Get PDFThe purpose of this final report to find out how to increase sales volumes in the attempt Meatballs & Chicken Noodle Mulyono Palembang. Data collection techniques used by the author were field research includes interview, observations and the study of literature. From the data that has been obtained, the authors found several problems regarding the decline in sales volume of the Meatballs & Chicken Noodle Mulyono Palembang. Based on the writer's observation made directly at Meatballs & Chicken Noodle Mulyono Palembang with targets and realization has been done and the lack of promotion strategies in increasing sales volume. So the authors made efforts to improve sales of the Meatballs & Chicken Noodle as advertising media include: (newspapers, radio, banner, brousur and internet. The authors concluded that the promotion of Meatball & Chicken Noodle Mulyono Palembang was less than optimal. No full textThere were many ways of solving the problem offered by the experts. The author
combines various ways of solving the problem as a form of novelty. Among the learning model
that was expected to support the growth of problem-solving skills was SAVI. The purpose, to
obtain trace results from the analysis of the problem-solving ability of students in the Dual
Integral material. The research method was a qualitative approach. Its activities include tests
was filled with mathematical connections, observation, interviews, FGD, and triangulation.
The results were: (1) some students were still experiencing difficulties in solving the problems.
(2) The application of modification of SAVI learning model effective in supporting the growth
of problem-solving abilities. (3) The strength of the students related to solving the problem,
there were two students in the excellent category, there were three students in right classes and
one student in the medium group

Policy Analysis Of Competence Development Of Civil Servants Through Education
Get PDFThe development of the competence of civil servants (PNS) is guaranteed in Law Number 5 of 2014. Technically this policy is regulated in the Circular Letter of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (MENPAN RB) Number 28 of 2021. This policy is a general policy, giving rise to challenges in its implementation for Ministries, Institutions, Local Governments (K/L/D), civil servants, and the State Civil Service Agency (BKN) or Menpan RB as regulators and implementers of education policies for civil servants. This research is a public policy analysis process, the analysis is carried out qualitatively with a scenario writing approach. The author is of the opinion that the existing policies still have aspects that need to be clarified by regulators, both Menpan RB and BKN and at the same time translated by K/L/D in their operational policies. Policy formulation offered: Strict acknowledgment of education for civil servants who completed their education before 1 year to become civil servants because they studied before being civil servants. The assignment of study assignments must be in line with the Human Resource Development Program and be carefully formulated, trimming the bureaucratic path for determining study assignments by integrating the release of temporary positions, and determining study assignment allowances for state lecturers. available data on legality and accreditation of study programs that can be chosen by civil servants. the accessibility of accredited study programs can be expanded by the availability of valid distance classes or weekend classes and temporary transfer of civil servants to other work units close to the study location. A measured period of study is required followed by a tightening of obligations. a policy from BKN or Menpan RB is needed regarding the model, time frame, and implementation of the re-entry program. The opportunity for recognition of PNS Degrees/Education Improvement is formulated by BKN to ensure legal certainty for the recognition of PNS titles. Get PDFIn the world of international trade, coal is a very important commodity to have. Not only
because the vast majority of nations still rely on fossil fuels to carry out their operations, but also
because just a few numbers of nations has more than sufficient coal resources to not only provide their
own nation with it, but also to export it to other nations. For a long time, Indonesia was considered to
be one of the leading coal exporters in the world. Having stated that, the author had an interest in
learning more about the competitiveness of Indonesia’s coal exports over the recent years, which saw
the occurrence of two key events, namely the COVID-19 and the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.
The author uses an assessment of Indonesia’s coal export performance both before and during the
events that were mentioned, an analysis of the Porter’s Five Forces model, and trade indicators such
as market share and the Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) index to determine whether or not
Indonesia’s coal exports are competitive. This allowed the author to arrive at the desired result. On the
basis of the findings from the assessment and analysis of the framework and indicators, it can be
concluded that Indonesia possesses a high comparative advantage when it comes to exporting coal to
the global market

No full textAbstractNowadays, hotel is a primary need for travelers and tourist. As a moeslem-majority country, Indonesia at least should be supporting sharia-based hospitality industry. HTS Hotel is a sharia-based hotel which located in Lubuklinggau, South Sumatra. The region itself also have high developtment that attract many tourism. HTS hotel performances must be researched in order to balance the region improvement, and competition. The author will elaborate the factor in the perspective of Balance Scorecard Framework and then generated new strategy that appropiate with condition of HTS Hotel as the final outcomes of this research. The author will assess the performance through questionnaire and interviewing the stakeholder of HTS hotel. In previous years, HTS Hotel management has never been able to achieve the Strategy set. This happens because in the earlier time of the developtment of HTS Hotel the top management using classical method which estimates are based on the personal demand of HTS Hotel top management, while defining KPIs actually should be measured either by the method of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC), which makes the generated strategy is more realistic and can be achieved by the company during the period such as expected. Keywords: Hotel, KPI, Performance Management, Tourism, Balance Scorecar
