Penetrasi sosial dan dakwah Steven Indra Wibowo dalam pembinaan Mualaf di Mualaf Center Indonesia
No full textMaraknya isu-isu teroris yang membuat citra negatif pada umat Islam, muncullah seorang mualaf yang dilatarbelakangi oleh keingintahuannya mengenai kebenaran dalam agama Islam. Keraguan dan kebimbangan atas apa yang dipelajarinya saat memeluk agama Katholik, membuat Steven Indra Wibowo mengalami krisis kepercayaan dalam dirinya. Memulai dengan belajar Islam secara bertahap sampai mendirikan Mualaf Center Indonesia untuk membantu para mualaf mempelajari tentang agama Islam. Steven melakukan proses komunikasi antar pribadi dengan langkah-langkah penetrasi sosial dan melakukan dakwah fardiyah terhadap calon mualaf dan mualaf dimana latar belakang Steven bukanlah seorang ulama melainkan seorang mualaf juga. Berdasarkan latar belakang diatas, maka timbul pertanyaan bagaimana penetrasi sosial yang dilakukan Steven Indra Wibowo pada Orientation Stage, Exploratory Stage, Affective Stage, Stable Stage and Depenetration Stage? Dan bagaimana tahapan dakwah Steven Indra Wibowo dalam membina mualaf di Mualaf Center Indonesia?. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma konstruktivisme dimana realitas ada merupakan hasil konstruksi dari kemampuan berfikir seseorang. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan sifat penelitian deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah studi kasus yang merupakan strategi penelitian dimana didalamnya menyelidiki secara cermat suatu program, peristiwa, aktifitas, proses, atau sekelompok individu. Kasus-kasus dibatasi oleh waktu, aktifitas, dan peneliti mengumpulkan informasi secara lengkap dengan menggunakan berbagai prosedur pengumpulan data berdasarkan waktu yang telah ditentukan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori penetrasi sosial Irwin Altman dan Taylor yang membahas tentang bagaimana proses komunikasi interpersonal. Teori ini menjelaskan tentang proses terjadinya pembangunan hubungan interpersonal secara bertahap dalam pertukaran sosial. Tahapan dalam teori ini adalah Orientation Stage, Exploratory Stage, Affective Stage, Stable Stage and Depenetration Stage. Berdasarkan temuan peneliti, komunikasi interpersonal dengan langkah penetrasi sosial Steven terjadi pada lima tahap. Pada Orientation Stage, perkenalan berawal dari website. Steven maupun mualaf sangat berhati-hati untuk menyampaikan sesuatu sehingga yang dibicarakan hanya hal yang bersifat umum saja. Pada Exploratory Stage, mereka mulai membuka diri dengan informasi yang bersifat pribadi. Pada Affective Stage, mereka mengalami perasaan kritis dan evaluatif pada level yang lebih dalam. Komunikasi mereka berjalan spontan karena satu sama lain sudah merasa nyaman. Pada Stable Stage, informasi yang mereka bicarakan sudah sangat dalam mengenai soal nilai ataupun konsep diri. Pada Depenetration Stage, mereka mengalami konflik berdebat tentang agama. Akan tetapi, hubungan mereka kembali membaik dimana Steven meningkatkan informasi pengalaman-pengalaman pribadi untuk mengevaluasi pada level yang lebih dalam. Dalam tahapan dakwah, Steven mengutamakan untuk menyampaikan kebenaran karena Allah SWT, memberikan pengetahuan disesuaikan pada rukun Islam dan rukun iman serta menumbuh kembangkan dakwahnya dengan memberikan tugas yang berhubungan tentang pengetahuan Islam karena mualaf juga dibina untuk meneruskan perjalanan dakwah Steven Indra wibowo

Reflecting Pictorial Language Design for Tactile Pictogram (Tactogram)
No full textThis paper is intended to reflect on an appropriate pictorial language design for the tactogram. The research method used document study analysis based on the three previous studies. The data included the results of designing pictorial language using Tabrani\u27s \u27ancient visual language\u27 theories. Tabrani revealed how to read stories in pictures through translating the drawn multiple images in a panel as motion descriptions of the object. The author assumed the descriptive image system as a suitable pictorial language concept in designing tactogram for the visually impaired as orientation and mobility system in train stations. In general, if the visually impaired still cannot understand the meaning of the tactogram symbols simultaneously with their sequential reading principle, then the pictorial language is not optimal yet. It indicates some errors in designing its system because it does not meet the visually impaired ability and habits to read tactile graphic-based information

A political actor is an individual who plays a role in networking and Communication actions, acting as individuals, groups, or organizations. Political actors in the black box in the theory of actor networks are framed through the processing of information resulting from the social interactions of individual actors involved in everyday life, who are tied to systems and ideologies regarding their views on a political party reality. The actions of actors Survey institutions and online mass media in the community model network of actors with a situational approach. The theory used is the theory of actor networks and qualitative descriptive research methods with a narrative approach to analyzing online mass media news framing. The study’s result shows an integrated black box between the theory of actor networks and the theory of communicative actions. The news framing indicates a distortion of survey agency actors through online mass communication networks due to the efforts of survey agency actors. Unreliable survey results deceive political party actors in the presidential nomination of the Republic of Indonesia in 2024 who cannot carry actors in political parties. Political Parties are distorted due to the lack of use of internal survey agencies of political parties and the role of Political Parties Actors, which is still minimal to socialize with constituents, as well as dependence on external survey agencies, which are profit organizations. Political Parties are incapable of producing leaders who are already institutionally managed. Further research recommendations on the role of Political Parties actors in managing quality Human Resources in collecting and preparing actors ready to become national leaders

Pizza Hut restaurant in general already using a well-computerized system, but there are some things in this restaurant, which is still done in a conventional way, such as the purchase of raw materials of fruits and vegetables. So the possibility of errors or mistakes in terms of data processing is very large. The author tries to make the design of information systems purchases of raw materials that still use the conventional system, and try to provide alternative proposals by changing it into a computerized system. The design of information systems is the best solution to solve the problems existing in this restaurant, as well as with the new system can be achieved an effective and efficient activities in supporting activities in this company.Intisari—Teknologi informasi merupakan sarana yang sangat penting dan menunjang bagi suatu perusahaan baik negeri maupun swasta dalam skala kecil, sedang ataupun besar, sehingga dengan informasi dapat diharapkan mempermudah pekerjaan dan tujuan dapat tercapai secara maksimal. Restoran Pizza Hut pada umumnya sudah menggunakan sistem yang sudah terkomputerisasi dengan baik, namun ada beberapa hal pada restoran ini, yang masih dilakukan dengan cara konfensional, seperti pembelian bahan baku buah dan sayur. Sehingga kemungkinan terjadinya kesalahan atau kekeliruan dalam hal pengolahan data sangatlah besar. Penulis mencoba membuat perancangan sistem informasi pembelian bahan baku yang masih menggunakan sistem konfensional, dan mencoba memberikan alternatif usulan dengan cara mengubahnya kedalam sistem yang terkomputerisasi.
