    A beloved place in Sungai Petani, Purradise Cat House, has been serving cat lovers since it was established. Some years ago, it started as Paradise Cat House and quickly became popular with locals for its superior cat care services and wide range of products. Initially located in central Sungai Petani, the store focused on selling basic cat supplies so as to meet the increasing number of people rearing cats in this area. Paradise Cat House underwent a transformation to improve its offerings and brand visibility. After changing hands, the shop was renamed Purradise Cat House. It was a response to local residents’ longing for professional grooming services meant to cater for their pets’ well-being and comfort. Also, Purradise Cat House started a cat hotel service which provide a safe and comfortable home for cats while their owners are away. In addition to the cozy beddings, stimulating toys and attentive staff that provide personal care to these animals, they can go about their daily activities knowing that their pets are in good hands. In its continued pursuit of excellence, Purradise Cat House diversified its cat supplies with topnotch food brands, litter products, toys, scratching posts among others from reputable companies. This is done so that customers can have what they require to ensure their felines remain happy as well as healthy. At present, Purradise Cat House is a clear example of the kind of passion and focus that should be put in cat care which offers an inviting atmosphere where cats and owners can find all they require in one building.     ABSTRAK Skripsi dengan judul “Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kualitas Jasa Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan dalam Menggunakan Jasa Laundry (Studi Kasus Humaira Laundry di Tanjungsari Boyolangu Tulungagung)” ini ditulis oleh Ahmad Anib Firdaus, NIM. 12405193321, Program Studi Manajemen Bisnis Syariah, Jurusan Bisnis dan Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam, UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung, yang dibimbing oleh Galih Pradananta, M.Si. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh ketatnya dalam persaingan di industri laundry yang ada di Desa Tanjungsari dan sekitarnya, jasa yang ditawarkan relatif sama dan perbedaan bisa dibagi pada kualitas jasa dan pelayanannya seperti perlakuan bahan dan waktu mengerjakan laundry. Hal ini menarik bagi penulis karena Humaira Laundry adalah perusahaan jasa yang berada di tingkatan UMKM yang memberikan pelayanan yang professional, penulis ingin mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas jasa di UMKM yang diberikan Humaira Laundry dengan menggunakan cara professional dalam melakukan pelayanan usahanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, 2) Untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas jasa terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yaitu baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan bisa menjadi bahan acuan evalusi untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan humaira laundry Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan ialah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu pelanggan Humaira Laundry dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampling 50 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan penyebaran langsung kepada responden. Analisis data yang digunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, koefisien determinasi, regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji parsial (t) dan uji sumultan( F). Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, 2) Kualitas jasa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, 3) Kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas jasa secara simultan bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan humaira laundry.     Muslim fashion industry has emerged to develop in Indonesia and considerable potential to become the center of the world's Muslim fashion according to Muslim fashion consumption estimated at US $20 billion with growth rate of 18.2 % per year in Indonesia (Global Islamic Report, 2018/2019). Humaira Label is a local brand of self manufactured Scarf and Woman Muslim Wear that aims to create modest, smart casual, exclusivity and unique scarf design with premium quality based on Bandung, established in August 2018. The raw material of Humaira Label built by natural fabrics, such as lyocell, cotton voile, miracle voile and ultrafine voile with various of beautiful unique design. The motif/design of scarves is exclusive because Humaira Label changes the design dynamically every batch. Its inspired by the lifestyle of dynamic and active working women in style - smart casual.This research aims to propose product strategy based on consumer preference by determining the cause of instability income of Humaira Label which is indicated by no sales indicate in several months by using internal and external factors analysis to find the root problems using STP, Marketing Mix Analysis, Porters Five and PEST Analysis, customer analysis and benchmark analysis and then been concluded in SWOT analysis and TOWS matrix. To know the customer preference toward hijab product, conducted the questionnaire by 103 respondents by analyzing the descriptive analysis and conjoint analysis.From matrix TOWS analysis, author proposed several alternative product strategies that can be implemented by Humaira Label.     Robust S-scheme ZnO-TiO2-Ag with efficient charge separations for highly active hydrogen evolution performance and photocatalytic mechanism insight

    The design and fabrication of photocatalysts for robust H2 evolution from photocatalytic water splitting has emerged as a hotspot in the domain of photocatalysis. Therefore, we have designed an S-scheme ZnO-TiO2-Ag (Zn-Ti-Ag) catalyst through the hydrothermal process to investigate photocatalytic H2 production under simulated sunlight exposure. The H2 production efficiency of Zn-Ti-Ag catalyst from water/formic acid solution is 60.4 mmolh−1g−1, which is exceptionally greater than that of pure ZnO (0.39 mmolh−1g−1) under identical experimental conditions. After five successive cycles, no obvious decline of photocatalytic activity over Zn-Ti-Ag verifies its outstanding stability for large-scale application. The exceptionally enhanced photocatalytic performance of Zn-Ti-Ag heterojunction can be attributed to efficient photocarriers separation and transport efficiency, improved light absorption resulting from the LSPR effect of Ag, and powerful redox potentials due to the construction of S-scheme. This research provides an efficient orientation to understand and design LSPR phenomenon-assisted oxides-based S-scheme heterojunctions for diverse photocatalytic applications

    Characterization of Physiological and Biochemical Attributes of Neem (<i>Azadirachta indica</i> A. Juss) under Salinity Stress

    Salinity poses a significant threat to agricultural productivity worldwide, with its detrimental effects on plant growth and physiological processes. Understanding the mechanisms by which plants respond to salt stress is crucial for developing strategies to mitigate its impact on crop yield and sustainability. To address this issue, a pot study was conducted to determine the effect of salt stress on the physiological and biochemical attributes of neem (Azdiarchta indica A. Juss). Plants were grown for 10 months in pots filled with soil having different salinity levels of 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, and 18 dS m−1 and compared with a control of 1.7 dS m−1. The results showed that plant growth and chlorophyll contents declined as salinity levels increased. Due to oxidative stress, the contents of H2O2 increased under higher salt levels. The mitigation of oxidative stress was achieved through the activation of antioxidant enzymes (catalase, ascorbate peroxidase, peroxidase, and superoxide dismutase). Multivariate analysis indicated that Na+ accumulation in plants was positively related to H2O2 production and enzymatic activities, and negatively related to plant biomass, chlorophyll contents, root and shoot K+ concentration, and root K+/Na+. The experimental results suggest that neem plants can be grown in moderate saline soils

    Identifying tourist most preferred travel destination based on travel criteria offers the ability to properly promote a travel destination. This can benefit Tourism Perak Malaysia to further understand and make the appropriate promoting strategies. The objectives of this study are to determine the travel behaviour of domestic tourists in visiting Perak, to determine the relative importance of travel criteria for selecting Pulau Pangkor, Ipoh, and Kuala Kangsar as travel destinations and to determine the most preferred travel destination based on tourist criteria. In this research, data were obtained from 219 respondents through a survey. Descriptive analysis and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) were employed for analysis. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is an effective Multi-Criteria Decision-Making Method (MCDM) which provides a rank of travel criteria for the selection of travel destination. Although it is commonly used for ranking individual preference, the technique can be extended for group decision making. The AHP decision problem was structured into a three-level hierarchy with four criteria involved in the selection of travel destination; beauty, cost, transportation and accommodation. The results showed that among the four travel criteria selected, the most important criterion in selecting a travel destination is beauty followed by cost, accommodation and transportation. Meanwhile in every criteria, Ipoh was rated at the highest rank by respondents. Overall, Ipoh is recommended as the most preferred travel destination in Perak followed by Pulau Pangkor and Kuala Kangsar. In addition, information of demographic characteristics and tourists’ behaviour helps in tourist analysis

    The degrading and declining state of Muslims of the Subcontinent and their ideological crisis have been a topic of recurring debate and discussions among several Muslim scholars, including Sir Sayyed Ahmad and Allama Muhammad Iqbal and modern-day scholars such as Hasan Askari and Saleem Ahmad. Besides being an excellent prose writer and poet, Saleem Ahmad (1927-1983) is also regarded as one of the eminent Urdu literature critics. Being a prolific researcher, he penned down voluminous scholarly writings on diverse issues related to Islamic civilization in general and in the context of the sub-continent in particular. His writings cover a wide range of subjects ranging from an analysis of social issues to ideological dilemmas of Muslims and also providing strategic solutions to these multifaceted issues. While addressing the downfall of Muslims of the subcontinent, he had expressed his grief and concerns for ignoring their heritage and roots of Islamic civilization. His refutation of western civilization is not purely academic, however, he establishes strong logical arguments based on an in-depth understanding of Islamic civilization. The strong criticism of the modern concept of man rooted in western ideology has been pivotal in his essays and writings. This article covers the fundamental ideas of Saleem Ahmad written on the degrading state of Muslims of the sub-continent. It is almost impossible to cover the breadth of Saleem Ahmad in one article of the limited length of words, however, it has been tried to shed light on his thoughts related to the downfall of Muslims of the sub-continent

    Low weight for infant is one of problem that often occurs in treatment infant when getting birth. The number of low weight for infant becomes the problems for health workers. Around a quarter of low weight for infants die before stable or in 12 hours first of living infant. Result of SDKI 2002-2003 percentages of low weight for infant shows 7.6%. Based on Riskesdas (basic health research) 2007 around 11.5% infant getting birth with low weight lack of 2500 gram (minister health 2008). So, purpose of this research is to know description mothers’ anxiety with treatment low weight for infants. This research is descriptive research, type of the research qualitative method to know description mothers’ anxiety with treatment low weight for infants in Ahmad Muchtar hospital Bukittinggi 2018. This research is started on june 20-august 15 2018. The total respondent is 10 respondents with purposive sampling. In this research is done input aspect, process, output is done by four steps, they are collecting data through interviewing collection, display and drawing. Based on the result of  the research shows that mother who has low weight infant causes anxiety is mothers’ anxiety to see the infant. It is suggested that workers health when giving the information is more skillful and service improvement. Mothers’ anxiety with treatment low weight for infant can be concluded that informant says that the causes of anxiety is the mother feels anxiety and worried toward the infant. Keywords : Maternal anxiety, LBW baby car
