PENGARUH BAURAN PEMASARAN ( MARKETING MIX ) TERHADAP EFEKTIFITAS VOLUME PENJUALAN SAYURAN
Being able to choose healthy food is the most important part of our latest
lifestyle such as choosing hydroponic vegetables. PT Kusuma Satria Dinasasri
Wisatajaya Batu is the main producer of pest icide free vegetables and fruit
(hydroponic) which has promising prospect in its venture unit. Therefore we should
organize reviewing toward effect iveness of sales volume. Within market ing there is a
mix (market ing mix) which is part of market ing strategy consist of product, price,
promotion, and distribut ion (place) within its market ing plan.
To answer those questions author would like to offer hypothesis as follows:
Sales Volume Effect iveness for Hydroponic Vegetables Affected by Market ing Mix at
PT. Kusuma Dinasaari Wisatajaya Batu. Study method used in this paper is Descript ive
Stat ist ic Analysis and Mult iple Linear Regression Analysis.
Based on the method used in this study it is known that market ing mix
implemented by PT. Kusuma Satria Dinasasri Wisatajaya Batu is quite effect ive, this is
showed by each value of independent variables regression coefficient that is product ion
cost (X1) 0,596, price pricing (X2) 10291,265; promot ion cost (X3) 9,668 and
distribut ion cost (X4) 3,358. It means that chosen variables has significant affect
toward sales volume.

Efektivitas Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE) di Desa Banglas Kecamatan Tebing Tinggi Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti
Poverty is a socio-economic condition of citizens who are unable to meet basic needs appropriate to humanity. One of the government-implemented models for empowerment of the poor is the existence of KUBE. A joint business group (KUBE) is a collection of families of the poor that are formed, grow and develop on their own initiative, associate with each other and live in certain regional units. With the help of KUBE, it is hoped that the KUBE that is being managed will continue to grow and bring about changes in the social well-being of members of the Joint Business Group (KUBE). In this article, the author uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The researcher uses Sharma's theory of organizational effectiveness. The results of this study showed that the effectiveness of the Joint Business Group (KUBE) in Banglas Village, Tebing Tinggi District, Meranti Islands Regency was still less effective and not optimal in implementation because there were still inhibiting factors, namely conflict among members causing KUBE management to malfunction, lack of skills, Human Resources (HR) and unfair competition
Implementasi Kebijakan Ruang Terbuka Hijau Di Kota Dumai
Dumai City is one of the newly expanded cities in Riau Province, where this area was originally an administrative city with three sub-districts, and is under the main district, namely Bengkalis Regency. In the past, the geographical condition of the Dumai region was a coastal fishing settlement area that developed along its coastline. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation, identify the inhibiting factors in implementing the policy, and identify the efforts made by the Dumai City Government in implementing the policy for Green Open Space (RTH) in Dumai City. The form of research that the author uses in writing this research is to use a descriptive method with a qualitative data analysis approach. Implementasi Peraturan Kementerian Perdagangan Tentang Larangan Impor Pakaian Bekas (Studi Kasus di Tembilahan)
The Ministry of Trade Regulation on the Prohibition on the Import of Used Clothes is established since 2015, if the implementation of this policy is well implemented it will generate enormous benefits for the Indonesian State especially for the domestic textile industry. According to data from the Ministry of Commerce published in online news Inhil klik.com on Monday, February 9, 2015 mention that the most used clothing storage area in Indonesia is in Indragiri Hilir regency is in Tembilahan. Indragiri Hilir regency, which directly borders neighboring countries such as Singapore, has a great potential to import used clothing so that it needs an intensive and professional handling. Implementation of policies in principle is a way for a policy to achieve its objectives, no more and no less. The problem of this research is how Implementation of Ministry of Trade Regulation on Prohibition of Imported Used Clothes (Case Study in Tembilahan) and What are the factors that hinder the implementation of the policy. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze Implementation of Ministry of Trade Regulation on Prohibition of Imported Used Clothing (Case Study in Tembilahan) and to know and analyze the implementation.The concept of theory that the author uses is policy and policy implementation. And the theory used is Grindle theory with two variables namely policy content and implementation environment. This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive data assessment. In data collection, the authors use interviews, observation and documentation. By using key information as a source of information.The results of this indicate that the implementation of trade ministry regulations on the ban on imports of used clothing (Case studies in Tembilahan) has not run optimally. The factors which is obstruct the implementation of trade ministry regulations concerning are human resources from the actor of policy, still lack of coordination among related institutions, still lack of financial budger to finance socialization to the target group, economic condition of society, the location of the culture and culture of the people in Tembilahan
Evaluasi Implementasi Kebijakan Tentang Tatanan Kebandarudaraan Nasional (Studi pada Bandar Udara Sultan Syarif Kasim II)
Based on direct observations in the field indicate that the airport system at Sultan Syarif Kasim II Airport is still not in accordance with the established policy. Preparation of the national airport system is based on aspects of spatial planning, economic growth, environmental sustainability, security and aviation safety. The indications can be formulated problems in this research that is how the policy of Airport order at Sultan Syarif Kasim II Airport and the factors that affect the Airport order policy at Sultan Syarif Kasim II Airport. The author uses William N. Dunn's theory of evaluating policies based on indicators of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, leveling, responsiveness and accuracy for analyze in this problem. This research was conducted in Pekanbaru City, using qualitative method. All answers obtained from informants / respondents and document that can be through observation, analyzed to get conclusions and suggestions. The results of this research indicate the implementation of the Airport system at Sultan Syarif Kasim II Airport is not in accordance with the established policy. While the factors affecting the Airport Regulation Policy at Sultan Syarif Kasim II Airport, the Spatial Planning Plan (RTRW) of Pekanbaru City can not be used as the foundation of development, quality and strength of Human Resources (HR) that has not been fulfilled, the limited authority of local government . Labor constraints can be identified are: 1) Many companies disseminate job informationand recruitment alone without cooperating with Dinsosnakertrans. 2) Many job seekers whochoose to work too selective in choosing only bona fide jobs and high-paying. 3) The growth ofthe labor force that is faster than the growth of employment opportunities available. 4) Lack ofcommunication between providers working with job seekers. The formulation of the mainproblem in this research are: 1) How the implementation of the Department of Labor function inthe distribution of labor in the city of Pekanbaru? 2) factors that support the Department of Laborin the distribution of labor in the city of Pekanbaru. 3) How can private companies in Pekanbaruhelp program the Department of Labor in the distribution of labor in the city of Pekanbaru?This study used qualitative research methods to understand the phenomenon or a socialphenomenon with more emphasis on the complete picture of the phenomenon under study thanmemperincinya become variables are interrelated. This research was conducted at the office ofthe Department of Labor Pekanbaru. The reason the researchers chose the Department of Laboroffice Pekanbaru. Analisis Jabatan Struktural pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Bengkalis
Job analysis has a very important role in Human Resource Management for achieving the organization main goal. From the analysis of these positions then the organization will be able to determine characteristics such as what should be owned by prospective employees before taking a position, the output in the form job spesification and descriptions. This research was conducted at the district Secretariat Bengkalis in order to determine how the analysis of the structural position in Bengkalis district Secretariat and to determine the factors that become obstacles in the analysis positions at the district Secretariat Bengkalis. This study uses theory Moekijat (2010) with qualitative research methods. In conducting the data collection data collection techniques used observation and interview to the informant research. After the data is collected and the conclusions drawn and analyzed using descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques. The conclusion of this research is the analysis of structural positions at the district Secretariat Bengkalis been good, but there are some things that have not been implemented optimally. In the job spesification, there are the employees who are placed in areas that do not correspond with the educational background and to the position description is also already well as good working conditions. Constraints faced by the Secretariat of the district Bengkalis in job analysis lack the skills and capabilities of the employess in accordance with the position they occupy causes the task that can not be resolved properly and experience related to the position hel by the employees is nit fully associated with the position they occupy now. The author suggested to the district Secretariat Bengkalis order in Human Resorces planning by hail job analysis so that the formation of professional personnel in carrying out their duties
Perspective on Contemporary Rural Development Transformation: Dialogue and Dialectics
Purpose: The author tries to present data holistically related to the keywords transformation and governance, this is intended so that in managing change it can answer public problems and direct changes that have sustainable benefits.
Theoretical Framework: Design/methodology/approach – By conducting a bibliometric analysis of 1,209 research articles published during 1964 - 2023 with the keyword Rural Transformation in the subject area of social sciences.
Method: Taken from Scopus indexed articles, this research provides comprehensive insights from abstraction and keyword analysis. The research flow that emerged was further evaluated using VOSviewer software.
Result: This study illustrates the transformation trend which leads to the study of local people, social relations, rural geography, this illustrates that rural transformation needs to study the grassroots aspect of individuals who are in groups within perspective of change, future changes certainly need to pay attention to aspects of capita income, land use transition and optimization.
Conclusions: The influence of the environment on the organization is determinant, where the environment contributes to the success or effectiveness of the organization by entering or supplying inputs in the form of resources and information and determining the form of products or services (services). In order to ensure that the organization is in harmony with its environment, the organization must carefully define and ensure that the input flow is maintained in the decision-making process and the implementation and distribution of the results, especially in the process of organizational change

The Effect of Physical Exercise on Quality of Life of Breast Cancer Survivors: A Systematic Review
Background: Exercise generally improves the quality of life (QoL) in adult populations especially for patients with chronic health problems such as breast cancer. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of physical exercise/activity on the quality of life of breast cancer survivors. Subjects and Method: This was a systematic review study that used articles from online databases, such as PubMed, Science Direct, ProQuest dan Medline, which was published from 2000 to 2021. The author used keywords of “physical exercise”, “physical activity”, “quality of life”, “breast cancer survivor”. The dependent variable was quality of life. The independent variable was physical exercise/ activity. As many as 5 articles were selected for this study from 837 articles located in South Korea, Iran, Malaysia, and China.Results: Moderate or high levels of physical activity had positive relationship on the quality of life related to overall physical health among breast cancer survivors.Conclusion: Moderate to high physical activity improve the quality of life among breast cancer survivors.Keywords: physical exercise, physical activity, quality of life, breast cancer survivor Correspondence: Arief Wahyudi Jadmiko.
