memiliki personal branding edukatif.
bagaiman Margareta menyampaikan pesannya.
An influencer whose job is mostly communicating and conveying messages to
his followers, of course, must have good rhetorical skills. In terms of
communicating, of course his personal branding can be formed from how he
speaks.
This study uses the rhetorical theory of a Greek philosopher, namely Aristotle.
There are 3 rhetorical evidences in rhetoric, namely Ethos, Logos and Pathos.
Ethos which means the credibility of a communicator, logos which means
something related to logic, and pathos which is the emotional relationship
between the communicator and the communicant.
This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques with indepth interviews, observation and documentation. The key informant for this
research is Margareta Vania and there are 2 supporting informants, namely
Margareta's own followers.
Margareta Vania as an influencer who produces educational content, applies
three proofs of Aristotelian rhetoric in communication. Margareta has an ethos
as a teacher and has an educative brand image, while Margareta's logos is her
habit of including sources in every message that Margareta conveys, and
Margareta's ethos is to establish good relations with her followers, this is a
factor that makes her personal. educational branding.
The author concludes that Margareta has succeeded in creating educational
personal branding for herself through the rhetoric she uses in communicating.
This can be seen from the content of the Tiktok video and how Margareta
conveys her message
Effects of geographic area, feedstock, temperature, and operating time on microbial communities of six full-scale biogas plants
The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of different animal feedings operated in two distinct PDO (protected designation of origin) cheese production areas (Parmigiano Reggiano and Grana Padano) on the microbiome of six full-scale biogas plants, by means of Illumina sequencing and qPCR techniques. The effects of feedstock (cattle slurry manure, energy crops, agro-industrial by-products), temperature (mesophilic/thermophilic), and operating time were also examined, as were the relationships between the predominant bacterial and archaeal taxa and process parameters. The different feedstocks and temperatures strongly affected the microbiomes. A more biodiverse archaeal population was highlighted in Parmigiano Reggiano area plants, suggesting an influence of the different animal feedings. Methanosarcina and Methanosaeta showed an opposite distribution among anaerobic plants, with the former found to be related to ammonium concentration. The Methanoculleus genus was more abundant in the thermophilic digester whereas representation of the Thermotogales order correlated with hydraulic retention time

Financing health services in Africa : an assessment of alternative approaches
This paper outlines a strategy for financing health services in sub-Saharan Africa. The individual components of the strategy are as follows: general tax revenues, international finance, a system of user charges, community finance, health insurance, and contributions from nongovernmental organizations, including the private sector. The author states that financial positions of public health care systems in sub-Saharan Africa would be greatly enhanced if governments in the region were to adopt policies that would use each of the above sources of finance. Since a strong financial base is a prerequisite for an effective health care system, such policies would considerably improve the health status of the population. It is important that for each country different policies be pursued at various levels of society, and in different sectors of the economy.Health Systems Development&Reform,Health Monitoring&Evaluation,Housing&Human Habitats,Health Economics&Finance,Pharmaceuticals&Pharmacoeconomics

The author-creator and the other(s): life aesthetics in the diaries written by farmer brothers
This study analyzes the diaries written by three farmer brothers and how their lives have been aesthetically engaged in the act of writing in a rural routine. Its main theoretical-methodological reference was the Bakhtin Circle, besides other authors studies which have been based on the Bakhtinian theory. This dissertation is supported by the presuppositions regarding the aesthetic and responsible act which may enable interaction between two worlds: the world of life and the world of theory. Therefore, the diaries were problematized as an aesthetic and responsible act with which the farmers developed interaction between both worlds in their daily routines. Twenty one diaries written by three Schmidt brothers in different moments of their lives, from 1972 to 2007, were analyzed. Aldo started his writings in 1972, got married in 1976 and has kept writing his diaries with his new family so far whereas Clemer was asked - by his father - to carry out the family s collective writings; thus, it was a family s diary, rather than a personal diary like Aldo s. Clemer only wrote while
he was single and lived in his father s home. He got married in 1979, moved in with his new family and stopped writing but left the diaries in his father s home so that his brothers could go on writing. Unlike his brothers, Clenderci started writing his diary after getting married in 1983 and kept writing until 1992. This dissertation shows that there is interaction between the world of theory and the world of life through the unique and responsible act of diary writing. Each brother s ownership shows how similar the compositional forms of the diary organization are; however, they are different regarding their architectural aspects. Each author has his own architectural
project, writes down everyday utterances in agreement with his axiological position, registers facts in his own way, organizes them aesthetically according to his authorcreator,
and, consequently, produces different senses in his writing. Therefore, the aesthetics of life is existence itself: the existence of the authors-creators Aldo, Clemer and Clenderci in the act of writing their diaries which represent the
succession of acts they go through in their rural lives.

Cultivating Heritage: Recuperating Dutch Colonial Architecture’s Relation to Local Community’s Practices through Heritage and Socio-Cultural Approaches in Kota Lama Semarang
“Cultivating Heritage” proposes to bridge the long-standing distance between colonial architecture that represents history of discrimination and the local community that suffers from poverty and manifold environmental issues. This project is a part of Shared Heritage Lab studio that focuses on Semarang historical area, Indonesia, the former city center during Dutch colonialization period in Indonesia. Through heritage and socio-cultural approaches, the project utilizes heritage as a tool towards sustainable socio-economy and environment with community being the center of the driving force. The project incorporates colonial heritage that has been left disconnected, decayed, and deteriorated as a part of local community’s everyday practices. It transforms NV Cultuurmaatshappij der Vorstenlanden, a former agricultural trading office that was linked to the forced labor system into a co-operative (koperasi) office that integrates, manages, and educates the surrounding community’s informal trading as well as introducing permaculture production to the city. The project implements improved traditions as the design strategy. Close-readings of the existing architecture fabrics and the community’s spatial culture result in three types of interventions that consider the reciprocity between the old and the new: 1. Preservation of the high-valued entrance, with subtle changes to establish the building’s connection to the public realm. It is done by inserting elements without damaging the existing fabrics. 2. Interlocking the office’s upper structure with local crafts and communal spatial configuration to reverse the existing segregated spaces, 3. Adding a socio-production pod that introduces permaculture practices and connecting the site’s courtyard to the immediate surroundings. On the city scale, the co-operative is connected to the urban interventions, in which river, train, and three-wheeler bike (becak) are reactivated as environmental-friendly transportations for trade. The urban interventions also include the revitalization of storage and production land to support the trading and production activities. By reintroducing familiar elements as a new layer of the existing, the project intends to let the community appropriate the shared-heritage by themselves while nurturing a sense of belonging and keeping the memory of the past. The project also contextualizes the building that was built for and designed by the Dutch in Indonesia’s social and natural environment contexts as the future embodiment of shared-heritage.Shared Heritage LabArchitecture, Urbanism and Building Sciences | Heritage & Architectur
