ABSTRACT
Poverty is currently a complex and multidimensional public problem, causing a lot of unemployment for the poor today. Community empowerment through MSMEs that have small businesses find it difficult to get capital. Finally came the Micro Waqf Bank which was founded by Pondok Pesantren, aiming to help small communities, people who have businesses to improve their welfare. In management, it is necessary to collect and distribute funds properly accompanied by management. The purpose of the Hidayatulloh Micro Waqf Bank is to find out waqf management with a management analysis approach (POAC) towards planning, organizing, actuating and controlling.
The analysis uses qualitative descriptive techniques and the reasoning that will be used is the inductive method, from the results of interviews, data obtained from the management of the Hidayatulloh Micro Waqf Bank, customers in the Islamic boarding school environment and supported by documentation that can help the accuracy of the information needed by researchers. The results of research that has been done by the author are as follows: 1). The collection carried out by the management of the Hidayatulloh Micro Waqf Bank using POAC analysis is not perfect in its implementation, due to the existence of funds that cannot be obtained by the public with excess funds but funds are only provided by LAZNAS BSM. 2). The distribution of funds carried out by the Micro Waqf Bank in the distribution has not been right on target, in which the empowerment of UMKM in the Islamic boarding school environment has not been maximized and in increasing customer business, not all of them have improved properly

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the description of the use of the Cooperative Script learning model and determine student learning outcomes after using the Cooperative Script learning model in Islamic Religious Education learning for class X students of SMA Riyadlul Jannah, Ciseeng, Bogor for the academic year 2020/2021. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with research data sources, namely the results of observations made by the author and written tests (pre-test and post-test) conducted by students of class X SMA Riyadhul Jannah.The results showed that the use of cooperative script learning model can help students be more active during the learning process. This can be seen from the percentage of active student observations which increased significantly from 27% to 90%. In addition, the use of the cooperative script learning model can help improve student learning outcomes. This can be seen from the achievement of mastery student learning outcomes before using the cooperative script learning model only reached 25% while after using the cooperative script learning model it reached 90% with the average value before using the cooperative script learning model, which was 62.75, while after using the cooperative script learning model, the average score was 62.75. cooperative script learning is 84.25. Thus, this proves that the cooperative script learning model is effective in increasing student activity in class and can improve student learning outcomes for class X SMA Riyadhul Jannah, Ciseeng, Bogor

What differs from other research is the author elevating the important role of alumni in school marketing. The purpose of this research is to describe the important role of alumni for schools and the role of alumni in improving school marketing. Data was taken from literature, alumni interviews related to alumni and observation roles. The results of the study showed the strategic and potential of the alumni role should be recognized and utilized for school development. The role of alumni include: Develop extracurricular activities, build opinions on the quality of the school in the community, build networks outside of the school, become motivators and Inspirators for the sister of her class, become a companion of learning, supporting activities organized by the school, and the evaluation media for the school curriculum. So the purpose of this research is to create a WEB-based question-and-answer educational game on the names of national heroes using the GDLC method for grade 4 SDN Cikancung 1. GDLC (game development life cycle) is a step-by-step approach to analyzing and building games using a specific cycle and more complex. The GDLC method is used as a research method in making this game, where the research stages consist of initiation, pre-production, production, testing, beta, and release. The results of this study indicate that students as game users judge that they can operate this game easily, helping the learning process to be more interesting than the previous learning process as well as making teachers and students more creative and innovative in the learning process at school

The author analyzes stock market returns using the Threshold GARCH method and continues by using the Standard GARCH method for heteroscedastic stock market returns and the Vector Autoregressive (VAR) method for non-heteroscedastic stock market returns. Get PDFThis study aims to analyze speech acts in the context of sociolinguistic aspects with a focus on language interaction. Speech act is a form of verbal expression that has social impact and pragmatic meaning in daily human communication. This research focuses on the types and factors in speech acts that exist in the two male and female leads in the movie entitled To All The Boys: Always and Forever. Through a sociolinguistic and descriptive qualitative approach, this research explores the relationship between speech acts and social dynamics in various communication situations. This research method involves collecting data from the speech acts in the scripts of the movie. The data were then analyzed qualitatively by considering the speech act framework as well as concepts in sociolinguistic theory. The analysis shows that speech acts play an important role in representing gender norms in society. Language choices, speaking styles, and the types of speech acts used can differ based on gender, reflecting the social construction of gender roles. However, this cannot be a stereotype in everyday social life to categorize gender. Therefore, the author adds the aspect of types and factors behind the purpose of a conversation between men and women.

إستخدم هذا البحث طريقة البحث النوعي. في عملية جمع البيانات ، واستخدم الكاتب طريقة المقابلة والملاحظة والتوثيق. بالنسبة لتحليلها ، يتم استخدام تقنيات وصفية نوعية ، في شكل بيانات مكتوبة أو شفوية من مراقبة سلوك الناس.
اظهرت في هذا البحث أن جهد معلم التربية الإسلامية في المدرسة العالية لدكتور زليحا عن طريق التعويد ، مثالي ، والثناء ، وتقديم المشورة ، والعقاب. و ومارس المتعلمين لتحيتهم وسالمهم إذا التقوا بالمدرسين ، واستخدموا الملابس المهذبة ، وتوعيد الصلاةالسنة والجماعة. تشرح نتائج الدراسة العوامل الداعمة في تطوير الأخلاق وهي دعم جميع المعلمين والموظفين في عملية بناء الأخلاقيات ومرافق البنية التحتية التي يملكها المدرسة العالية لدكتور زليحا, و عامل الحاجز هو أن بعض طلاب لا يشارك في عملية البناء الأخلاق.
ABSTRACT
Morals are very important for students to be equipped when they are in the community later. Therefore the teacher of Islamic Education must strive in order to make the morality of the students in Dra Zulaeha Taruna High School is in accordance with the exemplify of Prophet Muhammad SAW. This study aims to determine the form of moral coaching in Dra. Zulaeha Taruna High School and knowing the efforts of Islamic Education teachers in fostering the morality of students in Dra. Zulaeha Taruna High School.
Research conducted is included in qualitative method. In the process of data collection, the author uses methods of interviewing, observing, and documenting. As for the analysis, qualitative descriptive analysis techniques are used, in the form of written or oral data from people and observed behavior.
The results of the study explained that the efforts of Islamic Education teachers at Dra. Zulaeha Taruna High School was done by the method of habituation, exemplary, giving praise, advice, and punishment. Islamic education teachers familiarized students to give islamic greetings and greet if they meet the teachers, used polite clothing, and got used to the sunnah prayer and worshipers. The results of the study then explained the supporting factors in moral development were the support of all teachers and employees in the moral development process and the infrastructure facilities owned by Dra. Zulaeha Taruna High School. While the obstacle factor was that there were still students who do not participate in the moral development process.

Akhlak sangat penting bagi peserta didik untuk bekal ketika ada dalam masyarakat nantinya. Oleh karena itu guru Pendidikan Agama Islam harus berupaya agar akhlak peserta didik di SMA Taruna Dra. Zulaeha sesuai dengan apa yang di contohkan Nabi Muhammad SAW. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk pembinaan akhlak di SMA Taruna Dra. Zulaeha dan mengetahui upaya guru PAI dalam membina akhlak peserta didik di SMA Taruna Dra. Zulaeha.
Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah termasuk dalam penelitian kualitatif. Dalam proses pengumpulan data penulis menggunakan metode interview, observasi, dan dokementasi. Sedangkan untuk analisanya, digunakan teknik analisis deskripsi kualitatif, yaitu berupa data-data yang tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang dan perilaku yang diamati.
Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa upaya guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA Taruna Dra. Zulaeha dilakukan dengan cara metode pembiasaan, keteladanan, memberikan pujian, nasihat, dan hukuman. Guru pendidikan agama islam membiasakan peserta didik untuk memberikan salam dan salim jika bertemu guru, menggunakan pakaian sopan, dan membiasakan shalat sunnah dan jamaah. Hasil penelitian selanjutnya menjelaskan faktor pendukung dalam pembinaan akhlak adalah dukungan dari semua guru dan pegawai dalam proses pembinaan akhlak serta sarana prasarana yang dimiliki oleh SMA Taruna Dra. Trends in Mathematical Literacy and Numeracy Research Based on Bibliometric Analysis of Scopus Articles from 2014 to 2024
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze trends in mathematical literacy and numeracy research using a bibliometric approach based on publication data from Scopus during the period 2014–2024. The method used is bibliometric analysis with PRISMA stages, including identification, selection, eligibility, and inclusion of relevant articles. Data were analyzed using VOSviewer software to map author collaborations, publication distribution by year, research types, and emerging topic trends. The results show a significant increase in the number of publications over the past decade, with quantitative research dominating (39%) and qualitative research (30%). Authors such as Vince Geiger, Ratu Ilma Indra Putri, and Zulkardi were the main contributors to this topic. Keyword analysis produced five main clusters, namely numeracy teaching, integrated mathematical literacy, mathematics education in elementary schools, numeracy assessment development, and adult numeracy literacy. These findings provide an overview of the global development of mathematical literacy and numeracy, which is relevant to Indonesia\u27s education policies, particularly the strengthening of numeracy competencies in the National Assessment. Further research is recommended to expand the focus on adult numeracy literacy, the integration of financial literacy, and the development of contextual assessment instruments that are appropriate to local cultures

No full textThis research aims to analyze the comparison of starting steps with running speed and pushing momentum in the flop style high jump based on motion biomechanics. The difference in initial steps referred to by the author is even steps (4,5,6) and odd steps (5,7,9). This type of research is descriptive comparative using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were high jump athletes. The sample in this study consisted of one person, namely the 1st winner of PORPROV JATIM 2023 in the men's high jump named Farel Wijayanto from Malang City. The data analysis technique in this research uses SPSS 29 with one sample t-test and kinovea software. The results of this research based on the One Sample Test show that in implementing the flop style high jump using a comparison of steps 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 there is no difference in the speed and momentum of the flop style high jump. It can be interpreted that using the initial step comparison of 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 does not have a significant effect on the running speed and momentum of the flop style high jump. To get a high jump in the flop style high jump based on movement biomechanics, the athlete must be able to control the frequency and rhythm of steps during the initial run and pay more attention to the last 3 steps, namely from short-long-short and the athlete's body position is slightly inclined to the curve of the initial running path. curved, the last two steps of the running movement from leaning forward are changed to leaning backwards to lower the athlete's center of mass.
