Currently, distributed real-time control systems need the creation of devices that perform online computing operations close to the sensor. The proposed online-computers of elementary mathematical functions can be used as components for the functional conversion of signals in the form of pulse streams received from measuring sensors with frequency output.
Objective. The objective of the study is the development of mathematical, architectural and automata models for the design of bit-stream online-computers of elementary mathematical functions in order to create a unified approach to their design, due to which the accuracy of calculating functions can be increased, functional capabilities expanded, hardware costs reduced, and design efficiency increased.
Method. Mathematical models of devices were developed using the method of forming increments of ascending step functions based on inverse functions with minimization of calculation error. Automata models of online-computers based on Moore’s Finite State Machine have been developed, the graph diagrams of which made it possible to ensure the clarity of function implementation algorithms, to increase visibility and invariance of implementation in formal languages of programming and hardware description.
Results. The paper presents the results of research, development and practical approbation of design models of bit-stream online-computers of power functions and root extraction function. A generalized architecture of an online-computer was proposed.
Conclusions. The considered functional online-computers are effective from the point of view of calculation accuracy, simplicity of technical implementation, and universality of the architecture.
UK: Актуальність. В даний час розподілені системи управління реального часу потребують створення пристроїв, які виконують онлайн-обчислювальні операції в оточенні датчика. Запропоновані online-обчислювачі елементарних математичних функцій можуть бути використані як компоненти для функціонального перетворення сигналів у вигляді імпульсних потоків, що надходять від вимірювальних датчиків з частотним виходом.
Мета роботи. Розробка математичних, архітектурних та автоматних моделей проєктування біт-потокових онлайн- обчислювачів елементарних математичних функцій з метою створення єдиного підходу до їх проєктування, завдяки якому можливо підвищити точність обчислення функцій, розширити функціональні можливості, зменшити апаратупні витрати та підвищити ефективність проєктування.
Метод. Розроблено математичні моделі пристроїв з використанням методу формування приростів ступінчастих функцій на основі обернених функцій з мінімізацією похибки обчислень. Розроблено автоматні моделі онлайн- обчислювачів на основі кінцевого автомата Мура, графові моделі яких дозволили забезпечити чіткість алгоритмів реалізації функцій, підвищити наочність та інваріантність реалізації на формальних мовах програмування та опису апаратури.
Результати. У статті наведено результати дослідження, розробки та практичної апробації моделей проєктування біт-потокових онлайн- обчислювачів степеневої функції та функції вилучення кореня. Запропоновано узагальнену архітектуру онлайн- обчислювача.
Висновки. Розглянуті функціональні онлайн- обчислювачі ефективні з точки зору точності обчислень, простоти технічної реалізації та універсальності архітектури
The Mothers’ Index As An Indicator Of Demographic Security

Digitalized Branded Speaking Subject or New Media Consumption Culture Politics to Change Communication

ern communication change in its digital and brand constituents. This subject is simultaneously a consumer and a co-creator of a digital product, i. e. a prosumer. The following tasks are realized in the paper: 1) to show that the postmodern speaking subject has gained a new status in the postmodern communication space — digitalized branded; 2) to prove that this status is acquired with the help of new media; 3) to analyze the digitalized branded speaking subject as whether the new status is an advancement of his/her identity or submission to new media powerful politics, so it is the latter to give false feeling of free, true and everywhere-presence communication via social networking for the postmodern digitalized speaking subject. The research core terms «new media» and «the digitalized branded speaking subject» are defined by the author as «a new type of communication for the speaking subject in the digital era incorporated within new technologies’ and «the e-communication subject under brand power politics influence» respectively. Nike Company is taken as an example of the digitalized-branded-subject-of-new-media-consumption-politics emergence by analyzing Nike Company website trough e-communication between the company and its customer from registration, finding the company in social networks, buying Nike goods online with the possible comment giving and evaluation to becoming a company member by creating a free Nike+ account that gives belonging to the brand and this brand loyalty and also Nike tips-advice-and-recommendation expert live chat with non-English-speaking subject exclusion politics. Nevertheless, the speaking subject is the company product prosumer, though he/she is still under new media powerful politics as it is the company that offers the very e-communication to the speaking subject.

No full text<p>The Russian Federation is currently moving to a new model of spatial development of its economy, also by creating areas of advanced social and economic development. The Far Eastern Federal District was the first in establishing of such special regime territories. In 2014, the process spread to single-industry urban settlements. In this case, the main purpose is to develop business enterprises not connected with the townforming enterprise. For the Republic of Karelia, issues related to monotowns cities are relevant. On the territory of the republic there are eleven mononowns, and two of them contain territories of advanced development, i.e. «Nadvoitsy» and «Kondopoga». The purpose of this article is to assess the functioning of the zones of advanced development and their impact on the development of the region, as well as to identify problems<br />and develop proposals for their elimination. The research employed such general scientific methods and techniques as induction and deduction, synthesis, comparative and comparable analysis. The article reveals the features and the role of the territories of advanced social and economic development in the economic development of the country and the region in particular, as exemplified by the Republic of Karelia.
