No full textPenelitian ini mengkaji tinjauan yuridis mediasi sebagai upaya penyelesaian sengketa medis berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2023 tentang Kesehatan. Dalam sengketa medis, mediasi dipandang sebagai alternatif yang lebih efektif dibandingkan proses litigasi karena dapat menghindarkan pihak-pihak dari konflik berkepanjangan dan memberikan solusi yang saling menguntungkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mediasi memiliki kekuatan hukum yang signifikan dalam memberikan kepastian hukum dan menjaga hubungan baik antara pihak yang bersengketa. Proses mediasi didasarkan pada asas perundingan damai dengan keterlibatan mediator netral yang membantu para pihak mencapai kesepakatan. Oleh karena itu, mediasi menjadi solusi penting dalam menyelesaikan perselisihan terkait layanan medis yang sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum positif di Indonesia

No full textRiset ini mempunyai tujuan guna menganalisis secara yuridis pelaksanaan penjatuhan pidana bagi anak sebagaimana terlibat dalam aksi unjuk rasa tahun 2025 di Indonesia berdasarkan ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak (SPPA). Adapun dua rumusan masalah yang diajukan yaitu: bagaimana ketentuan hukum mengacu pada Undang-Undang SPPA mengatur penjatuhan pidana terhadap anak yang terlibat dalam aksi unjuk rasa, dan apakah penjatuhan pidana terhadap anak pelaku unjuk rasa tahun 2025 telah sesuai dengan prinsip perlindungan anak serta keadilan restoratif yang diamanatkan dalam Undang-Undang tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual. Sumber hukum primer yang digunakan meliputi Undang Undang SPPA, Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP), serta peraturan pelaksana lainnya yang berkaitan dengan sistem peradilan pidana anak. Bahan hukum sekunder diperoleh dari literatur, karya ilmiah, serta pendapat ahli hukum, sedangkan sumber hukum tersier berupa buku-buku hukum dan ensiklopedia hukum. Hasil riset yang didapatkan bahwa secara normatif, Undang-Undang SPPA telah memberikan pengaturan yang komprehensif mengenai penjatuhan pidana terhadap anak, termasuk kewajiban penerapan keadilan restoratif dan diversi pada setiap tahapan proses hukum. Namun, dalam praktiknya, penjatuhan pidana terhadap anak yang terlibat aksi unjuk rasa pada tahun 2025 masih menunjukkan adanya penyimpangan terhadap prinsip perlindungan anak, di mana aparat penegak hukum cenderung mengedepankan pendekatan represif dibandingkan pendekatan pembinaan. Hal ini mengindikasikan perlunya penguatan implementasi Undang-Undang SPPA agar penegakan hukum terhadap anak pelaku unjuk rasa benar-benar mencerminkan tujuan pembinaan dan pemulihan, bukan semata-mata pemidanaan

No full textPurpose: This study aimed to determine whether taxpayer awareness and tax socialization affect taxpayer compliance at the SAMSAT Office of Cianjur Regency.
Research methodology: This study used a simple random sampling technique and the Slovin method using Statistical Program for Society Science (SPSS) software. Primary data were obtained by distributing the questionnaires.
Results: Based on the results, it can be concluded that the variable awareness of taxpayers and tax socialization partially have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance.
Limitations: This study's limitation is the use of a questionnaire to obtain data, which allows the respondent to translate the questionnaire items differently from what the author intended. The questionnaire was distributed only to the taxpayer of a motor vehicle at the SAMSAT Office of Cianjur Regency.

No full textPeran media sosial Instagram dalam aktivitas manusia, bisa membuat aktivitas dari setiap orang, organisasi, maupun perusahaan dapat dilakukan melalui media internet, meskipun jumlah keseluruhan pengguna Instagram yang masih sedikit, namun pertumbuhan Instagram ternyata jauh melebihi media sosial lain. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, maka penulis ingin mengetahui faktor apa sajakah yang membuat seseorang berminat menggunakan Instagram, melalui teori UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology).
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan menggunakan metode online survey dan desain kausal pada Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, dan Social Influence terhadap Behavioral Intention Instagram. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Data penelitian ini didasarkan pada pengguna Instagram yang menjadi followers @infobdgcom, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Dalam penelitian ini, metode data uji yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji asumsi klasik. Kemudian analisis regresi berganda digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, dan Behavioral Intention Instagram sudah cukup tinggi. Kemudian hasil analisis regresi linier berganda mengemukakan temuan penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Performance Expectancy terhadap Behavioral Intention, dan Social Influence terhadap Behavioral Intention. Sementara itu Effort Expectancy tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention Instagram. Kemudian secara simultan, Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, dan Social Influence berpengaruh terhadap Behavioral Intention Instagram
----------- The role of social media Instagram in human interest, can make the activity of public, organization, or even the company are accessing internet, even though the total users of Instagram are still in a minority, the development of Instagram is increasing further than another social media. Based on this phenomenon, author want to know some factors which make people wants using Instagram, with UTAUT theory (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology).
The study uses descriptive and verifiable approach by online survey and causal design methods at Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, and Social Influence. Research data based on a 100 followers of @infobdgcom as the respondents. In this research, the author using the validity, reliability testing and classical assumption as the method of the test. Then multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis.
Results of study showed that the level of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Behavioral Intention Instagram is already high. Then Results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that partially, it has significant positive effect between Performance Expectancy toward Behavioral Intention, and Social Influence toward Behavioral Intention. Besides that, Effort Expectancy hasn’t significant positive effect toward Behavioral Intention Instagram. Then simultaneously, Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, and Social Influence has significant positive effect toward Behavioral Intention Instagram

The result of this study where Razi grouped into 5 verses about Istidraj First, Surah al-A'raf verse 182 indicates that Istidraj leads to destruction, second Surah al-Qalam verse 44 indicates the cause of being struck by istidraj, third Surah Ali-'Imran verse 178 explains istidraj for the disbelievers, fourth Surah al-An'am verse 44 explains about torture after pleasure and fifth Surah al-Mu'minun verses 55-56 explain Wealth and children do not always mean goodness

Considering the curriculum discussion is very diverse, from a narrow and broad scope, however in general the scope or component of the curriculum consists of elements (1) goals; (2) content or material; (3) material delivery process or system; and (4) evaluation. And in this paper not all elements of the curriculum are of concern, the discussion will only be focused on elements of objectives that will be associated with multicultural Islamic values. Thus the focus that is the main target of the author in this discussion is about goals, precisely about the hierarchy of the formulation or formulation of educational goals, and taxonomy to develop learning objectives and the preparation of instruments for evaluation of multicultural Islamic learning outcomes. Pada tulisan ini membahas tentang kurilum pendidikan Islam multikultulral. Mengingat pembahasan kurikulum sangat beragam, dari cakupan sempit maupun luas, namun demikian secara umum cakupan atau komponen kurikulum terdiri dari unsur (1) tujuan; (2) isi atau materi; (3) proses atau sistem penyampaian materi; dan (4) evaluasi. Dan dalam tulisan ini tidak seluruh elemen kurikulum tersebut menjadi perhatian, pembahasan hanya akan difokuskan pada elemen tujuan yang akan dihubungkan dengan nilai-nilai Islam multikultural. Penelitian ini menggambarkan tentang kepemimpinan
demokratis kepala madrasah di MTs Negeri 2 Pesawaran. Kepala
madrasah merupakan salah satu komponen pendidikan yang paling
berperan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Kepala madrasah
adalah penanggung jawab atas penyelenggaraan pendidikan,
administrasi madrasah, pembinaan tenaga pendidik, pendayagunaan
serta pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana juga sebagai supervisor pada
madrasah yang dipimpinnya. Untuk bisa memastikan gaya
kepemimpinan yang dipakai kepala MTS Negeri 2 Pesawaran
merupakan gaya kepemimpinan demokratis maka penulis melakukan
wawancara dengan kepala madrasah dan kepala tata usaha
berlandaskan indikator gaya kepemimpinan demokratis menurut Sobri
Sutikno pada saat pra prenelitian. Setelah mengetahui gaya
kepemimpinan yang dipakai kepala MTS Negeri 2 Pesawaran
merupakan gaya kepemimpinan demokratis, penulis tertarik untuk
melihat sejauh mana penerapan gaya kepemimpinan demokratis
kepala madrasah. Fokus utama penelitian adalah pendapatnya terfokus
pada hasil musyawarah, tenggang rasa, memberi kesempatan
pengembangan karier bawahan, menciptakan suasana kekeluargaan,
mengetahui kekurangan dan kelebihan bawahan, komunikatif dengan
bawahan, tanggap terhadap situasi.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Sumber
data dari penelitian ini di peroleh melalui wawancara dengan kepala
madrasah, kepala tata usaha dan guru MTs Negeri 2 Pesawaran.
Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik
wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam
penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan
penarikan kesimpulan. Sedangkan uji keabsahan data dilakukan
dengan triangulasi teknik.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepala
madrasah MTS Negeri 2 Pesawaran telah berupaya menerapkan
kepemimpinan demokratis yakni kepala madrasah selalu melakukan
musyawarah terlebih dahulu ketika dihadapkan dengan masalah
ataupun dalam merencanakan sesuatu, kepala madrasah juga
menerima segala masukan baik kritik maupun saran, kepala madrasah

memberikan kesempatan pengambangan karir terhadap bawahan dan
memfasilitasi guru yang mengikuti pelatihan, kepala madrasah selalu
menjaga hubungan baik antar guru agar tercipta suasana kekeluargaan,
kepala madrasah memberikan tugas kepada guru melihat keahlian
yang dimiliki oleh guru tersebut agar pekerjaan yang di lakukan tidak
menguras waktu dan apa yang di sampaikan oleh guru maksimal,
kepala madrasah komunikatif dengan bawahan dengan selalu berbaur
dengan anggotanya, kepala madrasah sangat partisipatif dengan
bawahannya kepala madrasah selalu memberikan dorongan dan
motivasi agar bawahannya berani mengutarakan ide, gagasan atau
pendapat, kepala madrasah tanggap terhadap situasi. Dengan demikian
dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan gaya kepemimpinan demokratis
kepala madrasah MTs Negeri 2 Pesawaran sudah terlaksana dengan
baik.

ABSTRACT
This study describes the democratic leadership of
madrasah principals at MTs Negeri 2 Pesawaran. The madrasah head
is one of the components of education that plays the most role in
improving the quality of education. The madrasah head is responsible
for the implementation of education, madrasah administration,
coaching teaching staff, utilization and maintenance of facilities and
infrastructure as well as a supervisor in the madrasah he leads. To be
able to ensure that the leadership style used by the head of MTS
Negeri 2 Pesawaran is a democratic leadership style, the author
conducted interviews with the head of the madrasa and the head of
administration based on indicators of democratic leadership style
according to Sobri Sutikno during pre-research. After knowing that
the leadership style used by the head of MTS Negeri 2 Pesawaran is a
democratic leadership style, the author is interested in seeing the
extent of the application of the democratic leadership style of the
madrasah head. The main focus of the research is that the opinion is
focused on the results of deliberation, tolerance, providing
opportunities for subordinate career development, creating a family
atmosphere, knowing the shortcomings and strengths of subordinates,
communicating with subordinates, responding to the situation.
This research uses qualitative methods. The data source
of this research was obtained through interviews with the head of the
madrasa, the head of administration and teachers of MTs Negeri 2
Pesawaran. Data collection techniques in this study used interview
techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques
in this study were carried out by reducing data, presenting data, and
drawing conclusions. While testing the validity of the data is done by
triangulation techniques.
The results of this study indicate that the head of the MTS
Negeri 2 Pesawaran madrassa has tried to implement democratic
leadership, namely the head of the madrassa always deliberates first
when faced with a problem or in planning something, the head of the
madrassa also accepts all input both criticism and suggestions, the
head of the madrassa provides career development opportunities for
subordinates and facilitates teachers who attend training, the head of

the madrassa always maintains good relations between teachers in
order to create a family atmosphere, The madrasah principal gives
assignments to teachers to see the expertise possessed by the teacher
so that the work done does not drain time and what the teacher
conveys is maximized, the madrasah principal is communicative with
subordinates by always mingling with his members, the madrasah
principal is very participatory with his subordinates, the madrasah
principal always provides encouragement and motivation so that his
subordinates dare to express ideas, ideas or opinions, the madrasah
principal is responsive to the situation. Thus it can be concluded that
the application of the democratic leadership style of the madrasah
head of MTs Negeri 2 Pesawaran has been carried out well.
