The ‘harder when brighter’ X-ray behaviour of the low-luminosity active galactic nucleus NGC 7213
No full textWe present the first robust evidence of an anticorrelation between the X-ray photon index, Γ, and the X-ray luminosity in a single low-luminosity active galactic nucleus (LLAGN), NGC 7213. Until today, such anticorrelation trends have been seen only in large samples of LLAGN that span a wide range of X-ray fluxes, although the opposite behaviour (i.e. a positive correlation between Γ and X-ray luminosity) has been extensively studied for individual X-ray bright active galactic nuclei. For NGC 7213, we use the long-term X-ray monitoring data of the Rossi X-ray Timing Explorer (RXTE), regularly obtained on average every two days from 2006 March to 2009 December. Based on our X-ray data, we derive the Γ versus flux and the hardness ratio versus flux relations, indicating clearly that NGC 7213 follows a ‘harder when brighter’ spectral behaviour. Additionally, by analysing radio and optical data, and combining data from the literature, we form the most complete spectral energy distribution (SED) of the source across the electromagnetic spectrum yielding a bolometric luminosity of 1.7 × 1043 erg s-1. Phenomenologically, the SED of NGC 7213 is similar to that of a low-ionization nuclear emission-line region. The robust anticorrelation trend that we find between Γ and X-ray luminosity together with the low accretion rate of the source, 0.14 per cent that of the Eddington limit, makes NGC 7213 the first LLAGN exhibiting a similar spectral behaviour with that of black hole X-ray binaries in the ‘hard state’

Get PDFEl presente trabajo de investigación titulado “Acompañamiento y monitoreo en el
proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje según docentes de la IE 7213”, tiene como
objetivo general, determinar la relación que existe entre el acompañamiento y el
monitoreo en el proceso enseñanza- aprendizaje en los estudiantes de la I.E. N°
7213, Villa el Salvador, Lima.
La investigación se ha desarrollado bajo el enfoque cuantitativo y el diseño
de la investigación es no experimental, de tipo transversal descriptivo
correlacional. Para ello se contó con una población de 112 docentes de la
institución educativa 7213, considerando que se investiga en la institución
educativa y con la totalidad de los docentes de educación primaria y secundaria
se establece que se trata de un estudio censal. Para la recolección de datos se
utilizó el instrumento del cuestionario.
Se concluyó que: Con un coeficiente de correlación rho Spearman = ,806 y
un valor p = 0,000 menor al nivel α = 0,05, se concluye que: Existe relación
significativa entre el Acompañamiento y el Monitoreo en el proceso de enseñanza
aprendizaje según docentes de la I.E. N° 7213 “Peruano Japonés” de Villa el
Salvador, Lima, el año 2016. Cabe precisarse que esta relación es de una
magnitud alta lo que indica que las características del acompañamiento
determinan las capacidades para el Monitoreo en el proceso de enseñanza
aprendizaje
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

institución educativa del nivel primaria y secundaria con el objetivo de explicar la
relación que existe entre la gestión del talento humano y el trabajo en equipo en la
I.E. N° 7213 Peruano Japonés.
Estudio de investigación fue básico; se consideró como muestra a 110
miembros de educación básica, siendo la población censal de 110 miembros, se
administró el instrumento a 110 miembros de la institución educativa, es un
instrumento pertinente validado por el juicio de expertos y estandarizado con el
Alpha de cronbach (0.948).
La hipótesis se contrastó con la estadística inferencial y se evidencia en los
resultados que existe relación directa y significativa de la gestión del talento
humano y el trabajo en equipo en concordancia con el coeficiente de correlación
Rho de Spearman r = 0,987, es en el nivel de significancia de 0,01% de margen de
error (bilateral) y 99% de confiabilidad de los datos en las variables de
investigación, por lo tanto afirmamos que existe correlación positiva alta y existe
relación significativa de la gestión del talento humano con el trabajo en equipo de la
Institución Educativa N° 7213 Peruano Japonés de Villa El Salvador de Lima, 2016
