Tujuan dari pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Lapangan adalah menambah wawasan, pengetahuan, pengalaman, kemampuan dan keterampilan dalam bidang tertentu dalam dunia pekerjaan yang sesungguhnya.
Praktik Kerja Lapangan ini dilaksanakan di PT B1 Unit Pengelola Bintaro Jaya Xchange Mall yang beralamat di Bintaro Jaya Xchange Mall, CBD Bintaro Jaya Blok O – 2, Bintaro Jaya Sektor VII, Tangerang. PT B1 merupakan salah satu anak perusahaan dari PT B yang bergerak dibidang properti, dan PT B1 yang mengelola gedung tersebut. Praktik Kerja Lapangan di laksanakan pada tanggal 23 Desember 2016 – 24 Maret 2017 dengan 5 hari kerja, Senin – Jumat Pukul 08.30 s.d. 17.30.
Pada masa awal pelaksanaan PKL berlangsung, Praktikan merasakan kendala dalam penanganan tagihan vendor, namun kendala tersebut dapat diatasi dengan cara meminta wawancara tanya – jawab kepada Admin.Umum & Keuangan untuk dijelaskan lebih menyeluruh mengenai tagihan vendor. Tujuan ieu panalungtikan pikeun mikanyaho struktur carita, karakteristik tokoh dumasar psikologi perkembangan, jeung ajén atikan karakter nu aya dina novelét Pohaci Nawang Wulan. Métode nu digunakeun nyaéta déskriptif-analitik kalayan téhnik studi pustaka. Hasilna ngawengku tilu hal, nyaéta: 1) struktur nu ngawengku téma, fakta carita (palaku, galur, latar), jeung sarana carita (judul, puseur implengan, gaya basa). Téma dina ieu novelét nyaéta ngeunaan kahirupan budak awéwé pahatu-lalis, nu masih sakola di SD ogé éta budak téh mibanda sawatara préstasi jeung ahlak nu hadé. Galur nu dipaké nyaéta galur maju. Palaku dina ieu novelét aya 24 palaku, kalayan hiji palaku utama. Latar anu kapanggih ngawengku 18 latar tempat, 13 latar waktu, jeung tilu latar sosial/budaya. Judul novelét Pohaci Nawang Wulan geus ngagambarkeun eusi caritana. Puseur implengan pangarang ngagunakeun jalma katilu. Gaya basa nu digunakeun nyaéta ngagunakeun basa nu basajan, ogé diseselan ku sababaraha gaya basa jeung babasan; 2) karakteristik tokoh dumasar psikologi perkembangan nu kapanggih ngawengku: a) opat ciri tumuwuhna fungsi fisik, b) 12 ciri merenahna fungsi-fungsi psikis; jeung c) hiji ciri dina usaha subjék nu patali jeung poténsial jasmani rohani; jeung 3) ajén atikan karakter nu ngawengku 16 ajén atikan karakter nu nyampak dina novelét Pohaci Nawang Wulan. Kacindekan tina ieu panalungtikan nyaéta ajén-ajén atikan karakter nu nyampak dina diri Pohaci dipangaruhan ku kaayaan hirupna nu geus ditinggalkeun indung-bapana ogé didikan ti bibi jeung emangna. Éta hal mangaruhan kana psikologi perkembangan tokoh.
Perlunya upaya untuk memperkenalkan dan menyampaikan maksud, khususnya tentang karakteristik anak berdasarkan psikologi perkembangan dan pendidikan karakter dalam novelet jadi dasar penelitian ini. Hal tersebut tergambarkan dalam karya sastra anak yang berjudul Pohaci Nawang Wulan karya Ai Rohmawati. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui struktur cerita, karakteristik tokoh berdasarkan psikologi perkembangan, dan pendidikan karakter yang ada dalam novelet Pohaci Nawang Wulan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif-analitik dengan teknik studi pustaka. Hasilnya terdiri dari tiga hal, yaitu: 1) struktur yang terdiri dari tema, fakta cerita (pelaku, alur, latar), dan sarana cerita (judul, sudut pandang, gaya bahasa). Tema dalam novelet yaitu menngenai kehidupan anak permpuan yatim-piatu, yang masih sekolah di SD dan anak tersebut mempunyai beberapa prestasi juga berakhlak yang baik. Alur yang dipakai adalah alur maju. Pelaku dalam novelet ada 24 pelaku dengan satu pelaku utama. Latar yang ditemukan yaitu 18 latar tempat, 13 latar waktu, dan tiga latar sosial/budaya. Judul dalam novelet sudah menggambarkan isi ceritanya. Sudut pandang pengarang menggunakan sudut pandang orang ketiga. Gaya bahasa yang digunakan pengarang yaitu menggunakan bahasa yang sederhana, dan ditemukan beberapa gaya bahasa juga babasan; 2) karakteristik tokoh berdasarkan psikologi perkembangan yang terdiri dari: a) empat ciri pertumbuhan fungsi fisik; b) 12 ciri pematangan fungsi-fungsi psikis, dan c) satu ciri usaha subjek yang berkaitan dengan potensial jasmani rohani; dan 3) pendidikan karakter yang teridiri dari 16 pendidikan karakter yang ada dalam novelet. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang ada pada diri Pohaci dipengaruhi oleh keadaan hidupnya yang sudah ditinggal orangtuanya juga hasil didik dari bibi dan pamannya. Hal tersebut yang mempengaruhi dalam psikologi perkembangan tokoh.
Kata kunci: nilai pendidikan karakter, novelet, dan psikologi perkembangan.
CHARACTER EDUCATION IN CHILDREN'S NOVELETTE

ABSTRACT
The need to introduce and convey intentions, especially regarding the characteristics of children based on developmental psychology and character education in the novelet, is the basis of this research. This is illustrated in the children's literary work entitled Pohaci Nawang Wulan of Ai Rohmawati. The purpose of this study is to determine the story structure, character characteristics based on developmental psychology, and character education in the novel Pohaci Nawang Wulan. The method used is descriptive-analytic with literature study techniques. The results consist of three things, namely: 1) structure consisting of themes, story facts (actors, plot, setting), and the means of the story (title, point of view, language style). The theme in the novelet is about the lives of orphaned girls, who are still in elementary school and the child has some good achievements. The grooves used are forward grooves. There are 24 actors in the novelet with one main actor. Found settings are 18 place settings, 13 time settings, and three social / cultural settings. The title in the novelet already illustrates the contents of the story. The author's perspective uses a third-person perspective. The style of language used by the author is to use simple language, and found several styles of language are also readily; 2) character characteristics based on developmental psychology consisting of: a) four characteristics of growth in physical function; b) 12 characteristics of the maturation of psychic functions, and c) one characteristic of the subject's business that is related to spiritual physical potential; and 3) character education which consists of 16 character education in the novelet. The conclusion of this study is that the character education values that exist in Pohaci are influenced by the circumstances of his life that his parents have left behind as well as the results of his students' aunts and uncles. This has influenced the development psychology.

Hubungan Disiplin Belajar dengan Hasil Belajar Matematika Peserta Didik
No full textThe problem in this study is the low mathematics scorer of the fifth grade students at Elementary School 2 Sukajawa Bandar Lampung. This study aims to determine the correlation between discipline of learning with mathematics learning outcomes. This research is correlational research. The population of the study was all fifth graders of 71 students with 36 students were taken as sample. The sampling technique was done using purposive sampling. The data collection techniques were done throught observation and documentation. The data analysis was carried out using product moment. The hypothesis test data can be concluded that there was a correlation between discipline of learning with mathematics learning outcomes of 5th grader student in Elementary School 2 Sukajawa Bandar Lampung Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik SD Negeri 2 Sukajawa Bandar Lampung. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara disiplin belajar dengan hasil belajar matematika peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas V yang berjumlah 71 peserta didik dan sampel berjumlah 36 peserta didik. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi product moment. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan antara disiplin belajar dengan hasil belajar matematika peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 2 Sukajawa Bandar Lampung.Kata Kunci: disiplin belajar, hasil belajar, matematik

This study aims to examine the influence of Company Size and Informational
Asymmetry to Profit Management in Manufacture Companies Listed on IDX in
2013. The hypothesis of this study is: "There is Influence of Company Size and
Informational Asymmetry to Profit Management in Manufacture Companies
Listed on IDX in 2013. The method used is the author of the survey method with a
quantitative approach. This study population is Manufacture Companies Listed on
IDX in 2013 his sampling technique is random sampling as many as 38 samples.
Hypothesis states that either simultaneous or partially independent variables
affect the dependent variable of the study. Based on the findings of the regression
coefficient test simultaneous, the value of (3.365 > 3.267) with a sig. of 0.046, it
can be conclude that simultaneous company size and informational asymmetry to
profit management. While the findings of the partial regression coeffiecient test,
company size (2.257) > ttabel

The purpose of this research is to explain various forms of comparison bushido value delivered in the folklore of Momotarou and Issunboushi.
The method of this research is qualitative method with literature review. The theory used to analyse is a structural approach. Structural used to analyse intrinsic substance in this folklore, such as the theme, character and characterization also background of the story. Meanwhile, seven bushido values are used to analyse the value of bushido as reflected in the Momotarou and Issunboushi stories.
In this research we can know that the bushido values contained in Momotarou and Issunboushi's stories is very related to whole of event and characteristic of the character in the story. The events that happened to primary character show that there are seven bushido values in Momotarou and Issunboushi's stories of courage, virtue, modesty, loyalty, honesty, honor and justice. The author also compares the two folklore, which distinguishes the application of the seven bushido values in each story.

No full textThis research is related to the management of Village Funds in Magetan District, Magetan Regency which focuses on the impact of Village Fund management on community empowerment. This study aims to examine the management of Village Funds and how it impacts in the field of community empowerment in Magetan District, Magetan Regency, fiscal year 2019. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The results of this study show that the management of the Village Fund in the 2019 fiscal year is managed in accordance with applicable regulations. The impact of the Village Fund on community empowerment is that it has a "positive" impact, where the absorption of the Village Fund realization reaches an average of 77% to 100%. In Magetan District, Magetan Regency, the use of Village Funds is prioritized for the development sector and the community empowerment sector. However, the use of the Village Fund for community empowerment only reaches 10% of its total revenue, in which the Village Fund focuses more on the development of infrastructure facilities and infrastructure.Keywords: Empowerment; Public; Village Fun

Penelitian ini membahas keterlibatan ayah dalam pengasuhan
anak berkebutuhan khusus, termasuk anak dengan Down syndrome,
memiliki peranan penting dalam mendukung perkembangan anak dan
kesejahteraan keluarga secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan
untuk mengetahui gambaran keterlibatan ayah dalam mengasuh anak
down syndrome, dan juga faktor pendukung dan penghambat
keterlibatan ayah dalam pengasuhan. Metode yang digunakan adalah
penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, dan proses
pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan observasi Teknik analisis
data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan
kesimpulan. Pada proses penelitian ini terdapat 3 subjek yang sesuai
dengan karakteristik yang akan diteliti.
Hasil analisis data menyatakan bahwa ayah AS dan AB aktif
terlibat dalam pengasuhan seperti kegiatan sehari-hari,bermain dengan
anak, belajar membaca, menggambar, dan mengurus kebutuhan anak.
Dari keterlibatan yang dilakukan hal ini menimbulkan efek positif
untuk anak karena dapat meningkatkan rasa percaya diri anak dan
memperkuat ikatan emosional dalam keluarga. Sedangkan, untuk
subjek JI kurang terlibat dalam pengasuhan JI lebih menyerahkan
kepada istri selaku ibunya dan JI lebih menempatkan perannya hanya
sebagai pencari nafkah. Hasil dari penelitian ini menekankan
pentingnya peran ayah dalam pengasuhan anak dengan Down
syndrome, yang tidak hanya membantu perkembangan anak, tetapi
juga memperkuat hubungan keluarga secara keseluruhan. Penelitian
ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi orang tua, pendidik,
dan profesional kesehatan mengenai pentingnya keterlibatan ayah
dalam mendukung perkembangan anak berkebutuhan khusus.

This research discusses the involvement of fathers in the
upbringing of children with special needs, including children with
Down syndrome, which plays an important role in supporting the
development of the child and the overall well-being of the family. The
aim of this research is to understand the depiction of fathers'
involvement in raising children with Down syndrome, as well as the
supporting and hindering factors of fathers' involvement in parenting.
The method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach,
and the data collection process involved interviews and observations.
The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data
presentation, and conclusion drawing. In this research process, there
are 3 subjects that match the characteristics being studied.
The results of the data analysis indicate that fathers AS and
AB are actively involved in parenting, such as in daily activities,
playing with their children, learning to read, drawing, and taking care
of their children's needs. This involvement has a positive effect on the
children as it can boost their self-confidence and strengthen emotional
bonds within the family. On the other hand, the subject JI is less
involved in parenting, as he entrusts more to his wife as the mother
and sees his role mainly as a breadwinner. The results of this study
emphasize the importance of the father's role in raising children with
Down syndrome, which not only supports the child's development but
also strengthens family relationships as a whole. This research is
expected to provide insights for parents, educators, and health
professionals regarding the importance of a father's involvement in
supporting the development of children with special needs.

Pulmonary Complaints Among Gas Station Operators: A Descriptive Study in Klaten Region
No full textBackground Gas station environments pose a high risk for exposure to vehicle emissions, which may lead to respiratory health issues due to the accumulation of hazardous pollutants. Continuous exposure, particularly among gas station operators, increases susceptibility to pulmonary disorders. Objective This study aimed to describe the prevalence and characteristics of pulmonary complaints among gas station workers in the Klaten region. Methods A descriptive study was conducted at two gas stations (44.57406 and 44.57403), both located on major traffic routes and operating daily. The total sampling technique was employed, involving 51 workers. Data were collected using structured questionnaires that assessed personal characteristics, smoking habits, mask usage behavior, and respiratory symptoms. Descriptive statistics using frequency distribution were applied in the data analysis. Results Findings showed that 41.2% of respondents experienced pulmonary complaints. The most frequently reported symptoms included shortness of breath while walking briskly, shortness of breath after physical exertion, productive cough, and persistent coughing throughout the day. Contributing factors identified were long working hours, smoking behavior, and inconsistent use of face masks. Conclusion A significant proportion of gas station operators reported respiratory complaints potentially linked to prolonged exposure to vehicle emissions. Additional risk factors such as smoking and improper personal protective equipment use may further compromise respiratory health. These findings underscore the need for preventive measures, including occupational health education, routine screening, and environmental interventions
