The district therapeutic service is the basis of the healthcare system, the effectiveness of the entire system and the quality of medical care for the population depends on it. Therefore, the analysis of the work of the district therapist remains relevant. The critical characteristics are the workload at therapeutic district and the qualitative composition of the patient flow, which determines the complexity of the identification, diagnostics and treatment in the polyclinic. Materials and methods. The materials for the study were outpatient charts of patients of polyclinics Central City Clinical Hospital No. 1 (CCCH No. 1) and City Clinical Hospital No. 14 (CCH No. 14) while analysis of work of therapeutic districts in the period 1–28 February 2023 (at a rate of 0.5 (4 hours/day) and the working week Monday — Friday in CCCH No. 1 and Tuesday — Friday in CCH No. 14). Statistical, graphical and analytical research methods were used in the work. The processing of the research materials was carried out using Microsoft Office software products. Results and discussion. In both hospitals, the structure of the visit goals was revealed, their correlation with the gender and age of patients was analyzed; the average duration of appointment was calculated with the identification of a correlation with the age of patients; the prevailing nosologies were established.Введение. Участковая терапевтическая служба является основой системы здравоохранения, от нее зависит эффективность всей системы и качество оказания медицинской помощи населению. Следовательно, анализ работы участкового терапевта сохраняет свою актуальность. Критическими характеристиками являются нагрузка на участок и качественный состав потока пациентов, определяющий сложность деятельности по выявлению, диагностике и лечению в условиях поликлиники. Материалы и методы. Материалами для исследования послужили амбулаторные карты пациентов поликлиник Центральной городской клинической больницы № 1 (ЦГКБ № 1) и Городской клинической больницы № 14 (ГКБ № 14) Екатеринбурга при анализе работы терапевтических участков в период с 1 по 28 февраля 2023 г. (при 0,5 ставки (4 ч. в день) и рабочей неделе пн. — пт. в ЦГКБ № 1 и вт. — пт. в ГКБ № 14). В работе применялся статистический, графический и аналитический методы исследования. Обработка материалов исследования производилась при помощи программных продуктов Microsoft Office. Результаты и обсуждение. В обеих поликлиниках выявлена структура целей визита; проанализировано их соотношение с полом и возрастом пациентов; вычислена средняя продолжительность приема с выявлением корреляционной связи с возрастом пациентов; установлены преобладающие нозологии
