The purpose of this study is to analyze how the neutrality of the state civil apparatus in the implementation of the Regional Head Election in Indonesia. The reason is, there are still neutrality violation cases of the state civil apparatus in regional head elections. Where the author reviews from the point of view of the position and role of the State Civil Apparatus Commission (KASN) in maintaining the neutrality of ASN. As mandated in Law Number 5 of 2014 concerning State Civil Apparatus, article 29 states that KASN is domiciled in the state capital. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the role of KASN in overseeing the neutrality of ASN in the election of regional heads according to Law Number 5 of 2014 and how good regulation is in monitoring the neutrality of the State Civil Apparatus in the election of regional heads. The type of research used is normative juridical, namely legal research methods carried out by examining library materials or secondary materials. The result of this research is the weak regulation on the position of the State Civil Apparatus Commission.

Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana netralitas aparatur sipil Negara dalam pelaksanaan Pemilihan Umum Kepala Daerah di Indonesia. Karena masih sering terjadi kasus pelanggaran netralitas aparatur sipil Negara dalam pemilihan kepala daerah. Dimana penulis meninjau dari sudut pandang kedudukan serta peran Komisi Aparatur Sipil Negara (KASN) dalam menjaga netralitas ASN. Sebgaimana diamantkan dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 2014 Tentang Aparatur Sipil Negara pasal 29 mengatakan KASN berkedudukan di ibukota Negara. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana peran KASN dalam mengawasi netralitas ASN dalam pemilihan kepala daerah menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 2014 dan bagimana pengaturan yang baik dalam hal mengawasi netralitas Aparatur Sipil Negara dalam pemilihan kepala daerah. Tipe penelitiann yang digunakan ini adalah yuridis normatif yaitu metode penelitian hukum yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti bahan pustaka atau bahan sekunder. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah lemah nya pengaturan tentang kedudukan Komisi Aparatur Sipil Negara.

However, using the halal label will affect consumer interest in consuming their merchandise. So that it makes consumers safe and comfortable in consuming it. Legal consequences for food business actors can be in the form of administrative sanctions, namely, fines, revocation of business licenses, compensation. Meanwhile, in criminal terms, business actors can be punished with a maximum of 5 years and a fine of 2 billion. It is recommended to LPPOM-MUI and BPOM to be more careful and critical in examining the composition and tools used to make and produce packaged food in accordance with Islamic teachings. It is hoped that LPPOM-MUI and BPOM as well as the government will take firm action against business actors who produce packaged food without halal certification and halal labels. As well as facilitating the management of halal certificates for free. It is expected that producers who produce packaged, ready-to-eat food are required to include a halal label on packaged food products to provide protection to Muslim consumers as well as being Halal and good for consumption

No full textPsychopaths (Antisocial Personality Disorder) are mental disorders that can be used as a reference to create an expert system. The purpose of this research is to design and build an expert system to identify psychopaths with a web-based forward chaining method and to analyze and find out the symptoms of a psychopath in order to make sufferers and society feel at ease. The type of data used in this study is qualitative data which emphasizes the description of the process and words rather than the results such as the results of mathematical calculations or in the form of numbers. The author has several conclusions that expert systems can replace the role of experts who can provide suggestions or problem solutions to users, expert systems are often made using the PHP and MySQL programming languages, and the forward chaining method is suitable for use in web-based psychopath identification expert systems. This is because by asking questions first, conclusions can be drawn from the problem. The suggestions for the next researchers are the development of this software becomes practical for users, this web-based psychopath identification expert system can be created into android-based and an expert system in order to make it more and more practical because it relates to the cure of human soul

No full textThis study aims to determine the development of natural attractions in Bener Meriah district, Aceh province. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. In this study, based on his analysis, the author of the descriptive method by combining it with qualitative methods. The results of this study state that the development of natural attractions by the Tourism Office in BenerMeriah Regency is considered to be quite good because development has been carried out by improving access and also attractions in natural attractions, but it has not been carried out optimally, because based on reality it is still not effective in the development carried out, it is also proven that the number of tourist visits and regional original opinions is still low in 2019-2021. Strategies carried out by the tourism office include prioritizing the development of natural attractions by utilizing potential and increasing the development of infrastructure, facilities, infrastructure according to the needs of visiting tourists. And optimizing cooperation with stakeholders in the development of natural attractions in Bener Meriah Regency and increasing attractiveness and being more active in promoting natural attractions in BenerMeriah Regency, Aceh Province

Hal ini karena proses pengindekskan sebagian besar dilakukan secara manual dan belum terkomputerisasi sehingga masih terdapat nomor dokumen ganda pada berkas yang akan diarsipkan, masih terbatasnya sumber daya manusia yang ahli dalam bidang pengarsipan sehingga terjadi kesalahan petugas dalam memberikan kode pada dokumen arsip. No full textVocabulary plays a vital role in every language. At present, many educational media are developed as auxiliary tools for language learning, such as Hanping Chinese Dictionary Lite. Hanping Chinese Dictionary Lite is an electronic dictionary that can help learners learn Chinese vocabulary. This study aims to understand the efficiency of students using the Hanping Chinese Dictionary Lite and students' evaluation of the Hanping Chinese Dictionary Lite. This study uses three research methods: test method, questionnaire survey method, and interview method. The results of the test and questionnaire survey show that the use of Hanping Chinese Dictionary Lite can effectively improve students' Chinese vocabulary. Because after using the dictionary software, the student's mastery of Chinese language has improved, that is, the result of the test is 60% and the result of the questionnaire is 53.50%. In the learning process, the author adopts six steps: showing the mobile phone dictionary to the students, conducting a pre-test, implementing the mobile phone dictionary, conducting a post-test, conducting a questionnaire survey, and conducting interviews. The final results of the interviews show that the evaluation of the dictionary software by the students is very good. It can be said that the students are satisfied with the use of the Hanping Chinese Dictionary Lite and think it is worth using the software
Bibliometric analysis of opportunities in the halal supply chain: mapping trends, innovations and industry prospects
No full textIn today’s constantly evolving halal ecosystem, understanding the halal supply chain trends and patterns is critical. Despite the expanding significance of the halal supply chain, there is still a lack of comprehensive analysis of how this phenomenon has been accepted and evolved in scholarly study. This gap impedes the development of a comprehensive understanding of the field’s trends, difficulties and future directions. Using a bibliometric analysis, this study investigated scholarly 222 articles on halal supply chains from 2000 to 2023, obtained from Scopus analytics. We utilised tools such as VOSviewer to visualise patterns in author productivity, co-authorship networks and keyword co occurrence. The analysis is based on the number of publications, author contributions, multidisciplinary nature and worldwide collaboration trends in the subject. This study expects to identify key scholars and their impact on the area, trends in research subjects and the growth of the halal supply chain themes throughout time. This bibliometric analysis research seeks to offer a complete overview of the halal supply chain as an academic area, emphasising its multidisciplinary nature and worldwide impact.
