This situation can make students lazy and hinder the process of making the thesis of Psychology Study Program Faculty of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, University of Sari Mutiara Indonesia. The research method used in this research is quantitative research method. finalists who are compiling the Thesis. In this study, the author distributes questionnaires through Google formular with a sample of 50 people. shows the relationship between Social Support Variables on Anxiety in Writing Thesis. The value of R square (R2) is 0.002 which means 0.2% variance of anxiety in writing thesis in PGSD students at the Final Level of Sari Mutiara Indonesia

Assembly di SD Mutiara Bunda merupakan sebuah program ko-kurikuler yang terintegrasi dengan beberapa mata pelajaran melalui kegiatan seni pertunjukan. Program ini sebagai salah satu wujud budaya sekolah dari nilai-nilai karakter yang ingin dikembangkan yaitu grateful, acceptance, caring and sharing, continuous improvement, persistence. Tujuan penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengungkap seperti apa kegiatan bermain peran yang melibatkan siswa kelas rendah. Dalam penelitian ini akan dijabarkan bagaimana sebuah kegiatan seni dapat berkontribusi dalam penanaman nilai-nilai karakter serta membantu dalam tugas perkembangan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan analisis data IPA (Interpretative Phenomenology Analysis). Penelitian diawali dengan observasi kemudian dilengkapi dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi terhadap kondisi lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan, assembly yang berlangsung dari kelas satu sampai kelas enam mempunyai desain dan tahap perencanaan yang membantu siswa untuk aktualisasi dan pengembangan diri secara berkelanjutan. Tematik integrasi menjadikan siswa mendapat pengalaman belajar secara utuh. Metode pengajaran, keteladanan, pembiasaan, pemotivasian, penegak aturan dan penghargaan diberikan pada siswa sebagai penanaman dan pengingat akan nilai-nilai kebaikan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, terlihat adanya nilai toleransi, kerja sama, disiplin, religius, tanggung jawab, dan peduli lingkungan yang tercermin pada pola perilaku siswa. Kegiatan ini dapat berjalan dengan baik, berkat dukungan kepala sekolah yang terus memonitoring dan memberikan arahan. Selain itu, perspektif guru mengenai manajemen dan karakter kelas menjadi hal penting untuk mengurangi hambatan dalam kegiatan.
ABSTRACT
The assembly at SD Mutiara Bunda is a co-curricular program integrated with several subjects through performing arts activities. This program as a form of school culture from the character values to be developed is grateful, acceptance, caring and sharing, continuous improvement, and persistence. The purpose of this study is intended to reveal what role playing activities that involve low grade students. In this research, it will be explained how an art activity can contribute to the inculcation of character values and help in students' developmental tasks. This research uses a case study method with IPA (Interpretative Phenomenology Analysis) data analysis. The study begins with observation and is then supplemented by interviews and documentation of field conditions. The results of this study reveal, the assembly which runs from grade one to grade six has a design and planning stage that helps students to actualize and develop themselves in a sustainable manner. Thematic integration makes students get the full learning experience. Teaching methods, role models, habituation, motivation, enforcement and rewards are given to students as an incentive and reminder of the values of goodness. Based on this, visible values of tolerance, cooperation, discipline, religious, responsibility, and environmental care are reflected in the patterns of student behavior. This activity can run well, thanks to the support of the principal who continues to monitor and provide direction. In addition, the teacher's perspective on management and class character is important to reduce obstacles in activities

Then the sucked liquid is accommodated in a container. Suction mostly still uses a manometer to read the results of the pressure sucked by the motor so that the user has difficulty reading it, the author makes modifications to the suction pump which is equipped with a pressure sensor. This sensor will change the results of the suction pressure on the vacuum motor into digital which will be displayed on the LCD. This research will be conducted at the Sari Mutiara University lab. The type of research method is experimental research, namely conducting direct experiments on tools designed to build. The measurement results of the suction pressure will be displayed on the LCD, with measurements according to the standard of the suction pump suction in general

The benefit of this research for the author is to add insight into measuring company performance based on the Balance Scorecard method. The population in this research is financial reports, customer data and service data. employees at PT Moderen Plasindo Mutiara since it was founded in 1987 until now. Meanwhile, the research samples are financial reports, customer data, service data and employee data during 2017-2018. Data collection techniques in this research are documentation and questionnaire data. Analysis techniques The data in this research is a descriptive method. From the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that the performance measurement used by PT Moderen Plasindo Mutiara still focuses on financial improvement only and is not equipped with non-financial performance such as a customer perspective, an internal business process perspective and a learning and growth perspective. Based on the Balance Scorecard concept that has been obtained, PT Moderen Plasindo Mutiara should implement a Balance Scorecard so that the company does not only focus on financial aspects, but also pays attention to non-financial aspects and service to customers must be further improved, both in terms of hospitality and greetings regarding product explanations. , so that customers feel satisfied. No full textThe objective of this research is to provide an alternative treatment for people affected by drugs at Mutiara Abadi Binjai Foundation (MAB). Currently, music therapy has been promoted as one of the treatments for various patient conditions. This treatment can be conducted through auditory system in which the audio is then connected to the nerves of the brain. These nerves have relationship with the emotional behavior system. The composition of the instrumental music of Alam Menyapa was used by the author as a therapeutic media for drug patients at Mutiara Abadi Binjai Foundation. The choice of the composition of the instrumental music of Alam Menyapa was based on the strains of the music which are more calming since it combines natural sounds and musical instruments in the form of digital music. The author applied mixed method or both qualitative and quantitative. In this research, the author implemented passive music therapy as it is an easy and highly effective therapy. The patients were instructed to sit down, then listened to the instrumental music through BmT (Music Box Therapy). The results of this research show that patients who take part in music therapy of Alam Menyapa feel they can decrease their stress levels while staying in rehabilitation at Mutiara Abadi Binjai Foundation (MAB). Moreover, they are also able to increase their self-esteem to return for living in society when they release.Terapi musik adalah sebagai salah satu alternatif sistem pengobatan bagi orang-orang yang terdampak narkoba di Yayasan Mutiara Abadi Binjai (MAB). Saat ini sedang mulai digalakkan terapi musik dapat menjadi salah satu pengobatan dengan berbagai kondisi pasien. Perlakuan ini bisa dilakukan dengan cara melalui sistem pendengaran. Melalui pendengaran yang kemudian dihubungkaitkan dengan saraf otak dimana memiliki hubungan dengan sistem perilaku emosional. Karya komposisi musik instrumental Alam Menyapa digunakan sebagai alat pengobatan terapi kepada pasien narkoba di Yayasan Mutiara Abadi Binjai. Pemilihan komposisi musik instrumental Alam Menyapa ini berdasarkan alunan musiknya lebih bersifat menenangkan dengan adanya penggabungan suara-suara alam dan instrumen musik digital. Metode penelitian yang yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian campuran yaitu kualitatif dan kuantitatif Pemilihan terapi musik secara pasif merupakan terapi yang lebih mudah dilakukan dan sangat efektif, dimana pasien duduk, kemudian mendengarkan musik isntrumental melalui Box musik Terapi (BmT). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pasien-pasien yang mengikuti terapi musik Alam Menyapa merasakan dapat menurunkan tingkat stress mereka selama dalam rehabilitasi di Yayasan Mutiara Abadi Binjai (MAB) dan memiliki kepercayaan diri untuk kembali melakukan kehidupan ditengah-tengah masyarakat

Then the liquid that is not needed is accommodated in a container. Suction is often damaged due to the presence of mucus or liquid that enters the motor rotation. So from the above problems, the author made a Suction Pump Modification equipped with a K-0135 Water Level Sensor. This sensor will also read the liquid that enters the tube with Minimum and Maximum level readings (Low, Middle and Full). The sensor on this tube is very necessary to make it easier for the user to know the liquid is almost full. This research will be conducted in the Sari Mutiara University lab. The type of research method is experimental research, namely conducting direct experiments on the designed tools.The measurement results from the K0135 Water Level Sensor are displayed on the LCD, with measurements of Low, Middle and Full level points

The problem discussed is the less optimal work system before this development process and for the sake of optimization it is built an online store system as needed which is equipped with a web service system specifically built for the owner of the online shop according to needs. The research method used is Reserach and Development. The data collection techniques that the author uses in this study by conducting interviews with Mutiara Custom Singkawang owners in order to obtain relevant direct information from trusted sources, documentation studies are carried out to obtain theories related to research, add supporting theories and possibilities assumptions used, observation and data collection is done to obtain information about the existing system description and obtain the data needed. The application design method uses Extreme Programming and the system design process uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages as a database and XAMPP program to run application programs, the Apache program as a web server and the software testing method used is testing Blackbox Testing. In this system, web service and web shop online are integrated with each other, because the transaction information retrieval process is taken on the online web store, so every income and expenditure transaction on the online web store will also enter the owner's web service page, so the owner only needs to enter the web service page to find out the development of the online store without having to enter the online store's web page again

No full textThis research analyzes the influence of income, financial literacy, self-control and risk tolerance on saving behavior. This research adopts a quantitative associative methodology, where everyone from generation Z who lives in the Gebang District, Langkat Regency, is the sample population. The Lemeshow method was used to determine the sample size, which determined a minimum of 96 respondents to participate in filling out a questionnaire on a Likert scale. The data collected was then analyzed using the PLS-SEM approach with the SmartPLS tool. Research findings reveal that financial literacy, income, self-control ability, and readiness to face risks influence how generation Z in the area spends and saves. Thus, this research provides deeper insight into how these aspects are interconnected and influence individual savings habits among generation Z.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendapatan, literasi keuangan, pengendalian diri, dan risk tolerance terhadap perilaku menabung. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metodologi asosiatif kuantitatif, di mana setiap individu dari generasi Z yang tinggal di Kecamatan Gebang, Kabupaten Langkat menjadi populasi sampel. Untuk menentukan ukuran sampel, metode Lemeshow digunakan, yang menetapkan minimal 96 responden untuk berpartisipasi untuk mengisi kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan PLS-SEM dengan alat bantu SmartPLS. Temuan penelitian mengungkap bahwa literasi keuangan, pendapatan, kemampuan pengendalian diri, dan kesiapan dalam menghadapi risiko adalah faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi cara generasi Z di daerah tersebut berbelanja dan menabung.
