    Pokok permasalahan dari penelitian ini adalah persepsi mahasiswa manajemen dakwah terhadap syiar dakwah Gus Miftah, penelitian ini berusaha untuk mengungkapkan persepsi mahasiswa manajemen dakwah terhadap syiar dakwah Gus Miftah di tempat lokalisasi dan café Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. untuk tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui pandangan mahasiswa manajemen dakwah terhadap syiar dakwah yang disampaikan Gus Miftah Hasil penelitian ini bahwa mahasiswa manajemen dakwah berpendapat bahwasanya mereka menyukai cara dakwah Gus Miftah yang terkesan tidak menyinggung atau merendahkan orang lain walaupun mereka bekerja di tempat yang tidak lazim, tetapi ada juga mahasiswa yang tidak menyukai tempat Gus Miftah berdakwah menurutnya tempat tersebut penuh dengan maksiat dan tidak pantas dijadikan tempat berdakwah.     Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh penempatan, kualitas kerja dan kompetensi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Badan Perencanaan dan Pembangunan Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling, maka sampel sebanyak 85 responden. Teknik analisis data adalah regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan analisis regresi linear berganda Y = 4,629 + 0,364 X1 + 0,520 X2 + 0,628 X2 + e. Hasil uji t diketahui penempatan, kualitas kerja dan kompetensi secara parsial berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Badan Perencanaan dan Pembangunan Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Dari hasil uji F diketahui penempatan, kualitas kerja dan kompetensi secara simultan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Badan Perencanaan dan Pembangunan Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi diketahui nilai Adjusted R-Square sebesar 52,3% sedangkan sisanya 47,7% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Penempatan, Kualitas Kerja, Kompetensi dan Prestasi KerjaThe purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of placement, work quality, and competence partially and simultaneously on the work performance of the employees of the Regional Planning and Development Agency of West Sumatra Province. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique is total sampling, so the sample is 85 respondents. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression, t-test, F test and coefficient of determination. Based on multiple linear regression analysis Y = 4.629 + 0.364 X1 + 0.520 X2 + 0.628 X2 + e. The results of the t-test show that placement, work quality and competence partially have a positive and significant effect on the work performance of the employees of the Regional Development Planning and Development Agency of West Sumatra Province. From the results of the F test, it is known that placement, work quality, and competence simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the work performance of the employees of the Regional Planning and Development Agency of West Sumatra Province. The result of testing the coefficient of determination is that the Adjusted R-Square value is 52.3% while the remaining 47.7% is explained by other variables not discussed in this study.     ABSTRACT This study aims to examine and analyze the resilience psychological capital construct on individual performance, in this case the research conducted tests the construct novelty, namely resilience in entrepreneurial self-efficacy (R in ESE) which acts as an intervening variable in the relationship between social knowledge and employability skills on individual performance. new construct Resilience in ESE appears as a construct that is able to address the gaps that occurred in previous studies. The object of this research is the Minang ethnic community in centre java as nomads business actors, while the sampling technique uses purposive sampling through filling out questionnaires and data analysis techniques using the AMOS structural equation model (SEM AMOS) by testing the novelty construct by exploratory factor analysis. The empirical findings of this study show that there is a positive relationship between the variables of social knowledge, employability skills mediated by the construct of resilience in entrepreneurial self-efficacy on individual performance and all variables are declared valid and reliable.     This type of research is a literature study. This thesis is motivated by the collapse of President Soeharto's New Order regime along with the abolition of Dwifungsi. This thesis aims to explain how the role of the military in post-reform public policy with a case study on the reign of Joko Widodo as president of the Republic of Indonesia for 2 periods. Previously, the military reformation had two functions, namely as a defense and security force and a socio-political force which was later revoked by Gus Dur so that the TNI had to give up its socio-political role. This has an impact on changes in the role of the military after the reformation, including during the leadership of Joko Widodo. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data required is secondary data. The data collection technique in this research is documentation. Based on the results of research and discussion, the role of the military in public policy during the Joko Widodo administration from 2014-2024 is not only in the field of defense and security. The military also plays a role in government phenomena and decisions. In addition, the military expanded its role, namely diplomacy with the aim of establishing peace between countries. During Joko Widodo's time, the military was more focused on its function as a means of state defense and security.     Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh beban kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank BRI Unit Kantor Cabang (KANCA) Simpang Empat Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 90 responden. Teknik analisis data adalah regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi. Teknik analisis regresi linear berganda Y = 13,160 – 0,011 X1 + 0,374 X2 + e. Hasil uji t diketahui beban kerja berpengaruh negative terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank BRI Unit Kanca Simpang Empat. Dari hasil uji F diketahui beban kerja dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank BRI Unit Kanca Simpang Empat. Hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi diketahui nilai Adjusted R-Square sebesar 34,8% sedangkan sisanya 65,2% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini

    Objek wisata merupakan kawasan rekreasi bagi wisatawan, diantaranya adalah kawasan wisata pulau Mandeh, pulau pagang, pulau marak, pulau sironjang , pulau cubadak dan sekitanya dengan luas 579.495 Ha terletak di Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan Provinsi Sumatera Barat, namun kawasan tersebut kurangnya penutur bahasa (terutama penutur bahasa asing) sebagai relawan nagari (desa) yang mampu menjelaskan informasi dan komunikasi penyampai pesan kepada penerima pesan (wisatawan) tentang kawasan pulau mandeh dan sekitarnya, tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan pendidikan dan pelatihan (praktik) penutur bahasa kepada sekelompok relawan nagari di Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah workshop, fokus diskusi kelompok dan praktik lapangan dengan melatih relawan nagari sebagai penutur bahasa kawasan mandeh. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi penutur bahasa relawan nagari yang memiliki kompetensi menjelaskan informasi dan komunikasi kepada wisatawan di kawasan pulau mandeh
