В работе рассматриваются ключевые особенности криптовалют - анонимность, волатильность, децентрализация, - которые усложняют их налогообложение и создают препятствия для налоговых органов. На основе сравнительного анализа подходов к регулированию и налогообложению в США, Германии, Китае, Сальвадоре и России автор выявляет разнообразие стратегий: от полного запрета до либерального признания криптовалют законным платёжным средством.The article is devoted to the analysis of the interaction of cryptocurrencies and tax systems in the context of global challenges and national practices. It examines the evolution of cryptocurrencies from a niche phenomenon to a global economic phenomenon, emphasizing their impact on traditional financial and fiscal mechanisms. The paper examines the key features of cryptocurrencies - anonymity, volatility, decentralization - which complicate their taxation and create obstacles for tax authorities. Based on a comparative analysis of approaches to regulation and taxation in the United States, Germany, China, El Salvador, and Russia, the author identifies a variety of strategies: from a complete ban to liberal recognition of cryptocurrencies as legal tender

Инструментарий оценки учитывает структурные особенности комплекса, его системный характер, а также наличие тесных межотраслевых связей между его компонентами и элементами верхнеуровневой системы (народно-хозяйственного комплекса страны).The authors present a brief description of the methodological tools for assessing the socio-economic effects of the Russian metallurgical complex, developed on the basis of a system of indicators grouped by the nature of the impact of the object of assessment on the national economy as a whole and related industries. The assessment tools take into account the structural features of the complex, its systemic nature, as well as the presence of close inter-industry links between its components and elements of the upper-level system (the national economic complex of the country)
Methodology for Assessing the Development of Business Ecosystems Through an Integral Index
No full textВ статье предложена методика оценки развития бизнес-экосистем через интегральный индекс (ИРБЭ), объединяющий показатели ресурсного потенциала, инновационной активности и социально-экономического влияния. На примере бизнес-экосистемы Группы Синара (Свердловская область) продемонстрированы этапы расчета индекса: нормализация данных, определение весовых коэффициентов методом анализа иерархий и агрегация показателей. Результаты (ИРБЭ = 74,85) свидетельствуют о высоком уровне развития экосистемы при наличии резервов роста в сфере инноваций. Методика позволяет сравнивать разнородные регионы и может быть использована для эконометрического анализа влияния экосистем на экономику.The article proposes a methodology for assessing business ecosystem development through an integral index (IRBE), combining indicators of resource potential, innovation activity, and socio-economic impact. Using the case of the Sinara Group’s ecosystem (Sverdlovsk Region), the calculation stages are demonstrated: data normalization, weight coefficient determination via the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and indicator aggregation. The results (IRBE = 74.85) indicate a high level of ecosystem development with growth potential in innovation. The methodology enables cross-regional comparisons and can be applied in econometric analysis of ecosystems’ impact on regional economies

No full textThe article is dedicated to the analysis of people's risk preferences in the context of short-term and longterm decision-making. The study was conducted with students using the z-Tree program in a simulated game called "Wave Power," where participants competed for points. The results confirmed the hypothesis that, in the long run, students tend to make cautious decisions, avoiding risk, unlike in shortterm decisions. This work is relevant to behavioral economics and decision-making psychology, expanding the understanding of the factors influencing risky behavior across different time horizons
