No full textВ публикации представлены документы, относящиеся к первым месяцам деятельности подполковника Андрея Алексеевича Немого на посту главы Екатеринбургской горной экспедиции золотых промыслов в 1771 г. В них освещаются ключевые проблемы горной промышленности того времени: отсутствие медицинского обслуживания на шахтах, частая ротация кадров, а также недостаточная координация деятельности горных и судебных органов. Предложения А. А. Немого по улучшению условий труда, кадровой политики и организации производства демонстрируют ранние реформаторские устремления в горнозаводском управлении Урала XVIII в. Публикуемые документы являются ценным источником для изучения истории инженерного дела, безопасности труда и административных практик в российском золотодобывающем комплексе середины XVIII века.This publication presents documents relating to the first months of Lieutenant Colonel Andrei Alekseevich Nemoy’s tenure as head of the Ekaterinburg Gold Mining Expedition in 1771. They highlight key problems in the mining industry of that time: lack of medical care in the mines, frequent personnel turnover, and insufficient coordination between mining and judicial authorities. A. A. Nemoy’s proposals for improving working conditions, personnel policy, and production organization demonstrate early reformist aspirations in the Ural mining administration of the 18th century. No full textВ начале ХХ в. экскурсии и путешествия учащихся средних и высших заведений Российской империи, как по стране, так и за границу, стали широко распространенной практикой. Публикуемые документы касаются «экскурсии», совершенной студентами из Санкт-Петербурга в 1909 г. Необычность этой экскурсии заключается не только в ее продолжительности (более 100 дней) и географии (около 10 государств), но и в способе организации (инициатива студенческого кружка, поддержанная общественной организацией). Публикуемые документы позволяют обратиться к широкому кругу вопросов: от практики путешествия в начале ХХ в. (маршрут, продолжительность, стоимость поездки, условия) до исследования повседневности путешествия.In the early 20th century, excursions and travel for students from secondary and higher education institutions in the Russian Empire, both within the country and abroad, became widespread. The published documents concern an “excursion” undertaken by students from St. Petersburg in 1909. This excursion is unusual not only in its duration (over 100 days) and geography (approximately 10 countries), but also in its organization (an initiative of a student circle, supported by a public organization). The published documents address a wide range of issues: from travel practices in the early 20th century (route, duration, cost, conditions) to research into the everyday reality of travel

На основе данных учета населения, справочников и документов семейного архива реконструирована история его семьи, прослежены судьбы ее членов в переломные периоды жизни страны. Привлечение документов личного происхождения – писем М. Е. Главацкого к будущей жене и ее воспоминаний позволило представить детали повседневной жизни советского студенчества в начале 1950-х годов.This article is dedicated to the memory of the outstanding Soviet historian, Professor Mikhail E. Glavatsky, a brilliant scholar and educator who played a key role in the development of the humanities and the formation of historicist thinking. Based on population census data, reference books, and family archive documents, the history of his family is reconstructed, tracing the fates of its members during crucial periods in the country’s history. The inclusion of personal documents (letters from M. E. Glavatsky to his future wife and her memoirs) allows us to present details of the daily life of Soviet students in the early 1950s
State Farms of the Udmurt Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic in 1951-1958
No full textПоступила в редакцию 18.06.2025.Received 18.06.2025.В статье на материалах сводных годовых отчётов советских хозяйств Удмуртской АССР исследуются их ресурсная база и динамика развития совхозного растениеводства и животноводства. Базовой основой написания статьи стали материалы, хранящиеся в фондах двух федеральных архивов – Государственного архива Российской Федерации (ГА РФ) и Российского государственного архива экономики (РГАЭ), а также одного республиканского – Центрального государственного архива Удмуртской Республики (ЦГА УР). Анализируются данные о состоянии ресурсной базы совхозов Удмуртской АССР, произведена оценка динамики её развития в исследуемый период, выявлены и объяснены причины её особенностей. Рассматривается погодовая динамика основных показателей растениеводства и животноводства. Утверждается, что в конце периода (1957 г.) в республике начался активный процесс укрупнения совхозов за счёт преобразования в них экономически наиболее слабых колхозов. Констатируется, что ресурсная база совхозов Удмуртской АССР не могла быть значительной, а растениеводство и животноводство – эффективными и высокопродуктивными. Авторы приходят к вводу, что роль советских хозяйств в агросфере Удмуртской АССР в исследуемый период была невысока.Based on the materials of the consolidated annual reports of the Soviet farms of the Udmurt Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, the article examines their resource base and the dynamics of the development of state-owned crop production and animal husbandry. At the same time, the materials stored in the funds of two federal archives – the State Archive of the Russian Federation (GA RF) and the Russian State Archive of Economics (RGAE), as well as one republican – the Central State Archive of the Udmurt Republic (TSGA UR) - became the basis for writing the article. Data on the state of the resource base of Udmurt state farms are analyzed, the dynamics of its development in the period under study is assessed, and the causes of its specific characteristics are explained. The year-by-year dynamics of the main indicators of crop production and animal husbandry is considered. It is stated that at the end of the period under study (namely, in 1957), an active process of consolidation of state farms began in the republic due to the transformation of the economically weakest collective farms into them. It is stated that the resource base of the Udmurt ASSR state farms in the period under study could not be significant, and crop production and animal husbandry could neither be efficient nor highly productive. The authors conclude that the role of Soviet farms in the agricultural sphere of the Udmurt Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic in the period under study was low

Раскрывается понятие дропперства, его признаки, виды и особенности, группы населения, на которое оно направлено. Представлен анализ результатов опроса студентов с целью выяснения уровня осведомленности о различных видах финансового мошенничества, включая дропперство. В статье предложены рекомендации по распознаванию потенциально опасных «предложений о работе» и алгоритмы действий в случае подозрительных ситуаций.The article considers a relatively new form of involvement of citizens in illegal financial schemes - dropperism. The concept of dropperism, its signs, types and peculiarities, the population groups it is aimed at are disclosed. The article analyses the results of a survey of students to find out the level of awareness of various forms of financial fraud, including dropperism. The article offers recommendations on recognising potentially dangerous ‘job offers’ and algorithms of actions in case of suspicious situations
