ANALISIS RASIO PROFITABILITAS DAN RASIO AKTIVITAS USAHA PETERNAKAN AYAM BROILER AMALUDDIN SYAHID PANE DI KABUPATEN TAPANULI SELATAN
Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui laporan keuangan dan untuk mengetahui analisis rasio Profitabilitas dan rasio Aktivitas yang disediakan Usaha Peternakan Ayam Broiler Amaluddin Syahid Pane. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Usaha Peternakan Ayam Broiler Amaluddin Syahid Pane Dusun Kapuran, Desa Palsabolas, Kecamatan Angkola Timur, Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus. Data yang dikumpulkan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer, yang didapatkan melalui pengamatan langsung dan wawancara langsung dengan peternak, dan data sekunder yang didapatkan dari buku, jurnal, serta data dari instansi terkait. Data penelitian bersumber dari laporan keuangan, yaitu laporan neraca dan laporan laba rugi. Data yang diambil yaitu input bibit, pakan, obat - obatan dan penerimaan serta biaya yang ditanggung oleh Usaha Peternakan Ayam Broiler Amaluddin Syahid Pane yang bermitra. Data penelitian ini dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bibit sudah ditentukan oleh perusahaan menggunakan bibit CP707 dan harga yang diberikan kepada peternak mitra juga sama. Pakan disediakan oleh pihak perusahaan. Frekuensi pemberian pakan yaitu 2 kali sehari dan untuk pemberian minum dilakukan dengan cara ad libitum. Sedangkan pendapatan peternak tidak berpatokan pada jumlah skala pemeliharaan, akan tetapi dipengaruhi oleh cara pemeliharaan dan cepat lambatnya panen. Rasio Profitabilitas terdiri dari Gross Profit Margin memiliki nilai 10,84% pada tahun 2022 dan 10,11% pada tahun 2023, Net Profit Margin memiliki nilai 5,06% pada tahun 2022 dan 3,47% pada tahun 2023, Return On Investment memiliki nilai 9,53% pada tahun 2022 dan 7,87% pada tahun 2023, dan Return On Equity memiliki nilai 18,02% pada tahun 2022 dan 13,16% pada tahun 2023. Rasio Aktivitas terdiri dari Total Assets Turn Over memiliki nilai 1,88 pada tahun 2022 dan 2,26 pada tahun 2023, Working Capital Turn Over memiliki nilai 3,92 pada tahun 2022 dan 4,25 pada tahun 2023, Fixed Assets Turn Over memiliki nilai 3,62 pada tahun 2022 dan 4,85 pada tahun 2023
Gaya Arsitektur Rumah Istri Sultan Amaluddin Tengku Khalijah di Kota Maksum
Full text linkKota Maksum is an elite area that was once the residence of the nobles of the Deli
Sultanate since the royal family moved from the palace in Labuhan to the Maimun Palace
in 1891. The development of Kota Maksum was inseparable from the collaboration
between the kingdom and the Dutch colonialists at that time so that the buildings of the
Sultanate Many Delis were built by Dutch architects, including the Kota Maksum area.
One proof of the legacy of the residence of the Deli nobles in Maksum City today is the
house of Sultan Amaluddin Tengku Khalijah's wife. This house is the residence of Tengku
Khalijah, the wife of Sultan Amaluddin Sani Perkasa Alamsyah, located in Maksum City.
What's unique is that this house still stands strong today, even though it looks like the
house is not very well maintained. In this way, the author immediately plunged into the
field to see the house. This research aims to reveal the architectural style and ornaments
used in the house of Sultan Amaluddin Tengku Khalijah's wife in Maksum City. The
research method used in this research is a historical approach using data collection
techniques through field observations, direct interviews with Tengku Khalijah's
descendants, and literature study. The findings from this research show that Tengku
Khalijah's house is structurally styled using Dutch colonial architecture which can be
seen in elements such as stiles, doors, windows, dormer roofs, roof peak decoration and
the use of the dominant color white in the house which is generally also used. on Other
Colonial houses. Several typical Malay ornaments with floral motifs are also used in this
house

This internship course functions as a training ground for students to gain practical knowledge and workplace skills that provide experience with work and responsibility in completing company-assigned tasks. It would improve the practical skills, knowledge, and attitude required for completing the assignment. Consequently, I have effectively completed this Industrial Training Report for the company where I have been employed, Petrofac (Malaysia-PM-304) Limited under the department of Finance. I began working for this company in March 2023, and based on my observations, this is the finest place to develop your career and talents. In addition to serving clients worldwide, designing, constructing, and operating onshore and offshore facilities, and training the personnel who support them, Petrofac also focuses on its culture and environment. The departments are well-coordinated and have a patient culture, with management willing to provide opportunities and share information, allowing me to perform well. In February of 1981, a manufacturer of modular plant equipment called Petrofac Inc. was established in Tyler, Texas, a city located in eastern Texas. Petrofac Inc.'s fabrication facility, as well as the technical expertise and perseverance of the individuals who worked there, served as the foundation upon which the company was established. In the company's early days, there were around 25 individuals working across all departments at Petrofac Inc. AM corp was established by Ayman Asfari and Maroun Semaan, and later merged with Petrofac Inc. to become Petrofac International, a company with a market capitalization of one million United States dollars with an operating centre in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. This study aims to determine the administration of red ginger solution with
different processing methods on carcass weight of broiler chickens were infected
by Eimeria tenella. The research was conducted at Biology Laboratory, Animal
Science Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Sumatera Utara,
Medan. This research used completely randomized design (CRD) with 5
treatments and 4 replications, Eimeria tenella were infected with a dose of 104
oocysts/ head and red ginger were aplicated at with a concentration of 1%. The
treatments consist of KP (Control), KO (coccidiostat) and red ginger processed
by powder ( K1 ), ethanol extract (K2) and water extract (K3).
The results showed that the treatments were not significant (P>0,05)
different effect on carcas were infected by Eimeria tenella. The treatments had
tendency that carcass of broiler chickens treated by red ginger/coccidiostat were

Full text linkSmart vacuum cleaner is the product that has been choose for this final year project. Doing some research about vacuum cleaner and learn about how does the vacuum cleaner work. Moreover, the vacuum cleaner has their own problem and always has the same main problem. The problem on vacuum cleaner need to be solved. From the survey and article that have been conducted, the problem can be confirm. The objective can be made to solve the problem by doing design, analysis and fabricate using the good material and part inside of the vacuum cleaner. By using the Solidwork the sketch and the part can be made with true dimension and calculation. Solidwork also will help us on doing analysis the part that hold a lot of forces. By using the analysis we can find the stress, displacement and torque. Then on next part we choose the good part with good price to be inside the project. Then, the vacuum cleaner part need to fabricate to put part in the vacuum cleaner. By the end of the work that have been done, the vacuum cleaner can be produce and will be much functional than before. The objective and significant of this project will be obtained

Di negara-negara yang sudah maju, perpustakaan merupakan cermin kemajuan masyarakatnya karena itu menunjukkan perpustakaan adalah bagian dari kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari. Hal itu diikuti dengan kemudahan memperoleh akses dan kelengkapan sarana dan ketersediaan sumber informasi yang sangat memadai.
Eksistensi dan perhatian masyarakat terhadap perpustakaan di negara-negara berkembang masih sangat terbatas. Kalaupun perhatian itu ada, hanya sebatas keinginan (wants) dan bukan merupakan kebutuhan (needs). Apalagi dengan krisis ekonomi global saat ini, dimana orang lebih mementingkan pemenuhan kebutuhan sosial, dan ekonomi mereka. Dari sisi lain, penyediaan fasilitas dan bahan pustaka bagi masyarakat terasa masih kurang, ini dikarenakan dukungan pemerintah terhadap gemar membaca bagi masyarakat sangat jauh dari harapan. Lalu pertanyaan yang muncul sekarang adalah bagaimana cara mewujudkan perpustakaan yang dapat melayani pemakai dengan baik dan efektif sehingga pemakai dapat menemukan informasi secara cepat dan tepat
