    Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) V-Fie Bakery dengan Pendekatan Business Model Canvas (BMC)

    UMKM V-Fie Bakery is a manufacturing business focused on producing cakes and bread. This study aims to develop the business and map the business model of V-Fie Bakery using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method through interviews with the business owner as the primary data source. UMKM V-Fie Bakery was selected because it faces various challenges in business management, making it important to analyze its business model comprehensively. The identification results show several issues across the nine BMC elements, including dependence on a single main supplier and limited partnerships (key partners), suboptimal digital promotion (key activities), limited production capacity and employee skills (key resources), product value that is not yet aligned with its price (value propositions), the absence of a customer loyalty system (customer relationship), a narrow market segment (customer segments), distribution channels that do not yet include delivery services (channels), relatively high operational costs (cost structure), and revenue streams that are not yet diversified (revenue streams). Through development analysis, improvements were proposed for all elements, including expanding partnerships with schools, offices, and delivery service providers; enhancing promotional activities and employee training; adding additional skills as key resources; providing bundling packages and seasonal promotions; implementing a membership card; expanding customer segments to include children; adding delivery order services; and diversifying income through hampers and snack box packages. Based on the overall results, UMKM V-Fie Bakery demonstrates strong growth potential if the recommended development strategies for each BMC element are implemented consistently

    Hotels and Airbnb Accommodations in the Greater Yogyakarta Urban Region - Indonesia: Competition or Complementarity?

    Tourism, as the backbone of the economy of Yogyakarta Municipality, is also the main source of demand for accommodation services. Under these circumstances, Airbnb penetrates the accommodation market in the Greater Yogyakarta Urban Region (GYUR). As a company using the principle of the sharing economy, it specialises in accommodation services. Airbnb has grown tremendously, as it acquired 1,164 accommodation partners in the GYUR in 2017. The hotel industry is probably among the most affected by the presence of Airbnb. The rise of the sharing economy platforms seems to create competition between hotels and Airbnb accommodations. This paper focuses on examining the competition between hotels and Airbnb accommodations in the GYUR both in spatial and temporal terms. This research was conducted based on secondary data analysis and field observations. Secondary data analysis was performed through mapping of the distribution of hotels and Airbnb accommodations to explore possible competition between the two. Field observations focus on describing the neighbourhood environments and the accessibility of both types of accommodations. The research shows that Airbnb accommodations are mainly concentrated in the densely populated areas in the urban centre and in tourism-associated areas. Hotels are located in the best part of the city and are situated in close proximity to the city centres, allied infrastructure, and facilities. The high demand for accommodation in the GYUR enables the locals to register their assets as Airbnb accommodation. This is also caused by the absence of regulations governing this home-sharing activity

    Spatial Evaluation of Urban Zoning in Moncongloe, Mamminasata New City, Indonesia

    Urban zoning plays a crucial role in ensuring sustainable spatial development, especially in emerging planned cities. This study evaluates the spatial structure and regulatory compliance of land-use zoning in Moncongloe, a strategic development unit of the Mamminasata New City in South Sulawesi, Indonesia. Using a descriptive-evaluative spatial approach, the analysis examines the alignment of the Detailed Spatial Plan (RDTR) with national planning standards, particularly focusing on land-use distribution, urban green space provision, and zoning balance. Results show a significant mismatch between planned land-use and regulatory requirements, with green open space accounting for only 0.35% of the total area far below the 30% minimum threshold mandated by ATR/BPN Regulation No. 14/2022. Residential zones dominate over 61% of the planning area, while protected, agricultural, and public service zones remain underrepresented. The study recommends spatial reallocation strategies, formal recognition of agro-ecological zones such as minapadi, and GIS-based zoning audits to enhance compliance and ecological resilience. These findings highlight the need for more integrative, regulation-aligned urban planning in Indonesia’s new city developments

    Simulasi Perbaikan Sistem Antrian untuk Mengurangi Waktu Tunggu Pasien Poli Umum di Klinik XYZ Menggunakan ProModel

    The long patient waiting time in general outpatient services has become a major problem at Clinic XYZ, particularly during the screening stage and doctor consultations at peak hours. This condition negatively affects patient satisfaction and service effectiveness. This study aims to identify the causes of prolonged waiting times, propose alternative improvements, and evaluate the effectiveness of solutions through simulation using ProModel software. The simulation model was developed to represent real conditions and test several improvement scenarios. The results show that nearly 50% of patients’ time in the system is spent waiting. Four improvement proposals were suggested, namely adding more doctors, redistributing nurses’ tasks, increasing screening capacity, and implementing a single-queue system. The best proposal, which applies consistently to both morning and afternoon sessions, is the addition of doctors. Based on the analysis, this solution proved to be the most effective, reducing total waiting time by 39.75% in the morning scenario and 33.74% in the afternoon scenario. This recommendation provides a strategic basis for improving service efficiency and patient satisfaction at Clinic XYZ

    Supply Chain in Healthcare: a Systematic Literature Review

    Β This study aims to map the development of Healthcare Supply Chain research by analyzing the distribution of scientific articles based on annual publication trends, research sectors, authors’ countries, study categories, and journal types. A systematic literature review method was employed to examine prior studies on supply chain management in the healthcare sector, particularly hospitals. The findings indicate that healthcare supply chain research has evolved in a multidisciplinary manner, with dominant themes including supply chain risk management, system resilience, integration, and digital technology adoption such as big data, IoT, and blockchain. Theoretical frameworks such as TAM, TPB, and UTAUT are widely applied. This study identifies existingresearch gaps and provides recommendations for future research, especially in strengthening healthcare supply chain risk management in developing countries

    Pelayanan yang baik kepada pelanggan mempunyai peranan yang signifikan dalam membentuk citra dan menentukan keberhasilan perusahaan. Pengemudi taksi merupakan ujung tombak industri taksi, dimana sikap sopan, ramah, nyaman dan aman dalam melayani pelanggan memengaruhi kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Kepuasan kerja pengemudi taksi berhubungan erat dengan persepsi mereka terhadap kualitas layanan yang diberikan kepada pelanggan. Apabila pengemudi taksi mempunyai kepuasan kerja yang tinggi, maka persepsi terhadap kualitas layanan yang mereka berikan kepada pelanggan juga tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan persepsi terhadap kualitas layanan yang diberikan pengemudi taksi kepada pelanggan. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengkaji perbedaan kepuasan kerja dan persepsi terhadap kualitas layanan yang diberikan kepada pelanggan berdasarkan usia dan lama kerja. Survey dilakukan terhadap 152 pengemudi taksi PT X yang terdaftar di pool taksi di Jakarta Selatan. Untuk mengukur kepuasan kerja digunakan Job Satisfaction Survey dan untuk mengukur persepsi layanan yang diberikan digunakan Employee Perceived Service Quality. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dan persepsi kualitas layanan yang diberikan pengemudi taksi kepada pelanggan

    Penilaian Perpanjangan Sisa Umur Layan (Residual Life Assessment) Pressure Vessel Menggunakan Metode Fitness For Service

    In the oil and gas industry, the reliability of equipment used in installations must be maintained, including pressure vessels. According to the Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Number 32 of 2021 concerning Technical Inspection and Safety Inspection of Installations and Equipment in Oil and Gas Business, equipment or installations that are known and/or assumed to have reached the end of their design life must undergo a remaining life extension using a methodology appropriate to the type of equipment or installation. This article explains the calculation of the remaining service life based on metal loss by evaluating the mechanical integrity of the pressure vessel. The calculation is conducted following the guidelines of ASME VIII Div. 1, API 510, and API 579-1 Fitness For Service, while the technical data used in the calculation are obtained from manufacturing data, inspection history, and operational history. The result of the calculation shows that the pressure vessel can have its service life extended, with a remaining service life of 49 years

    Evaluasi Tingkat Pelayanan Fasilitas Pejalan Kaki di Kawasan Jalan Tunjungan sebagai Ruang Publik Ikonik Kota Surabaya

    Jalan Tunjungan menjadi salah satu ruang publik yang lokasinya strategis dan sarat akan nilai historis sehingga menjadi salah satu destinasi wisata saat berada di Kota Surabaya. Oleh karena itu, untuk mendukung fungsi Jalan Tunjungan sebagai ruang publik maka diperlukan ketersediaan fasilitas pejalan kaki yang memadai. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan pembagian rute perjalanan menjadi 4 rute agar seluruh jalur pejalan kaki yang ada di Jalan Tunjungan dapat diidentifikasi kondisinya. Selanjutnya, pada setiap rute dievaluasi kondisinya menggunakan metode walkability index untuk mengetahui tingkat pelayanan dari fasilitas pejalan kaki yang ada. Selain itu, pada keempat rute tersebut juga dilakukan analisis walking permeability untuk mengetahui aksesibilitas spasial Jalan Tunjungan dari lokasi-lokasi penting di sekitarnya. Dari hasil analisis walkability index diperoleh rute dengan nilai tertinggi pada Rute 1 (Gedung Siola) dalam kategori sangat baik dan nilai terendah pada Rute 3 (Tunjungan Plaza) dalam kategori baik. Sementara itu, hasil analisis walking permeability menunjukkan bahwa dari 4 rute terdapat 3 rute yang mengharuskan pejalan kaki berjalan lebih jauh dari seharusnya, yaitu pada Rute 2 (SMPN 3 Surabaya), 3 (Tunjungan Plaza), dan 4 (Pasar Tunjungan)

    Analisis Usability Commuter Line Vending Machine (C-VIM)

    To improve the quality of its services, PT. KRL Commuter Line has implemented various innovations to enhance the commuter line experience. One such innovation is the introduction of ticket vending machines, known as Commuter Line Vending Machines (C-VIM), for ticket purchase transactions. Implementing a new system often encounters various challenges that hinder its smooth operation, including the C-VIM implementation. Therefore, this study aims to determine the usability level of C-VIM. The analysis is based on usability dimensions, which include efficiency, error, learnability, memorability, and satisfaction. The methods are using performance measurement techniques, retrospective think-aloud (RTA), the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire, and the Questionnaire for User Interaction Satisfaction (QUIS). A minimum sample of 40 subjects was allocated to each category. Ascertaining the population size is not feasible, considering the volatile daily passenger count. The usability score based on the SUS questionnaire was 66,43. Testing the efficiency dimension revealed that C-VIM does not yet have a high level of efficiency. However, in terms of error, learnability, and memorability, the system performed well. Regarding satisfaction, the QUIS score obtained was 60.99, indicating that customer satisfaction is fairly satisfactory. The proposed remediation process involves rearranging the physical layout of the screen, the placement of tickets, cash receptacles, and several other attributes. Furthermore, improvements are required for the on-screen display of several pages which were assessed to have low usability based on respondent feedback following the usability measurement

    Analisis Uji Performa PLTS 110 kWp di Universitas Pamulang dengan Menggunakan Alat Ukur Seaward

    Β Pamulang Viktor University has implemented renewable energy through the construction of a 110 kWp On-Grid Rooftop Solar Power Plant (PLTS) in Viktor Building B as a strategic step to reduce dependence on PLN electricity supply. This project involved voltage measurements using the Seaward Solar Survey 200R and inverter performancemonitoring to ensure system reliability. Monitoring results showed voltage variations influenced by weather conditions, with the highest voltage achieved on the third day of measurement and the lowest voltage on the second day. Evaluation of solar panel performance compared to manufacturer's specification data showed a match between the actual voltage measured and the panel's working voltage value based on the datasheet. Thus, the PLTS system was declared feasible and in accordance with operational standards, and supports the institution'sefforts in implementing clean energy and energy efficiency
