The Effect of Phubbing on the Decrease in the Value of Student Social Solidarity in the Millennial Era (An Environment Because It Focuses More on Gadgets)
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of phubbing on the decline in the value of student social solidarity in the millennial era (an environment because it is more focused on gadgets) in library and information science students at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. This research uses quantitative research methods. The research variable consists of one independent variable, namely: Phubbbing (X) and the binding variable, namely: a decrease in the value of student Social Solidarity in the Millennial era (Y). The sampling technique used was technique sampling with a total of 111 students, while the samples were 87 students. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis test using the mean formula and the results of the derivative of the grand mean of the variable (X), it is categorized well with a mean value of 3.2. While the variable (Y) is categorized as good with an average value of 2.89. The result of the product moment correlation test, that the large correlation coefficient between variable (X) and variable (Y) obtained a result of 0.711, the coefficient interval between 0.80-1000 shows a very strong influence, where the direction of the influence is positive because the R value shows a number positive. The simple regression results for variable (X) and variable (Y) Y = 10.553 + 0, 802X and R Square for 0.711 means that the effect of variable (X) with variable (Y) is 52.20%. Other factors outside this study amounted to 48.80%
The Relationship Between Parent’s Attention and Student's Learning Achievement in PAI Study at Elementary School
This study aims to analyze the extent to which the relationship between parental attention and student achievement in Islamic Religious Education at SDN 11 Tanjung Barulak. This research is correlational quantitative research with sample in this study was taken using a proportionate stratified random sampling technique with 20 students. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire which was used to see whether or not there was a relationship between parental attention and student achievement in Islamic Religious Education subjects. The data analysis that the author did in this study was a product-moment correlation analysis. The results showed that the calculation of count show that the number obtained is 0.644 after a search with r-table at a significant level of 5% (0.443) r-count is greater than rtable (0.644 > 0.443) it can be interpreted that the relationship between parental attention and student achievement in subjects Islamic Religious Education at elementary school. This research also implies that the more attention paid by the parent, the higher the student learning achievement
The Effect of Transformational Leadership of Madrasah Principals and Teacher Performance on Madrasah Quality
This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership of madrasah principals and teacher performance on the quality of madrasah. The methodology used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sample on this research is 70 teachers of State Islamic Senior High School (MAN) at Solok, West Sumatera, Indonesia. Data were collected using a Likert scale model questionnaire via a google form. Prerequisite tests performed were normality test, linearity test, homogeneity test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test with SPSS application. The results of the prerequisite test state that all data are normally distributed, two independent variables have a linear relationship, the respondents from a homogeneous sample, there are no symptoms of multicollinearity, and two independent variables do not occur heteroscedasticity. Data were analyzed using simple regression, multiple regression, and partial correlation analysis. The results showed that the influence of transformational leadership of the madrasah principal on the quality was 0.846 (strong correlation), with an effect of 71.6%. In addition, the influence of teacher performance on the quality of madrasah was 0.740 (strong correlation), the effect is 54.8%. Furthermore, the influence of transformational leadership of madrasah principals and teacher performance on the quality of madrasah was 0.861 (strong correlation), while the effect is 73.3%, and other factors influenced the remaining 26.7%
Pengembangan Modul Interaktif Dengan Menggunakan Lectora Inspire 18 Pada Mata Pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam di MAN 2 Tanah Datar
AbstrakPenelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengembangkan modul interaktif berbasis multimedia┬á ┬ádengan┬á ┬ámenggunakan┬á ┬áLectora┬á ┬áInspire┬á ┬á18┬á┬á pada┬á ┬ámata┬á ┬ápelajaran┬á ┬áSejarah Kebudayaan ┬áIslam. ┬áProses ┬ábelajar ┬ámengajar ┬áyang ┬ádapat ┬ámendorong ┬ámotivasi┬á dan ┬áminat peserta didik adalah salah satu keunggulan pembelajaran dengan berkonsep multimedia. Merode penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development dengan menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D. Analisis kebutuhan dimulai dengan mewawancarai guru dan peserta didik, menganalisis RPP, menganalisis silabus, serta menganalisis bahan ajar yang digunakan oleh guru. Pengembangan modul interaktif dengan menggunakan Lectora Inspire 18 pada mata pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam mengacu pada ┬áhasil ┬áanalisis ┬ákebutuhan ┬áyang ┬átelah┬á dilakukan. ┬áBerdasarkan ┬áhasil ┬ávalidasi ┬ádan praktikalitas ┬ámenunjukkan bahwa produk yang dikembangkan dapat dikategorikan valid dan sangat praktis.AbstractThe research was intended to develop multimedia-based interactive modules using a Lectora Inspire 18 on History of Islamic Culture (Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam) subject. Tteaching process that can drive learnersÔÇÖ motivation and interest is one of the advantages of multimedia concept. This research was development research (R & D) using 4-D development model. The need analysis began with interviewing teachers and kearners, analyzing RPP (lesson plan), analyzing syllabus, and analyzing the teaching materials used by teachers. The development of interactive module using a Lectora Inspire 18 on the subject referred to the results of need analysis. The developed product can be categorized valid and highly practical based on validation and practicality process
Pola Komunikasi Jarak Jauh Anak Dengan Orang Tua Mahasiswa Fakultas Ushuluddin Adab dan Dakwah IAIN Batusangkar
The main problem in this study is the pattern of long-distance communication between children and parents. The pattern here is defined as the form, method, communication model used by FUAD IAIN Batusangkar students when communicating with their parents, and also the barriers to the child's long distance communication with parents. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The research informants were FUAD IAIN Batusangkar students who lived far from their parents. Data collection techniques that researchers use are observation, in-depth interviews. According to Sugiyono (2013: 245) data analysis in qualitative research carried out since before entering the field, during the field and after the field.  The results showed that the pattern of long-distance communication between children and parents of students of the Fakltas Ushuluddin Adab and Da'wah was a Stimulus-Response Communication Pattern in two Directions they experience and equally respond to what message they receive, and between them there is no limit to each other when communicating the point here is that in this communication process both communicators and communicants have the same position, so that the communication process can begin and ends where and whenever
Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah, Disiplin dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru Matematika MTs Negeri Se-Kabupaten Tanah Datar
Teacher performance is a learning process as an effort to develop existing activities into better activities so that teacher goals have been achieved well through a learning activity carried out by the teacher by the targets and objectives. The method used in this study is the correlational quantitative research method. This correlational quantitative research method aims to explain a phenomenon by utilizing numbers that describe the characteristics of the subject under study. This research was conducted in MTs Negeri throughout Tanah Datar Regency. The population in the study was MTs mathematics teachers in Tanah Datar Regency as many as 100 people—sampling technique simple random sampling technique or simple random sample, for data analysis techniques use the Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, Linearity Test, Multicollinearity Test, Autocorrelation Test, Heterokedacity Test, Simple Linear Regression, and Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the leadership of the head of the madrasah and the performance of mathematics teachers of MTs Negeri Se-Kabupaten Tanah Datar. There is a significant influence between work disciplines on the performance of MTs State mathematics teachers in Tanah Datar District. There is a significant influence between work motivation and the performance of MTs Negeri mathematics teachers in Tanah Datar District. There is a significant influence between the leadership of the head of the madrasah, discipline, and motivation of teacher work on the performance of mathematics teachers MTs Negeri Se-Kabupaten Tanah Datar.Kinerja guru merupakan proses pembelajaran sebagai upaya mengembangkan kegiatan yang ada menjadi kegiatan yang lebih baik, sehingga tujuan guru yang telah dicapai dengan baik melalui suatu kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan oleh guru sesuai dengan target dan tujuan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasional ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penjelasan terhadap suatu fenomena dengan memanfaatkan angka-angka yang menggambarkan karakteristik dari subjek yang diteliti. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MTs Negeri se-Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Populasi dalam penelitian yaitu guru matematika MTs se-Kabupaten Tanah Datar sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel teknik simple random sampling atau sampel acak sederhana. Untuk Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji Normalitas, Uji Homogenitas, Uji Linearitas, Uji Multikolinearitas, Uji Autokorelasi, Uji Heterokedasitas, Regresi Linear Sederhana, Regresi Linear Multiple. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, dapat diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru matematika MTs Negeri Se-Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru matematika MTs Negeri Se-Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru matematika MTs Negeri Se-Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Jalur Mandiri di SD Negeri Gugus 1 Kecamatan Gunung Talang Kabupaten Solok
This research is motivated by the implementation of the independent curriculum for independent pathways changing at the elementary school level after the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is qualitative. The research location is in the public elementary school in Gugus 1, Gunung Talang Subdistrict. The data collection techniques used were semi-structured interviews, observation sheets, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are condensing data, displaying data, drawing conclusions, and verifying data. The results showed that 1) There is a change in the form of planning in the implementation of the independent pathway curriculum which focuses on aspects of curriculum, human resources, financing, facilities and infrastructure. 2) Implementation of the independent pathway curriculum begins with the formulation of learning objectives, preparation of a flow of learning objectives, diagnostic assessment at the beginning of learning, technical guidance and socialization of teachers and parents, and fulfilment of learning resources and learning media. 3) The form of supervision of the implementation of the independent curriculum is carried out on aspects of the learning process, preparation of learning tools, and reports on learning outcomes.Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penerapan kurikulum merdeka jalur mandiri jenjang sekolah dasar pasca Pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian adalah di SD Negeri se Gugus 1 Kecamatan Gunung Talang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dengan tipe semi terstruktur, lembar observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data adalah dengan cara kondensasi data, tampilan data, penarikan kesimpulan, dan verivikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, 1) Terdapat perubahan bentuk perencanaan dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka jalur mandiri yang berfokus pada aspek kurikulum, sumber daya manusia, pembiayaan, sarana dan prasarana. 2) Implementasi kurikulum merdeka jalur mandiri diawali dengan perumusan tujuan pembelajaran, penyusunan alur tujuan pembelajaran, assessment diagnostik diawal pembelajaran, bimbingan teknis dan sosialisasi terhadap guru dan orang tua, serta pemenuhan sumber belajar dan media pembelajaran. 3) Bentuk pengawasan terhadap implementasi kurikulum merdeka jalur mandiri dilakukan pada aspek proses pembelajaran, penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran, dan laporan hasil belaja

Pengembangan Video Animasi Interaktif dengan Aplikasi Benime pada Materi Qurban dan Akikah Mata Pelajaran Fiqh Kelas X di MAS TI Paninggahan
This research departs from the problem that there are still many educators learning using conventional learning media and still not using media in the learning process. The weakness of the existing learning media is that it places too much emphasis on mastery of the material rather than the process of developing problems. Not all audio-visual media are in accordance with learning materials. This research generally aims to determine the validity and practicality of developing interactive animated videos with benime applications on Qurban and Akikah material in class X Fiqh at Madrasah Aliyah. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The data collection technique used by researchers was in the form of validation sheets and questionnaires. The subjects of this study were students of class X. The location of this research was at MAS TI Paninggahan. This research produced learning media products in the form of interactive animated videos with the benime application on Qurban and Akikah material in class X fiqh at Madrasah Aliyah. The results of the validity test of learning videos from several aspects obtained a value of 88.3% in the "very valid" category, then the results of the practicality test of learning videos from several aspects obtained a value of 91.1% in the "very practical" category
PENGEMBANGAN E-MODUL PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM INTEGRATIF DENGAN ILMU PENGETAHUAN ALAM PADA TEMA SISTEM PEREDARAN DARAH PADA MANUSIA STUDI DI SMPIT QURRATA A’YUN BATUSANGKAR TAHUN 2021
The purpose of this study is to develop an integrated Islamic education learning e-module with natural science on the theme of the circulatory system in humans that is valid and practical. The development method used is the research and development method with the ADDIE development model consisting of the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. At the analysis stage, data obtained that Islamic religious Education learning has not been integrated with natural sciences. The design stage is carried out by designing a product in the form of an integrative e-module for Islamic Religious Education subjects with natural science subjects on the theme of the human circulatory system. The development stage is the product validation stage by the validator with a score of 0,754 in the “valid” category. The implementation phase was carried out on six of student grade VIII of SMP IT Qurrata A’yun Batusangkar with a score of 0,894 in the “very practical” category. The evaluation stage is carried out to improve the product in accordance with expert input and suggestion. Based on the result of the validity and practicality of the product with valid and practical categories, it can be concluded that the integrated e-module of Islamic religious education learning with natural science on the theme of the human circulatory system can be used in learning.Keywords: E-module, Islamic religious education, Integrative
