В 2023 году индекс цифровизации бизнеса в России достиг 52 пунктов, что свидетельствует о росте внедрения новых технологий, таких как искусственный интеллект, который уже используют 45% малых предприятий. Однако, несмотря на позитивные изменения, значительная часть малого и среднего бизнеса (МСБ) продолжает сталкиваться с барьерами на пути к цифровизации: на конец 2022 года лишь 16% компаний имели высокий уровень цифровизации. Это создает разрыв между успешными и менее подготовленными игроками на рынке, что требует создания новых механизмов поддержки со стороны государства и крупных ИТ-компаний. Экономическая значимость МСБ также подчеркивается его вкладом в ВВП страны, который в 2023 году превысил 34,5 трлн рублей. Поддержка цифровизации в этом сегменте может способствовать росту как отдельных предприятий, так и всей экономики в целом. Однако многие компании остаются не готовыми к внедрению IT-решений из-за недостатка знаний о доступных технологиях и их выгодах. В условиях глобальных бизнес-вызовов важно, чтобы компании могли адаптироваться и внедрять цифровые технологии, что требует четкого понимания преимуществ автоматизации. Обучение сотрудников и изменение корпоративной культуры становятся ключевыми аспектами успешной цифровой трансформации. Необходимость разработки стратегий, обеспечивающих интеграцию новых технологий и эффективное управление изменениями, становится актуальной. Компании, готовые к адаптации и использованию современных технологий, смогут занять лидирующие позиции в своих отраслях, сохраняя конкурентные преимущества и внедряя инновации.In the context of rapid digitalization, organizations are faced with the need to respond quickly and flexibly to new business realities. In 2023, the business digitalization index in Russia reached 52 points, which indicates an increase in the introduction of new technologies, such as artificial intelligence, which is already used by 45% of small businesses. However, despite the positive changes, a significant part of small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) continue to face barriers to digitalization: at the end of 2022, only 16% of companies had a high level of digitalization. This creates a gap between successful and less prepared market players, which requires the creation of new support mechanisms from the government and large IT companies. The economic importance of SMEs is also highlighted by its contribution to the country's GDP, which exceeded 34.5 trillion rubles in 2023. Digitalization support in this segment can contribute to the growth of both individual enterprises and the economy as a whole. However, many companies remain unprepared to implement IT solutions due to a lack of knowledge about available technologies and their benefits. In the face of global business challenges, it is important that companies can adapt and adopt digital technologies, which requires a clear understanding of the benefits of automation. Employee training and changing corporate culture are becoming key aspects of successful digital transformation. The need to develop strategies to ensure the integration of new technologies and effective change management is becoming urgent. Companies that are ready to adapt and use modern technologies will be able to take leading positions in their industries, maintaining competitive advantages and introducing innovations

The Role of Using Information Modeling Technology for Buildings and Structures in Order to Reduce the Time Required to Preserve Cultural Heritage Sites
No full textВ настоящее время в Свердловской области насчитывается 1795 объектов культурного наследия, включенных в единый государственный реестр объектов культурного наследия (памятников истории и культуры) народов Российской Федерации. Исследование посвящено применению технологий информационного моделирования для оптимизации работ по сохранению объектов культурного наследия. Процесс проведения работ по сохранению объекта культурного наследия включает себя несколько этапов, каждый из которых содержит определенный перечень необходимых действий для его исполнения. Авторами также выявлены этапы и стадии проведения работ по сохранению объекта культурного наследия, представляющие риск увеличения срока проведения работ. Были определены ключевые проблемы: отсутствие единой базы данных проектных решений, сложности согласования документации и текстовый формат предмета охраны. Авторы предлагают внедрение ТИМ-моделей, интегрирующих 3Dвизуализацию, исторические и нормативные данные.Currently, there are 1,795 cultural heritage sites in the Sverdlovsk Region included in the unified State Register of Cultural Heritage sites (historical and cultural monuments) of the peoples of the Russian Federation. The research is devoted to the application of information modeling technologies to optimize the preservation of cultural heritage sites. The process of carrying out works to preserve an object of cultural heritage includes several stages, each of which contains a specific list of necessary actions for its execution. The authors also identified the stages and stages of work to preserve the cultural heritage site, which pose a risk of extending the duration of the work. The key problems were identified: the lack of a unified database of design solutions, difficulties in coordinating documentation, and the text format of the subject of protection. The authors propose the introduction of TIM models that integrate 3D visualization, historical and regulatory data

Migration Processes and the Formation of a Multiethnic Population in Northern Kyrgyzstan at the Turn of the 20th Century
No full textThe article was submitted on 11.11.2023.Статья посвящена периоду становления и формирования полиэтнического населения Киргизии со второй половины XIX в. до установления советской власти. Выбор указанного периода обусловлен тем, что в начале колонизации царской Россией Центральной Азии миграционные процессы были направлены в Семиречье с трех направлений: из Европейской части России, из Южной Сибири, из Китая. Коренному кочевому населению, в основном занимавшемуся скотоводством, пришлось столкнуться с новой оседлой культурой и новыми народами (русскими, украинцами, дунганами, уйгурами). Появление новых населенных пунктов – сел, деревень и городов – дало на севере Киргизии толчок для развития цивилизации проевропейского типа. Рассмотрено формирование диаспор на территории Северной Киргизии, и на основе проведенных статистических материалов того времени выявлены основные изменения в этническом и этнокультурном составе, демографии, этноменталитете народов края. Кроме трудов российских ученых, были использованы материалы венгерских ученых Дъёрдя Алмаши и Дьюлы Принца, которые неоднократно проводили научные экспедиции в начале ХХ в. Новые территории Семиречья привлекали не только крестьян, но также ученых, путешественников, геологов, востоковедов, этнологов. В ходе экспедиций они сталкивались с разнообразными этнокультурными общностями. Наличествует и соответствующий массив исторических источников, которые были привлечены для исследования. Анализ изменений этнического состава, численности и демографии населения позволяет выявить трансформации, происходившие в киргизском обществе в указанный период. Исследование истории Киргизии с учетом фактора полиэтничности всегда остается актуальным, без учета этнического многообразия населения невозможно установить закономерности социально-экономических, культурных и политических процессов в стране и регионе.This article analyses the historical period during which the multiethnic population of Kyrgyzstan came into existence, extending from the latter half of the nineteenth century until the establishment of Soviet power. The selection of this era is predicated on the observation that at the inception of Tsarist Russia’s colonisation of Central Asia, migratory patterns followed three orientations: firstly, from the European part of Russia, secondly, from Southern Siberia, and thirdly, from China. The indigenous nomadic population, predominantly engaged in cattle breeding, encountered a novel sedentary culture and peoples (Russians, Ukrainians, Dungans, and Uyghurs). The emergence of new settlements – villages, hamlets, and cities – in the northern regions of Kyrgyzstan gave impetus to the development of a pro-European civilization. The authors of this study examine the formation of diaspora populations in Northern Kyrgyzstan, drawing upon statistical materials from the historical period in question. They identify shifts in the ethnic and ethnocultural composition, demographic structure, and ethnomentality of the region’s diverse peoples. In addition to the works of Russian scholars, the article refers to materials from Hungarian researchers György Almásy and Gyula Prinz, who conducted numerous scientific expeditions in the early twentieth century. The new territories of Semirechye attracted not only peasants, but also scientists, travellers, geologists, orientalists, and ethnologists. While conducting scientific expeditions, they encountered diverse ethnocultural communities. Consequently, a substantial corpus of materials is available for the study of multiethnic populations. A thorough analysis of the shifts in the ethnic composition, size, and demographics of the population illuminates the transformations that occurred in Kyrgyz society during the period under investigation. The study of Kyrgyz history, taking into account the factor of multi-ethnicity, remains relevant. It is imperative to acknowledge the ethnic diversity of the population when attempting to establish patterns of socio-economic, cultural, and political processes in the country and the region
