Analisa Metode Fuzzy Mamdani Dan Sugeno Untuk Deteksi Daerah Rentan Banjir : Studi Kasus Kecamatan Pringsewu

On One Publication by Tamar Papava (“Georgian Woman in Our Chronicle”) in the Newspaper “Kartuli Azri”
One of the prominent representatives of the Georgian emigration of the 20th century is the writer and publicist Tamar Gogolashvili-Papava. She lived with her husband Akaki Papava first in Germany and Austria, and later from 1949 in South America, Argentina. However, through all their activities and consciousness, Tamar and Akaki Papava were connected with Georgia and the Georgian affairs, which can be clearly confirmed by their artistic-publicistic and scientific legacy being very diverse from a creative point of view.
From the 1910s-1920s, Tamar Papava fruitfully collaborated with the magazines and newspapers published in Georgia. Later she published noteworthy letters in emigration periodicals printed abroad. Today, it can be safely said that Tamar Papava\u27s publicism plays an important part of the Georgian emigrant cultural heritage, in which many dramatic pages of our history and her own tempestuous contemporary life, the first half of the 20th century, are reflected.
In 1966-1967, in the Georgian emigrant newspaper “Kartuli Azri” (Georgian Opinion) printed in New York, Tamar Papava published the letter "Georgian Woman in Our Chronicle" with continuations. The author\u27s goal is clear from the title. She aims to present the role of Georgian women in the history of Georgia. In this regard, she thoroughly studies the information preserved in "Life of Kartli". As the publicist notes, she only reviews the data that the history "preserved by chance". Despite this, the outstanding contribution of a Georgian woman to her homeland can clearly be seen.
These contributions are equally made by the women both from noble and lower social classes, and include such issues as: professing and defending the faith, the upbringing of kings, the tradition of entrusting the children to wet nurses, as well as women’s dedication to the unification of the country and the fight against Russia. However, the reception of the role of Georgian women towards their own country is not limited to the aforementioned issues.
Emphasizing the efforts made by women at different stages of our history is one of the main directions of Tamar Papava\u27s publicism, which can clearly be confirmed by the mentioned letter.XX

Impacts of internal audit on the financial performance of commercial banks in Malaysia
It has been widely accepted that an internal audit is a simple administrative function that
involves reviewing documents, calculating assets, and reporting to the Board of Directors,
Management, or External Auditors. Due to a lack of personnel and management support, as
well as inadequate training and development, Malaysia suffers from significant Internal
Audit deficiencies. Yet there hasn't been an in-depth examination of the above concerns with
a focus on the fundamental causes of successful internal auditing, notably in commercial
banks. Therefore, the current study examines the impacts of internal audits on the financial
performance of commercial banks in Malaysia. In this regard, a descriptive research approach
will be employed to address the research questions. (Absrract by author
ONLINE CONTROLLER FOR LEVEL MEASUREMENT
As a final year student in UTP, final year project (FYP) was required to be undertaken, which is a design and/or research-based subject. This report discusses the preliminary research done and basic understanding of the topic, which is ONLINE CONTROLLER for LEVEL MEASUREMENT. Level measurement is the method of determination of the linear vertical distance between a reference point or datum plane and the surface of a liquid or the top of a pile of divided solids. The objective of the project is to simulate and develop online level controller for measurement. The challenge in this project is to develop online monitoring (Graphical User Interface (GUI)) using LabVIEW programming based on the conditions of the level controller itself and to manage a suitable design of the system. The online monitoring with Graphical User Interface (GUI) will ease the operator to analyze the system and at the same time monitor the level of the oil in the vessel. The author was using a differential pressure transmitter as an instrument for this project. The differential pressure transmitter is used to measure a different of pressure and convert it to the level. It was designed for process control applications, these 2-wire transmitters generate a 4-20 mA or 1-5V signal proportional or characterized to the applied differential pressure. This signal can be transmitted over a pair of twisted wires through long distances Lab testing and circuit simulation have done with a model of the system to ensure the online system will work accordingly due to desire objective
The bindingness of mazhab in Islamic banking contracts in Malaysia
An issue of differing views among scholars from various mazhab on any unresolved fiqh issue poses confusion in the public. It also happens in dealing with Islamic banking contracts. There is a need for the final word that determines the right view of mazhab, especially for the law institutions which aimed at providing solutions to problems. Researchers have conducted an analysis on legal materials regulating Islamic banking institutions in Malaysia to see how this problem is addressed. This study has two objectives, namely: to study the position of reference to mazhab under Malaysia legislations governing Islamic banking in Malaysia and to study the
application of reference to mazhab in Shariah Resolution of Shariah Advisory Council (SAC) of Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) pertaining to Islamic Banking contract. The researcher found general provision in legislation regulating Islamic
banking institutions in Malaysia on the prevailing practices of mazhab. The power to interpret the Islamic law lies with the Shariah Advisory Council. The researcher also conducted an analysis on Shariah Resolutions, founded that Shariah Advisory
Council in determining the necessity of a contract has followed the fundamental basis of the proposal Usul al-Fiqh by referring to the Holy Quran and Sunnah, ijmak, and then referring to the view of the scholar of the mazhab. The Shariah Advisory Council has opennes by examining all the views of the four mazhab muktabar. It is found that there is no tendency to prioritize any mazhab as opposed to other mazhab because there is no difference in the views between scholars of mazhab in banking contracts analyzed by the author. In conclusion, the law regulating Islamic banking is general and can be challenged by in court. However, the ultimate authority are given to the Shariah Advisory Council to control this problem from becoming more critical

3D modelling for multipurpose cadastre
Three-dimensional (3D) modelling of cadastral objects (such as legal spaces around buildings, around utility networks and other spaces) is one of the important aspects for a multipurpose cadastre (MPC). This paper describes the 3D modelling of the objects for MPC and its usage to the knowledge of 3D cadastre since more and more related agencies attempt to develop or embed 3D components into the MPC. We also intend to describe the initiative by Malaysian national mapping and cadastral agency (NMCA) in developing the 3D MPC. In this case, we strongly believe that 3D city modelling approach could be utilized for such purposes, e.g. linking the physical and legal spaces of buildings and other objects within the multipurpose cadastre as well as for developing the relevant database, thus, provide queries to the objects. Other relevant information and services also could be developed for other layers within MPC for different applications or services. Basically, the Malaysian MPC consists of large scale spatial data layers grouped into two types of sub systems. The first group consists of components with spatial objects to which legal and administrative facts are attached (rights, restrictions and responsibilities), such as 3D cadastre (volume parcels), 3D marine cadastre, and 3D strata (in buildings). The second group consists of components with reference to physical spatial objects, such as: 3D topography (with buildings footprints), underground utility (3D), and 3D city model (with roof structure and LoD3 buildings) where each of these components will be elaborated and discussed in this paper. As one of the components for the proposed Malaysian MPC, 3D models of cadastral objects are needed to support the existing cadastre system by providing spatial and semantic information of the 3D objects according to the exact situation as in the real world. The representation of the real world objects in 3D form will enable the concerned parties to understand the situation and problems related to the particular land site as well as increasing the efficiency in managing land-related matters. The concept for 3D volume parcels for 3D cadaster and 3D modelling with underground utility networks is presented. This paper relates the Malaysian MPC model with the LADM (Land Administration Domain Model) where the generation of the UML model that complies with the concept of LADM for the Malaysian MPC is addressed. We anticipate that the proposed approach for the MPC could be implemented by the authority in the near future. Outlook for future works and the emerging 3D modelling technologies for the MPC then form a part of conclusions of this paper.OTB ResearchOTB Research Institute for the Built Environmen
Sleep Quality among Older Persons in Institutions
AbstractThe objective of this study is to identify sleep quality and factors that influence sleep quality amongst older persons in institutions. The participants from this cross-sectional study were selected using a convenience sampling strategy from eight government-funded elderly institutions in Malaysia. The participants are 331 elderly aged 60 years and above. The results indicated that the sleep quality among elderly in institutions is poor, and pain emerged as the main predictor of sleep quality for all groups (normal, mild cognitive impairment and dementia). Dementia has two other main predictors which are role limitation due to emotional problems and emotional well-being
