Pengaruh pemanfaatan media pembelajaran Powerpoint dan motivasi terhadap hasil belajar PAI kelas VIII SMP Negeri 22 Semarang
Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara pemanfaatan media pembelajaran PowerPoint dan motivasi terhadap hasil belajar PAI kelas VIII SMP Negeri 22 Semarang. Untuk jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Dalam mengambil data penelitian ini menggunakan data sampel berjumlah 40 responden kelas VIII. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu angket, dokumentasi, dan wawancara.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi antara X1 dan X2 secara bersama-sama terhadap Y sebesar 0,777, sehingga nilai r hitung berkisar pada interval 0,60-0,799. Maka antara pemanfaatan media pembelajaran PowerPoint dan motivasi terhadap hasil belajar PAI terdapat korelasi yang searah dan dalam taraf yang kuat. Sedangkan besaran kontribusi antara X1 dan X2 secara bersama-sama terhadap Y adalah 0,604. Artinya bahwa variabel pemanfaatan media pembelajaran PowerPoint dan motivasi memberikan kontribusi sebesar 0,604 atau 60% terhadap hasil belajar PAI. Power relation and negative politeness in the irishman movie
Full text linkThis research investigates the negative politeness strategies performed by Russell Bufalino, Jimmy Hoffa, and Frank Sheeran in The Irishman movie. The researcher uses two theoretical frameworks based on Brown and Levinson’s politeness strategies theory (1987) and five bases of power theory by French and Raven (1968). This research has two research problems that must be answered: (1) How are negative politeness strategies performed by the main characters in The Irishman movie. (2) How is power exercised by the main characters in The Irishman movie. The researcher examines the types of negative politeness strategies before describing the main characters' kind of power. Using the descriptive qualitative method, the researcher reveals the fact in investigating negative politeness strategies performed by the main characters through their utterances. First, identify, classify, analyze the data, and find the prominent strategy used often. The results reveal that the researcher got 8 out of 10 kinds of negative politeness strategies performed by Russell Bufalino, Jimmy Hoffa, Frank Sheeran. This research found 36 times the use of negative politeness strategy. Russell Bufalino used negative politeness strategies 12 times. Jimmy Hoffa used 13 times, and Frank Sheeran used 11 times. The researcher found that strategy 1, being conventionally indirect, is the prominent strategy performed by the characters in The Irishman movie a total of 13 times. Most of the choices of negative politeness strategies used by the main characters are affected by social position level, social distance, and the circumstances that affect the main characters using negative politeness strategies in communication. Besides, the researcher also found power exercised interplays with negative politeness performed by the main characters. Based on the five bases power theory, the findings revealed there are 4 out of 5 power exercised. Legitimate power is the prominent power in the movie. The negative politeness, strategy 2, hedges, is the highest strategy in applying legitimate power with a total of 4 times. Full text linkPokok masalah pembahasan ini adalah mengidentifikasi al-dakhi>l dalam tafsir salafi di konten digital almanhaj.or.id. Kajian keagamaan menuai perkembangan pesat di dunia digital, sehingga Penelitian sangat erat dengan pengaruh konten-konten tafsir di digital. Kemudahan mendapatkan literasi keagamaan di konten digital juga menjadi latar belakang munculnya kesalahan dalam memilih sumber. Masalah tersebut dapat dirumuskan untuk mengetahui bentuk al-dakhi>l tafsir salafi dan indikator al-dakhi>l pada konten digital almanhaj.or.id. Oleh sebab itu, Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian kepustakaan dengan basis penelusuran data online (searching). Selain itu, sumber primer menggunakan menu “Tafsir al-Qur’an” pada konten digitalalmanhaj.or.id, sedangkan data sekunder mengambil isu-isu nasional di konten tersebut. Hasil Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: 1). Bentuk al-dakhi>l pada kajian salafi memiliki kecenderung ideologis dan berbasis tekstualis. Penafsiran salafi hanya mengikuti teks yang disampaikan oleh Nabi dan sahabat, tanpa melalui proses ta’wil. 2). Indikator digital al-dakhi>l pada konten digital almanhaj.or.id memuat penafsiran duplikatif dan imitatif. Atas dasar kesatuan pemahaman salafi, kajian tafsir di almanhaj.or.id hanya membantu kepopuleran pemahaman salafi yang dimuat ulang dari kajian lain. Dua hasil tersebut menjadi kajian tafsir salafi yang masih dikembangan hingga saat ini di konten digital almanhaj.or.id. Eksistensi kajian keagamaan pun masih mendapat perhatian banyak masyarakat umum, khususnya muslim perkotaan yang cenderung ingin mudah mendapatkan pemahaman. Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengethui seberapa besar pengaruh Bauran Promosi dan Brand Image terhdap Minat Beli berlangganan Netflix. Netflix merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa layanan perfilman streaming berbayar berbasis berlangganan, netflix menawarkan layanan Tv Show, Dokumenter dan Film dari berbagai negara. Metode penelitian kuantitatif, sampel sebesar 107 responden dengan menggunakan purposive sampling pengguna netflix. Data penilitian ini adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan menggunakan cara penyebaran kuesioner ke yang berlangganan netflix, berusia minimal 18-35 tahun. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis data Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan Bauran Promosi berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli berlangganan Netflix. Evaluasi Koordinasi Proteksi dengan Mempertimbangkan Arc Flash pada Sistem Kelistrikan Pt Medco E&P Lematang
No full textSuatu sistem proteksi harus memiliki keandalan yang tinggi agar dapat menjaga kualitas dan ketahanan suatu sistem tenaga listrik terhadap gangguan. Salah satu sistem koordinasi proteksi yang sangat penting adalah sistem proteksi terhadap arus lebih dimana dapat melindungi sistem dari gangguan arus lebih sampai gangguan hubung singkat. Namun demikian energi yang ditimbulkan oleh adanya insiden busur api juga perlu untuk dipertimbangkan agar tidak menghasilkan energi yang terlalu besar sehingga dapat membahayakan pekerja. Analisa dan perhitungan insiden busur api berfungsi untuk menentukan jarak aman pekerja ke peralatan listrik dan juga pelindung apa yg harus dikenakan oleh pekerja ketika berada di sekitar peralatan listrik. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan studi tentang kelayakan sistem koordinasi proteksi arus lebih dengan mempertimbangkan arc flash pada PT. Medco E&P Lematang Analisa busur api dilakukan dengan menggunakan standart IEEE 1584-2002. Analisa dan simulasi akan dilakukan menggunakan software ETAP Power Station 12.6. Dari hasil analisa, pada sistem koordinasi proteksi kondisi eksisting terdapat kesalahan pada grading time antar rele yang terlalu cepat sehingga perlu dilakukan setting rele kembali sesuai standart agar tidak terjadi kesalahan trip. Dengan melakukan pengaturan ulang didapatkan hasil sistem koordinasi yang sudah tepat. Setelah itu dilakukan evaluasi insiden busur api pada bus dengan level tegangan 6,6 KV. Dari hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya penurunan insiden energi sebesar 0,34 – 1,46 cal/cm2 di beberapa bus.

A protection system must have high reliability in order to maintain the quality and resistance of an electric power system to interference. One of the most important protection coordination systems is the overcurrent protection system which can protect the system from overcurrent disturbance to short circuit interference. However, the energy generated by the arc incident also needs to be considered so as not to produce energy that is too large so that it can endanger workers. The analysis and calculation of the arc incident serves to determine the safe distance of workers to electrical equipment and also what protection should be worn by workers when in the vicinity of electrical equipment. In this study a study of the feasibility of an overcurrent protection coordination system by considering the arc flash at PT. Medco E&P Lematang Arc analysis is carried out using the IEEE 1584-2002 standard. Analysis and simulation will be carried out using ETAP Power Station 12.6 software. From the results of the analysis, in the existing condition protection coordination system there is an error in the grading time between the relay which is too fast so that the relay setting needs to be done according to the standard so that no trip error occurs. By rearranging the results of the coordination system is already right. After that an evaluation of the incident arc on the bus with a voltage level of 6.6 KV. From the evaluation results showed a decrease in energy incidences of 0.34 - 1.46 cal / cm2 on several buses

Dimana diajukan tiga variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat, yaitu kemampuan kerja, komunikasi dan keterlibatan kerja sebagai variabel bebas dan kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel terikat.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survey terhadap karyawan UD. Mubarokan Toyyiban Jepara dan dianalisis dengan regresi. Tahap pertama menguji validitas dan reliabilitas pertanyaan setiap variabel. Tahap kedua, meregresi kemampuan kerja, komunikasi dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan UD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kemampuan kerja, komunikasi dan keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja, karyawan UD Mubarokan Toyyiban Jepara perlu belajar dari pengalaman-pengalaman yang ada selama karyawan tersebut bekerja, dan mengikuti pelatihan-pelatihan untuk meningkatkan komunikasi karyawan serta melibatkan rekan kerja dalam menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan dalam tim kerjanya

The Hadith of Prophet Muhammad about working women still be good discussion to review in comprehensive understanding. In addition, there is the permission for women to work as well as men, and also there is the hadith that doesn’t recommend women to work out of the House. It was interesting that became current in the discussions of the Hadith to be interpreted with different theories and history. Because the Hadith of Prophet Muhammad naturally occurring a chronology of the Hadith in which the Prophet time allow working women or forbid women to work. Thus, the existence of two understanding between permit by banning issues of working women is certainly becoming a problem that should be known to be or whether. This research presents textual interpretation with a socio historical view related to the problem of working women in Islam era or before coming Islam. So that, in this textual interpretation is not merely what is said of the text. However, also see the history of who have been justified at the time of the Prophet related to the working women. The Effectiveness of SBY Defense Strategy to Encounter China Power in International Security Threats 2009-2014
Full text linkThis study aims at explaining the effectiveness of President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono's defense strategy in 2009-2014 to encounter international security threats especially in the rise of China. The defense strategy built by SBY is caused by the dynamism of international security which continues to grow. The condition can threaten the sovereignty of every country and disturb the stability of international security. This research is written down based on two concepts offered; those are national interest and balance of power. This study implements qualitative method that uses literature study of several books and journals. The technique of analyzing the data used in this research is inductive techniques. Study of literacy, journals, and some books are used in data collection to collect data for SBY defense effectiveness. The finding of this research shows that the strategy used by SBY to encounter international security threats are: (1) applying active free politic in foreign policy to establish defense cooperation; (2) designing MEF to meet the standard budget in building Indonesian military strength; (3) employing free from one block when any countries deal with conflict; and (4) maintaining peace and defending the sovereignty of citizens from external threats in accordance with Islam. It is not necessary to prioritize the group interests to determine the policy of defense strategy if the strategy designed by SBY has already given an impact on its effectiveness to safeguard the sovereignty of Indonesia. The author uses an inductive approach to analyze data. By collecting data or descripting relevant as well as from reliable sources with the ultimate goal of generalizing.
