Keberagaman Masyarakat Kasepuhan Sunda
Get PDFPenelitian ini berangkat atas dasar keberagamaan yang unik yang terjadi pada masyarakat Adat Kasepuhan Sunda Ciptagelar. Dimana, secara umum masyarakat Sunda adalah muslim, namun untuk beberapa masyarakat Adat, sikap keberagamaannya lebih dikenal dengan istilah Sunda Wiwitan, yaitu sebuah kepercayaan yang lahir dan berkembang pada masyarakat Sunda buhun atau Sunda awal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap dan mengetahui keberagamaan masyarakat kasepuhan Sunda Ciptagelar yang berada di desa Sirnarasa Kabupaten Sukabumi Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriftif kualitatif, yaitu suatu teknik penelitian yang mengungkap data secara mendalam yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran objek penelitian secara akurat. Hasil penelitian ini, diperoleh bahwa keberagamaan yang berkembang pada masyarakat kasepuhan Sunda didasari oleh pengaruh kebudayaan Sunda buhun/wiwitan dan juga pengaruh ajaran agama Islam, sehingga keberagamaan masyarakat kasepuhan Sunda muncul dalam model integrasi antara budaya Sunda dengan ajaran agama Islam

No full textThe purpose of writing this paper is to fulfil lecture assignments and to describe allegorical language style and units of style in the geguritan entitled Kori by Krishna Miharja. As a poet, Krishna Miharja not only writes geguritan, but also short stories (cerkak). Although he wrote a lot of geguritan, Krishna is better known among Javanese writers as a witty writer. Because of the cerkak Krishna's works, which tend to be surrealistic and contain social and political criticism, they are considered as other colours in Javanese literature. The method used in this research is the content analysis method. The research data is in the form of Kori's geguritan text which tells the number of choices that must be chosen in life by being expressed using an allegorical language style. The theory used is a stylistic study which explains the style of language used in literature to reveal the message or meaning conveyed by the author in his literary work. The result of this research is that there is a story about the way of life that must be chosen among the many choices of life paths that exist. Life has many choices and humans are only trying to get the best and worthy choice for their lives
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Dibawah Bimbingan: Maya Irjayanti, SE., MBA.PT. Bonli Cipta Sejahtera (BCS) dibentuk pada bulan Februari 2012, yaitu penggabungan 3 perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produsen kue kering. Permasalahan pada perusahaan ini adalah pengukuran kinerja dengan metode tradisional atau pengukuran kinerja metode evaluasi yang hanya menitikberatkan pada sektor keuangan dan jumlah persediaan dengan melihat penjualan yang didapatkan perusahaan, dalam hal ini perusahaan melihat Cost Of Good Sold.
Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah kepustakaan dan studi lapangan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu sebuah penilaian kinerja perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode balanced scorecard dan mengintegrasikannya dengan AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) diperoleh 21 atribut indikator keberhasilan.
Hasilnya adalah keempat prespektif balanced scorecard yang memiliki bobot tertinggi customer benefit yaitu dengan bobot 26,34 %, tertinggi kedua pembelajaran dan inovasi perusahaan dengan bobot 25,38 %, diikuti Proses Bisnis internal sebesar 24,89 % dan financial benefit sebesar 23,40 %. Kemudian nilai prespektif dari setiap prespektif yaitu financial benefit sebesar 3,553 berkriteria cukup, customer benefit sebesar 4,000 berkriteria cukup, proses internal perusahaan dari hasil perhitungan sebesar 3,780 berkriteria cukup dan terakhir adalah pembelajaran & inovasi perusahaan sebesar 3,854 berkriteria cukup, pengolahan data yang diperoleh selanjutnya diperoleh nilai kriteria perusahaan sebesar 3,804 sehingga kesimpulannya nilai kinerja yang diterapkan pada PT. Bonli Cipta Sejahtera mendapat kriteria cukup

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengarug kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap produktivitas karyawan di PT. Pulau Sambu Kuala Enok baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif sedangkan jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan perusahaan PT. Pulau Sambu Kuala Enok yang terdaftar sampai ditahub 2022, sedangkan sampelnya sebanyak 56 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan tekhnik pengambilan sampel bersyarat (purposive sampling). Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program spss 26.
Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kompensasi (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Pulau Sambu Kuala Enok. Sedangkan variabel motivasi (X2) bertpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Pulau Sambu Kuala Enok. Kemudian berdasarkan uji simultan menyimpulkan bahwa variabel kompensasi (X1) dan variabel motivasi (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Pulau Sambu Kuala Enok.

Get PDFWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
