La question du devenir pénal des sortants de prison s’impose dans une réflexion générale sur la récidive et la réinsertion sociale. Un échantillon de la population carcérale a été constituée à partir d’un terrain professionnel afin d’étudier les parcours et les profils sociaux des sortants. Cette recherche, dans une approche quantitative et qualitative, tente de dégager les déterminants sociaux les plus prédictifs de l’évolution du parcours post-carcéral.L’analyse des effets des fins de peines aménagées, et plus généralement les parcours de vie, permet d’isoler un certain nombre de facteurs qui marquent, en tendance, la poursuite d’un parcours pénal. La nature et la qualité du lien social qui caractérise l’individu avant l’incarcération, déterminent la poursuite d’un parcours pénal ou son interruption. Se trouve également réaffirmée la plus forte répression de l’illégalisme populaire (vol, violence, infraction au code de la route), délinquance touchée le plus largement par la récidive, et caractéristique des couches sociales les plus pauvres.More than 80 000 inmates have been released from French prisons in the last ten years. The acute oncologist’s role in managing patients with cancer and other comorbidities
No full textBackground: An Acute Oncology Service (AOS) is paramount to providing timely and improved pathways of care for patients who are admitted to hospital with cancer-related problems or suspected cancer. Objective: To establish an AOS pilot study to decide how best to implement such a service locally. Methods: The AOS, which included collaboration between the oncology and palliative care teams at the Northern General Hospital in Sheffield, UK, ensured that the majority of oncology patients in the region received timely assessment by an oncologist if they became acutely unwell as a result of their cancer or its treatment. The AOS consisted of a thrice-weekly ward round, and daily telephone advice service. Results: We report on patient data during the first 12 months of the pilot study. Delivery of the AOS enhanced communication between the services and provided inter-professional education and support, resulting in earlier oncological team involvement in the management of patients with cancer admitted under other teams, as well as provision of advice to patients and their caregivers and families. Provision of the AOS shortened the mean length of hospital stay by 6 days. Two case studies are presented to illustrate the typical challenges faced when managing these patients. Conclusions: Establishment of the AOS enabled effective collaboration between the oncology and other clinical teams to provide a rapid and streamlined referral pathway of patients to the AOS. Locally, this process has been supported by the development of acute oncology protocols, which are now in use across the local cancer network. Journal of Comorbidity 2012;2(1):10–17

regiones de Coquimbo y de Los Lagos son las que presentan un porcentaje más elevado de adultos mayores en Fonasa. A su vez,
la Región Metropolitana es la que presenta menor porcentaje de personas de este grupo etario en el sistema público de salud.
Cabe destacar que la región de Valparaíso alcanza un nivel del 85,2%. (SENAMA, 2013)
El uso de tecnologías de información y de comunicación, en los servicios de salud en las últimas décadas, ha tomado tal impulso,
hasta el punto de convertirse en herramientas imprescindibles en el funcionamiento diario y rutinario de cualquier centro de
salud, por más simple que este sea, una parte importante de estas herramientas es el uso de software o plataformas virtuales, las
cuales son adaptadas, creadas o modificadas según sea el uso que se le brinde en las diversas unidades dentro de las
instituciones, y por supuesto para los profesionales que las utilicen. (ADIMARK, 2013)
El objetivo de este trabajo es que por medio de una búsqueda bibliográfica, se identifiquen las principales intervenciones
realizadas que contemplen el uso de la mensajería de texto, tomando especial interés en las cantidades de pacientes por
intervención, la cantidad de mensajes enviados, la frecuencia de estos últimos, el contenido de ellos y los resultados obtenidos
luego de ser implementada la intervención. También, se espera definir las principales patologías prevalentes en nuestra
población objetivo (adultos mayores), las dificultades que estos pudiesen presentar, tales como visuales, de movilidad,
comprensión y comunicación. Por último, definir las principales normativas y requerimientos técnicos en la implementación del
desarrollo de un software y una plataforma virtual. Se presenta un diagrama de funcionamiento del software dividido en 4
etapas; la base de datos (almacenamiento de información), interfaz usuaria (apariencia del software), envío de información
(mediante SMS) y finalmente la recepción del paciente (resguardada por un consentimiento informado).
Para el desarrollo, la metodología utilizada en el presente trabajo es el modelo espiral de 6 regiones y método MEDSI de Jonás
Montilva. El primero considera el ciclo de vida del software y su evolución, en tanto el segundo nos entrega las herramientas
metodológicas y técnicas de desarrollo de sistemas de información paso a paso, explicando en primer lugar, de manera muy
general, lo que debe hacerse, para luego entrar en lo específico.
Se ha diseñado un prototipo de una plataforma con la herramienta WireframeSkcetcher, en la cual se han generado tres tipos de
categorías. La primera para el administrador, la segunda es la correspondiente al personal clínico, y una tercera referida a los
asistentes de la institución. A su vez, se agregó un cuarto campo para la solicitud de ingreso para nuevos usuarios. Con el uso de
ese prototipo se intentan cubrir todas las funcionalidades y alcance posible de los usuarios de ella
