Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang Implementasi Program Forum Remaja Masjid Desa Teratak Buluh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Implementasi program Forum Remaja Masjid Desa Teratak Buluh Kecamatan Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini terdiri dari enam informan dan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan disertakan dengan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini juga dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang berjenis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa Forum Remaja Masjid Desa Teratak Buluh (FORMASTER) Kecamatan Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar menjalankan beberapa program. Pertama, Program Keagamaan seperti mengadakan perlombaan, Tahsin Al-Qur’an, Yasinan. Kedua, Program Kesenian berupa penampilan Hadrah. Ketiga, Program Sosial seperti Event Organizer dan Master of Ceremony.

Get PDFThe aim of this research is to utilize waste heat as an alternative source of power, to analyse thermoelectric effect principle as waste heat recovery technology and to apply the thermoelectric effect as waste heat recovery to household appliances. The scope of study for this research is to understand the principle, function and concept of the thermoelectric effect, testing either waste heat can be as alternative energy and simulation on thermoelectric performant using Matlab/Simulink. Waste heat has wide of the range, in this research will focus on utilizing waste heat from household appliances, refrigerator compressor. The use of thermoelectric generators as waste heat recovery rapidly increase in recent years thus, with review initially through the university library using the OPAC system to find book related to the research, journal abstract and internet search on the research that has been done. The waste heat from the low temperature of the heat can be reused or utilize by using thermoelectric effect principle. Therefore, the thermoelectric effect can call as the waste heat recovery technology
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Praktek kerja lapangan (PKL) ini diselenggarakan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai dunia kerja yang sesungguhnya kepada praktikan. Dengan adanya PKL ini dapat memberikan pengalaman kepada praktikan sebelum turun langsung terjun ke dunia kerja. Praktikan melakukan PKL di PT. Visio Incubator, yang beralamat di Jl. Gatot Subroto Kav. 51, RT.5/RW.4, Kuningan Timur, Setia Budi, Kota Jakarta Selatan, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 12950.
PKL ini terhitung mulai 28 Januari 2019 sampai 28 Februari 2019. Selama PKL praktikan di tempatkan di divisi Digital Marketing. Kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh praktikan adalah mengolah account instagram Visio, dengan membuat konten instagram yang menarik berdasarkan analisis SWOT, dilengkapi dengan membuat caption kalimat yang menarik untuk postingan instagram Visio, mempelajari strategi yang dilakukan oleh pesaing, serta membuat konten pemasaran di website Visio. Praktikan menemukan kendala diantaranya kurangnya suatu sosialisasi antar karyawan yang baik dan sarana peralatan kantor yang kurang baik.
Dengan adanya penemuan kendala tersebut, seorang praktikan memiliki cara untuk menyelesaikan kendala tersebut yaitu dengan memperbaiki suatu cara yang terbaru dalam melakukan suatu sosialisasi karyawan dan mahasiswa magang untuk kedepannya dan praktikan menggunakan laptop pribadi.
Selama PKL praktikan mendapatkan banyak pengalaman yang diperoleh dari divisi Digital Marketing, sehingga dapat dijadikan gambaran dalam memasuki dunia kerja yang sesungguhnya, serta dapat menumbuhkan rasa tanggung jawab dan semangat yang tinggi terhadap tugas yang diberikan

Get PDFFATIAH NUUR KHOOOTIMAH: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan jasa titipan pada Agen TIKI Pulasaren Cirebon, dan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan jasa titipan pada Agen TIKI Pulasaren Cirebon, serta pengaruh kualitas pelayanan jasa titipan pada Agen TIKI Pulasaren Cirebon terhadap tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan pada Agen PT. CV TIKI Pulasaren Cirebon berjumlah 150 orang. Sampel yang dijadikan responden adalah sebesar 30 orang. Pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan uji instrumen validitas dan reliabilitas, uji korelasi spearman rank, koefisien determinasi, serta uji t. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa antara variabel kualitas pelayanan jasa titipan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan memiliki hubungan. Dari uji signifikasi didapatkan hasil bahwa hubungan kedua variabel signifikan. Diketahui bahwa thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (2,868 > 1,701). Dengan demikian keputusannya adalah Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kualitas pelayanan jasa titipan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
Get PDFWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
sophisticated methods
