Scope, associated risks, and major platforms of e-commerce in Pakistan
No full textE-commerce is the buying and selling process of different products, and goods by using web services and internet technology. The process of online buying, selling, transferring, and exchanging of products, services and information is e-commerce. The primary purpose of this study was to examine the impact of E-Commerce on the creation of job opportunities, scope, and associated risk with the top-rated E-Commerce platforms and their turnover in Pakistan as well as analyze the scope and job opportunities in the field of e-commerce in Pakistan, to investigate the risk associated with e-commerce and the perception of customers in Pakistan and to investigate top-rated e-commerce platforms and their turn-over (2016-2021) in Pakistan.
This study was conducted in Pakistan in 2022. A total of 370 respondents were interviewed for data collection. The findings of this study indicate that the respondent has different education level. The ratio of females was higher at (53.78%) as compared to males (46.21%) and most of the respondents (31%) did private jobs followed by students (28%). Most of the sellers daraz.com.pk for their e-commerce activities and the daraz.com.pk was the most important online platform (52.8%) for online work mostly used by people in Pakistan followed by Amazon (17.4%). The satisfaction level of the respondents indicates that (49%) show a 70% to 80% satisfaction level with the survives of e-commerce. The minimum turnover of 1438 billion $ was recorded in 2017.
The province-wise turnover of e-commerce in Pakistan indicated that Punjab was on top and get a share of (55%), followed by Sindh (36%), KPK (5%) minimum turnover was recorded in Baluchistan (2%), and AJ&K (2%)

No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peristiwa sejarah yang digambarkan dalam novel Al-faris Al-jamil karya Ali Ahmad Bakatsir dengan menghubungkan anatara teks sastra dengan teks sejarah islam Ibn Atsir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui pendekatan intertekstual, apakah kedua teks tersebut memiliki persamaan ataupun perbedaan. Adapun metode yang peneliti gunakan adalah metode pustaka dengan mengumpulkan buku-buku dan materi penelitian yang berkaitan dengan judul dengan dua sumber data yaitu novel Al-faris Al-jamil dan buku sejarah Al-kamil fi At-tarikh Ibn Atsir sebagai sumber primer dan buku sejarah Islam lainnya sebagai sumber sekunder dan menggunakan teori intertekstual dalam proses analisa. Adapun hasil dari penelitian adalah peristiwa sejarah yang menjadi alur cerita dalam teks novel, baik itu tokoh sejarah, tempat kejadian sejarah dan peristiwa sejarah sesuai dengan sejarah di buku sejarah islam, meskipun pengarang novel dalam menyampaikannya dengan bahasa yang bertele-tele.Kata kunci: Al-faris Al-jamil analisis Intertekstualvi, 83 hlm. 18 x 25 c
UPAYA PEMERINTAH ALI ABDULLAH SALEH MENYELESAIKAN KONFLIK
No full textOn May 22, 1990, North Yemen and South Yemen finally united. The
unification between North Yemen and South Yemen is expected to be a country
that is strong, prosperous and developed. However, as time went by, internal
conflicts in the country of Yemen occurred. A group named The Rebel Al
Houthi in northern Yemen that was precisely in the province of Sa'ada began a
rebellion against the Yemeni government leader Ali Abdullah Saleh. The
beginning of insurgency by Rebel Al Houthi was due to dissatisfaction with the
government of Yemen leader Ali Abdullah Saleh who was more inclined to the
United States and made discrimination and economic marginalization of the
population in northern Yemen. The purpose of this research was to investigate
and examine the efforts made by the Government of Yemen leader Ali Abdullah
Saleh in the face of the Rebel Al Houthi. The method used was qualitative
research. The research used descriptive method that will explain an event by
considering the conclusion as a logical consequence of the existing problems .
Ali Abdullah Saleh's government had made various efforts in dealing with the
Rebel Al Houthi group by either military or peace-making approach. However,
negotiations carried out also often failed because of mutual distrust between the
two sides that led to the violation of the points that had been agreed until finally
both sides agreed to a ceasefire by asking other countries to become a
mediator

The women’s influence here is how the female figures contained in the novel Al-Faris Al-Jamil influence Mushab as the main character who is a leader in making a decision. This research uses an analysis of feminist literary criticism. Meanwhile, the method used in this research is library research. The results of this study indicate that the women’s influence on male decision making in the novel Al-Faris Al-Jamil by Ali Ahmad Baktsir is shown by Sukainah, Mush'ab’s wife and Umrah, his enemy's wife. This influence is seen in the public domain because the situations and conditions told in the novel is the war. The factors for women that can influence men's decision making in the novel Al-Faris Al-Jamil by Ali Ahmad Baktsir are intelligence and beauty
Arz’ın Hareketi Üzerine Ali Kuşçu’nun Görüşü ve Bircendî’nin Eleştirisi
No full textAli Kuşçu (ö. 879/1474) Nasîrüddîn Tûsî’nin Tecrîdü’l-i‘tikâd’ına yazdığı şerhte birkaç radikal tutum sergi- lemiştir. Dikkate değer argümanlarından biri, astronominin Aristotelesçi doğa felsefesine ihtiyaç duymadığı yönündeki ısrarıdır. Bu duruşu ve Arz’ın sükûnette olduğuna dair geçerli ampirik kanıtlar olmadığı konusun- da Tûsî ile hemfikir olması sebebiyle Kuşçu, dönen Arz varsayımından “aldatıcı hiçbir sonuç çıkmaz” sonucu- na varmıştır. Bir sonraki nesilden Abdülalî el-Bircendî (913/1507’de etkin), hem Aristotelesçi doğa felsefesinin reddi hem de Arz’ın sükûn durumunun ispatlanamazlığı konusunda Kuşçu’yu çürütmeye niyetliydi. Bircendî bunu yapmak için, Tûsî’nin et-Tezkire fî ilmi’l-hey’e adlı eserine yazdığı şerhte, astronomi ile iştigal edenler için Aristotelesçi doğa felsefesi ve metafiziğin gerekliliğine dair güçlü bir savunma takdim eder. Bunu yaparken Tûsî’nin, ampirik kanıtlar eksik olduğu için doğa felsefesi kullanılarak Arz’ın hareketsizliğinin savunulabilir biçimde kanıtlanabileceği, şeklindeki görüşünü teyit etmektedir. Bircendî’nin uzun tartışması epey ikna edi- cidir ve Arz’ın gerçekten dönüyor olması durumunda “dairesel eylemsizlik” olarak adlandırılabilecek teklifi de dahil olmak üzere bir dizi ilginç fikir içerir

Repetitive current control of two-level and interleaved three-phase PWM utility connected converters
No full textThis thesis is mainly concerned with investigations into digital repetitive current controlof two-level and interleaved utility connected PWM converters. The research ismotivated by the relatively poor performance of classical (PI) controllers when theutility voltage harmonic distortion is high. This is due to the low gain, and poordisturbance rejection of the PI controller at the utility harmonic frequencies. Repetitivefeedback controllers have the ability to track or reject periodic disturbances, such asutility harmonics, as they naturally have high gains at the utility voltage harmonicfrequencies, assuming that these frequencies do not change.Repetitive controllers (RC) are known for being sensitive to variations in systemparameters and disturbance frequency, which in practice renders them either ineffectiveor unstable. Another challenge arises from the memory requirements of RC in case ofthe absence of even harmonics, which can make its practical implementation difficultand expensive. In addition, another problem that has not been investigated extensivelyin the literature is that the effectiveness of RC is severely limited by the limitedbandwidth of the plant (the utility connected converter and its filter). Theoreticalanalysis and simulation results presented in this thesis show that RC could noteffectively reject disturbances at frequencies above the closed loop system bandwidth.The design of the converter's output filter bandwidth and the values of its componentsneed to be selected carefully, to enable RC to be used effectively.The research in this thesis focuses on investigating the practical implementation andperformance limits of two types of repetitive controllers (conventional and oddharmonics),used for current control of two-level utility connected converter with LCLoutput filter. The odd-harmonic repetitive controller halves the memory requirementand offers higher gains only at odd harmonic frequencies of interest. The overall controlscheme consists of the traditional classical tracking controller with a dual loop feedbacksystem and RC. The results indicate that the repetitive controller improves the steadystate error and the total harmonic distortion of the output current, provided that theplant's bandwidth is sufficiently large.Finally, a repetitive controller for an interleaved utility connected converter has beendesigned and investigated in this study. The interleaved converter system has higherbandwidth than the two-level converter, which improves the effectiveness of RC. Itprovides good disturbance rejection compared to classical controllers which results inlow output current THD. The RC was demonstrated to be robust despite uncertainty inutility impedance, while achieving a fast almost zero error convergence. The proposedRC has been experimentally implemented using a DSP and the results indicate that thequality of output current complies with international standards on harmonic limits andmatches simulation results obtained from the Matlab/Simulink model of the system
