Full text linkPenelitian ini dilakukan di UD Terus Maju sebuah industri rumah tangga yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur pembuatan sepatu olahraga. Dalam proses pembuatan sepatu terdapat suatu lintasan produksi yang terdiri dari beberapa area kerja. Terlihat adanya lintasan produksi yang tidak seimbang. Hal ini menyebabkan menganggurnya mesin dan tenaga kerja di satu pihak dan sibuknya mesin dan pekerja dipihak lain. Oleh sebab itu metode penelitian ini menggunakan line balancing untuk menyeimbangkan beban kerja di setiap lintasan. Upaya tersebut diharapkan mampu menyeimbangkan operasi antar stasiun kerja, dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan waktu operasi yang sesuai dan mencapai output produksi yang maksimal. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap suatu permasalahan yang ada, dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh hasil yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya. Dalam mengatur lintasan produksi yang seimbang pada pengolahan dan analisa kali ini menerapkan metode heuristic Rank Position Weight (RPW) memperoleh hasil dengan waktu siklus 10,88 detik dalam 5 stasiun kerja yang mampu mengurangi waktu delay 56,25% dari kondisi awal. Sehingga efesinsi sistem meningkat dari 39, 8% menjadi 96, 05 % karena adanya penurunan dari waktu menganggu. Dengan efisiensi sistem meningkat, maka output produksi yang didapatkan juga ikut meningkat 100% dari 22 pasang/hari menjadi 44 pasang/hari

Full text linkIncreasing the competence of village youth communities through the introduction of cultural experience and knowledge in local wisdom is a response to the problem of youth who are currently more interested in foreign cultures than their own, which is one of the formation of national character and identity. In addition, youth apathy in local culture, which is strengthened by the onslaught of global Islamic movements or transnational Islam develops among millennials so that religious values that exist in various traditions become misunderstood. This community assistance is located in Ketanen Village, Panceng District, Gresik Regency with the participatory action research method. The mentoring steps include preparation, process, analysis to evaluation. The result of the service is the increasing competence of the youth community, which can be seen by the awareness of the youth community to preserve the cultural heritage that has existed through various positive activities. Through this service, a village history team was formed as a center of information on various local wisdom

Untuk memasuki lingkungan bisnis yang kompetitif, perbaikan manajemen Perusahaan merupakan faktor penting yang harus diperhatikan oleh Perusahaan. Oleh karena itu pengukuran kinerja adalah sebuah alat yang dapat dipakai untuk mengukur Perubahan performance Perusahaan. Balanced Scorecard (BSC) merupakan alat evaluasi kinerja yang luas dan menyeluruh untuk merencanakan secara memadai dan mengendalikan organisasi sehingga dapat mencapai tujuannya. Hasil pengukuran kinerja dari masing- masing strategi setiap decision maker yang dianalisis dalam matrik payoff game theory, ditemukan nilai Van Neumann Equilibirium dan Nash Equilibirium untuk masing-masing decision maker dengan nilai skor relatif pengukuran kinerja (80,67%) setelah hasil integrasi. Hal tersebut merupakan win-win solution untuk menemukan strategi secara sistematis dalam pengukuran kinerja yang melibatkan lebih dari satu decision maker

Full text linkAfter the outbreak of the Covid-19 Pandemic in Indonesia in mid-March 2020, the central and regional governments quickly set an order in terms of education that is temporarily eliminating direct face-to-face learning and replaced with online learning, both at elementary and secondary school levels, and at the level of College. This order aims to break the chain of spread of this epidemic. Provisions for distance learning through online school methods that are suddenly applied certainly bring various obstacles. The writing of this article aims to identify the implementation of the distance learning process through online school methods. The author uses descriptive qualitative methods to describe and explain comprehensively and specifically related to events or phenomena that occur at this time, so that the goals of online schools can be achieved optimally. The results of the discussion found that in its implementation, the concept of online schooling brought constraints and significant impacts for both children as students and teachers as teaching staff. Lack of adequate supporting facilities and limited understanding of technology and internet network access are the main obstacles felt by both parties. In addition, it was also found that the role of supervision and attention of parents to children in the online learning process is very important for the realization of optimal learning outcomes.
 
DESIGNING TEXTILE WASTE SHREDDER MACHINE FOR CONTINOUS PRODUCT
Full text linkThe textile and textile products industry is one of the mainstay commodities of the manufacturing industry as well as a driving force for national economic development. Like any production process, the textile manufacturing process also produces waste or residual substances called textile waste. Likewise the impact of the activities of garment, tailor, fashion, apparel and convection, one of which is patchwork waste. If the patchwork waste is not handled properly, it will result in waste generation which will have an impact on pollution in the environment. Lack of tools that can treat textile waste, resulting in less optimal handling of textile waste. This research is trying to make a design of a cloth chopping machine that is used to crush the remains of large rags into small pieces of cloth. Thus the packaging of fabric waste is easier and more efficient, besides that it can also be used as raw material for other products so that it can reduce fabric waste that pollutes the environment. In developing the model and design of a textile waste chopping machine, this chopping machine will cut the patchwork which can be sized according to your wishes. It is hoped that the results of this research will contribute to the development, advancement and appropriate technology. The design of this textile fabric waste chopper will provide a practical solution and zero waste process in a textile and garment industry
Implementasi Kaizen Dalam Menurunkan Cacat Benang Belang pada PT. XYZ
Full text linkProses akhir pemintalan dapat dilakukan pada mesin ring spinning. Dalam kasus benang yang dibuat dengan mesin ring spinning terdapat cacat produksi yaitu benang belang. Data produksi pada bulan Mei 2022 PT XYZ unit spinning terdapat 1,25% cacat benang belang akibat tercampurnya LOT produksi yang berbeda karena tidak ada kodefikasi warna bobbin dari proses roving. Sedangkan cacat benang belang merupakan cacat kritikal yang tidak diizinkan sama sekali. Solusi dari permasalahan ini adalah pemangkasan cacat benang belang dengan metode Kaizen dengan melakukan kodefikasi warna bobbin yang berbeda LOT. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan dengan metode kaizen dapat mengurangi jumlah cacat benang belang menjadi 0% sehingga efisiensi produksi pemintalan dapat meningkat dan mengurangi resiko cacat produk pada proses berikutnya yaitu pertenunan

K-Means clustering interpretation using recency, frequency, and monetary factor for retail customers segmentation
Full text linkEfforts to retain customers represent a crucial customer relationship management (CRM) strategy in every business, offering the potential to enhance profits, particularly for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). In the context of this study, which focuses on the transaction dataset of retailers in a developing market, Indonesia, the emphasis has predominantly been on customer attraction rather than the implementation of customer retention strategies. The primary objective of this research was to scrutinize customer transaction data within the dataset. The K-Means clustering (KMC) method, integrated with recency, frequency, and monetary (RFM) attributes, was employed to classify customers and formulate effective strategies for customer retention. Conducted through a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach, the study involved sequential stages of data preprocessing and RFM analysis for comprehensive data analysis. The outcomes revealed the identification of 5 distinct clusters with associated strategies based on the RFM scores obtained. These strategies, tailored to each cluster, serve as valuable insights in industrial and innovation for marketing and business strategic teams, offering practical approaches to customer retention that can lead to increased benefits for SMEs
