PROCESS MATHEMATICS PROBLEMS BASED ON SOCIAL ATTITUDE OF STUDENTS AT SMAN 8 PINRANG

ABSTRACT
The study aims at discovering the description of the process of solving Mathematics problems based on social attitude of students at SMAN 8 Pinrang. The type of the study was descriptive research with qualitative approach. The research subjects were 3 students divided into 3 attitude categories, namely 1 very good social attitude subject, 1 good social attitude subject, and 1 fairly good social attitude subject, who were obtained from grade X MIPA 3 students at SMAN 8 Pinrang. The research instruments were the researcher herself as the main instrument and self assessment test of social attitude and interview guidance as the supporting instruments. The data were collected by employing time and source triangulation. The data obtained were analyzed by conducting several steps, namely (1) data review based on various sources, (2) data reduction, (3) data display, (4) coding, (5) data presentation, (6) conclusion drawing.

Get PDFHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang selama ini dilakukan oleh program English Corner di TVRI adalah menentukan target penonton yang memiliki ketertarikan terhadap program yang berbahasa Inggris. Menerapkan tiga konsep dasar program English Corner, yaitu: 1). Membagi informasi yang terkait dengan dunia pendidikan dan digabungkan dengan hiburan, 2). Memfokuskan targetnya untuk mahasiswa dan pelajar sampai umur 30 tahun, 3). Menggabungkan talkshow dengan selingan hiburan. Selain itu TVRI Sul-Sel juga menerapkan metode pendekatan melalui ajakan secara langsung dengan cara mengsosialisasikan program Engish Corner dengan mendatangi langsung kesekolah-sekolah dan juga kampus yang memiliki integrasi terhadap Bahasa Inggris. Sedangkan Faktor penghambat dari program Engish Corner yaitu; 1).Kurangnya Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). 2). Waktu Pertemuan Seapker dan Tim Work English Corner LPP TVRI Sul-Sel. 3). Kebijakan pihak manajemen LPP TVRI Sul- Sel. Faktor pendukung dari program English Corner yaitu; 1). Adanya peralatan-peralatan yang sudah mendukung, walaupun sifatnya yang masih sederhana. 2). Mitra kerja Internasional English Center (IEC) yaitu lembaga kursus. 3). TVRI Sul Sel yang sekarang telah bersifat penyiaran digital

Rich in vitamins, polyphenols, sugars, minerals, amino acids, and dietary fiber, it contains bioactive compounds and several
active components (ascorbic acid, anacardic acid, carotenoids, condensed tannins, quercetin, and other phenolic) that serve
as antioxidants. This study aims to determine the effect of giving cashew apple juice and its nutritional impact on Wistar rats
(Rattus norvegicus – Berkenhout 1769). The study adopted 21 male Wistar rats for 7 d fed with AIN 76 (American Institute
of Nutrition 1976) diet, divided into three groups of seven rats. The first group was administered with fresh cashew apple
juice treatment 0.14 % (CAJT 0.14 %), the second group with cashew apple juice 0.12 % (CAJT 0.12 %), and the last group
with aquadest (Placebo) per day orally for 28 d. Employing an experimental method, variables of protein using Kjeldahl
method, starch using the direct acid hydrolysis method, and calcium levels in the feces of experimental rats were observed.
The data was obtained through analysis of variance, and differences among samples were tested using Least Significant
Different (LSD). The results showed that CAJT 0.14 % significantly reduced protein digestibility (11.49 %) and starch feed
(0.69 %) as well as weight rate by 78.85 g (38.34 %) while increased calcium excretion (0.44 %). CAJT 0.12 % followed at
11.36 %, 0.68%, 38.64 % (88.74 g), and 0.44 % respectively. Placebo was not affective towards research variables. The
effect of consuming cashew apple juice regarding nutrient digestibility shows its potential for a commercial process as a
functional food and a slimming agent, which answers the environmental need for waste utilizatio

Get PDFProblem Based Learning sebagai alternatif pembelajaran yang dapat memberikan ilmu dan pengalaman siswa untuk bekerja secara mandiri dalam mengkonstruksi pengetahuan mereka sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa Kelas VIII.C MTs Negeri 2 Pidie Jaya pada pokok bahasan Teks lisan dan tulis berbentuk recount melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Februari sampai dengan April 2018 dengan subyek penelitian berjumlah 20 siswa yang duduk di Kelas VIII.C. Penelitian menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas menurut Kemmis dan MC. Targgart dengan menggunakan siklus, setiap siklus melalui lima tahapan kegiatan yaitu Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan, Tindakan, Pengamatan, dan Refleksi. Penelitian ini hanya menggunakan dua siklus karena pada siklus kedua telah mencapai target yang diharapkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: Melalui hasil penelitian tindakan kelas pada MTs Negeri 2 Pidie Jaya terjadi peningkatan motivasi belajar yaitu pada siklus I rata-rata sebesar 70,50 sedangkan pada siklus II sebesar 82,00. Sebelum dilakukan pembelajaran dengan Metode Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) nilai siswa adalah 66,50. Pada siklus I hasil evaluasi siswa pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris Materi Teks lisan dan tulis berbentuk recount mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 70,50, sedangkan pada siklus II mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 82,00. Dari penelitian tersebut terjadi peningkatan ketuntasan belajar sebesar pada siklus I sebesar 75% dan pada siklus II sebesar 95%. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dilaksanakannya penelitian tindakan kelas melalui Metode Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris pada materi Teks lisan dan tulis berbentuk recount dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa Kelas VIII.C MTs Negeri 2 Pidie Jaya. Kesimpulan dari penelitian adalah penerapan model Problem Based Learning mampu meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa Kelas VIII.C pada pokok bahasan Teks lisan dan tulis berbentuk recount
