Information and Communication Technology (ICT) merupakan solusi yang sangat tepat bagi masalah pendidikan Indonesia. Salah satunya permasalahan di MAN Trenggalek dalam bidang pembelajaran Biologi pokok bahasan Evolusi yang memerlukan media pembelajaran yang menarik serta dapat di akses kapan pun dan dimanapun. Pada materi Evolusi terdapat teori-teori perkembangan mahkluh hidup, yang memerlukan pemahaman dan keaktifan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Siswa mempunyai kesempatan yang sama untuk mengungkapkan pertanyaan dan pendapat, dapat mendiskusikannya setiap ada perbedaan pendapat, tanpa dibatasi oleh waktu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan media pembelajaran mata pelajaran Biologi Pokok bahasan Evolusi berbasis website menggunakan software Moodle yang memiliki berbagai fitur yang menarik, efisien, interaktif, mudah dipahami oleh peserta didik. Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model pengembangan media yang diadaptasi dari model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis- Design-Develop-Implementation- Evaluate). Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada pengembangan ini berupa angket yang disebarkan kepada ahli media, ahli materi, dan siswa. Data yang diperoleh berupa data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif. Obyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII IPA MAN Trenggalek tahun pelajaran 2011-2012. Hasil validasi media pembelajaran berbasis E-learning dari ahli media mendapat persentase 90%, dari ahli materi mendapat persentase 91%, dan dari responden 84%. Berdasarkan hasil validasi tersebut,media pembelajaran berbasis E-learning pada materi Evolusi dapat disimpulkan valid/layak dan efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran di MAN Trenggalek
The Watergate Conspiracy Conviction and Appeal of Assistant Attorney General Robert Mardian
No full textRobert Mardian was the Assistant Attorney General for Internal Security during President Nixon\u27s first term. In this role, he was involved in many controversial matters including the Pentagon Papers case. Mardian was convicted along with former Attorney General John Mitchell, and Nixon White House aides John Ehrlichman and H.R. Bob Haldeman of conspiracy to obstruct justice at the Watergate conspiracy trial held before Judge John Sirica. Arnold Rochvarg, the author of this book, was a member of the legal defense team for the appeal of Mardian\u27s conviction. This book is extremely helpful to learn about the Watergate scandal. Watergate led to prison terms for many of Nixon\u27s closest associates and to Nixon\u27s resignation as President. The book explains (1) the planning of the break-in of the Democratic National Committee headquarters at the Watergate office complex by John Mitchell, White House Counsel John Dean, and White House aides Jeb Magruder and Gordon Liddy; (2) the actual break-in involving ex- CIA operative and White House aide Howard Hunt, several of Hunt\u27s former CIA associates from the Bay of Pigs invasion, and Nixon campaign security chief James McCord; (3) the attempts to deny that those arrested at the Watergate had any connection with the Nixon re-election campaign including payments of hush money, offers of clemency, destruction of documents, perjury before the grand jury, and attempts to have the CIA take responsibility to halt the FBI investigation; (4) the convictions of the original burglars without the true facts becoming public until James McCord informed Judge Sirica that higher-ups were responsible;(5) the guilty pleas and cooperation with the prosecution by some of the major participants including John Dean and Jeb Magruder; (6) the indictments of seven former Nixon administration officials for crimes including conspiracy, obstruction of justice and perjury; (7) the conspiracy trial of five defendants before Judge John Sirica after one of the seven defendants pleaded guilty and another was granted a separate trial; (8) the guilty verdicts for four of the five defendants; (9) the appeals of the four defendants convicted at the conspiracy trial; and (10) significant events that occurred after all Watergate legal proceedings had ended. This book pays special attention to the facts presented at trial involving Robert Mardian because of all the convicted defendants, Mardian was the only defendant who presented a strong defense and whose guilt was truly in doubt.The book\u27s detailed analysis of the facts relating to Mardian present a close look at the evidence presented at trial, and raise questions as to the validity of the jury\u27s guilty verdict. The book then discusses the legal issues involved in Mardian\u27s appeal including the use of the White House tapes against Mardian, and Mardian\u27s defense that he was only acting as a lawyer. The appeals court opinion which reversed Mardian\u27s conviction is presented, as well as his lawyers\u27 efforts to avoid a retrial. This book is unique in several ways. Unlike most other books on Watergate, this book is written from the defense perspective by a former member of Mardian\u27s defense team. Moreover, included are transcripts of closed court hearings. Additionally, before his death, Mardian provided his legal team with personal notes of a conversation he had with Richard Nixon a few years after Watergate in which Nixon gave his opinion not only on Watergate, but other matters including Jimmy Carter, the media, and foreign policy. The book also contains discussions of the lawyering of the Watergate case including decisions involving legal strategy, and correspondence with the Watergate Special Prosecutor\u27s office. Akses jalan menuju wilayah Kecamatan Munjungan yang curam dan terjal akan menjadi semakin sulit jika dalam kondisi hujan karena badan jalan menjadi sangat licin sehingga berimbas pada semakin tingginya tingkat ketidak-hadiran guru yang berdomisili di wilayah perkotaan. Jadi yang seharusnya setiap hari siswa melakukan kegiatan belajar mengajar terhalang dengan ketidak hadiran para guru pengajar tersebut. Metode penelitian meliputi sketsa lokasi dibangunnya LAN dan cara kerja sistem, persiapan perancangan perangkat keras meliputi, persiapan alat dan bahan, instalasi atau pengkabelan serta sharing file. Setelah semua itu selesai dilanjutkan instalasi moddle, pengaturan halaman depan, pendaftaran pengguna, penambahan materi pelajaran dan pengajar serta menambah materi berupa link ke website lain yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang luas. Jaringan komputer adalah sebuah kumpulan komputer, printer dan peralatan lainnya yang terhubung dalam satu kesatuan. Informasi dan data bergerak melalui kabel-kabel atau tanpa kabel sehingga memungkinkan pengguna jaringan komputer dapat melakukan sharing sumber daya. Pada SMPN 1 Munjungan komputer yang digunakan untuk proses pembelajaran masih bersifat individual. Sehingga antara komputer yang satu dengan yang lain belum saling berhubungan. Dalam tugas akhir ini akan dibahas jaringan yang akan dibangun di SMP Negeri 1 Munjungan yaitu berupa jaringan komputer lokal dalam satu ruangan yang digunakan sebagai kegiatan pembelajaran Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi. Dengan dibangunnya jaringan tersebut akan membantu kegiatan pembelajaran bagi siswa ataupun untuk guru khususnya dalam kegiatan sharing file ataupun printer.Moodle adalah sebuah paket perangkat lunak yang berguna untuk membuat dan mengadakan kursus/pelatihan/pendidikan berbasis jaringan. Pembelajaran yang tidak mengharuskan pengajar bertatap muka dengan siswanya. Serta siswa menjadi lebih aktif dalam pembelajaran yang disajikan tersebut

Pembunuhan Karena Overmacht Dalam Prespektif Fiqh Jinayah.
Pembunuhan suatu perbuatan yang sangat dilarang dalam hukum agama dan
negara, pembunuhan karena paksaan atau overmacht terkadang terjadi di
Indonesia dalam Islam dikenal dengan istilah ikrah atau dharurah. Adapun
permasalahan yang akan dibahas dalam skripsi ini yaitu Bagaimana sanksi
pidana terhadap pelaku tindak pidana pembunuhan karena overmacht dalam
hukum pidana Indonesia dan hukum pidana Islam.
Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut maka dilakukan sebuah
penelitiaan yang bersifat kepustakaan (library Research), dalam menganalisis
data penulis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan komparatif yang bersumber
dari data primer dan sekunder dengan melakukan pendekatan secara
normatif. Yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui sanksi tindak pidana
pembunuhan Overmacht dalam hukum pidana Indonesia dan hukum pidana
Islam.
Kesimpulan akhir dari skripsi ini adalah menurut hukum pidana
Indonesia pembunuhan yang dilakukan karena overmacht dapat menghapus
hukuman, dengan adanya alasan pembenar dan pemaaf, pelaku dinyatakan
lepas dari tuntutan hukum yang sesuai dalam kaidah pasal 48 KUHP
sedangkan dalam Islam sanksi pidana terhadap pelaku tindak pidana
pembunuhan overmacht menurut pendapat para ulama terdapat perbedaan,
ulama Malikiyah dan Hanabilah bagi orang yang memaksa dan dipaksa
membunuh keduanya dihukum qishash alasannya keduanya bersekutu,
sedangkan sedangkan menurut ulama Syafei hukuman bagi orang yang
dipaksa membunuh adalah takzir dan menurut Abu Yusuf orang yang
memaksa dan dipaksa hukumanya diyat karena pemaksa bukan pelaku dan
yang terpaksa dasar perbuatan bukan lahir dari dirinya.

THE PORTRAIT OF CONSERVATIVE INDONESIAN MUSLIM RELIGION IN THE MILLENNIAL ERA
No full textThe aim of this reaserch was to know the moderate values in Islam and straightening out people's perceptions of conservative Muslims. This research analyzes the interpretation of Shaikh Abdurrahman bin Nashir As-Sa'di in a verse that discusses religious moderation, and knows the reflection of its application to the Salafi Muslim community of Medan City. In this study, the author using the maudhui method in analyzing verses of the Qur'an, as well as used a qualitative-descriptive approach method by describing it in the form of words and language. The results showed that Islam does not invite its people to commit violence, extremes and exaggerations in religion. Salafi Muslims in Medan apply moderate values by prioritizing ukhrawi affairs but do not ignore worldly matters, respect differences, do not force opinions, but there is a bias in behavior in society
CRITIQUE OF THE CONCEPT OF GENDER FEMINIST INTERPRETATION: A REVIEW OF CONTEMPORARY INTERPRETATIONS: KRITIK KONSEP GENDER PENAFSIRAN FEMINIS: TELAAH TAFSIR-TAFSIR KONTEMPORER
No full textThis thesis aims to examine and critique the concept of gender in feminist interpretations of the Qur’an through a comparative (muqarran) study of contemporary exegeses. The study’s background highlights a shift in the meaning of “gender” from a biological category of sex to a social construct that can alter perceptions of a person’s sex, and the impact of this shift on the interpretation of Qur’anic verses concerning women specifically issues of leadership (Qur’an, an-Nisaʾ 4:34), polygyny (an-Nisaʾ 4:3), and inheritance distribution (an-Nisaʾ 4:11). The author analyzes contemporary tafsirs as an effort to clarify and counteract distortions in the interpretation of these Qur’anic verses related to the concept of gender. This research uses a qualitative method with a library-based approach and comparative (muqarran) analysis to contrast different interpretations. The study maps the methods and interpretive tendencies of feminist exegetes such as Amina Wadud, Zaitunah Subhan, and Nasaruddin Umar, and compares them with contemporary tafsirs including Tafsīr al-Munīr by Wahbah az-Zuhailī, Tafsīr al-Azhar by Buya Hamka, and Tafsīr al-Misbāḥ by Quraish Shihab. The findings identify several critiques of feminist interpretations of the gender concept: (1) feminist readings consistently emphasize that women are discriminated against by men in Islamic teachings and the Qur’an—portraying Islam as perpetuating patriarchal culture—which may create the misconception that Islam is discriminatory toward women; (2) there are misconceptions about the concept of gender from an Islamic perspective, such as treating gender as a form of relativism that precludes absolute truth, and using the gender concept to justify sexual deviations (e.g., the increasing visibility of LGBT cases); and (3) several negative social impacts of feminist exegesis on Muslim communities, for example: declining marriage rates due to women’s reluctance to accept male leadership in the household, widespread rejection and moves to prohibit polygyny, and resistance to Qur’anic inheritance rules. The thesis concludes by underlining the need for critical reading of feminist gender concepts in Qur’anic interpretation and for comparing them with other contemporary tafsirs. Such balanced readings—attending both to text and context—can correct conceptual and practical deviations in the discourse on gender among Muslim communities, and prevent Islam from being perceived as discriminatory toward women. Cause-related marketing as a peripheral cue?
Get PDFx, 128 leaves : ill. ; 29 cm.Even though cause-related marketing has increased in popularity, academic researchers have only started to examine how consumers respond to it. In this study, the author examines cause-related marketing in combination with two major theories: (1) the prospect theory and, (2) the elaboration likelihood model. The objective of this study was to test for main and interaction effects of CRM, consumer involvement and price of product on consumer attitudes and purchase intentions. The results of this study indicate that there were no significant interactions between price of the product, involvement situation and CRM when in an experimental magazine setting. The major overall finding, which was evident throughout all hypotheses, was that advertisements with a CRM claim were far more effective than advertisements without a CRM claim. Regardless of the price, it appears that cause-related marketing affiliations can substantially influence consumer perceptions and ultimately purchase behaviours. Due to its effectiveness in high involvement situations, these findings suggest that CRM does not operate only as a peripheral cue

Penulis menggunakan teori analisis struktural dari buku The Musician’s Way - A Guide to Practice, Performance and wellness karya Gerald Klickstein dan buku penunjang yang memperkuat teori analisis struktural ini yaitu Musical Performance – A Guide to Understanding karya John Rink. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Metode studi kasus adalah suatu metode penelitian yang berdasarkan pada ilmu sosial dimana penulis mengamati secara khusus sebuah objek sebagai suatu kasus yang akan diteliti dan dibahas secara menyeluruh.Dalam tugas akhir ini objek yang akan diamati adalah analisis struktural dalam interpretasi teks musik pada karya Suite For Piano FP.19 karya Francis Poulenc. Hasil dan kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penulis dapat membuktikan bahwa metode analisis struktural dapat menjadi metode pendekatan yang efektif dalam memperoleh interpretasi teks musik secara lebih detail dan akurat secara tekstual dalam karya karya Suite For Piano FP.19 karya Francis Poulenc. Sehingga penulis juga dapat menyimpulkan bahwa kemampuan seorang pemain untuk melakukan proses interpretasi teks musik melalui metode analisis struktural ini merupakan hal yang sangat penting yang pada penelitian selanjutnya dapat dikembangkan menjadi lebih luas lagi dan dapat memperkaya proses kreatif seorang pemain dalam menginterpretasikan suatu karya. The Effectiveness of Structural Analysis Methods in 19th Century Music Interpretation (Case Study: Suite For Piano FP.19 by Francis Poulenc)The purpose of this research is to explain the importance of interpretation for a performer and to prove the effectiveness of the structural analysis approach in obtaining interpretation in playing Francis Poulenc's Suite For Piano FP.19. The author uses the theory of structural analysis from the book The Musician's Way - A Guide to Practice, Performance and Wellness by Gerald Klickstein and a supporting book that strengthens the theory of structural analysis, namely Musical Performance - A Guide to Understanding by John Rink. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The case study method is a research method based on social science where the author specifically observes an object as a case that will be thoroughly researched and discussed. In this final project the object to be observed is structural analysis in the interpretation of musical texts in Suite For Piano works. FP.19 by Francis Poulenc. The results and conclusions of this study are that the authors can prove that the structural analysis method can be an effective approach in obtaining a more detailed and textually accurate interpretation of musical texts in the work of Suite For Piano FP.19 by Francis Poulenc. So that the writer can also conclude that the ability of a performer to carry out the process of interpreting musical texts through this structural analysis method is very important which in further research can be developed even more broadly and can enrich the creative process of a performer in interpreting a work
