerminkan model dakwah yang efektif karena mengintegrasikan dimensi ekonomi, sosial, dan keagamaan dalam konteks masyarakat pedesaan Muslim.Kata Kunci: kelompok tani wanita, budidaya kopi, pemberdayaan ekonomi, dakwah bil hal, pembangunan pedesaan
